I don't think he does win the G1 I think they are building him up to give the winner(right now my best guess is Okada but I kinda hope someone else has a comeback) of the G1 a big opponent to beat to make them look strong. Did KENTA sign with NJPW? If so, he could tie Okada in the group stage, beat him in the Block Final, beat Moxley to win...then we roll into the Dome with KENTA v Okada and KENTA has a psychological edge by pinning Okada at the G-1. |

Shibata brought KENTA in for G1 not sure if he will be around afterwords im hoping he will stick around NJPW they could really use him. I already gave KENTA the IWGP IC title on the game in hopes he will around a long time |

W-1 has announced its going on an indefinite hiatus.... i have not kept up with them AT ALL!
Is there anyone i should keep an eye on as they move on into the Japanese scene? And where do you think they’ll end up?

While most of it devolved into silliness the popularity of sambo by the later 1960s among Japanese wrestlers as a while was pointed out by a particular person. The same source linked also has some rather humorous ninja stuff with a mentio of koppo but generally that reference is slightly different and means "knack" rather than the "bone arts"
