I'm really liking all of these moves Geese. :) Some of them are perfect for my edits.

Thanks for letting me know! I'm really glad that you are enjoying them! ð
I still have a lot of ones made that I need to finalize and then release. The highlights being some Combo Clincher jujigatames and corner to center oosotogaris! And I have some other submissions too. Hopefully I can get a few of those up within the next week. I got so many done in the past week that I'm gonna take a little break from making new ones just so I don't burn out. I love making the moves but it takes me a while to finalize, upload, and post them all. But I have a long idea list that I really want to get into too, haha ð

I'm really digging the judo-ish vibes, I'm not really sure your stance on the MMA positions but have you given any thought to transitioning some of the more martial arts throws into mount position for example?

Thanks! Glad that you enjoy them! ð That's an excellent idea ðĄ Despite making a bunch of submissions, I haven't actually considered transitioning some of my throws into the mounts. I'm a big fan of the mounts, including using them in pro wrestling matches. But so far I haven't attempted any of the Animation Library AS/AE transition markers. So this could be a really good exercise to get me more comfortable with having one move position go into another. And some of those oosotogari and hip throws could definitely logically go into top mount. Next time I give Move Craft a spin, I'll test out an oosotogari into top mount combination move ð

Thanks! Very glad that you like them ð
I'm still in the process of creating a short-armed version of the rolling shoulder hold too. In fact, I started that one first but then quickly made the ripcord one. As I mentioned before, short-armed versions of these moves take a lot more time than the Ripcord versions. That's one reason I'm able to produce the Ripcord versions so quickly and haven't done as many short-armed ones even though I prefer the short-armed setup for a lot of the moves. Plus we have more front grapple slots.
But the problem is the directions that result from the short-armed setup vs. the ripcord setup. The ripcord setup has the attacker and defender facing the same directions as they face for like 90% of the moves in the game. But the short-armed setup swaps their positions so that the attacker is on the left side (facing right) rather than the right side (facing left). That forces me to have to horizontally shift the animation frames of the attacker and defender for the merged move (in this case, the rolling shoulder hold). Unfortunately, the shadows get messed up in Move Maker when you horizontally shift the positions of the animation frames. So it takes a long time to fix that in addition to merging the timing and visual style of the two moves. I can produce about 3-4 Ripcord Moves in the time it takes me to produce one Short-Armed move.

Original Oosotogari Buster M Steam Link: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2180781560Category: Front Grapple Description: Attacker uses my modified version of the Original Oosotogari Buster then transitions into the Top Mount position. Thanks to wepner for giving me the idea to do this! The next few moves require some explanation. When I first made THRASH Ogawa in FPW, I wanted to give him a priority chain of "Face Wash -> Taunt -> Running Kick." However, this didn't work well for two reasons. 1) The opponent never got up dazed. 2) The Face Wash left the opponent too close to the post, leading to this unfortunate botch: I made new variants of the Face Wash. They all have the opponent get up dazed. And the last 2 reposition the defender away from the post, so that the attacker can connect with a running attack without bumping into the post. Here is THRASH making things right 3 long years after having to abandon the priority he wanted with all of his mighty heart. Face Wash 2 Steam Link: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2183534012Category: Corner Grapple Description: Attacker does the default Face Wash but the opponent gets up dazed. No GIF necessary. Face Wash - FlipSteam Link: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2183655632Category: Corner Grapple Description: Attacker does the default Face Wash then flips defender over onto their stomach. The defender gets up dazed. The purpose of this variation is to allow the attacker to run the ropes for a follow-up strike after the face wash without the opponent being so close to the corner that the attacker runs accidentally diagonally into the turnbuckle post. Face Wash - DragSteam Link: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2186802658Category: Corner Grapple Description: Attacker does the default Face Wash then drags the defender away from the post. The defender gets up dazed. The purpose of this variation is to allow the attacker to run the ropes for a follow-up strike after the face wash without the opponent being so close to the corner that the attacker runs accidentally diagonally into the turnbuckle post.

Pumped about more MMA set up moves but I'm digging those face washes. I didn't even know I needed them until I saw them.

