[PC] Pugs Arenas + Installation Tutorials

I put in some heavy work to upgrade my WWF RAW 93, 95, and 97 using ArenaEdit. In addition to the new stages, I revised CujoMatty’s old rail concept that went around the announcer’s tables by removing the bike racks and the rails now appear in front of the ring. If you are savvy on how to use ArenaEdit, you’ll find a new single rail texture in the files. I also touched up the mat textures so they and the floor match the rails a little better. Lastly, you need to have Lord2nz’s mod (link below) that disables the spotlights in order to properly use these arena’s as I designed them.
