Butterfloor, by all logic, should never have existed. But when Jeffy Churn’s wrestling enthusiast CFO accidentally purchased an dilapidated wrestling arena in Wisconsin with company funds instead of his own, the wheels were set into motion, and a strange shoot-ish-style fed was born. Butterfloor has unusual origins and even more unusual starting hometown lineup, consisting of a mix of amateur wrestlers and people who have no business wrestling. Despite this, the young fed has enjoyed a remarkable explosion of popularity. The most obvious reason is that the holders of all Butterfloor titles win a free supply of butter from the company for as long as they hold the title. Major stars from other large feds have made repeat guest appearances, drawn by the lure of free butter and/or shoot competition, even in the face of regular undead monster attacks. …Did I not mention the undead monster attacks earlier? From the start, Butterfloor has dealt with surprise appearances of the wrestling dead. A headless specter has routinely attacked the winner of the night’s main event. And just a few days ago, a zombie outbreak interrupted a midshow match. Still, the new fed carries on, inviting viewers to enjoy good wrestling and good food. Welcome to the Butterfloor. Shows are Wednesday 10:30 PM EST at www.twitch.tv/metaskipper. The hometown edits can be found here.

Before the card, a word from Cody Sheppard, Jeffry Churn's CFO who was attacked by zombies with Trinity Knight during their match. "Yeah, Trinity and I have been in quarantine for the past few days now. You’ll have to talk to Trinity or one of the Blackwood Academy reps for how she’s doing. They’ve been having their own talks with the men in the black suits and sunglasses. That said, I can say they haven’t put either of us down for being a threat to society yet, so that’s a start. "I heard one of the Academy trainers was chewing the ear off our general manager after that show. And honestly, given what happened out there, I don’t blame them. Desperately trying to fight off the surrounding zombies, and then seeing one of my wrestling idols get her face nearly eaten off… I haven’t been sleeping well recently, let’s just say. And I got off easy compared to Trinity. She got it a whole lot rougher than I did. "While I can’t speak to how close Trinity is to being released, everything with me has been clear so far. If nothing else goes wrong, I should be out in time for my scheduled match on Wednesday."
With that out of the way, here is the card for Butterfloor Episode #4!
Shogun (Sakura Pro) versus The Headless Holdsman The first matchup on the card isn’t really a booked match. But after Shogun heard about Butterfloor’s resident headless terror, he told our offices he would be on his way to challenge the ghost himself as a personal test. No one on the staff has the courage to tell him that we can’t just summon the ghost, so we just hope the angry vengeful specter shows up for him… although “hope the angry vengeful specter shows up” are strange words to write. Odin Brockhouse versus Sam Horne Odin “Canadian Gander” Brockhouse has the lofty goal of being the greatest bird in wrestling, but his record has to improve before he can even think about making that claim. To that end, Odin’s match seems like something of a gimme, but Sam Horne is also looking to turn his record around, and is just as rough-and-tumble as Odin. Bradley Carr versus Tristan Pacheco While Bradley isn’t in the running for next week’s title matches, he’s almost certainly next in line, shortchanged mostly by having fewer matches since the fed’s inception. Tristan might have gotten a win last week, but the disastrously embarrassing failure two weeks ago still looms over him, with shades of his “tripping at the finish line” history haunting him. Still, through some transitive properties, he seems to be the highest rated wrestler not tied up with other matches, and so has the opportunity to prove that last week was not a fluke. Edhem Yavas versus Aline Richelieu (UCSS) I’m going to be honest. I don’t know how anyone managed to convince Aline to show up here. Maybe it has something to do with how the French eat over 8 kilograms of butter per person a year. Anyway, Edhem is the first of the frontrunners for next week’s singles title match. But both of Edhem’s previous opponents have been the rough-and-brutalize-you type. Here he’s going to face a dedicated skilled striker in Aline, a new challenge for him. On Aline’s end, she’s almost certainly never fought on an oily mat before, let alone faced a Turkish oil wrestler. A match of contrasts, one that promises to be quick and explosive. Lexie Barrett versus Priya Mallaya (Valkyrie Pro) If some of the names going forward seem familiar, that’s because some of our guests recently competed in Phoenix Rising’s World Cup. Perhaps looking for something lower stakes after the big event, Priya will be facing our second title shot frontrunner in Lexie Barrett. Lexie has been one of Butterfloor’s big surprises, both in her popularity and in her positive win record despite her lack of any martial arts training. But her victories have been over guys bigger than her, and she lost last week to Elizabeth “Liz” McKenna. Lexie is looking to prove she can hang with the girls as well as the boys this week. Cody Sheppard and Zak Hayes versus Harrison Howard and Rory Burton The first ever Butterfloor tag match (unless one counts the surprise zombie attack on Cody and Trinity last week) will determine which hometown team will represent Butterfloor for the tag title next week. Cody and Zak are perhaps the starkest representatives of Butterfloor’s amateur wrestling talent, while Harrison and Rory are professional wrestlers officially sponsored by Butterfloor’s parent company Jeffry Churn. It’s going to be a clash of styles to determine who represents Butterfloor. Elizabeth “Liz” McKenna versus Leona Sterling (Phoenix Rising) “Liz” McKenna is the last of our singles title shot frontrunners, and she’ll be facing Leona to prove she deserves to be there. Liz has faced a mix of opponents to get this far, but Leona will be her stiffest shoot-style opponent to date. And while no one has promised anyone anything, if Leona wins, given her impressive showing at PR’s World Cup, first crack at the title might go to her instead. Concrete Pete (Evergreen) and Big Bubba Bob (TIPWF) versus The Limbtakers (Candace Monroe of Phoenix Rising and Ruthless Nicole Alger of UCSS) If you were wondering why Butterfloor was offering a title shot to the World Cup’s second place and not first, it’s because the PR World Cup champion will be going for a different title. On paper, this might seem a strange matchup. The Limbtakers have more experience working together, are faster on the mat, and fit Butterfloor’s normal match style a whole lot better than Pete and Bob. Furthermore, Candace Monroe has recently proven herself with her victory at the PR World Cup. But as big as an achievement that is, none of Candace’s opponents were anything like Pete and Bob. In fact, all Candace’s opponents put together probably don’t weigh as much as Pete and Bob together. (The nerds checked. Keiko, Angel, Calista, and Leona together weigh 521 pounds. Pete and Bubba weigh 641 pounds… and that’s assuming Pete’s listed weight is accurate; the man insists he weighs more than 291 pounds, and frankly, I believe him. Amusingly, Candace and Nicole weigh 290 pounds together, just short of Pete’s alleged weight.) Despite the “butter enthusiast coalition” — consisting of Concrete Pete, Skidmark, Big Bubba Bob, and Mega Meat — not really fitting Butterfloor’s normal style, they’ve nevertheless had success so far. The group will be fielding Pete and Bob for the tag title, instead of Pete with his normal tag partner, Skidmark. As much as the Limbtakers may be the favorites, they can’t sleep on this match. Not against a pair of massive and motivated big guys dead set on free butter.

