All this virus stuff has been a great deterrent to the astonishing facts that Tom Brady is leaving the Patriots and the Texans executed one of the dumbest trades in NFL history.

^nice, topical avatar there Zealot :D
But yeah, what in the holy goosefuck were the Texans thinking with that one? I can't fathom what kind of narcotics Bill O'Brien must have consumed before thinking "yeah, I really want to trade away the best WR in football for magic beans!"
The Brady thing is unsurprising as I feel Belichick has been wanting to go with a younger QB for years but couldn't justifiably move on because Brady just kept winning. Even though he looked bad at points last season, I'm interested to see if Brady can actually win somewhere outside of Belichick's system (which I'm sure he's bringing with him; he's not starting over completely at 42 years old). With Indianapolis signing Phillip Rivers (Indy was one of the primary conjectured landing spots for Brady), I'd be very, very surprised if Brady doesn't end up in Tampa Bay or San Diego, with Cam Newton possibly being traded to fill the other spot (which would have to be San Diego, as I'd presume Carolina isn't foolish enough to trade a former MVP to their division rival). The Bears have given Mitchell Trubisky a half-hearted vote of confidence but if Brady (or Newton) is in play for them, you're damn well sure they're going to go after it.
Also, lol @ Stefon Diggs. I'll happily eat crow if he finds a ton of success with Buffalo but Kirk Cousins is objectively a better passing quarterback than Josh Allen and Minnesota just has better offensive talent overall than Buffalo. But he had to share priority with RB Dalvin Cook and that just couldn't stand.......so he got shipped off to a team that on paper seems less likely to make a run to the SB than the Vikes. It just seems like the guy made it all about himself and now he gets to be "the man" on a team that might not win as many games as his old one. Only time (and a clearance to resume athletic events) will tell. I will give Allen credit, that big mofo does have a CANNON and if they're committed to a distinctively vertical passing game, then Diggs should help him out tremendously.....if he's not sulking about his touches.

I think the case with Diggs is that him and the Vikings just couldn't sustain any type of relationship. His use was just way too inconsistent in that offense overall. The trade they made with Buffalo was fantastic for both sides as it will help out Josh Allen a ton in my opinion and the Vikes get a bevy of picks.
Also, Brady to the BUCS (wuuuut) and Rivers to the COLTS. What a time to be alive.

Remember when Tampa Bay was the place that QBs were begging to escape from?
Who'd have ever thought that the winningest QB in NFL history would ride off into the sunset there?

What will the patriots do? Will they go for a big name replacement or trade up for picks?
From what I understand, not many fans will feel particularly sorry for them if they fall apart. Losing season maybe?

My guess is that they aggressively trade up for a QB or stay put and get Georgia QB Jake Fromm at their current position. Belichick is no slouch in wheeling and dealing draft picks so I'm certain they will get it done.
They could also potentially try to re-hash a player like Jacoby Brissett from the Colts to take over.

I could see them picking up Winston cheap or they trade to get Jacoby back. They definitely aren't trading up to grab a QB in the draft that's not how they work.

This is true as they usually trade down, but I guess it's dependent on how open their playoff window is. Either way, there's been quite a few sparks flying in this free agency.

Well, since the IOC is determined to not cancel the two sets of Olympic Games set for this summer despite the pandemic, the Canadian Olympic Committee took the initiative and announced the withdrawal of their athletes from all trials and events. The Australian Olympic Committee has is expected to suit, cautioning their athletes to prepare for the Games to be held next year.
Good on them.

So I guess they’ll have Hamilton place first and then have the game generate the remaining positions? 🙂 this sounds cool! I guess next will be FPW for WWE and AEW!

Ah, but why wouldn't the WWE want to use 2K20 instead?

Yeah, NASCAR did something similar this weekend. Denny Hamlin uses that sort of thing to train so it was no surprise that he ended up winning. Jimmy Johnson totally went afk and ended up causing a pileup lol.

That was an exciting race. Because Hamlin won, at least $15K will go to COVID-19 victims in South Florida. All in all, a good cause.
