Oh no, you're not alone in this. I think it's been like this since Returns (or even before that). It's always looked off and it's super annoying. :)
Thanks. It might be a popular gripe but I'd never heard anyone mention it. Do you ever use this edit part or just avoid it altogether? I mostly try to avoid it when editing, it just looks... wrong. I know I've seen a custom part that fixes it, but I'm not into using custom parts, so I've never tried it.

Yeah, so far the only edit I've used the bodybuilder waist part on is an edit who just so happens to be a cartoonishly muscular bodybuilder, so obviously it works quite well in that instance. And while you can always use a different waist part along with the muscleman chest it always looks a little off, even if you split the parts and adjust the waist color individually to match, I guess because it's shading is drawn on a bit differently than the other parts. I definitely agree that the bodybuilder waist ranks right up there among the least usable parts in the game.

Need to start a movement going on social media to get a bodybuilder detailed part that is closer to a medium waist in size like the modded part. Where's our social media ambassador OrochiGeese at when we need him?

I have a query about online on PS4, trying to connect to a match with a friend either by creating a room or he creates a room. Either way when we search for the rooms nothing comes back. I am in England and he is in Canada but I haven't read anywhere that the game is region specific, any ideas? Anyone have any info??

Hello,
I was hoping I could get some info on this: Am I just crazy or was there an official Tweet put out a while back saying that we would be getting more venues in a future update? If this is definitely real, has anyone seen anymore info on new venues?

It was a footnote to a larger tweet and was more mentioned as a "We'd like to include" and less of a "We're committing to giving you this." They also haven't mentioned it since so chances are its unlikely at best.

Well, it was more under a "Planned Updates" category per their last tweet about updates, that was also listed along with custom music music and more moves. So I'd say it's pretty likely that new venues are coming. We just don't know when yet. www.spike-chunsoft.com/news/fpww_dlc/

Waiting for new venues from Spike is like waiting for the proverbial goose to lay a golden egg at this point. You can wait all you want, but...
I just have my fingers crossed that the final DLC has something besides moves and parts that is worthwhile; it's ridiculous that Fighting Road is the promoted aspect of these DLC releases yet they're so bad that nobody cares about anything besides the included moves and parts. Even this may be hoping for too much.

Now it's just become pretty common that a good portion of us hate and refuse to use the bodybuilder parts because the stomach is so cartoony.

I want there to be an edit pack DLC.
100 more moves, more faces, more hair, more parts, more patterns, more creative choices for edits.
Keep ya modes, just give me more

Worst fight style/return skill combination in the game?
I'm leaving this open-ended so you can interpret it in whatever way you want (worst for making edits, worst in-game/competitively, etc.)
Alternatively, best fight style/return skill combination. Again, open-ended so you can interpret it however.

Worst: Giant/Giant on a female sized edit?
Best: Any of the specific styles like Panther, Vicious, and Mysterious (maybe) if utilized on the correct edit. Same goes for any striking or MMA style as well for cement purposes.
At least in my opinion from what I've seen, but I'll be honest that I never really dove that deep into the logic around it.

Worst: Not a big fan of the MMA styles for pro wrestlers, since it kills whips and there are more pro wrestling friendly styles out there that can simulate a shooter.
Best: I'm currently having fun making lucha's with the technician style. I love the counters and the flash pins that come with, and even though you lose dive distance, it still works for older lucha's that need to be more "crafty" to win...

Im lazy and just throw out mostly Orthodox or Junior styles with Orthodox returns (as Junior has a few leg lock reversals I attempt to avoid). I can get variance on some, but that's my go-to standard.
Worst is probably as Zealot stated: G/G on a Fem-sized because they're not going to reverse everything as they should be. Beyond that probably Heel/[anything] because their stamina/spirit values are lower.
Best is obviously Panther/[anything] because of the higher hp/spirit/jump distance/etc.
But it depends on what you're after, as usual.
This is ignoring actual MMA setups or MMA-styles in regular matches.