Honestly - I'm blown away by this project 👏😄
The humor writing is absolutely top notch and right up my alley. The giant picture of the pat of butter is so unique for pro wrestling which has been a largely hydrogenated oil-based business for too long.
"Welcome to the Butterfloor..." - Watch your step" 😂
Always a great combination in a fed - I have super serious people in my fed with a comedic undercard. It's fun to work the two together. But then you go a step further and add undead/zombie threats! In my understanding of history, it is rare to have the concept of the undead mix with the concept of butter. That is a juxtaposition that will keep us on our toes. I guess zombies don't prefer dry toast with their brains after all.
I am also really impressed by the way you work humor in while treating the promotion with such respect and passion. Your match previews are really well done, dripping in character flavor (and butter), and you really promoted the hell out of your next show! You are making me want to join the “butter enthusiast coalition” 😎
I subscribed to all of the edits and got the great moves you made as well.
I'm especially impressed by your novel idea of using Standing strikes as taunts. This gets around the whole issue in Fire Pro where edits will only taunt opponents in certain situations. So many taunts in actual pro wrestling occur when both wrestlers are freely moving around and your idea adapts that into Fire Pro 👏
I also love this line from Odin Brockhouse's Steam profile.
As someone whose main e-fed character for almost 20 years is named Orochi Geese, I concur 🦆
Whatever you are doing in your daily routine to evoke and express your creativity, continue doing it 👏

It is good to see the Butterfloor finally make its way to the Club! Messages from the Senatorial Office Aline Richelieu: Sacre bleu! How is it that I have come to this vile little organization! When I departed from my beloved countryside estate, I did so to seek the beautiful wonders of the world, to delight in its delicacies. And yet, I am told now that I am to slide around in the muck with some pitiful little man thing slathered in loathsome grease! How dare anyone ask me to engage in such scandalous behavior! This is no place for a noble lady! You do not deserve to experience my expertise in the grand art of Savate! But...I must confess that I have some fondness for the culinary uses a properly churned batch of refined dairy can provide...much as I despair in admitting it...
Big Bubba Bob: Hah, I just think it's kinda awesome, yeah. It's a ring, but it's made of butter, it's like, what if I ate the ring? Would I get fat? Nah, I'm already fat, would I get fatter? Dunno. It's cool, though. Even if they make me wear Big Lemon around the girls around here. Like I gotta put the shirt on or they're too scared of me. But shouldn't they be scared if they wrassle against me? Hahah! But yeah. I'm gonna go out there, and me and Pete gonna kick some ass and eat some butter...and we're all outta butter! Or somethin' like that.
Ruthless Nicole Alger: I'm not complaining. It's good. Any time the Limbtakers team up, it's good. Lots of skilled people here. People my dad's scouting out for UCSS. But none of that for Candace and I. We don't get to have the fun grapplers. We got to fight the Big Boys. Pete's tough. Seen him do badass things in Evergreen. Bob...I heard he smells like he never showers. Nasty. Good thing he wears his shirt against us. Candace just showed everyone why she's so good. Beat everyone in Phoenix Rising's World Cup. She's a star. Now it's my turn to hold up my end of the team.

We finally got some words from Trinity Knight after the events of last week's show: "So it's been a week now. And seeing as I'm still able to talk about it, well, I figure we're not gonna have any problems going forward. Couldn't tell you how why things went down the way they did, though. I hate to admit it, but I think I panicked a bit when the whole thing kicked off.
I'm gonna tell you right now: that's not gonna happen again. No matter where I go, no matter what I find myself up against, I'm not gonna let it get to me again. I'm the best rising talent the Blackwood Academy's ever seen. It's cliche to say it, but I'm destined for something big. And if you think I'm gonna let something... something as insane as what happened last week stop that, you don't know me well enough yet.
Eve asked me today if I'm gonna be good for the Academy show this month. You better believe it. I'm going to work my way back up the rankings... I'm getting my head back in it. And when I'm back and winning again, I'll be back here. Count on it.
I mean, c'mon... I already have fans here. I can't let the only image of me in that Butterfloor ring being passed out in my own blood... I'm going to get a real match. And then you'll see why I'm the best the Academy's ever seen."

