Won't you help a dude out?
In outside-of-efed-kayfabe news, I finally got off my ass and did all the pre-recording and production value-ing necessary for the next pre-planned non-house show stream. It's janky as all hell as usual, but I'm this close to the WAR PARTY 2021 card fully falling into place. (and I'm pretty excited for that, because COOL ZONE #5 is only going to require one promo/pre-recorded production thingy as far as I can tell, and the "pay per view" show is just going to be wrestling matches, meaning I may not put it off for six months) So unless something unexpected happens, (and there's a near-certainty that I'm going to have to be away from a computer for about a week sometime soon, so the unexpected here is at least semi-expected) expect the next show to drop either Friday, Saturday, or Sunday night. (probably Saturday)
(also, I did pre-record a few matches to avoid technical glitches, but I still let the RNG determine the outcome, and I'm gonna say right now that one of them ended up ruling, one of them ended up being abso-goddamn-lutely insane, and one was pretty okay)

Furthermore, here is an *extremely* preliminary and tentative card for COOL ZONE #5, the final stop on the Road to War Party 2021, *extremely* subject to change
1. Taco Belle vs. Reina Sandia (of the soon-to-open Tri-State Lucha Libre) 2. The Turd Boyz (with Johnny San Diego) vs. Cobra Highway 3. Women's #1 Contendership Battle Royal (Lorelei Grim, Patience Halliburton-Vanzetti, Donita Zapata, The Phantom Rocker, Becky, Zelda Lucabrasi) 4. Jezebel Grim & Toshiyo Nakano vs. Virginia Slams & Velveeta Dream 5. The Coke Brothers vs. The 46 Defenders (Tag Team #1 Contendership) 6. Tyrannosaurus Plex & Agent Fang vs. Ace La Grange & Big Bird Machine 7. Skull Mayday vs. Garfield Vanzetti (Vanzetti must wrestle, or he will forfeit a $25,000 appearance bond) 8. Screaming Rage Man vs. Whoever Shows Up (NPI Championship) 8. President Evil's State of the Union Address (which I assume will just be him insulting us all for a few minutes)
Knowing my work habits, expect this show sometime early next year.

Been a damn near a month and a half, which is a big gap lately even for me, so CURRENT STATUS REPORT:
The big delays were from a handful of personal bummers of varying levels of bummerdom that had me out-of-state for a couple of weeks, and I won't get into any of that, because bummers. This was followed followed by (or ran concurrently with, really) the delays caused by the sordid saga of my attempt to buy a new computer. Basically, I found a crazy-ass pre-built deal that was allegedly in-stock and shipping within one business day, went for it, then kind of went "well, I don't want to get too deep in any pre-production type nonsense, seeing as how I'll have to move crap between desktops soon," and stopped doing any sort of video editing or whatnot for upcoming shows. This was immediately followed by waiting over a month for something that was supposed to be here by the end of the week, followed by my wife finally pretty much verbally beating some poor call center person into kinda-sorta admitting that it was never actually in stock, so they faked a shipping label to keep me from cancelling, and that it would probably remain backordered until freaking July. Anyway, got a refund, found another deal from somewhere else, (which was a less-modernized CPU/GPU combo, but more powerful on both counts, so it all worked out, I guess?) ordered it on a Friday, and got it here last Tuesday, so now I've got all my relevant shit transferred over to this fully armed and operational battle station, and dumb screwings-around with my digital paper dolls can resume.
SO: The next big deal type show (Cool Zone #5, last stop on the "tour") has all the pre-recorded promo-type production values type stuff done except one part that I'm going to try and hammer out Saturday-ish. If things move quickly, that show will be either Saturday or Sunday night, and if I fail, I'm still going to try and at least do a "house show" stream, just to make sure everything still works like it's supposed to. Oddly enough, I still haven't fully finalized the CZ5 undercard.
After that, there's the big "pay per view" style event, War Party 2021, and it shouldn't take too long to put together, because it's going to just be wrestling matches with no other tomfoolery (still going to have my famous commercial breaks, though) so all the stuff I'll need to pre-record is of the "match types that don't have entrances, where I wanna splice some entrances in" variety, and I should be able to handle most of that in one sitting, and the rest of the show should just be actual live streaming. (fuck it, we'll do it live)
And after that, probably a little hiatus from anything other than the occasional lo-fi house show, while I do some behind-the-scenes Fire Pro maintenance. Mostly mod-related stuff, like how I never rebuilt all my movelists after the switch from modded custom moves to MoveCraft moves took place, and I kinda want to start cleaning and polishing things up, so I can start slowly releasing ModPack edit exports of these idiots on the workshop, for the people. You'll still be shit outta luck for a modernized version of Skip Legday if you run a fully-vanilla game, but at least some of you might know his glory, I dunno.
Anyway, TL;DR: more than likely something happening this weekend.