Thanks!!
I'm thinking about a bunch of new moves into MMA transitions too thanks to your initial suggestion.
And yeah, I'm really happy with the face wash variations. Editing some of the corner moves to give a little "drag" away from the ropes can really help their usefulness. Plus it led me to find the dragging animation frames and throw that together so that I can use it for other moves too. It was a little tricky getting the timing right though. I can't say my version is as smooth as the default "dragging" but I'm not able to actually see the timing for those frames since it's not contained as an actual replicable/loadable technique in the Move Craft.
I have a few moves I'm working on that I'm excited about. I hope to release them in the next week. In some ways they are like the Ripcord and short-armed set-ups but using a totally different initiator move.

The Citizen's Organization Of Cool Original Oosotogaris Logo: ðĪŠ) pays me handsomely by move ð Oosotogari Buster 2Steam Link: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2175107512Category: Front Grapple Description: I altered the timing of the frames to give this variation a "snap" style impact in comparison to the smoother motion of the default Oosotogari Buster. I increased the damage as a result. Oosotogari Bomber 2Steam Link: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2199046144Category: Running Description: I altered the timing of the frames to give this variation a "snap" style impact in comparison to the smoother motion of the default STO Bomber. I increased the damage as a result. I also added an audience sound effect since the default didn't have one. Ripcord OosotogariSteam Link: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2199136527Category: Back Grapple Description: Attacker uses a Ripcord / Rainmaker Through motion to lead into the (weak grapple) Oosotogari. I increased the parameters so that it can be reliably used as a move later in the match. It is available early as well. Thanks to Steam user "erobotan" for the idea! Ripcord Oosotogari BusterSteam Link: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2199046252Category: Back Grapple Description: Attacker uses a Ripcord / Rainmaker Through motion to lead into the Oosotogari Buster (STO). Thanks to Steam user "erobotan" for the idea! Atemi Nage 9Steam Link: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2197968265Category: Front Grapple Description: Here is my attempt at re-creating the "Atemi Nage" performed by Geese Howard from the Fatal Fury and King of Fighters series. The classic Atemi Nagi is a feint and counter into a Sweeping Hip Throw combination. This version transitions into a Neck Toss instead of a Hip Throw. Since I created an Atemi Nage Hip Throw for Combo Clincher Slot 2, I decided to make it a stand-alone move too that compliments the other Front Grapple Atemi Nage moves. This move is available at Medium Damage. Atemi Nage Hip ThrowSteam Link: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2192757526Category: Combo Clincher Description: Here is my attempt at re-creating the "Atemi Nage" performed by Geese Howard from the Fatal Fury and King of Fighters series. The classic Atemi Nagi is a feint and counter into a Sweeping Hip Throw combination. Since this is a Combo Clincher, there are 3 possibilities. 1) If the attacker wins the Strike Exchange, they perform a Sweeping Hip Throw (like my Atemi Nage 1 and Atemi Nage 2 moves from Front Grapple). 2) If the attacker wins the Strike Exchange but has to fall over, then they perform the Neck Toss instead of the Hip Throw (which would keep them down). 3) If the attacker loses the Strike Exchange, they attempt the Atemi Nage counter but the defender doesn't actually throw a strike. This leaves the attacker open for the defender attack that wins the Strike Exchange. 3 Combo Clincher scenarios: Trap Cross Arm BreakerSteam Link: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2187699834Category: Front Grapple Description: This is my attempt at porting the Trap Cross Arm Breaker into Front Grapple. In order to create space for the move, there's a brief "push off" to start with the defender backing up before attacker offers their fake handshake. Trap Oosotogari BusterSteam Link: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2187699943Category: Front Grapple Description: This starts off with the handshake from the Trap Cross Arm Breaker then transitions into my version of the Original Oosotogari Buster. Trap Short Arm STOSteam Link: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2187700062Category: Front Grapple Description: This starts off with the handshake from the Trap Cross Arm Breaker then turns into a Short-Armed whip which leads into my version of the Original Oosotogari Buster.

