Both a Sony and Nintendo State of Play today. Can’t post trailers now since I’m at work, but FFVII Rebirth and Helldivers II coming in February, Eiyuden Chronicles in April, new Contra game in the works looks great, F-Zero 99 looks like Nintendo testing the waters for F-Zero, Spider Man 2 looks fantastic as well.

The indie Yakuza trilogy is now complete. Fading Afternoon just released on Steam; the third installment (The Friends of Ringo Ishikawa and Arrest of a Stone Buddha) of a Yakuza trilogy story.

The indie Yakuza trilogy is now complete. Fading Afternoon just released on Steam; the third installment (The Friends of Ringo Ishikawa and Arrest of a Stone Buddha) of a Yakuza trilogy story. I've been excited for this for a while. Friends of Ringo Ishikawa was one of my favorite games of the past few years. I've followed the development of Fading Afternoon and it looks really fun. There's a ton of different combat options. I'm hoping the grappling is even deeper than it was in Ringo and it was great there. Also, I bought GranBlue Fantasy Versus for $2 on Steam earlier in the summer. I got to play it for about an hour last month and it was pretty awesome. An upgraded version of it is set to come out later in the year and that should be great. |

Flashback 2 coming November - Also World of Horror finally coming to consoles this month in time for Halloween. Reminds me of when I used to play Where in Time is Carmen Sandiego on my old Lazer X-128.

Vengeance of Mr Peppermint looks very interesting, I get a big time Taito Renegade feeling from it. A this is how the game would have looked if we had the technology back then feel. Nice find, I’ll keep my eye on this one!
