This may be a dumb question, but do edits always use Taunt number 4 when they perform taunts after pinning an opponent or is it random? My Hogan edit keeps using taunt 4 and he looks silly hulking up after the match is over.

My Hogan edit keeps using taunt 4 and he looks silly hulking up after the match is over. A few of my edits have "Taunt 4 -> Top Rope" priorities. They look very silly doing that taunt then getting up on the top rope only to quickly get back down 😁 What's weird is that edits with a "Taunt 4 -> Running to downed attack" priority still do that move after a match. But they won't dive off the top rope to attack downed opponents for some reason.

I miss gradients.
You could manipulate so much with the 4 color slots.
There are certain things you just can’t recreate in FPW
Bums me out.

This might be a stupid question and addressed before. I've always noticed that the colors and logos on custom rings appear slightly faded when in game. Is that something to do with the in-game lighting or is this something that can be fixed? For example, when making the ring apron black the color looks washed out when in game.

There's a texture overlay (to give the apron wrinkles and such.) Quick tip is just to over saturate your colors when designing graphics for your ring. Will come out better than you think.

Am I mistaken or in previous Fire Pro games, when setting logic, was Standing [] + O an option for running opponents? I have a few wrestlers who have that slot as their finisher and for some reason I thought I could set them up to use the move as a counter, but after looking I see that I can't. I'm a little disappointed. I guess I should have taken a closer look at logic sooner, but I've spent most of my time working on appearances and move sets.

I can't speak for earlier games in the series or for some of the GBA games.
But as far as FPD, FPZ, FPR, and FPW go, there has never been a CPU logic option to have any of the Standing attacks function as an intented/stipulated counter to an opponent running toward you in CPU vs. CPU matches.
There are incidents where I actually see a standing attack used against a running opponent but I think that's a glitch. Sometimes it happens right when the opponent stalls against the ropes and are no longer technically running.
Your best bet is to either 1) try to create the move you want as a run counter (and run counters have only 2 positions whereas standing attacks have 2), find the move you want on the Workshop, or
3) use a Run Counter move that leaves the opponent dazed. That way your edit can follow up with their standing attack if you set it high enough in "Standing Attack while opponent is dazed" logic. But that is kind of a round-about solution that may mess up matches without having an edit specifically built to accommodate that strategy. And even when that strategy is built-in, it leads to edits that are a bit restricted. I know cause I have a few variations of edits that have their standing attack at 100% and I have to make sure their opponents are never standing except in a few specific, planned situations.

I'm still having issues with FPW regularly crashing. The game just crashed while I was deleting moves 🤦♂️ I had a weird error message too that I don't recall getting before. Anyone else see this before? Then after I pressed "OK", I got the usual crash message and the usual crash. P.S. I didn't create some kind of move in Move Craft where everyone goes into a giant heap.

Is regedit still the only way to manually adjust the resolution in Fire Pro World outside the program itself? I had an issue where the resolution somehow got set to 0x0 and poking through the windows registry to fix it was not my idea of a good time. Did they really never put in a config file to write this shit to?

If you need to fix it still: Navigate to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\spikechunsoft\FireProWrestlingWorld\ and change the value of Screenmanager Resolution Width_h and Screenmanager Resolution Height_h to whatever your monitor's native resolution is. Make sure you're editing it in Decimal form.