Episode #4 Results Quick Results Shogun (Sakura Pro) versus The Headless Holdsman Odin Brockhouse versus Sam Horne Bradley Carr versus Tristan Pacheco Edhem Yavas versus Aline Richelieu (UCSS) Lexie Barrett versus Priya Mallaya (Valkyrie Pro) Cody Sheppard and Zak Hayes versus Harrison Howard and Rory Burton Elizabeth “Liz” McKenna versus Leona Sterling (Phoenix Rising) Concrete Pete (Evergreen) and Big Bubba Bob (TIPWF) versus The Limbtakers (Candace Monroe of Phoenix Rising and Ruthless Nicole Alger of UCSS)
Write-UpsMost of the staff still can’t believe it. Even against a bona fide monster, Shogun went toe-to-toe with the headless specter, and even managed to take control for much of the match. One can’t help but wonder what sort of man Shogun is to have successfully pinned the supernatural. After Shogun’s successful challenge, it seems almost inevitable that another challenger comes to test their mettle against the headless holdsman…. Odin was unusually reluctant to use his signature biting in this match, and it may have cost him. Sam Horne went for the disrespect and stole Odin’s signature move, securing his first win in Butterfloor. For whatever reason, Tristan decided to fight this match on the mat. Predictably, Bradley beat him out with his superior size and technique. Despite what many predicted, this match went the distance. Aline successfully kept Edhem at bay at the start of the match, landing kick after kick and staying off the mat. But whenever Aline seemed to have a kill shot, Edhem got right back up. After a grueling match, Edhem finally got Aline in a matwork scenario and forced her to tap. Reportedly, Aline was both furious at having lost after being so close, but also relieved the ordeal was over. Despite her impressive performance, no one is sure if she’ll be making a repeat appearance. Despite commentator Kevin’s concerns, Lexie and Priya put on a proper wrestling performance. The two traded blows throughout the match, but Lexie was the first one to land a major finisher, giving her the win. Kevin might wish this is the last we see the two of them together, but everyone seriously doubts that. Even though there were no zombies this week, it seems our local ref has been taking cues from them, running an elimination-style match. The staff isn’t sure if this is something that will stick. Regardless, the rules difference wouldn’t have changed the outcome of either tag match from this episode. The freshly named team “Bunch’a Amateurs” kept the match on the mat, where they were strongest, winning over Jeffry Churn’s sponsored wrestlers and securing the first slot in the tag match next week. A real treat of a proper matwork showcase, Liz and Leona spent much of the match vying for position on the mat in extended wrestling sequences. Ultimately, Leona won out in these extended exchanges, successfully wrestling Liz into her Guillotine multiple times and denying Liz her own critical suplexes. In a moment of critical awareness, Leona rolled an out-of-breath Liz and herself away from the ropes, forcing Liz to tap. A upset by many standards. For most of the match, both teams were unable to land a signature move. Despite some impressive core strength displays from Candace in lifting Pete, neither she nor Nicole were able to get the big boys in a major submission hold for an extended period of time. Candace was able to land a couple of potential finishers, but between the big boys’ resilience and being just slightly too close to the enemy corner, she couldn’t put one away. In a surprising display of strategy (or perhaps dumb luck), Bubba landed a guillotine leg drop on Nicole deep in his own corner, and Pete was able to run enough interference for a pin. Candace fought on due to the spontaneous elimination rules, but faced with a one-versus-two, she tapped soon after to one of Bubba’s backbreakers. With that victory, the Butter Enthusiast Coalition will be the outside challenger team in next week’s tag match. Although this was a tag match and wrestling on an oily mat is mostly unique to Butterfloor, one wonders if this outcome portends anything for Candace’s upcoming title shot against Kanjirin, an opponent not terribly unlike Pete or Bubba. Liz on her match against Leona I can’t but feel a little cheated. Not about the loss. It’s more that… I get the chance to fight the Leona Sterling… and it happens on an oily mat. I even asked that the mat be cleaned up before our match, but it doesn’t happen. You might even think management wanted us to wrestle in the oil. I have nothing against Edhem, but most of us learn to wrestle under the assumption that there won’t be any grease.
I lost, so I’m not in a great position to ask for anything… but Sterling, if you ever want a rematch, I’m more than down. Anywhere you want. Actually, if it's not here, it's probably for the best. Much lower chance of doing it all over again on an oiled up mat.

This is the big one, the one for all the marbles... until the next title match episode, anyway. But this one is special, since it's the first ever title matches on Butterfloor! This is the card for Butterfloor Episode #5! Sam Horne versus Oak Man A simple match to start off the big night. Oak Man is back after a week off and looking to continue his momentum from his win two weeks ago, while Sam Horne is riding high his own first win last week. Edhem Yavas versus Keith Van Horne (Wrestle Parade) The first match of something of a three-match special, Edhem Yavas is up against the first of three consecutive guests from Wrestle Parade. It was a close and hard decision, but Edhem will not be among the first title contenders. Still, he is definitely in the running for the next shot, and he has an opportunity to show he deserves it against Keith Van Horne. Elle Barrett (Wacker Drive Revival) versus Megan Van Horne (Wrestle Parade) Next up from Wrestle Parade is Megan Van Horne. Her opponent will be Elle Barrett… and to be honest, I’m not really sure why she’s here. She gave us a call last week asking for a booking, much to our surprise. Sure, her technical focus does kinda fit here, but she’s significantly older than most of the people here. And it’s not like she has any connections to any of the hometown talent. The only connection we can think of is she shares the same last name as our own Lexie Barrett, but that’s just a coincidence, right? Elizabeth “Liz” McKenna versus Lamont Aldren (Wrestle Parade) Finally, Elizabeth “Liz” McKenna will face Lamont Aldren, the other half of the American Apex. Lamont is a suplex specialist much like Liz. Multiple betting sites are running over/unders on how many suplexes we will see from both competitors. Liz here is looking to bounce back after losing her chance at having the first title shot, so expect to see her motivated and ready to go toe-to-toe with Lamont. Ruthless Nicole Alger (UCSS) versus Bradley Carr Alger did not have a good week last week, losing both her matches, including one where she was the favorite to win. She’s looking for a little redemption here, and perhaps fortunately for her, while Bradley Carr is definitely a bigger guy, he’s much more matwork and wrestling than dropping and sitting. But by that same token, Bradley is much more experienced in handling Alger’s style. Bunch’a Amateurs (Cody Sheppard and Zak Hayes) versus Concrete Pete (Evergreen) and Big Bubba Bob (TIPWF) The big boys are on a mission. Their passion — and hunger — for butter drove them to overcome the odds last week, and their coveted prize of a free supply of butter from the company is within their grasp. They’ve already shown they’re not afraid of getting dirty (or oily) on the mat. Their last obstacle is Butterfloor’s hometown amateur team, and here the contrast is even more extreme. While the Limbtakers have some professional wrestling influence in their style, the Bunch’a Amateurs have got nothing but amateur wrestling techniques. It’s a clash of styles, for the organization’s first ever tag title holders. Lexie Barrett versus Leona Sterling (Phoenix Rising) In recent memory, twice has Leona Sterling been the bridesmaid and not the bride, first failing to take the UCSS title from Hakim Fields, and losing the Phoenix Rising World Cup to her ever-eternal rival Candace Monroe. Now once again, she has the chance to be the one on top. And make no mistake — you don’t get to be “the bridesmaid” without deserving to be the bride. Leona’s reputation precedes her, and everyone knows she can take it all the way. In her way is perhaps the least expected talent from Butterfloor: Lexie Barrett. An adult actress by trade, Lexie has nevertheless taken win after win here with her own skill on the mat and in submissions. Her only loss has been to Liz, and many have been quick to point out the stylistic similarities between Liz and Leona, plus how Leona beat Liz last week. But Lexie’s own style is definitely distinct from Liz’s, and her own… unique tactics might catch Leona off guard. For the first holder of Butterfloor’s one and only singles title, no matter the outcome, we expect an exciting and tense match. Cody Gotta say, not the opponents we were expecting. That’s okay, though. Life comes at all of us fast. That’s something I’m all too familiar with. I’m sure Zak and I will get our shot at the Limbtakers in due time. But right now, our opponents are the outside big boys. Should I be scared? Probably. But I got half-eaten alive in that ring. Not a whole lot will phase you after that. And Zak and I have been wrestling guys bigger than us our whole life. That’s what happens when you wrestle somewhere with a very loose concept of weight classes. There is no Plan B for us. There’s not going to be any flashy bombs, cutters, or drivers. We’re going down to the mat, and we’re gonna wrestle. And the bigger they are, the easier it’s gonna be to pull them down.
