Reminder that Cyberfight Fest airs at (approx) 11 PM EST (10 PM Central, 8 PM Pacific) on June 5th. It's a long show. I wager could be anywhere from 4 to 6 hours long. It's comparative to a "WrestleMania" type show. It should be a good one.
I can't really say anything about the DDT or NJPW matches, but I can guarantee the TJPW matches will be absolutely fantastic. You can watch the show for "free" on DDT Universe. The show should also have English commentary.

Get that MLW wrestlecrap outta this thread. :D
Checked out New Japan's Wrestle Grand Slam in Tokyo Dome show last night and damn I've missed NJPW in my life. That epic tag title match and main event had me marking out big time. Amazing stuff on a really solid show.

Jun Akiyama and Yoshihiko VS HARASHIMA and Kazuki Hirata:
This match is dumb as all hell and I love it. If anything, watch it for Uncle Jun. Or, if you're like me and enjoy stupid shit, watch it for the stupid shit.
((Minor context: Akiyama lost the KO-D Heavyweight Championship to Konosuke Takeshita at Wrestle Peter Pan last month. He's in a sort of crisis situation storyline and teaming with Yoshihiko as a result.))

I’m hearing GI Climax finals match stopped by ref. Kota Ibushi botched a phoenix splash and dislocated his shoulder.

Cross-posting from another thread: Let that be a lesson to all insomniac pro wrestlers. If you have THAT much fun in the ring like those two, you'll get to sleep nice and easily. I'm definitely getting more of a taste for comedy and pleasantness in wrestling these days and these two seem to have mastered that. Now I want to take up low impact fun-drumming 😄 I'll crosspost to the Japanese Wrestling thread for you since I don't want to take away from Senator's work here. Here's a couple of music video/montages of Pomu Harajuku and Raku, OrochiGeese : The Destroyer of Worlds, Herald of the Endtimes, Master of Shindeiru, Pomu Harajuku: The Goddess of Trains, Sleepytime Baba, Yellow Behemoth, Raku: They're both two of my favorites in Tokyo Joshi Puroresu. The promotion is a hybrid of idols, comedy, theatre and sports entertainment style wrestling. It's not nearly as stiff as other Japanese wrestling promotions - It's "safer" than most, in a way. It's easy to get into and probably the easiest promotion to watch and follow. It's very light-hearted with a focus on long-term storytelling. Title matches are often very serious interactions and non-title matches will build character or allow the wrestlers to interact in fun, comedic ways. I definitely recommend it if you're looking for something easy that you don't "need" to be super invested in to enjoy it. My brain is way too full of promotional lore - I've learned possibly "too much" over the last year. It's far-and-away the favorite promotion I've been introduced to in quite some time. Here's a couple more videos by JoShizzle if you're interested in what the whole of the promotion brings to the table: "Getting into TJPW" (This video is a bit old, but still does a decent job of introducing most talent): "Best Matches/Moments of 2020": "Best Matches/Moments of 2021":

Really enjoyed how lighthearted and entertaining that Pomu Harajuku video was!! 😄
She has some nice moves too like that run rebound knee kick and the running leg drop.
And of course, the jovial drums 🥁
I really like Raku's sleepy personality and train aficionado status too!! It's kind of crazy to me cause a few months ago I created a Joshi edit who loves trains. That isn't like the most common character trait, LOL 🚂
It looks like a really fun promotion to follow! 👏
