Here's a look at an edit I've had on the backburner for a while:



"Kawaii Destroyer" Moka Satoh is a total powerhouse, but cute.

For those that saw her on my stream last night, I've decided to update her appearance and will probably end up sticking with this one.

She's pretty much Goldberg. She's kind of BFMS, so she'll probably never see any community events.

I really just needed an excuse to make another powerhouse.

I like powerhouse edits.

Sue me.

(Don't actually.)

Watching her compete tonight was a real treat. She plays her role so awesomely.

I've been working on a mess of edits for the last few weeks and they've become difficult to keep track of. I'll preface this by saying that I'm horrible with bios and mostly make these edits to watch them beat each other up.

Here's a look at some of those edits that are close to completion:

Kumori Natsu:



Kumori Natsu was, once upon a time, the ace of a now defunct Japanese "lucharesu" promotion. She's since moved on to training rookies and other up-and-comers in TYPHOON PRO's FLIP Factory training center.

She's pretty much 1:1 based on CIMA. She shares most of his moveset like the Schwein (appropriately named the "Caffeinator"), Mad Splash, Meteora and moves that don't exist I either merged into other moves, or used moves that are similar enough visually.

Luna Corona:



Luna Corona's name roughly translates to "Moon Crown". In a shocking display of creativity, her Finisher is also named the "Luna Corona" (Samurai Driver).

Her appearance is based off different moon types: Red moon, Black moon (Second New Moon of the month if one should occur), Blue moon, and lastly the Full moon.

Moka Satoh:



Moka Satoh is known as the "Kawaii Destroyer". Get in her way and she'll easily demolish her opponents with her Kawaii Hanma (Jack Hammer), and think nothing of it. She's cute, but dangerous. You have been warned.

She's pretty much a 100% Goldberg clone with some other big toss-y moves thrown in to make a point. If the Kawaii Hanma doesn't do it, her deadly Echo Lariat -> Spear combo will.

Physalia:



Physalia is a luchadora who hails from the Atlantean Empire. She'll batter her opponents with an onslaught of elbows, twisty submissions, and finish them off with the Shiranui.

In the universe that TYPHOON PRO exists in, Atlantis is an actual empire that exists. In story, the Atlantean Empire encompasses the whole of the oceans and seas. This is also where a few of my other edits reside.

She's meant to be a jellyfish-themed character.

Tessa Shardling:



Tessa Shardling is a relative newcomer to the business. She's been taken under the wing of the previous generation's ace, Frigyd Wintyrs. She's a splitting image of how Frigyd used to wrestle (high flying/acrobatics) prior to switching to a Submission-heavy style. Her finisher is the Glacial Spike (Missile Dropkick). If that doesn't do it, Splitting Ice (Hanging Double Foot Stomp -> Super Diving Foot Stomp) will.

I made Tessa specifically because I wanted to recreate Frigyd's "old school" wrestling style in a new edit. Her appearances are wintry by design, with her fourth attire being a palette that I really like, even if it's a bit out of place.

Thasalla Andromedae:



Thasalla Andromedae is the leader of the Atlantean Royal Guard. She's responsible for all of the forces being led under the King - who happens to be Tlaloc. Normally it would be Atlantico and his daughter Tali Triton, but she's honor-bound to serve the King, usurper or not.

She's designed to be a rushdown character. She's a mixture of technical prowess and bully-like ground-and-pound tactics. She'll almost always finish her opponent off with the Fish Hook Sleeper, which is almost always preceeded by Poseidon's Trident (Low Dropkick), which can come from just about anywhere ("Out of nowhere", if you will). She'll occasionally bust out the Atlantean Royal Decree (Triple Fisherman Suplex) to lay waste to her opponent.

Viv(ian) Tyler:



Viv Tyler is a retired Marine. She now spends most of her time training in MMA, but for now, has decided to give professional wrestling a go. She's extremely tough, due to her prior combat experience.

She's more-or-less based on Stone Cold Steve Austin and has a similar moveset. She's designed to be the "Anti-Skully". Vivian was honorably discharged, whereas Skully is considered by most of her compatriots and fellow soldiers to be MIA. It's not until years later that the two cross paths somehow in this unknown alternate dimension.

I have about a dozen edits just sitting around that I've considered uploading to the Workshop.

I was planning on uploading Moka Satoh since she's pretty much ready to go. The rest are just about there, but are still missing some things.

I'm also considering not uploading anything until after the NJPW DLC is released.

I dunno, I guess I'm thinking out loud, or in this case, in text.

What I think I'm going to do is upload what I've got and if I think of anything to change, then I'll change it.

I honestly feel like getting this batch done and over with so I can go back to my one-a-week/every-few-days rotation when the game first launched.

The list includes all of the previously shown edits, minus a few depending on if I can come up with alternate appearances, which is the real reason I haven't uploaded most of them yet.

For the most part, the ones with four attires are ready to go, and the others, I'm still marinating on appearances for some of them.