Lexie Of all the people to be here, I don’t think anyone expected me. Anyone who knows what my day job is knows I’m a little out of place here. And even now, I bet people are still underestimating me. But ever since I’ve come here, I’ve had one driving philosophy: Look good, and make my partner look good. Same philosophy I have about my day job. It’s gotten me this far, and I don’t see any reason to abandon it now. Leona is definitely the toughest opponent I’ve gotten so far. But I can tell I’m going to enjoy this match. I can’t wait to… get physical out there with her.

Leona Sterling "Let's get straight to the point. I've had... expectations from the moment I first set foot in the Blackwood Academy. Expectations that were proven right away to be accurate. The first Academy Champion when they opened their doors. The top Academy graduate in the years since. Thing is, ever since dropping that Academy Championship, there's something that's slipped through my fingers time and time again.
I haven't held championship gold since. That's about to fuckin' change. Because I'm going to come along and do the same thing I did with the Academy.
If there's one thing that nobody can ever take away from you... it's bein' the first. Everyone remembers you, for as long as the fed's doors are open. You're the one that kicked it all off. The start of the lineage. The legend that kick-started everything.
I will not let another opportunity slip through my grasp. Not this time. I'm here to fuckin' win, dammit... this week is the week I make it clear to everyone... everyone... in Phoenix Rising, in Butterfloor, in the Office, around the world...
I'm the next big star. I'm the one that'll be your inaugural champion. I'm the one that's gonna take Proving Ground by storm, take down anyone and everyone that thinks they can stop me... and 2021 is gonna close out, mark my words, with Leona Sterling standing tall as the undisputed BEST THERE IS.
I'll see you in the ring, Barrett. You better be ready for the fight of your life."

As a housekeeping matter, the show is off next week, since I'm going on vacation with my family next week. But, next show should be the start of some brand new story arcs for the fed. Episode #5 Results Quick Results Sam Horne versus Oak Man Edhem Yavas versus Keith Van Horne (Wrestle Parade) Elle Barrett (Wacker Drive Revival) versus Megan Van Horne (Wrestle Parade) Elizabeth “Liz” McKenna versus Lamont Aldren (Wrestle Parade) Ruthless Nicole Alger (UCSS) versus Bradley Carr Bunch’a Amateurs (Cody Sheppard and Zak Hayes) versus Concrete Pete (Evergreen) and Big Bubba Bob (TIPWF) Lexie Barrett versus Leona Sterling (Phoenix Rising)
Write UpsDespite landing a big powerbomb, it would not be one of Oak Man’s terrifying finishers that would get him the win, but instead an almost lazy pair of back to back Irish whips on the outside for a count out. An unfortunate squash of a match. Edhem took full advantage of Keith’s unfamiliarity in oil wrestling and bullied him around. Management is probably going to have some talks with him about this one. A few surprises in this match. Elle managed to no sell one of MVH’s signature lariats, and even challenged another. But despite keeping it competitive, ultimately Megan’s arm won the day, taking the match after landing her signature Liberty’s Torch. Lamont was relentless this match. Time after time, he landed triple suplex combination again and again. Elizabeth was just unable to keep up, and after a particularly big suplex, was left out cold on the mat. Reports say Liz shouldn’t have any lasting repercussions, but will be out of the show for the next few weeks. After a disappointing last week, a strong return to form from Nicole. She was in control the whole match and aggressively worked Bradley’s arm. Bradley tried to respond in kind, but it was futile and was soon forced to tap. Hunger is indeed a powerful motivator. Right out of the gate, the big boys took control and managed some early big hits, scoring an early two-count. The for-realsies wrestlers pulled it back somewhat, but they were never able to force an extended matwork scenario. Pete and Bubba have proven they can work well together, and one wonders if their success here will have implications in other federations. One also wonders if the butter prize, split between the four Butter Enthusiast Coalition members, will be enough to sate them. Surely, they’ll also be pursuing the singles title, and any other future titles that have butter attached to them. Alas, third time was not the charm for Leona Sterling. Despite engaging in multiple extended grapples for position on the mat, Leona was unable to land her signature Guillotine even once. Meanwhile, Lexie was absolutely relentless, forgoing any funny business and working hold after submission hold on Leona. Eventually, after multiple intense submission attempts, Leona tapped in what must be another frustrating “bridesmaid” loss for her. During the award ceremony, Elle Barrett attempted to join the new title holders on stage, and Lexie told security to let her through. Before she could explain herself, however, the wrestling dead struck once more. This time, though, the champions (plus Elle) were more than able to handle the undead horde. No one was seriously injured, and only Big Bubba Bob and Lexie Barrett were bloodied. Even so, the champions were able to give a victory speech before being sent off to medical. It’s expected that everyone will be just fine, and even Bubba and Lexie will only need a short quarantine more as a formality than anything else. Lexie after her win “Hey Auntie Elle. So you found me and my new gig. I hope you didn’t find me by looking up my… day job name. I’m supposed to be keeping those two brands separate. Supposed to, anyway.”
She giggles.
