Just installed this and giving it a shot, it sounds awesome. When I go to set up a match however, the options for referee, venue, ring etc have just blanks, nothing is available in the dropdowns. Is there something I'm forgetting to do? The player options work fine.

Those fields are blank under both Extended Elimination and Survival Road

Not sure what's happening there, they should be loaded with the default entries at least.

Modified title so players are aware that this hasn't been updated for the latest version. I'll do that when I have some time to go through the changes.

Based on information learned after examining the code changes, this mod is now incompatible with version 2.0.
I will continue to post updates, but they will be for 1.0.2 only.
