My hype for this has basically disintegrated.. A month ago, the only thing on my mind was when new parts were coming out so I could start on my roster from scratch.. Now I couldn't care less.. I'll probably still get the NJPW content (if I can spare some money) just to mess around with, but my hype for it is gone. Spike really killed all momentum they had with the poorly timed delay announcement and then lack of answers afterwards. I added 20 dollars worth of Steam funds like a week before it was originally scheduled to come out. Now I'm just kinda holding on to it until an announcement is made. The cycle of grief, or so they call it, is over. |

I'm assuming the Spike Chunsoft stream on the 25th mentioned nothing about Fire Pro? There was a thread about it but it seems to have vanished.

If any substantial information had been provided, then I'm sure we would see it mentioned here. In all likelihood, the stream didn't mention anything about Fire Pro; the dlc release date is still unknown. |

The Steam store used to say "Season Pass N/A"
But it's completely gone from the DLC list now.
What that means, who knows...could be good, could be bad.
And it was just removed, because I check that SOB every day.

Spike have been fairly terrible as of late. Not only this, but they're not doing anything to stop the spam on FPW-NET.

All that Spike has to do is kill the function that puts your edits on the front page every time that you update. Doing this one simple thing would solve a huge chunk of the problem.

Ari, the new employee who took over PR for Dave, tweeted that the stream would only be covering the elite edition of Stein;Gate. I messaged a mod to lock my thread and they ended up deleting it. lol. And it was just removed, because I check that SOB every day. Yup. The page was renamed Uninitiated and the release date was zeroed out to 1969. Then it disappeared from my wishlist when I refreshed that page. Not surprised, as I didn't expect Spike to lock themselves into being legally obligated to provide all pieces for another platform, when they can't even handle one. Now I'm expecting them to release dlc as it's completed, which is the smarter move but gives them the option to bail before everything is complete. It will be interesting to see how they handle PS4 though. |

Or they're finalizing the future roadmap for Fire Pro and they plan to relist it with an official announcment. It'd be weird to cancel the Season Pass but still release the UI update & heavyweight NJPW DLC since that page is still live (but unlisted) Who knows. It could be possible that they're adding the details of the third DLC or that they decided to change what the Season Pass consists of on PC. Not replaced.