“But hey! I’m a champion now. Lil’ ol’ Lexie, porn star freak of the family, a wrestling title holder, beating out a well-known MMA champ to do it. And I'm also zombie outbreak survivor!
“And before anyone says anything — and I know there are people already saying things on the Internet. No, I did not tongue kiss my aunt. I’m a freak, sure. Done a lot of weird shit in my day job. But I ain’t that kind of freak.
“And if anyone wants to give me shit about kissing Pete: I’ve done a whole lot raunchier than kissing with guys a whole lot weirder than Pete. Some of you in the audience probably get off to stuff like that.”
Lexie smirks at the camera to drive the point home.
“Anyway, people have asked me many times why I started wrestling. Sure, I’d done a few fetish shoots beforehand, but nothing like this. I usually tell people I was intrigued by the change of pace, and while that is true… I was also inspired by my Auntie Elle here to get into the business. Even modeled my style a little bit off of hers.
"Speaking of, Auntie, I’ll have to show you something I’ve been cooking up. Haven’t found a good time to use it in a match yet, but I think you’ll like it.
"So, yeah. I’m Butterfloor’s first ever singles title holder. You proud of me? Unfortunately, considering what I do for my day job, I don’t think I’ll be able to eat much of the free butter I won. But, if you ever want to make your famous bread and butter pudding, well, I’ve got plenty to go around.”

A message from the Senatorial Office: Ruthless Nicole Alger: That felt good. Real good. Always like adding to the collection. Adding another arm. That's what I came here for. Not taking on big monsters. Wrestling against wrestlers. Mat wrestling, the sort of thing this was supposed to be about. And I think I'm pretty good at that. Give me more challenges, I'll take them all on. The oil guy? Give me a shot. The Buttered Toast guy, sure, why not. People think me and Candace got problems because she's winning her matches. I say those people don't know their heads from their asses. Candace does good, I'm happy. She deserves it. I support it. Plenty of time for me to get my wins. And I will.
---
Big Bubba Bob: Yeah, I'm a big champ now, like, a real one, it's like Pete's Hawk and I'm the Animal, cause I'm like a real animal out there. But then we got the zombies tryin' to eat us, but zombies ain't gonna eat us because we're too big for them, hahahahaha! I dunno, I was kinda hopin' Lexie was gonna kiss me too, but she just wanted to kiss Pete, and wanted to kiss Elle who's her grandma or her aunt or somethin' like that, so yeah, Lexie, you wanna go out, I'm, um, yeah, I'm wanting to go out with you, too because you're real hot... Uh, but yeah, I'm a champ now, an' that's super cool.
---
Elle Barrett: Look, I'm just going to answer what you're all asking, and all I have to say is that I used to be in the Royal Navy, and I've seen and done worse when I was younger, alright. Lexie does what she does, and sometimes she gets carried away when she has an audience, but we're not that kind of a family. That's all I'm saying about that.
Elle: But anyway, I'm happy I was able to keep up with Megan out there, she's as good as it gets. And I'm proud of Lexie, she's done what she felt she had to do, or wanted to do to get ahead. She's proven herself in wrestling, and I know how hard she worked to get to this point. I think in return that seeing how well she's doing is going to motivate me to see what I can still do out there. I think there's still a few lessons I can learn, a few new tricks I can pick up, and as long as I'm not fending off zombie attacks, I like the idea of sticking around in Butterfloor. There's some interesting matchups here, and it's nice that I don't have to carry the Action Pack on my back when I wrestle here. No, I think this is a brand new chance, and I'm going to take full advantage, if they'll keep bringing me around.

After taking a week off, Butterfloor is back. This is the card for Butterfloor Episode #6! Freya O'Malley (Evergreen) versus The Headless Holdsman With Shogun’s challenge to Butterfloor’s headless specter ending in his victory, he has opened the door for others to take a shot at the newly-christened Headless Hall of Fame. Next in line is Freya O’Malley, Evergreen’s legendary giant slayer. Despite a few missteps, Freya has had some incredible wins against some legendary opponents recently, and fighting a literal supernatural angry ghost is exactly the sort of reckless and inadvisable thing she’d try to do to one-up herself. Freya might be on her way to adding “demon hunter” to her list of titles in Evergreen, but can she take the title of “ghost buster” too? Oak Man versus Mega Meat (Wrestle Parade) The tag titles — and their associated free butter stipend — isn’t enough for the big boys. After something of an upset victory in his Butterfloor debut as its first ever guest appearance, Mega Meat is working towards getting his own shot at the singles title to add it to the B.E.C.’s collection. His opponent this show will be Butterfloor’s breakout darling heel, Oak Man, who on his own winstreak. Helena Lundgren (Blackwood Academy) versus Tristan Pacheco Despite the disaster that occurred the last time the Blackwood Academy sent someone here, they’ve allowed us to guest star another one of their pupils… although they made it clear they will be sending a trainer to “accompany” their student. (Honestly, no one blames them.) Helena Lundgren is one of the Academy’s powerhouses, looking to face Butterfloor’s resident junior, Tristan Pacheco, in a classic “power versus speed” matchup. Despite Tristan’s… shoddy record, both in Butterfloor and beforehand, all that losing has given him a lot of experience… if he uses it properly. Landon Balls versus Jordan Wright The first of multiple matches revolving around a social media feud turned physical. Over the next few shows, six major social media stars will be airing their grievances not in diss tracks or roast videos, but in Butterfloor’s ring, leading up to the grand finale of Landon Balls versus Bartholomew van Cash in the final show. Landon Balls is perhaps synonymous with “Internet personality.” With one of the largest YouTube channels, a massive following, and even bigger drama magnet, Landon Balls is here after being in a beef with another well-known social media influencer, Bartholomew van Cash. Jordan Wright gained Internet fame for his long and lanky body… and not much else. His content online consists mostly of him doing wacky skits on Instagram, usually involving some form of physical and body comedy. Jordan comes in on van Cash’s team centered around Instagram stars, first up in the feud’s team round robin format. Darren O'Keenan versus Bartholomew van Cash Darren O’Keenan is a Scottish YouTuber, best known for his emphasis on prank, challenge, and slime videos. Along with his motley crew, Darren keeps kids’ attention with bright colors and shouting at the camera. Lots of shouting. He’s here on Landon Balls’ team, made up of three major YouTube stars, although he has his own beef with fellow Scotsman, Owen McNeill. Bartholomew van Cash is best known for his videos on Instagram and Tik Tok, posting short comedy skits that are always original and are never copied from popular trends or lesser known content creators. A major star, his social media feed is filled with pictures and videos (that may or may not be legitimate) of his obscene wealth. Bingo Hall Mutants (Rampage Rage and Skullface Killah from PEWA) versus Les Beautes Blondes/The Privileged (Revon Beauregard and Michelle Rochefort from Wrestle Parade/Phoenix Rising) The prospect of butter truly makes for strange ringfellows. (And really long match descriptions.) While the Bingo Hall Mutants might be as imposing as the B.E.C. members, their plans for the butter almost certainly involve their well-known post-show