Yeah, as far as I know it's just being able to create a new edit and mess with stuff as you so desire.
And yeah, a mistake(?) like giving Tanahashi two upper elbow smashes is really a simple fix. I wouldn't be surprised if there was a day-one patch of some kind, just because that tends to be the standard for video games these days. I dunno if that would include any move fixes but as far as things to change go, that seems like an easy thing to do.

In that case, it's probably best to do a final overview of the entire NJPW roster and make all the simple fixes at one time. Including color discrepancies and repeated moves that don't actually add anything to the move set, just get that stuff resolved all at once.

I tweeted a pic of Tanahashi's move list but if someone with direct access to him or Dave K (Phil maybe) can let them know that would be great. We could certainly compile a list of things to "fix" if they are so inclined as I spotted issues with a couple of the costumes already as well.

OMG are you guys serious with this? So what if he has 2 euro uppercuts? This seems like a silly thing to gripe about o. o

You want the same move repeated? Sure thing

So what if he has two of the same moves in weak grapple? I've done that before in my own edits. Not every character needs an extensive repertoire of weakass slaps.

There's a limited number of moves per category already, and I'm sure they would like to avoid a situation where players who use the characters are complaining about simple things like repeated moves/inconsistent colors/etc. The small things can add up to spoil larger parts of the product.

It's sloppy (and completely unlike Spike in any of the previous games), and Tanahashi has used plenty of other moves to fill one of those slots. It feels more like a mistake than a choice.

The 3 weapon swings have been in since Fire Pro D on Dreamcast at least, if not longer. That's the first time I saw it.

I'm trying to figure out what is going on in this pic. Is this a timed battle royal in a cage, or is it simply showing that you can have your wrestler climb out and go all the way to the entrance? I'm guessing the latter since the clock is only at 3:18.

IIRC Osamu Nishimura also had th same move (Dragon Screw) in 2 different slots in FPR. It's something I can't wrap my brain around but it could be intentional

A question for people who played Promoter in the previous Firepro games: how does choosing your roster work? Do you have to add entire promotions? Stables? Wrestlers one by one? I am asking because the way I have my feds structured: WWE has RAW, Smackdown and all the modern shows (NXT, UK, 205, etc.), but I also have a ton of past "stables": Ruthless Aggression, Attitude Era, New Generation, etc. Pretty much all of my feds are structured this way and I fear that if the only option of selecting your roster is by selecting a promotion, I will have to restructure all the rosters in my game (because I don't want to mix present and past).
