Anyway as long as we have nice parts and moves in it , im in. But its better not to think too much about it since its the last piece of the Season pass and its likely not releasing any time soon

I legit hope it’s an English translation (guess it’d be more of a recreation) of Fighting Road from FPG. While that would be awesome, I doubt it's likely due to all the WWF/WCW likenesses that were included. They literally had Vince McMahon in the game ( although with the name "Dink Kokratchen" or something like that)! |

Could the not do what they did with the old games and have a whole load of promotions but just with different names ?

Could the not do what they did with the old games and have a whole load of promotions but just with different names ? Apparently not including grey wrestlers was the thing that enabled the NJPW deal. Also I doubt Spike's legal team wants to run the risk after the whole 'getting sued for including an octagon' thing that happened with the GBA version of Fire Pro. |

Copyright laws in Japan have changed over the years. Thats why they cant do the knock off characters anymore |

Thanks for that pick-up, Charlie - interesting stuff. I'm leaning more towards another New Japan story mode type deal - but would be pleasantly surprised if it isn't when it launches

Best case scenario for me is you create your wrestler and instead of a rookie he is a main roster guy. Then they add more of the NJPW roster AND some key ROH guys that they have had time to work deals with. Best case for me.