barbecues, as opposed to just scarfing it down. Their opponents, a duo representing the far more refined Les Beautes Blondes and The Privileged, Revon and Michelle are… probably also here for the butter, honestly. That French appetite for butter is real. Two very different styles, clashing over a common hunger. Tom Balls versus Owen McNeill Tom Balls is Landon Balls older brother, and in many ways is cut from the same cloth. Although Tom Balls started out in children’s television, he has since transitioned to social media as his primary work. Much like his younger brother, Tom Balls does daily vlogs with intense energy to keep his young audience engaged. Owen McNeill is best described as a cross between a fitness guru and “shirtless comedy” star, his Instagram feed a mix of feats of athleticism set to dramatic music, and comedy bits centered around McNeill being shirtless to impress his young female audience. American Apex (Keith Van Horne and Lamont Aldren from Wrestle Parade) versus Lexie Barrett and Priya Mallaya (Valkyrie Pro) Despite having won the singles title last show, Lexie is showing no signs of slowing down. Commentator Kevin’s worst fears have been realized, with Lexie and Priya tagging together for the first time. The two might not always be serious in the ring, but there's no doubt the pairing has a lot of potential. In the other corner, the American Apex are making a return, this time in the ring together. They had a mixed showing last week, with Lamont getting a dominant victory over Liz, but Keith being on the receiving end of an ugly loss at the hands of Edhem. No doubt the pair are looking to win here to leave a positive impression of the team moving forward. Excerpt from Landon Ball’s YouTube channel about the YouTuber vs Instagrammer feud “People have been talking shit, just like they always have. You know, people hate to see other people succeed, so they start fake drama and making up lies to tear them down. It’s honestly sad, really, when you think about it. A guy works his ass off, makes content to build his audience, and succeeds, and people have nothing better to do than criticize and spread lies. “It’s why I’m doing this, why I’m taking this fight. You can’t just spread lies on the Internet without any consequences. People think that they can say what they want on the Internet, drop diss tracks, make roast videos, and they won’t face any consequences. If you’re gonna say things, you better be able to back up those words. I’m not doing this for me, because it’s not really about me. It’s about you. It’s about you, the Ballers. I’m doing this for my audience, because that’s what really at stake here. “Now, before we get into my training routine, we’re gonna have a five-second like and subscribe challenge….”
Excerpt from Elizabeth “Liz” McKenna’s YouTube channel on Butterfloor's hosting of the feud “No, no one’s happy about this. No one here agrees with management on this. It’s such a weird decision. “I get why they chose to book with us. I mean, there’s no way they’d allow this nonsense at The Office or Phoenix Rising. But why did Butterfloor agree to this? It would be one thing if it was really early in the fed’s life and we needed the publicity, any publicity. But we have some of the best in the world coming here, and our titles carry legitimate prestige even outside our gimmick of free butter. “And now, for three shows, almost half the card is going to be eaten up by this nonsense. It’s going to ruin the pacing of our storylines, but even more basic than that, it’s three potentially great matches replaced by ugly, staged garbage. It’s definitely disappointing.”
You can find the Steam Workshop collection of the social media edits here. You'll find more detailed lore information there. Unlike the main Butterfloor edits, they're not open for booking, given the nature of why they're in the ring. That might change for some of the edits in the future, however.

Had to handle some minor flooding during the show, so it ran late and I wasn't able to commentate over the matches. Still ran every match somehow. Episode #6 Results Quick Results Freya O'Malley (Evergreen) versus The Headless Holdsman Oak Man versus Mega Meat (Wrestle Parade) Helena Lundgren (Blackwood Academy) versus Tristan Pacheco Landon Balls versus Jordan Wright Darren O'Keenan versus Bartholomew van Cash (Draw) Bingo Hall Mutants (Rampage Rage and Skullface Killah from PEWA) versus Les Beautes Blondes/The Privileged (Revon Beauregard and Michelle Rochefort from Wrestle Parade/Phoenix Rising) Tom Balls versus Owen McNeill American Apex versus Lexie Barrett and Priya Mallaya (Valkyrie Pro)
Write-Ups Let it not be said that Freya’s defeat was for being sorely outmatched. O’Malley went toe-to-toe with the headless specter, and may have even won had she not attempted her signature Batten Kill in the ropes. (Perhaps an unfortunate holdover from her Evergreen instincts.) Stubborn as always, she endured Headless’ array of submissions, and had to be slammed into the mat and pinned to be defeated. And seeing that stubbornness, everyone suspects it’s only a matter of time before she goes for a rematch. Mega Meat might be getting on in years, but that hasn’t been a knock against him yet. Although he has gas issues, he fought through the exhaustion and Oak Man’s signature Plant a Dumbass Tree to wrestle Oak Man into a pin. Tristan sure likes to play with fire. Despite (or perhaps, because of) his well-known inability to properly land frankensteiners, he continues to attempt them, and it almost cost him this match. Despite that, however, Pacheco put on an impressive tide of pressure. While Helena was able to get in a few good suplexes, it wasn’t enough to keep Pacheco from landing his signature enzuigiri into screw slam combo three times, with the third for the win. While Landon Balls put on some intense striking offense, he was clearly on the ropes after Jordan Wright broke his nose with a stomp. It would only take a little while longer and two drivers for Jordan to get the win. Tangentally, while multiple pressers tried to get Winifred Wright’s statement on if she and the well-known wrestling family were related to Jordan Wright, she offered no meaningful comment. (Frankly, even if they are related, I don’t blame the Wrights for pretending otherwise.) It took only a few moments to see this match would be ugly. O’Keenan and van Cash went to the mat multiple times… although it was less “technical wrestling display” and more “schoolyard scuffling.” In the end, that very schoolyard scuffle style would be both competitors’ undoing. Even in the face of an immanent count out, the two competitors chose to brawl on the outside rather than return to the ring. It seemed like the Mutants were in control for most of the match, with the only bright spot for the privileged blondes being Michelle’s multiple corner figure fours on Rampage Rage. But seemingly out of nowhere, Michelle delivered a headlock-knee combination into a standing clutch that got Skullface Killah to tap. While the match opened up with another schoolyard scuffle guard brawl, the real contrast was between McNeill’s running antics and Tom Balls’ punches. An explosive match, Tom Balls landed multiple punching combinations before throwing Owen into the mat off a run for the win. At the end of the first week of the Youtuber versus Instagrammer showdown, the record stands at an even 1-1-1 across the board for both teams. Lexie and Priya were definitely not focused on winning tonight. Neither of them landed major moves from their arsenal, and they seemed more focused on making out mid-match than anything else. To contrast, the American Apex were on their top game, synergizing beautifully and landing several complex team combinations. Lexie and Priya’s tag debut might have been lackluster… but then again, the two don’t seem all that beat up about it, either.

