It's no secret that the new DLC frickin' rules. Here's what I was able to come up with for Himiko Irota using some of the new parts:  I also gave her the Headbanging taunt after the Triple Headbutt move she uses and it's pretty hysterical. I've got it set up in the 4th slot and she follows it up with the Running Kokeshi to Downed opponents, often using it after she's won a match. And here's what an overhauled Dana Starr looks like now, using many of the new parts:  I'm trying to incorporate as much as I can from the 2K version that I created of her:  |

Both look great and Himiko looks especially incredible! 😲 Love the diagonal cross part on the chest, the arm tassles, forearm pads, and awesome knee/calf pad designs. The color scheme really pops too.
I'm assuming that's a new face from the DLC pack too. Love it!

Keeping with the theme; I've done some work on the rest of Himiko's attires:  Her first attire is based on Supergirl. The second is based on the Queen of Hearts from Alice in Wonderland. The third and fourth attires were the most popular, so I kept them and updated them with the new parts. |

She'll make it complete Hell for her opponents, often taunting and terrorizing everyone in the arena (including the fans and the referee) and she's not afraid to let them know either, often disrepecting them and calling them an idiot in the process. Every single attire there is absolute FIRE 🔥🚒 The second one is like Valentine's Day 💘 The third attire has colors right up my alley and executed beautifully and the fourth is like looking at candy! And I just can't get enough of the way you combined excellent attire choices with striking colors. This is one of those edits whose appearances just make me want to sim them ASAP. LOVE IT 👏 |

Here's a look at Lightning YUKARI:     I watched a good chunk of AJW matches Sunday night to do research for an edit based on Chaparrita ASARI and I ended up enjoying seeing Infernal KAORU that I wound up mashing the two together. "Yukari" translates to "affinity" and also translates to "purple" depending on the kanji used, so I'll likely end up giving her a purple alternate attire. Inspiration images: |

I've been both lazy and kind of not in right mind-set to work on my other WIP edits lately; Many of them are close to complete (Some only require bios, and I suck at those), but I haven't felt satisfied enough to release them on the Workshop. In the meantime, here's a look at some ideas I've got in mind to keep myself kind of focused on Fire Pro stuff anyways: I've had ideas in mind for a rookie fed for a few months, and I hadn't thought of a theme until recently. I had watched a slew of oldschool joshi puroresu from the Early/Mid-90's and that gave me the idea to build a promotion based on various AJW and similar talent. I initially thought of eight new rookies, and came up with an additional two, bringing the total to ten. I may or may not add to this, but I think it'll be fine. Each wrestler has a unique Finishing move, and only one or two Signature moves (to help drive the "Rookie" status home). I'll give a brief rundown of each wrestler I had in mind: Tonya Tyrzvyrzgr
Origin: Poland

I had the idea of giving her moves based on the number three. Maybe one or two of her signatures can allude to that. "Tyrz" means "three" in Polish.
Sibylla Daurada

This one is kind of silly. Her gimmick is pun-based. "Great Pyrenees" (Great pair of knees)... I don't need to explain that. I don't really have much else for her. A wrestler from Catalonia isn't one that I have yet, so that'll increase the cultural diversity on my roster.
Camilla Anzio
Origin: USA

Anzio is a seaport city south of Rome. I had ideas in mind for a snobby Italian heel prototype named "Prima Belladonna" (Prima means "most important" and "bella donna" means "fair lady). A lot of these ideas were transplanted on to "La Rosa Bonita" Rosa del Mundo, so I may need to come up with something different. Perhaps she'll still be rich or snobby, but have more of a fish, sea, or sailing theme to her character.
Esper Auberon
Origin: Northern Europe/Scandanavia

I thought of this character after playing Wulverblade, a Celtic/Roman-themed beat-em-up available on Steam. I'm not the biggest wolf fan, but bears are cool, so I used that as a theme instead. She'll have a somewhat druidic or shamanistic, or spiritual theme to her character. She may be too similar to Brigitte Larsson, so I may change her up a bit to help differentiate her.
Twilight KYUBI

Hina's name is taken from "Love Hina" in name only. I know nothing about the manga/anime series. This character is the "beloved" twin, while her sister, Emi, is jealous of all the attention. She and her sister share much of their move-set and their last name is inspired by the move of the namesake Yoshiaki Fujiwara, but I'll likely change that up in their bios so that it's a bit more fantasy based.

Diana comes from Welsh princess, Princess Diana and her last name is a play on Toyota, with Toyota and Honda both being Japanese automobile companies.
Makuna Tenshin

I thought of having another standout on the roster parallel to DIANA Honda. Instead, she'd have more violent tendencies as Megumi Kudo is more-or-less "Queen of the Deathmatch". I'd give her the Fork Attack and have her use the Barbed Wire Bat or something to really have that part of her personality stand out.
I considered creating entries for edits based on Chapparita ASARI, Infernal KAORU, Aja Kong, and Bull Nakano, but I already have a few edits based on them. And here's a look at the ring mat logo:  Pro Wrestling CASSANDRA is a company founded by FLIP Factory trainer and TYPHOON PRO Legendary Talent, Yumori Tanaka. The kanji on the logo reads (in machine translation) as "The future depends on us" (top) and "Destiny has brought us together" (bottom), respectively. The name serves as an allusion to most of the roster being unfamiliar with each other and new to the business in general, and the previously mentioned "future" and "destiny" phrases. Cassandra was cursed to be able to see the future, but was never believed. The remainder of the ring will probably have a cherry blossom/pink theme, representing beauty, mortality, and lifecycle as a concept. The turnbuckles will feature the kanji for "future" and "destiny" as well. |

AOIMARI exists purely because the Spinning Sleeper is a move in the game. I didn't realize how much I would like it. Esper will probably end up with a lot of the fur parts on her attire. I was considering the Triple Germans for Tonya, along with a couple of the strike combinations. Maybe I'll chain the Grounded Leg Screw so it can happen multiple times in a row, or do a Front Grapple Dragon Screw -> Grounded Dragon Screw -> Spinning Toe Hold submission, or something to that effect. |
