I really wish they would split irish whip into four categories in logic: to ropes, to corner, to apron, to outside.

I wish they added a boxer fighting and return style. Also, the ability to select what reversals an edit will do.

I'd think that reversal select would be interesting, most especially if you could then select specific reversals to link into a priority.

I have a few fictional boxers but sometimes they come back with a kick or knee, which is not what I want. I think that a reversal select would be even better because that would make for more individuality in edits. And I just hate seeing so many matches ending when you have luchadores doing a rolling pin reversal for the win. Linking reversals into a priority sequence would be really good for come back wins.

To be fair, that is the most lucha way to end a match. I am however fully on board for choosing which reversals an edit uses (it can currently be done on PC via mods).

Yeah, the rollups are actually a good thing in my book, it's the achilles lock counter to the kicks in shooter and junior along with the infamous rana bomb pin that irk me mostly.

Sure, that is fine if you have one luchador. But I had a mexican promotion were everyone was a luchador and 6 out of 8 matches ended in the rollup pin reversal when an edit was being picked up from the face down position. New reversals would be a great addition. Like punches when an edit is going to be powerbombed, or knees to the head when reversing a brainbuster. There are so many reversals that could be added.

I mean... if you watch AAA half their matches end on rollups of some kind.
Man- the ability to create your own fight/return style would be really cool. Identify your reversals, set your breath/damage status....

Pick 100 Lucha Libre matches and I can guarantee you that 80% or more will end on a flash pin, if not that, then some kind of out-of-nowhere submission.
That's kind of the point of the style. Lucha Libre most almost never ends in a "big" Finishing move. In the last three years I've watched lucha libre promotions (AAA, CMLL, and to a lesser extent, lucharesu promotions) I can count on one hand how many times a big move finished the match. Most of those matches ended on a Small Package, Magistral Cradle, Oklahoma Roll, Inside Cradle, Victory Roll, Culero, or Gedo Clutch.
I literally can't name ten big finishers for people who wrestle for lucha libre promotions; That's how uncommon big finishing moves are.
99% of my lucha libre edits have flash pins scattered throughout their move-sets and make liberal use of the Rolling Pin from Standing Strikes.

I understand that lucha libre matches mostly end via flash pin, but the one I'm talking about is the reversal when a luchador is face down on the mat and the other luchador comes pick him up and the one on the mat rolls him up. In my FP experience, that was the way most matches ended with my edits. I wish it had been via a flash pin in their moveset for most of the matches.

Just a quick one guys...
I see that Fire Promoter and Junior Heavyweight Dlc's are both on sale; If I only edit wrestlers and don't 'play' the game proper which should I get?
* I'm really only interested in parts/moves etc so I'm thinking Jr but i'm curious if Promoter has any decent edit stuff.
Thanks in advance.x.

Thanks in advance.x. Promoter has nothing for edit making, you'll want the Jr Heavy DLC for sure. I like Promoter, myself, but if you're not interested in actually doing anything with it directly, you can safely skip it.

Yeah, what Sen said. Promoter has no edit stuff whatsoever. Junior has some pretty cool stuff, along with the most accurate Lyger parts you'll ever see in your life. I thought my Lyger looked great until those parts came along LOL.
