WCW CujoMatty Enhancments
CujoMatty – the original inspiration for all my Arena Edit aspirations made an awesome set of WCW arenas a few years back.
I revisited all his work and made a few stage/texture edits you might be interested in. I have his original work and all of my personal enhancements/changes uploaded onto my drive. Here is what I did:
Fixed Side Ramp Textures (All WCW Arenas)
Before
After Squared off/improved Mats (removed extra grey mats)(All Arenas except Saturday Night/Nitro)Before
After Revised Road Wilde Stage and Floor by adding new grass Before After Added new Lights for all Arenas (unless current one was good enough) and deposited those in my "generic" texture folder.
These enhancements/improvements are for all 15 of his WCW arenas.
FYI: If you notice your stage texture is incorrect or “fighting” with another texture during entrances, go to the arena edit .txt files for the said arena, remove “AR00_Stage_C”, and remove the .csv line that populates part “AR00_Stage_C”. I had this issue with Fall Brawl, Great American Bash, Road Wild, Souled Out, Uncensored, and WW3. I don't know what caused it but the fix works.
Update (10PM): I ended up uploading my own .csv/.txt files if you don't want the trouble of having to locate the lines yourself. where can I find these wcw arenas? The first post of this thread has the link to my google drive. In the drive, you will find CujoMatty's original WCW files and all of my enhancements.

Someone who recently downloaded some of my generic texture files asked how he could see them during AR00 entrances. In other words, how do we go from this: ...to this... I just uploaded three ArenaEdit files under a new folder called ArenaEdit Tools/Parts. They are all very quick and easy to set up...
ARENA NAME.csv ARENA NAME.txt ARENA NAME_ent.txt "ARENA NAME" in this case is the exact name of the in game arena. We'll use my "WWE Royal Rumble 2004" arena as the example. I download the three files... Rename them appropriately... Open the .csv and edit cell C2 so that the file extension leads to your arena's "_stage file" - the same one you are using in the Arena Texture Database.
For me, FirePro is installed in my D Drive, and I am using my WWE Royal Rumble 2004_Stage.png. This particular file does not need to be named after the arena directly - I do it to keep easy track of my files.
Place the three files in the ....\steamapps\common\Fire Prowrestling World\ModPackData\ArenaEdit folder and you should be good to go. If you launch the arena and are getting the wrong screen to populate on the right side of the stage, your file extension is wrong. I would at that point advise navigating to AreaEdit within the modpack and just manually browse and load the file > save.

Updated all of the WCW Stage mats so they have darker concrete and shadows on the mats. I think it looks better.
Before After
I also updated the AR00 Photoshop tool so it now includes the mat shadows (with and without announce tables).

AEW Dynamite 2024 (AR01)
Trons I finally took the time to figure out how to make trons and I am in love with the feature. With the major companies sets becoming more video focused, more of my future arenas will be less complex with ArenaEdit and focused around texturing and creating Trons for the arena. With that, I have started and will be expanding my tron library for current and historic wrestlers, and arenas. Here are a few examples with more to come in time...

Hello, first off I just wanted to say thank you so much for the work you do, the custom arenas are fantastic and I really appreciate what you've done for the game.
I've installed multiple arenas without issue but the 1 that's giving me issues is Backlash 2001. Every time I try to run it the game crashes and it would seem to me that the reason is that the game is out of memory due to the size of the files/textures for this arena. If I mess around I can get it to load by removing a large # of entries in the Excel file....but that obviously doesn't help as it makes the arena incomplete. I've tried reducing the size of the PNG's but it doesn't seem to help. Is there anything I can do to make this arena load? I'm just searching for a solution on this and then for if it were to happen on any others. Thanks!

That arena has the most components of any arena I have ever made (I think around 150) and some machines just can't handle it. I have considered revising or scaling it down, but that's not on the to do list at the moment.

Ok thanks, I've got an i7-13700k and 32gb of RAM but I guess if it doesn't work, it doesn't work. I can maybe just keep messing with removing enough textures to get it to load and see if I'm content with it.

I don't recall the order in which I put things in but I would maybe start with the top trusses and lights since i don't think you can see them during the entrance. Look for the items with a high Y value, then go from there. Good luck!

I was actually kind of doing that but I was using the layer priority column, which I guess appears to be somewhat the same as going by the pos.y column because the larger y #'s also seem to have a higher layer priority # in this instance. I'll keep messing with it.

Uploaded AR00 Photoshop tool. It has the digital grain built in so you can add images or whatever you like to create cool barriers similar to my recent AR00 arenas. I am also leaving the RAW, Smackdown, and WM40 pics in the file in case you want to see a reference or just customize it to your liking.
