Soooo......
I don't know if you guys have heard about that upcoming SNK Heroines tag-fighter. As the name suggests, it's a fighter that will exclusively use female characters from SNK's franchises. I haven't really been following it but I did notice a.....peculiar....character reveal that people have buzzed about a bit today.
There just aren't any words for that really. Next it will be Chang Koehan and Raiden in hot pants and half tops... :)  |

There just aren't any words for that really.  Not sure how to feel about Terry Bogard with tits lol Not really that big of an SNK player. I own TKOF 98: Ultimate Match, Capcom vs SNK 2 and Samurai Shodown II (which I love), but outside of this I've not actively seeked many of their games out. Maybe I'll bite if this has Mai Shiranui and Charlotte Colde since those were my mains in their respective franchises. |

You can purchase the "Light" version of Ex Fighting Layer which is priced cheaper. $70 for the Standard edition is way too much, especially when there's better fighting games out on the market that you can grab for half the price (and even less than that). |

OOOOOH.......NEW SCVI Reveal Video!
I'm really happy to see Astaroth (being my 2nd most played character and all lol) but the OTHER reveal.......wow.
People had been asking about her since she was completely omitted from SCV and there was some silly "rumor" from a "leaker" about no Koreans this time around. Mi-Na's toward the middle of my character preferences but she's an OG from Soul Blade and the original Soulcalibur and it wouldn't have felt right doing a "reboot" without her, so I'm glad that she's back. Makes me wonder if they'll bring back Rock (who, like Mi-Na, was replaced by a more popular successor......the aforementioned Astaroth), Rock isn't particularly popular from what I gather AND was absent from SC and SCII before returning in SCIII-IV so it wouldn't be surprising if he missed this one too but since he's more recurring than 1-game wonders Li-Long, Hwang, and Edge Master, he still has a chance I would say, remote though it is.

Season 2 for Tekken 7's been announced here. I don't play Tekken much, guest character came literally from out of nowhere. Some of you guys might be interested, I think Negan will be the last member for Season 2.

I like Anna's Rage Art! Just like the old intro, or was it her story movie?...
LEI WULONG!!! I kept looking for that dude when I got the game and was like WHERE THE HELL IS LEI WULONG?!?! He was always one of my go-to's for tekken. Nice addition.
What the F&%K some dude from walking dead is doing in the game stumps me. This isn't mortal kombat, he doesn't fit. Not excited about that one.
The other few spots can be for SKULLOMANIA, SKULLOMANIA, and SKULLOMANIA. :)
I saw the "light" version of Fighting layer cake EX, and like you said hungerlow, there's better stuff out there to spend my money and time on, even if Skullomania is in the game. :)

Yeah, I don't get the obsession with the Negan character and think it's kind of a silly add to any game that's not based around his native series but Lei and Anna coming back are really nice. Kind of stupid that you have to pay for them but I guess that's where we are now. It would be really nice if Julia Chang or her Jaycee alter-ego from TTT2 make it in as one of the other remaining DLC characters. Very smart of them to lead off with Lei and Anna though.

So glad to get Sagat back, early in SFV. He was supposed to be heavily tweaked with, Tiger Shots hidden behind V-System, but he actually looks very much like he has all his tools. I haven't booted SFV up since Anniversary Collection came out, but between Sagat's potential and G's insanity, I'm finally interested in throwing it on again.
But not before I run through the nine new characters in Cross Tag Battle. They probably end up as fodder for my usual Yang-Waldstein team, but I love trying out new characters, and that's quite an addition.
The Tekken announcement was something. I'm thrilled to get Anna back, and her Rage art is amazing. Lei should have been in from day one, but I'm more than happy to see him again so I can fail miserably as usual in incorporating all his stances. Walking Dead Guy?!?!? That's....something. If Tekken was my home series, or hadn't already thrown in a bunch of guests, I'd be more negative, but as it is, I'm more amused by the utter randomness of his inclusion, to the point that I want to give him a shot, even though I've never watched a full episode or read a full comic of the series.

This is kind of sad, y'all. Look at how excited we are about characters that are mainstays of their respective games being included only if you're willing to fork out money. Soon Master Chief, Kratos, and Mario will be DLC in their own games. That said, Sagat's new look is bad ass, and thinking about Lei's stances is already giving me fits.

I was miffed about the idea of paying for the Tekken vets when I was reminded that Harada once said something to the effect that outside of t he console debuting Eliza, we won't have to pay for returning characters as DLC. I'm not holding my breath about him sticking to that but it's a possibility, one that I'd very much welcome.
The point remains valid for Sagat but at least it's expected now since SF started that with Guile being DLC in SFIV.