Awesome stuff man! That ripcord osogotari is super smooth and the extra oomph and CROWD NOISE for the bomber was very needed as well. Genius moving the arm trap to Front Grapple. Yesterday I was thinking about all the cool transitions you could do with that handshake animation (complete shots, lariats, northern lights suplex etc) and immediately gave up when I thought about all the angles needed for a strike. Front Grapple makes it way easier.

Awesome stuff man! That ripcord osogotari is super smooth and the extra oomph and CROWD NOISE for the bomber was very needed as well. I was able to rig up the two ripcords pretty quickly. Very glad that you like the ripcord oosotogari! It's difficult with the Oosotogari Bomber because of the position switch. Both the weak damage Oosotogari and the strong damage Original oosotogari Buster have the attacker on the far side of the defender (in terms of the front facing camera). That lines up with the Ripcord which has the attacker on the same side but not with the Oosotogari Buster that the attacker on the near side. I had to tweak the speed and the distance to make that work. And yeah, it finally occurred to me after two months to fix one of my favorite moves that Fire Pro butchers. That default oosotogari bomber looks awful. It has zero impact. I've used that for my Alicia Gordon edit for a year now and I'm constantly simming her. I finally realized yesterday that I don't have to cringe when I see that move or use my imagination with it. I could literally just go and fix it!! This is the first running move I've messed with but since I was just altering timing and not parts, it was easy. No idea why the default didn't have any crowd noise but maybe even Spike knew the move was too weak looking for the crowd to cheer for ðĪĢ Genius moving the arm trap to Front Grapple. Yesterday I was thinking about all the cool transitions you could do with that handshake animation (complete shots, lariats, northern lights suplex etc) and immediately gave up when I thought about all the angles needed for a strike. Front Grapple makes it way easier. Exactly. The standing moves are a nightmare to work with. I have no desire to make custom frames for all the positions. It's nuts. But porting this setup to front grapple opens up a lot of opportunities. I suppose that opening "push off" i mentioned is really more of a mutual breaking of the grapple clinch. I need to make an actual legit handshake too in order for the handshake fakes to have more meaning ð

Stand Shoulder Hold STO Steam Link: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2211754615Category: Front Grapple Description: I took the beginning of the default Stand Shoulder Hold and finished it with a modified oosotogari finish. This is a medium damage move. Stand Shoulder Hold STO 2Steam Link: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2211754726Category: Front Grapple Description: I took the beginning of the default Stand Shoulder Hold and finished it with a modified original oosotogari buster. Reach Oosotogari Buster (CC)Steam Link: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2193995931Category: Combo Clincher Description: Picture 1: If the attacker wins the exchange of blows, they will reach forth and pull the defender in with an original oosotogari buster. Picture 2: If they counter after the defender attempts their clincher, then the attacker will also reach for the original oosotogari buster and then fall down after. If they lose the exchange, they will use a lariat but then fall to the defender's dropkick (not included in the pictures). Hands Gut Pose + Fierce ChopSteam Link: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2199750756Category: Standing (BIG) Description: The default Fierce Chop is preceded by the Hands Gut Pose taunt. I did this for an edit so that their fierce chop special would always reliably follow their Hands Gut Pose taunt. Since we can't priority link anything into Standing moves, and I didn't want to have to put the Chop at 100%, I decided to combine them into one. Hands Gut Pose + Fierce Chop 2Steam Link: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2199785287Category: Standing (BIG) Description: The Hands Gut Pose taunt is followed by a Fierce Chop variation that looks stronger and takes more damage than the default. The chop has a little more delay in the middle and the arm is thrown quicker for the chop. I created this move for my edit RYOMA and am calling it the "Solar Flare."

Let's add another four to the pile! Introducing the first part of my Bear Hug group ðŧ Rear Bear HugSteam Link: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2194974066Category: Back Grapple (BIG) Description: I wanted one of my edits to have a bear hug submission from back grapple. I used the front grapple bearhug as a launching point and eventually turned it into a Back Grapple one while modifying the motion of the limbs and head. If no submission occurs, this version has the defender elbow the attacker in the face causing them both to fall down. Rear Bear Hug SlamSteam Link: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2194974245Category: Back Grapple (BIG) Description: Attacker uses my Rear Bear Hug hold for an attempted submission and then follows up with a slam to the ground.
