More FPZ logos going up! ABjST TBiST 2 (Associated with ABjST TBiST in-game, it looks like a black & white painting) Battration (BatlArts), GONGS (RINGS), IW (FMW), Muscle-1 (No idea, my first guess was HUSTLE but that didn't exist when the game came out), S-1 (K-1), WFW (WWF), WPA (Also, WWF), WWC (WCW) and finally a complete unknown, red Japanese writing, no idea what it is. My guess was Kajiwara-Gumi, but that's not it. "Muscle-1" is the fake name of the original first iteration of WRESTLE-1, which were shows that All Japan (under Keiji Mutoh), K-1, and PRIDE promoted from 2002 to 2005, and to which the name was later used for the promotion that Mutoh formed in 2013 after leaving All Japan (and which closed down early this year).

Phil, any chance of getting the FPZ stuff as part of its own collection?

Yes, once I'm done I'll put them together. I planned on doing it.

The very last batch of the FPZ to World port is now up!! Gamma, Delfin & Murahama... M. Fujita & TAKA... BT3, Caras, Caras Jr, Wagner, Hijo Del Santo, Mascaras & Casas... Minowa, M. Funaki, M. Suzuki, Kikuta, Yoshiki Takahashi & Kondo... Frye, K. Sasaki, Kenzo, Choshu, Koshinaka & Yatsu... Gotch, Thesz & Rikidozan!
This project started on February 29th and ended on June 28th. 120 days (part-time) to port the game, not so bad.
I'll take a little while to put the FPZ edits in a collection and organize my save file (including importing/reordering the FPZ Story Mode edits into my game) and get used to working from edit books again and then I'll get back to it.
THANK YOU to those of you who supported the FPZ port. It was a very niche project but I'm happy I did it. After I'm done with the new characters we get from edit books, I'll be porting FPD.

No, Thank you for doing the hard work and porting them ! I love the Spike edits even if their logic/stats aren't the best. Can't wait to see what else is in the works. Are you going to be redoing the FPR guys too ? FPD and FPR are the games that introduced me to this magical game series

FPR has been done already. By at least 2 or 3 creators including me! I guess I could make a collection of those edits too.
The first edit on the Workshop was FPR Misawa, by me :-)

This is so cool! Its really interesting seeing how different edits evolved over time.
Have you ever made or seen edits for Inoki and Giant Baba as White Mask and Giant Mask?

I'd like to see FPG ported over if you have the data to do so. It's a neat roster.

I do, and I will!
I've spent some time porting some FPD guys, I won't do the whole roster, I will port from the books, I just wanted to scratch that itch. And the notion that FPZ was FPD 2 can be laid to rest. The skills, params & movesets are of course series standards, but the logic between FPD and FPZ Inoki/Choshu/Fujinami is nothing alike. As far as I can see the logic of D and Z are more different than the logic of Z and R were.
And just looking at those numbers I can just see that sweet flow in matches that made FPD so awesome.

I just want to thank you for this project! I had originally only planned to grab the latest version of each of the official Spike edits, but these are so good that I think I'm going to recreate every game that you do as a separate team/group.
On a side note, are you the person that used to do the NHL 2K roster renaming guides way back in the day? If so, then I've been apparently leaning on your work for my gaming joy for quite a while. Kudos!

Can't wait to see how these turn out! Its crazy that these legendary wrestlers weren't in Fire Pro except for this edit book. What are these dudes' fire pro names? Bobo Brazil and Wahoo McDaniel already sound like Fire Pro names to me :)