Here's to a much less eventful this week. Here's the card for Butterfloor Episode #7! Leona Sterling (Phoenix Rising) versus Odin Brockhouse After a brief break, Leona Sterling is back on the warpath. While it’s unlikely she’ll be chosen for an immediate rematch against Lexie for the first title defense, she’s still on the hunt for her second ever title. Her opponent this show will be her first rough-and-bitebitebite style of fighter in Butterfloor, although definitely not her first ever. For Odin, this will be his first time facing a proper shooter, and one of such caliber as Leona. As funny as the Leona “Bridesmaid” Sterling memes are (and I’ve seen a few really good ones), there’d no doubt she’s a serious threat whenever she steps into the ring. Beyond a shadow of doubt, this is Odin’s biggest test so far. Oak Man versus Rory Burton Because of a clerical oversight, Butterfloor ended up booking Oak Man against Rory Burton both for Episode #1 and Episode #3. As fortune would have it, Rory won on Episode #1, while Oak Man won on Episode #3. And so, the two will have their rubber match here. Both competitors have had spotty records so far in Butterfloor, so this could be an opportunity to get a fresh start on the right foot. Tom Balls versus Bartholomew van Cash The first match of our second night of the social media feud, Tom Balls is hot off of his win last show, while van Cash is coming off after a draw though… interesting means. The elder Balls brother and van Cash are looking to set the stage for next show’s main event, Landon Balls versus Bartholomew van Cash. A win for Tom Balls here could give some indirect momentum to his brother, while a win for Bat could make him the favorite going into next week. Elizabeth “Liz” McKenna versus Skidmark (Wrestle Parade) After a minor spill in her last match, Liz is back. While she’s no stranger to fighting people bigger than her in Butterfloor, this is certainly the first time she’s faced a weight discrepancy of this magnitude. Meanwhile, Skidmark looks to continue the B.E.C.’s somewhat surprising but undeniable dominance in Butterfloor. Landon Balls versus Owen McNeill After a defeat that many of Landon Balls’ fans are called “rigged” and “staged,” Landon Balls is facing Owen McNeill, whose own fans are calling his defeat “rigged” and “staged.” Owen will be looking to defeat the brother of the man who beat him, while Landon Balls will be trying to get some momentum leading into his main event match next show. Darren O'Keenan versus Jordan Wright Jordan Wright is coming off a very well received victory over perhaps perpetual heel Landon Balls. Hot off that win, he will be facing Darren O’Keenan, who did not have a great showing in his draw against Bartholomew van Cash last episode. Jordan Wright seems like the clear favorite, but Darren O’Keenan has a chance at redemption, both for himself and for his team. Bunch’a Amateurs (Cody Sheppard and Zak Hayes) versus The Limbtakers (Candace Monroe of Phoenix Rising and Ruthless Nicole Alger of UCSS) A match many would have predicted would have taken place for the inaugural tag title. Both these teams were defeated by the current tag title holders from the B.E.C., both times what many people would consider upsets. While the Bunch’a Amateurs got nominally farther due to matchup timing, the two teams are effectively on the same footing in Butterfloor. Both teams would probably love a shot at a rematch and prove their previous defeat was a fluke. But first, they have to get through each other. Cody Sheppard "Now here’s a match that has been a surprisingly long time coming ever since Butterfloor opened its doors. There’s no point in trying to downplay what the Limbtakers have accomplished, both as individuals and as a team. But that’s the beauty of the ring. In that moment, none of that matters. As they say, you’re only as good as your last match. "So I don’t really care about RNA or 'Candy’s' reputations up to this point. In that ring, it’s just going to be two warm bodies against two warm bodies. And after years of wrestling people who are bigger than me, it’s going to be a real nice change of pace for Zak and I to wrestle someone smaller than us."

