The other day I posted in the Discord that I had a horrible thought. "what if the third dlc was something like a fantasy scenario with another spike property like Danganronpa?" And I was pretty surprised at the positive reaction.
So if Spike did make the 3rd DLC a fantasy scenario, what would you want to see? Danganronpa? Some other Spike property? A mishmash? License some obscure anime or manga? Would you want a different writer to come in to write the scenario? The return of Suda51?
Just curious to see what people think.

I don't know if I would want an obscure anime. Danganranpa is cool. I'm familiar with it. What I would like to see is an SWA scenario directed by Suda51. Maybe similar to the standard fighting road scenario of starting off as a rookie but with that Suda51 style.

I wouldn't be a fan. I've played the first Danganronpa and I liked it but I don't think I ever had any desire to see them in a wrestling game. I mean I'm sure there are people out there who have wished for official wrestlers in the game... but official anime characters? I would be pretty damn disappointed.

Depends on content. If it were to increase outfit parts like suits and wide variety stuff, then I'd be all for it.

I'd be very interested in a SWA fighting road campaign,taking more creative freedom since they're all original characters, that would be cool, but yes a fantasy pack wouldn't be a issue to me, although the 3rd dlc will remain a mystery until they announce its contents, it could be joshi stuff or DDT stuff.

I wouldn't be interested, but I never was into the whole Mario vs Barack Obama vs Ronald McDonald in a Rumble to see who takes on Colonel Sanders for the belt kinda stuff.

If it added cool parts and real moves then it wouldn't be a problem.
Mostly hoping for a few more NJPW guys to finish the roster. Hoping the Young Bucks and such just needed more time to iron out deals.

That hadn't even occurred to me, but it does seem like one of the likelier possibilities for the unannounced DLC. A lot of people are holding out hope for another licensed promotion but I just don't see it happening; they hitched their wagon to New Japan's star and that's what's steering this ship now, I reckon. If the last DLC contains characters at all, they're either gonna be NJPW guys (legends, I'd guess) or Spike's own property.
I still feel like a small DLC of some little utility like a logo maker for t-shirts or fan signs or something is a possibility as well.

Only if it's a Joshi scenario that offers the same number of parts and moves as the Njpw dlc, but focuses more on reimplementing moves from Queen's Special.
Otherwise, I wouldn't even buy it on sale.

Actually if it was another fake promotion we they could do fakish versions of real wrestlers so we got more moves. Not the most exciting story mode playthrough but all I want are the moves and parts anyway so...
It could be Indy or something, or a telling of the All In PPV style. Maybe you are an aged Legend like "The Wrestler" going to the Indies until you get a big Wrestle Kingdom match or your own PPV event. A fictional DLC could work but more NJPW would be better while they are working with them.
