The cost about starting Fire Promoter with so many wrestlers due to the unlock $ code is that I haven't been allowed to sign any new wrestlers. Even when I've tried upgrading my gym, I think I hit the maximum amount I can have. And if I let too many go, I think the "Trust" rating will drop with who I keep. I'm just hoping that some of my lesser used wrestlers will retire or leave on their own and then I'll be able to sign some of the interesting free agents or wrestlers from rival promotions.
I want to sign one of the bears at the minimum. He and Pot Belly would have a great "slop on a pole" match.

That's what I did with Stanford Bradley. Pretty sure you can upgrade the gym enough to piece together a massive roster, but it's extremely expensive, and will bankrupt you if you try to do it all at once. |

Yeah, I do the same with the training excursions to keep the lower card ones out of my hair and also as my own storyline device to push ones returning. The training excursions are also a very good way to have my wrestlers meet wrestlers from other territories (so that I can invite them to my shows or sign them if my roster wasn't so bloated!) when the Agents aren't successful enough. It's too bad the excursions don't seem to improve the wrestlers popularity in the regions in which they are sent to, at least not from what I've seen. For that matter, I'm not sure that loaning wrestlers to other promotions increases popularity either. It does improve relations with the other promotions and also sometimes result in winning their Championships though. It also results in losing Championships and occasional injuries 😬 |

Here's an issue I ran into earlier.
One of my saves after every show I get the "hey, let's get on TV! The offer is there!" message. But I click through and it doesn't take me to the screen where you can select the contract nor is it anywhere else. I'm assuming this save is just borked at this point, huh?

How do I sign new talent? Like everytime I try to search for a new talent and "offer a contract", it keeps telling me that I've reached the limit and to renovate the gym to sign more. Well my gym is at level five right now, I've purchased all the amenities ie, punch bag, grappling coach, ring doctor, etc. and the cheapest ones is ranked to like level 3 and 4 and the more expensive are still at level one and its telling me the same thing in regards to signing new talent.
Sorry, just saw Geese' post at the top of the page I guess there is a somewhat invisible limit cap when it comes to your roster.

So has anybody figured out exactly how the rival system works. I've been doing pairings like crazy and have a clear line between heels and faces. Must i only have wrestlers from the same faction face off? Also how much of an attendance boost do we get from grudge matches?

Hello this isn't a question about the fire promoter, but this topic allows me to post as a guest since I'm not a member. I downloaded the fire pro wrestling world jr dlc for ps4, but I have to be connected online every time I use it or it won't load. Is this the same for everyone else.

If you're not using your primary account then typically you do need to be online to use it.

New image from twitter shows low audience attendance in Promoter mode will actually be reflected in game.
When I literally first got hands on this game, this is how my matches were. I made the mistake of booking in a medium hall, but my crowd attended was super low, so i had all these empty seats, lol. |

Ugh, same here.
I have 4 created referees but only 2 of them show up in Fire Promoter. I have no idea why that is.
Their settings aren't even all that different.
I wonder if they need to be Scouted? Or perhaps wrestlers can find them on Expeditions?