Episode #7 Results Quick Results Leona Sterling (Phoenix Rising) defeated Odin Brockhouse Oak Man defeated Rory Burton The Headless Holdsman defeated Oak Man Bartholomew van Cash defeated Tom Balls Elizabeth “Liz” McKenna defeated Skidmark (Wrestle Parade) Landon Balls defeated Owen McNeill Jordan ”Longguy” Wright defeated Darren O'Keenan Bunch’a Amateurs (Cody Sheppard and Zak Hayes) defeated The Limbtakers (Candace Monroe of Phoenix Rising and Ruthless Nicole Alger of UCSS)
Write Ups Odin seemed to be in control from the start, opening the match with a blood-drawing bite and even outwrestling the MMA champ a few times. But despite being cut from the start, Leona fought her way back into the match, outwrestling the bird-man at key points and finally beating him down for the win. A slower match, both Oak Man and Rory took their time in slowly building up the intensity. But befitting the tree man, he would take it with his signature driver, Plant a Dumbass Tree. But then, out of nowhere, appeared the eternal nemesis of the Butterfloor production team, the Headless Holdsman. While Oak Man’s defeat is unsurprising, everyone could feel this time was… different, somehow. The air, while thick with the specter’s usual sense of death, felt even more furious than usual. Combined with the Holdsman surprising post-victory grandstanding before vanishing, one has to wonder… could Oak Man and the Headless Holdsman have some history? This was an ugly brawl of a match. van Cash busted open Tom Balls with an elbow within the first minute, and the two would engage in a punching shootout on the mat before the five minute mark. But after trading blows for much of the match, the Other Bat Man would kick out after a super kick and endure a driver to slam Tom “Big” Balls into the mat for the win. Perhaps Skidmark’s weight was more of a detriment than a boon to him this time. While Liz struggled to get a handle on the big man, and Skidmark almost pinned Liz with his incredible weight a few times, all it took was one big German suplex from Liz to put Skidmark’s lights out. Preliminary but unofficial reports suggest Skidmark should face no permanent issues otherwise. After a weak showing last week, Landon Balls made a roaring comeback in form. He was relentless in his punching barrages onto Owen McNeill, taking complete control of the match. After a few beatdowns, he secured the win. Both he and van Cash will be going into their main event match next week with momentum. For the last match for this week’s portion of the social media influencer feud, another dominant performance. Jordan “Longguy” Wright took control very early on in the match, even landing his signature Looooooooooooooooooooongbuster on the outside. Despite his lanky build, the memetic icon also landed multiple gorilla press slams throughout the match. Finally, he landed a a big diving stomp into a pin for the win. Going into the final week of the feud, the Instagrammers lead 3-2-1 overall. Two out of three of the Instagram team’s win have come from Jordan Wright, who has done very well for himself this feud. As far as true wrestling showcases go, this match did not disappoint. Not five seconds into the match, and both teams were already going for the mat. All throughout the match, both teams fought for position on the floor. Ultimately, while an untimely ref spill kept Zak from registering a tap out from Candace, it did not stop his next attempt from securing the win for the Bunch’a Amateurs. Unfortunately for Candace, she did not bounce back from her loss in Phoenix Rising on Monday, even under different circumstances. While her title shot is still a ways away, these repeated losses cannot be a good omen going forward…. Cody Sheppard I saw those betting odds before the match. We were the underdogs basically everywhere. And I get it. Like I said before the match, both RNA and “Candy” have storied histories, and nothing can take that away from them. But like I also said last week, in that ring, on that mat, all that history fades away. It’s just you and yours against them and theirs. And tonight, Zak and I were the better team. Simple as that.

And through the power of forward planning, I've already got the card for Butterfloor Episode #8 ready to go! This is a surprisingly big one, with the short list of singles title contenders going to be shortened even more, and the grand finale of the YouTuber versus Instagrammer feud. Kanjirin Tonorian (Phoenix Rising) versus The Headless Holdsman Kanjirin has looked nearly unstoppable. His only close singles match in recent memory was against a very motivated Kaelara Sentarl, and it took both of Phoenix Rising’s Icons to bring him down in a tag match. Apparently unsatisfied with his dominance in Phoenix Rising, and perhaps looking to right the Pure Gold ship after said tag loss, Kanjirin is looking to add a spot in the Headless Hall of Fame to his collection of accolades. But it’s one thing to face mortal foes. Has Kanjirin overestimated his power in challenging the terror from beyond the grave? Zak Hayes versus Leona Sterling (Phoenix Rising) Zak Hayes has done very well in Butterfloor, even better than his senior Cody. He’s currently undefeated in singles showings, and his only loss was to current tag champions, the B.E.C., in a tag loss. He’s certainly on the short list for next possible title contender. But in order to prove he’s really on that next level, he’s going to have beat one of the first title contenders in Leona in a singles bout, who’s looking for her own next shot at soon as possible. Keith Van Horne (Wrestle Parade) versus Mega Meat (Wrestle Parade) For pinning Lexie in their tag match, Keith might be in consideration for a shot at the singles title. Meanwhile, Mega Meat has defied many expectations and is still undefeated on the Butterfloor. In order to secure their sport on the short list going into next week, they’ll have to go through each other. Ruthless Nicole Alger (UCSS) versus Edhem Yavas Alger asked for it, and so she shall receive. Once again, both competitors are within striking range of the next title shot. Edhem has returned after an… unfortunate victory against Keith Van Horne lead to some talks with management, but still remains undefeated and no one doubts his capability. Nicole herself has had a shaky singles career in recent memory, and is coming off a tag loss last show. Despite this, everyone knows how strong Ruthless Nicole Alger is. Still, the obvious question lingers: How do you pull someone’s arm off when it’s too oily to even grab onto? Rampage Rage (PEWA) versus Candace Monroe (Phoenix Rising) Because our booking staff has no sense of self-preservation, they decided to invite Candace Monroe on the same day we have her future title shot opponent and her eternal rival. That catering table is going to either be very awkward or very messy. (In our defense, we made our arrangements long before the powder keg of last week went off. But still, no sense of self-preservation.) After a disappointing showing last week with two losses, Candace is looking for some redemption and something to show for as she approaches her title match. Rampage Rage is looking to bounce back himself, after a tag loss in his last appearance on Butterfloor. Tom Balls versus Jordan Wright If you thought the midcard was unusually stacked for an otherwise normal show, well… just take a look at the rest of the card. Still, for all the big influencer fans and stans, this show will be the finale to the YouTuber versus Instagrammer wrestling feud. Tom Balls definitely has a hill to climb, coming off a loss and facing the undefeated Longguy. But a win for Tom “Big” Balls would be key for turning the scorecard around. Darren O'Keenan versus Owen McNeill Finally, the two Scottish influencers will face each other on this last night of the feud. Frankly, neither of them have put up stellar performances, Darren having a draw and a loss while Owen having two losses. But that just means the two are on even footing as they go to settle their personal beef, and it’s anyone’s game. Landon Balls versus Bartholomew van Cash This is it. This is what the entire feud has been leading up to. The two men that started it all will end it all in this show’s main event. Bartholomew “The Other Bat Man” has the slightly better nominal record, at a win and a draw compared to Landon “Little Ligma” Balls’ win and a loss. But both influencers are coming off wins last show, and both are definitely looking for their own personal vindication and pride.
