Looney Toons!?!?! Now I wanna piledrive a dude's head up out of his ass, then the inverted head ass guy rolls up the attacker for a critical schoolboy victory. But he uses his legs as arms and his arms as the legs. I'm not drunk I swear.

Request to the mods: Can someone please move this thread to the "Custom Moves and Parts" sub-forum? Thanks! 😄 Oosotogari variations and C2C Running Elbow ButtOriginal Osotogari Low BlowSteam Link: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2165692892Category: Front Grapple Description: This starts off as a standard Oosotogari Buster but quickly turns into shenanigans with a low blow kick to the unsuspecting opponent. This is available as a Medium Grapple move. Original Osotogari Buster 1Steam Link: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2165639817Category: Front Grapple Description: This is similar to the default Oosotogari Buster. The changes I made were to enhance the pause right before the start of the downward slam and to speed up the slam itself. Original Osotogari Buster 2Steam Link: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2165639891Category: Front Grapple Description: This can be thought of as a high angle version of the Oosotogari Buster default move in the game. The result is that the attacker slams the defender on the back of their head/neck far more than they do in the default. The damage is higher as well. Original Osotogari Buster 3Steam Link: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2165639955Category: Front Grapple Description: This is an admittedly odd-looking variation of the Oosotogari Buster. The idea is that there is a "whiplash" effect on pulling the arm a second before the pause before the drop. The drop itself is a little quicker and more impactful than the default move. Running Elbow Butt 2Steam Link: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2165143042Category: Corner to Center Description: This is similar to the default Running Elbow Butt. The two changes are are in the immediate effect of the impact and the eventual fall. The defender's head recoils backwards after the elbow strike and they fall onto the ground at an angle that effects their head and neck more than the default. As a result, the damage parameters are a little higher.

Ughsotogari movesThanks to Dawnbr3ak3r for the idea to turn the initial Osotoguhri botch into the low blow and these two 😁 Ughsotogari BotchSteam Link: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2165764321Category: Front Grapple Description: This starts off as a standard Oosotogari Buster but ugh tragedy strikes (in form of banana peel?) and attacker falls on their head while accidentally connecting with a low blow kick to the defender. This is available as a Weak Grapple move. Ughsotogari Botch 2Steam Link: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2166830451Category: Front Grapple Description: This starts off as a standard Oosotogari Buster but epic tragedy strikes (in form of banana peel?) and attacker falls on their head, briefly knocking themselves out. Defender is as confused as we are at this development! This is available as a Weak Grapple move.

Oh to feel the wind on my face as I lay my tired eyes on those two moves. A visual tapestry of human achievement. A love letter to the artisinal spirit. A few hours ideally spent in the pursuit of crafting perfection.
*Looks at moves again*
Whoops, wrong thread 😂

I'm fully expecting a Ripcord Ripcord at this point, lol. These are all really awesome, though!
Cannot find the clip but Paul Tracey has a much fancier version of the Rainmaker and at least some of the time he sort of feints one into an actual one
But this may have to do:

Ripcord Tanahashi SlapSteam Link: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2172137375Category: Back Grapple Description: Attacker uses a Ripcord / Rainmaker Through motion to lead directly into a Tanahashi Slap, leaving opponent dazed. High Jump Face BusterSteam Link: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2171153506Category: Strike Exchange Clincher Description: Attacker leads with a toe kick to close the distance and then uses the High Jump Face Buster (from front grapple). The move is only slightly modified. I made this move cause I wanted to give Robin Walker her old "Loser's Lunch" move from this position 😎

Ripcord Original Oosotogari BusterSteam Link: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2173068566Category: Back Grapple Description: Attacker uses a Ripcord / Rainmaker Through motion to lead into my modified version of the Original Oosotogari Buster. Original Oosotogari Buster - Combo ClincherSteam Link: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2173121337Category: Combo Clincher Description: Attacker finishes a strike exchange by taking a few steps to close the distance then using my modified version of the Original Oosotogari Buster. Stomach Punches 1Steam Link: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2143950553Category: Opponent Down - Face Up, Near Head Description: Attacker begins punching the stomach of the defender. This is a submission and intended for mid-late usage. Stomach Punches 2Steam Link: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2143974333Category: Opponent Down - Face Up, Near Head Description: Attacker begins mercilessly pummeling the stomach of the defender. These last two are my two favorites so far! I can't even pick between them.
Edit: Its just now coming to me hours later how many moves you could chain with the short lariat start, complete shot is the one that's immediately jumping out to me but I bet arm slam, uranage etc. would look dope as well.

