Boy, I can just see the posts already...... Anyone who expects more than what they get only have themselves to blame, tbh. When it's based on a mode that anyone can easily find YouTube videos for... Hopefully they add all the basic features, like being able to view the history of your season including the shows that you booked, but it's basically just an updated version of the gba mode. If you don't like how that mode sounds or looks, then you won't like Fire Promoter. I still expect to see many people complaining because they didn't do the research, though.

I generally don't know what this mode will have that's why I asked and given how today's wrestling goes and the champion being the one that draws money into the company surely they would add that into the mode being able to crown a title or titles would make sense? Also I think I read somewhere a guy who was kidding saw what they had implemented already for promoter mode... I could be wrong but I thougt I saw it

I never played the GBA games, but I know a lot of posters in the past talked about how much they loved that mode. So I'm not sure why people are complaining about it coming to Fire Pro World.

For us pen-and-paper guys, it is a great time of year. Just bought ten spiral-bound notebooks for twelve cents apiece at the Fred Meyer back-to-school sale so I got my Fire Promoter mode ready to roll for the next few months.

Hopefully that's all unnecessary and we can at least get an overview after each show to screenshot. 😃

Only the 3 current champions for each promotion as far as I can tell.
Remember, the mode isn't quite done, so what you read in here isn't the final verdict.

Because it would be nice if the developers utilized some of the lessons learned within the last 16 years since the original mode was released, instead of copying the same approach which then limits what they can do with the new version. It's possible to provide the same game play mode while still keeping it modern with respect to UI and QoL features; it's a common issue with the base game as well.

So basically its all well and good moaning about the mode but no one actually knows what changed? Granted I doubt it will be loads but even the smallest of changes could make a big difference

Granted I doubt it will be loads but even the smallest of changes could make a big difference I mean, there's literally someone peeking directly at the current code, who clearly has the ability to look at the gba version and make comparisons answering your questions in this thread. So, there's at least one person who can look at the current Fire Promoter code and see what's changed.

I've had the mode running in a basic way for several months. The mode isn't finished so changes could happen...but I have a pretty good idea of what it entails and it's general features/design, so when I "moan" about the mode, I'm doing it from a place of at least moderate understanding.

The PC/PS4 versions of the mode will be nearly identical I'm sure. It IS a code fork, so they don't have to be, but it more than likely will be for all intents and purposes, the exact same.
I'm not revealing anything, I'm voicing concerns.
