The Sierra Wrestling All-Stars Thread, CRITICAL Edition

Even I never imagined it would be this easy.

When I set down this road, I recognized that the Way of Kings is not often an easy path to tread. I was fully prepared to goad, taunt, threaten, or coerce. I spent long hours taking the counsel of my Brotherhood, considering the best way to destroy everything you hold dear. What I was not prepared for was how my foes would simply throw themselves at my feet, without my having to lift a single finger. One by one, your heroes have risen, full of fire and fighting spirit. And one by one, they fall in utter defeat, crushed beneath their King's Judgement like the insignificant insects they are. As hope wanes, more would-be heroes rise, each more desperate than the last. Allow me to explain something to those of you who do not yet understand: this is not the darkest moment before the dawn. This is the death throes of a shattered resistance. And when, finally, Sierra Wrestling All-Stars is no more, I will take this championship with me. It will be a symbol of my power, a warning to those who would oppose me wherever my path takes me next.

Some may say that I am getting ahead of myself. That I have forgotten the heroes who still stand; the challengers still to come. Just this last week, they might remind, Kazuo Saji issued a challenge for the SWA Openweight Championship. So let us discuss Kazuo Saji.

In his speech, Kazuo accurately said that he is not the same man I crushed a year ago. I haven't forgotten that he was skilled in the ring, even then. Since then, he has only had more matches, and gained more skill. In fact, a mere 8 months ago, he was one of only two men to defeat me on my way to victory in the World Open. If it hadn't been for Paul Lambert drawing with Armel St. Martin on the last night, he would've cost me the tournament. I haven't forgotten that either. Like I always do, I remembered, I got stronger, and I got better. And over the course of the year, Kazuo Saji proved to me that, no matter how many matches he has, no matter how many battles he wins, and no matter how skilled he becomes, he is still weak.

Kazuo, in August, you agreed to be banned from the UBL, your own home promotion, for a year. Why? Over a lawsuit. Some words on a piece of paper, written by a lawyer, for another man who lacked the courage to face you in battle. A true conqueror would not allow himself to be shackled by the laws of a lesser man. And make no mistake, whether we discuss Kurt Sanders or Charles Langford, they are both lesser men than you, and if you would bow before them, then you deserve to choke on your own shame. A true conqueror would have made an example of those who tried to bind him with petty words. In these actions, you prove your weakness to me, and that is why I have nothing to fear from you.

So I accept your challenge. Come, Kazuo Saji, and face your King in defiance and wrath. Let the rage you feel at what I have done to your friend Connor blaze as a flame in your eyes. It will only make it all the sweeter when I snuff those fires out.
