This stupid thing blew up.
But yeah, I'll slowly be working my way through entrances with the new DLC being way more fun than I expected it to be. The taunt sequences give my edits even more character and it has me considering changing some if I can feasibly alter them without breaking priority sequences. Cecilia does the Shockmaster schtick; Himiko flips everyone off as she makes her way to the ring. Pumpkin Spice is kinda goofy in her entrance. Fantasia Fantastica flips off the crowd as she makes her way to the ring while doing some of her magic trick taunts. It's been a lot of fun so far.
I was hoping to have Pumpkin Spice ready for the holiday, but I don't think she will be ~ Plus, someone suggested I try to make a candy corn themed attire for her, so I may give that a shot.

Small update today, but some big changes are on the way! I've been chugging along with the Pumpkin Spice update for most of the week. She's received a significant attire overhaul, her move-set has seen some considerable changes, and with addition of the Entrance Craft DLC, she even has a customized entrance. Here's the entrance (Outdoor arena only):Here's the attire update:Default - "Pumpkin" Alt 1 - "Sugar Plum" Alt 2 - "Candy Corn" Alt 3 - "Harley Quinn" (Fun fact: The names and color palettes are references to terms of endearment.)Backstory changes:I moved the Harley Quinn attire over to this edit because her backstory has changed. She's now "crazy in love" with Mad Prince Jack, a member of the royal Court of Madness. Pumpkin Spice is a spectre (ghost) who willingly devotes herself to the Mad Prince. The Mad Prince or Mad King may or may not be the one driving Doinkette insane. Pumpkin Spice and Doinkette are an on-and-off-again Tag Team named the Motley Crew. Pumpkin Spice has inherited multiple "gags" and "tricks" from Doinkette, referencing to trick or treating during Halloween. She has more submission capabilities now, and is even capable of breathing fire (though she may not use it often). Her finisher is the "Spiced Pumpkin #3" - A reference to "Sliced Bread #2", itself a reference to "The next best thing since sliced bread". Marafuji calls his the "Shiranui", which translates to "unknown fire", otherwise known as the will-o-the-wisp, another term for ghost. Her character and backstory now have more in common with Halloween, the Headless Horseman, the Legend of Sleepy Hollow, Romeo and Juliet, and the Joker and Harley Quinn, than she was originally designed with the pumpkin spice "craze" in mind. This brings the character references full-circle. She's a wacky, unpredictable, lovable goof to the audience (or viewer), but she's also a mean and sinister nightmare for her opponent(s) to deal with. ~~ Hopefully I'll have everything done with this weekend. I promise the update is almost done. I'm still fiddling with some things and I'm not completely satisfied with her move-set just yet. If I had to hazard a guess, she's 98% complete now.

"You have edits to finish and release, silly!"Hold onto your beers because I've got another idea in mind!I was bored this morning and not really in the mood for Fire Pro, I started working on this. Of course, I make a CAW in 2K and I immediately have to think of ways to recreate them as an edit in Fire Pro. So far I've thought of the Seven Star Lariat (perhaps I'll use that new Sliding Lariat as a Finisher) and then I want to recreate Apollo Crews' Gorilla Press/Moonsault Combination. I'm going to do some research on Texas A & M University because that school in particular is sticking out to me. She'll have a background in Gymnastics, Cheerleading, Horseback Riding, and Powerlifting, and perhaps I can throw in Marching Band as an extension of the Cheerleading background (I really like the jacket she has on here). I want the Finger Guns to be a part of it too ~ I'm thinking of incorporating some Cactus Jack and Tina Armstrong (DOA) characteristics as well. She'll also be cocky and loud. Yaaaaaaay sports! As far as a name, Senator suggested "Libby Justice" (I had "Liberty" in my head for a few days), but I thought of Texano Jr. and decided "Hard Justice" Libby <Something> would be better fit.

Maybe Libby Vespucci or Libby Eagles?

Is she from a military family (Texas A&M can be considered a military school) and have a pet collie (Reveille is a live mascot, and multiple versions of her were Rough Collies)? If this edit is a complete shoutout to Texas A&M, I'd avoid the finger guns, since that's usually a Texas Tech thing, and replace it with a thumbs up taunt, for the "gig 'em" sign. They gotta wear maroon and white too, and completely hate Lance Marshall, LOL.
You can tell I legit love college sports.
I thought about Libby Pranglin (it's a reference to one of the first female cadets' surnames when they were enrolled in 1974) or Libby Kyle (an obvious reference to Kyle Field).

Nothing was set in stone, per say.
But yeah, I might change some things, nothing is finalized.

Started working on "Shining Star/Masked Idol" Twilight KYUBI this weekend. She's inspired by Starlight Kid and shares a similar move-set. Her finisher is the Spinning Frog Splash and two of her signatures are the Blockbuster Hold and the new Moonsault Fallaway Slam. I've set her up to use the Moonsault Fallaway Slam, then follows up with the Rolling Hurricanrana (Dragonrana). She dances (Latin Dance Taunt) and sings (MC Appeal with one of the Wild voice clips that sounds like humming or harmonizing attached to it). This is what I have for attires so far; They may change a bit before I finalize her:

I couldn't find or think of anything to change on her right now.

Continuing the Pro Wrestling CASSANDRA theme as of late, I've started working on the next Rookie: Based on Megumi Kudo, "Volatile Princess" Makuna Tenshin is a classically trained wrestler, but chooses to utilize brutal head-drops and has a tendency for the ultra-violent, much to the dismay of her trainers. When I say "head-drops" I mean Backdrops, Piledrivers, Flowsions, among others. I'm deliberately ignoring my general rule not to include piledrivers outside of HVY and SML + MED slots for this edit. She'll also have high weapon usage and her Favorite Weapon will be the Barbed-Wire Bat as a callback to FMW and Kudo's crazy deathmatch antics.

Here's what I came up for DANGER PRO Wrestling's DANGER ZONE ring. I've kind of decided that DANGER PRO will be the European-based promotion under the Typhoon Pro umbrella since I was kind of struggling with ideas for one a few months ago and I found that an "empire" theme would be a little too obvious. I don't intend for this promotion to be an ultra-violent promotion despite the similar themes to the CZW logo (which was the original basis for the ring to begin with). I wish I could have gotten better screenshots of the ring, but my gamepads are being fucky lately and I have to figure out what's going on with them ~ Probably just a driver issue and Steam Big Picture being god-awful (as it normally is).
