Does the iron man mode work with tag teams or (non-top-rope)battle royals? If not, what are the odds of making it work with battle royals? ALso, in terms of testing the elimination match mod, what would that entail?

Iron Man doesn't work with battle royals; the odds are low that it will ever happen, too many variables to track in that match type. Iron Man could be modified to work with tag teams without too much effort, I may look into doing it after elimination mode is done. For testing the elimination match, I need more feedback on issues occurring with the "Extended Elimination" option. Basically, just run different matches using the rule set and let me know if anything odd comes up; bell ringing constantly, errors on the results screen, errors with the match itself, etc. EditNever mind, it seems that Iron Man match does work with tag teams. Just ran a few matches and checked the existing code to confirm it.

Pushing another version of the mod out tonight, should resolve some more bugs. It removes the end of round functionality from Extended Elimination, where wrestlers would leave the ring without returning to the result screen once a team has less than four members remaining. Unfortunately, it's been the cause of some stubborn errors I've been hunting for a while so it probably won't be returning; the Limited Elimination match type includes that seamless round transition so you can use that.
New test version is available.

Final Extended Elimination test version will be pushed shortly. This has most of the functionality completed, also includes the 4v4 elimination logic for losing wrestlers once both teams have four or less members remaining. As far as known issues, I'm still working on getting the music selection fixed. Once that's finished, I'll be pushing it as completed and moving on to Survival Road which aims to mimic the KOC 2 game mode.
If you have any remaining suggestions for Extended Elimination mode, now's the time to provide them.
Final test version has been uploaded.

I'm still onboard with testing this! Cool, you can just treat it like the final version and let me know of any bugs/oddities you run into. I've been running a number of matches and think everything is nailed down now; just need to reproduce one instance where a wrestler refused to enter the ring after his partner lost and we should be good to go.

This mod presents users with a number of new match types for use in Fire Pro Wrestling World. Most types allow you to either sim or play the match as you wish, and I'll be adding to this collection over time. Current Match Types Available
- Iron Man (1v1)
- First Blood (1v1)
- Limited Elimination (4v4)
- Extended Elimination (No Limits); final test version released
- Sumo (1v1)
- UWFI (4v4)
- Pancrase (1v1)

Hey, can you work with a Last Man Standing Match? Shouldn't be hard - just use the SWA rules, but make it so pins and submissions can't be used to win.

Pretty sure Carl already has a ten count rule in his mod suite that allows this. If not, I'll think about it after Survival mode is complete. EditAfter running some tests with the existing match types, I may be able to throw in Last Man Standing within the week. I'll keep you posted. I've done some more testing and updated the initial post to accurately reflect the edit limitations per match.

Finally got the Extended Elimination music selection working, with the ability to choose a new theme at the start of each new match as a side effect. I'll be pushing the final version in a few minutes.
Edit First post updated with the latest link. Next up is Survival Road, which will only be of interest to those of us who actually play the game. :P Or you could use an external mod to give control to the CPU, then let them play through it. =/