These last two are my two favorites so far! I can't even pick between them. Thanks!! Very glad that you like them! 😄 I'm partial toward the short-armed lariat because it was a lot harder to make. I figured i'd just be able to copy/paste my oosotogari frames to replace the lariat part of the short-armed lariat. Turns out, I couldn't do that because of the way the wrestlers face. The oosotogaris that I've made all start with the attacker facing left and the defender facing right. That also goes for the ripcord moves since the ripcord set-up has the same directional facing. However, the short-armed clothesline starts that way but then ends with the attacker facing right and the defender facing left. I couldn't find a way to copy/paste the frames for my oosotogari in a neat way, as a result. Switching the horizontal settings (either before or after the copy/paste) messed up the distance & shadows. I also added a "transitional" frame from the my atemi nage counter moves to bridge the gap between where the short armed lariat ended and the osotogari began. That looked cleaner than the first frame of the oosotogari. Took me a long time to smooth it all out but I like the results! As for the ripcord sumo choke slam - that went very smoothly and quickly. I had the idea for it cause I wanted to give it to a specific wrestler. I think it came out very cleanly. The default move actually has a bit of a gap in animation toward the end (the frame right before hitting the mat is rather elevated) but it leads to a strong drop at the end. I think Spike (or I) could have added one more animation frame in between to smooth it out. But if you're going for raw impact, the slightly "jarring" look works really well! Edit: Its just now coming to me hours later how many moves you could chain with the short lariat start, complete shot is the one that's immediately jumping out to me but I bet arm slam, uranage etc. would look dope as well. I think you can use the Ripcord and the Short armed lariat set-up for a ton of moves! There are just two main difficulties in using it for all of the ones we'd probably want to: 1) The horizontal focus like I said above. If you are adding frames from a move where the attacker/defender are facing a different direction than how the ripcord or short armed lariat is, it will be a pain to fix the shadows the X coordinates. This is something that can definitely be worked with though. 2) The foreground/background and arm placement problem. There are two reasons I've made so many variations of the Original Oosotogari Buster rather than the other Oosotogari. The OOB has the attacker in the background and the defender in the foreground. That matches up with the arm placement of the Ripcord move and also for the Short-armed lariat. The other Oosotogari has the attacker in the foreground using the opposite arm. That means that you can't easily use it to finish a ripcord set-up without re-animating the middle of the move to switch arms and positions in some way. However, what you could do is animate an alternate Ripcord/Short Armed Lariat set-up to accommodate moves like the other Oosotogari and also the Arm Slam. But that would have to be all custom frames. It may also make sense to animate a "transition into ripcord" move from front grapple. I do like the short-armed lariat setup as a different one from the ripcord though. They both offer a different visual and "feel" for the move. I just wish we could more easily switch horizontal focus for the wrestlers without ruining the X/shadow placement.

Ripcord Sniper CrossfaceSteam Link: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2175973666Category: Back Grapple Description: Attacker uses a Ripcord / Rainmaker to set up the Sniper Crossface. Ripcord Hip ThrowSteam Link: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2175141144Category: Back Grapple Description: Attacker uses a Ripcord / Rainmaker to set up the Hip Throw from the default Front Grapple category. This move is available as a Medium Damage move. Ripcord Neck TossSteam Link: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2177043706Category: Back Grapple Description: Attacker uses a Ripcord / Rainmaker to set up the Neck Toss from the default Front Grapple category. STO Fake into Hip ThrowSteam Link: steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2175284430Category: Front Grapple Description: Attacker begins an Oosotogari Buster then transitions the unsuspecting defender into a Hip Throw. This move is available as a Medium Damage move because it's meant for wrestlers who use a variant of the Oosotogari Buster later in the match.
