Wait, parts don't stick around? Well, sonofabitch! Now I'm nervous about firing up the game unless I just turn off the internet going forward. I'd rather not do that though so I guess assuming work is slow I'll be filling in the blanks.

The data management part of this game could sure use some tweaks.

Jesus. What a total disaster. This is putting me off using peoples stuff now. The only was around it is to download the files from Steam and upload them too the PS4 site yourself. This is what i may end up doing.

When we download stuff from the workshop, its saved in Steam > SteamApps > Common > FPWW > Craft.
I can find all the parts saved there but what about the moves? Or is it different for them and they are not saved on our computers?

This has been Spike in a nutshell.
Nothing consistent over the last three years.

There's no way to search for a particular user on the site. For me what I would do is look either for a wrestler you're looking for or for one you know they have. Then once I click on their profile I just bookmark the page. It's a pain but it's how I've been doing it the past couple years.

I've recently noticed that a couple of my created wrestlers (PS4) are greyed out and are unusable because i need to subscribe to a certain part.
It gives me the ID e.g. 1235648 but i can't work out how to find that part on FirePro.net Does anyone have any tips?
I haven't unsubscribed to anything to my knowledge and looking in Create mode i can't see any part greyed out or whatever. I don't think the parts were anything important so im happy to just delete them and put a generic part in.
Any help is very grateful, cheers.x.

Just went through this myself, TDiddy, or something like that, deleted all his parts. A few different users have been reuploading them over the past week, but you’ll have to find, download and replace them yourself or wait until people have uploaded the characters again referencing the replacement parts.
I just finished replacing about 30 or so characters that stopped working. Wish I had waited a bit as many more parts I substituted or manually recreated (faces from other uploads mostly) have been reuploaded in the last day or so. Should still be more incoming but I’m satisfied with the fixes (had just added custom moves to everyone so I didn’t want to fully replace my characters).

Sometimes when i download a user created part i have issues with the colour matching the skin of my CAWS. For example, Keith Lee's face is too dark or Cody looks like he had a dodgy tan. Is there anything that can be done about this?

Sometimes when i download a user created part i have issues with the colour matching the skin of my CAWS. For example, Keith Lee's face is too dark or Cody looks like he had a dodgy tan. Is there anything that can be done about this? It's a pain in the ass. What happens is that the standard Fire Pro Faces have different versions -1,-2,-3 that change the skin tone. Often the created faces are already set to the proper skin tone, but are loaded on a base face that has had the pigment adjusted.
So a purely white color choice would give you the proper face skin tone, problem is changing the face skin tone normally triggers the rest of the body to change accordingly, meaning the face will be right be the rest of the body skin will be way too light.
Sometimes pasting copying and pasting a white color from another layer will only change the face and not the body, but i can't seem to do that consistently.
Usually what I'll do on PS4 is find a chest base layer or something from a costume other than the one I'm working on with the proper skin tone. Triangle button to copy that color, then will go base layer by base layer and paste the color to match the face. It's laborious, but makes a huge difference.

Thanks for that, very helpful (as everyone is on this site). Going to be a bit of a pain but I've only got to find three. I would have thought/hoped that if you subscribed a part/move etc it would actually download onto the PS4. Thanks again.x.

How can you fix a subscribed wrestler that is missing a part? For instance, I have an AEW version of Arn Anderson that is grayed out because he's missing a logo or something (and I can't find it on the website). However, the game doesn't let you create a new edit for that wrestler, as long as that part is missing. What am I missing or doing wrong here?

However, the game doesn't let you create a new edit for that wrestler, as long as that part is missing. What am I missing or doing wrong here? I’m PS4, so this is PS4 advice. Go to the PS4 page, and look for the edit you subscribed that is currently blacked out. On that page see if the user added a checklist for his edit. This will be where you see if he added stuff to the edit. If you see a part that doesn’t have a check mark next to it, then that means you have to download the part. So just click the link, and subscribe to the part(Or sometimes move. As that is something new). These are manually added in checklist, so sometimes users forget to put them in.
