The Boneyard is a brawl with some dramatic cuts.
Firefly is mostly skit with callbacks to certain matches but it is also a self-aware parody of a lot of criticisms of Cena, Vince, and WWE as a whole over the past 20+ years.

Ugly fucking day for WWE. Please risk your lives to entertain people in an empty arena and then get fucked.
Disgraceful.

I'm seeing word Rusev is gone now. I'm gonna walk away for awhile now. Hope AEW grabs him and gives him the push he deserves.

This coming after the Snuka Dark Side of the Ring is further proof this company is hot trash.

Sean Ross Sapp with the badly worded tweet making it sound like the entirety of NXT was gone. Truck of salt, make use of it.

^definitely but IF it that actually turns out to be true, I will immediately cease my 30 year fandom of WWE programming
this whole thing is upsetting
from their continued productions to obviously "influencing" the state government to do so to just up and firing 20 people out of nowhere (and they can pretty up with whatever words you want but they're being fired) during the biggest economic crisis in over 80 years. Bonus since there aren't any alternatives operating at the moment.
It sucks for everybody on the wrong end of it but I really feel for guys like Drake Maverick, Heath Slater, and Zack Ryder, i.e. guys who LOVED their jobs and rolled with every ridiculous lump they were given.

I saw Purrazzo got released so there's more nxt announcements. I don't think they'd release all of them. Also they're contracts are cheaper so not as much money to save.

Obviously I'm only a fan and it's been a whirlwind of thoughts all day about the well-being of the talent released, especially in the current environment we're living in.
On the one hand, releases were (kind of?) expected; On the other, it shouldn't have been done. Expecting Vince to be human is... well, ill-fated, to say the least.
I wish those who were released the best, where-ever they end up. Some will hit the indies; Some will undoubtedly end up in AEW, while some may end up elsewhere. Some may end up right back where they were prior to signing with WWE.
I hate being a WWE fan. A *ton* of my favorites are there, but it's really hard to enjoy the product when they get stuck in some real hammy storylines. I don't know where to even start the list. It's - Yeah.
There's plenty of other wrestling to watch, you just need to know where to find it. I'm very likely to cancel my Network sub at this point (I could have before, but never actually did). Too bad I was looking forward to the NXT Cruiserweight tournament this week.