THE GOOD NEWS: Got all my preplanned and pre-recorded nonsense done. THE BAD NEWS: It's almost 11 here and I'm old and tired. So very tired. So STRUGGLE PRO COOL ZONE TOUR #5 will either be tomorrow or next week, who knows? But it'll happen, at least. Anyway, here's the card:
1. Taco Belle vs. Reina Sandia: TSLL hasn't officially launched yet, but the wrestlers are already making their way here, and one debuts vs. STRUGGLE's resident high-sodium high-flyer. 2. Black Panther Mask vs. Hapsburg Raytheon VI - the rematch of HR6's first loss, which was a fvkkin banger otherwise 3. The Turd Boyz vs. Cobra Highway - The Former Turd Experience (and former Masked Turds) have a new manager and a new attitude, and Kemp and Kinski mostly have a shitload of mescaline and possibly malaria 4. Rodimus Primo vs. Uno Muerte - For the right to face Immortan Jimmy for the title at War Party 2021 5. Coke Brothers vs. 46 Defenders - for the right to face Team Twizzy for the titles at War Party 2021. 6. Women's #1 Contendership Battle Roal (Becky vs. Lorelei vs. Dobalina vs. Ludmilla vs. Patience vs. Zelda vs. Rocker vs. Donita) - for the right to face PARTY TIGER, yadda yadda yadda 7. Skull Mayday vs. Garfield Vanzetti - If Garfield chickens out in any way, he forfeits a $15,000 appearance bond. We could really use the money, which sadly means this match will probably go off without a hitch. 8. Rage Man vs. Lil' Chucky Unity - Chucky is going to get literally medically deceased in this one, but he demanded the shot to avenge the chainsawing of his big cousin Tony, and he was really persistent. May God have mercy on his tiny soul. Also, President Evil is scheduled to appear in some manner and as always, there will be dark matches and commercial breaks.

Going live in about 30 minutes, (9:30ish central time) which is to say probably earlier than that, but with just dark matches and whatnot. Also, Jezebel Grim & Toshiyo Nakano vs. Virginia Slams & Velveeta Dream has been added to the card, which is to say I meant to have it happen all along, but forgot to put on the poster. Also, this is the first show on the new PC, so expect some wildly bonkers technical difficulties, in all likelihood. I'm very good at this.

QUICK N DIRTY RESULTS FOR COOL ZONE #5: DARK MATCH: Broccolord & The Gentrificator defeated Them Mook boys - was their victory over Bad Religion a fluke? 1. Reina Sandia (TSLL) defeated Taco Belle 2. Black Panther Mask defeated Hapsburg Raytheon VI by countout when HR6 just kinda walked off 3. Jezebel Grim & Toshiyo Nakano defeated Virginia Slams & Velveeta Dream 4. Cobra highway defeated The Turd Boyz 5. CRUISERWEIGHT TITLE #1 CONTENDER: Rodimus Primo defeated Uno Muerte - Rodimus faces Immortan Jimmy for the cruiserweight title at War Party 6. Skull Mayday vs. Garfield Vanzetti ended in a double DQ when Executive Solutions ran in, followed by comrade DIRECT ACTION - Since Vanzetti's guys showed up first, he forfeits $15,000 7. TAG TITLES #1 CONTENDER: The Coke Brothers defeated The 46 Defenders - The Cokes head to War Party to fight Team Twizzy for the belts (a pause for commercials, which had no sound somehow, meaning I had to rerun them after the show ended)
8. WOMEN'S TITLE #1 CONTENDER BATTLE ROYAL - Becky With the Awful Hair outlasts 7 others, and heads to War Party to fight PARTY TIGER for the title 9. NO POLICE INVOLVMENT CHAMPIONSHIP STREETFIGHT - Screaming Rage Man vs. Chucky Unity ended in a time limit draw, followed by the return of The Korn Demon, who pretty much wrecked Rage Man after the bell 10. President Evil called out Big Bird Machine over his War Party team's lack of a fourth member, and BY GOD, THAT'S RAMPAGE HUNTER'S MUSIC
Full recap, where the War Party 2021 card will be fully finalized via some backstage shenanigans, coming soonish, hopefully.
