First the bad news: Deathmatch legend Tarzan Goto has passed away at the age of 58 due to complications from liver cancer. RIP
Now the good news: I've recently come out of my hiatus from wrestling and have been catching up on this year's BOSJ, which has featured some of the best wrestling of the year so far. I know it won't happen but I really want a Wheeler Yuta/Ishimori final.

Am I watching wrestling or am I watching Super Sentai? I honestly can't tell anymore. Wakana Uehara for TJPW, for those wondering.

This is old news, but Japanese Wrestler Goro Tsurumi passed away back in August of 2022.
Tsurumi was best known for his stint in All Japan Pro-Wrestling as an under-card talent during the 1970'S to 1990's. May he rest in peace.

A documentary about Bison Smith ended up on my Twitter timeline if anyone else is interested in that, figured I'd share.

Raja Lion was absolutely dreadful in the ring. Right up there with The Great Antonio, Zeus and Giant Gonzalez among so many others. If anything, Raja was the classic example of a Wrestler who had 'the look', yet offered little else in terms of workmanship in the ring. On a related note, Michael P.S. Hayes once remarked that The Great Kabuki was a Wrestler imbued with a stellar gimmick and entrance,
yet fell flat once the bell rang (an opinion I certainly don't agree with).
Clearly, Michael P.S. Hayes never saw too many Raja Lion matches...

I am looking at getting Wrestle Universe.
Does anyone here use it? How is the experience?
