After a bit of a break, Warrior Pro Wrestling quickly announced its next show, REMATCH, will air Live THIS SATURDAY, May 13th at 8am from Gorilla Hall. The show's name is expected to be quite literal, with all title matches expected to be rematches, plus a big grudge match between Rampage Hunter and Byron Worthy taking place inside a steel cage. The show will shockingly be the first show in San Jose in the calendar year, with only one other show taking place so far under the Warrior Pro banner. That is expected to change however, with the company also announcing a "Summer Heat" tour that will start the end of May and into June- with further details expected to be announced next week. The Card for this Saturday's show:Tower official Debut vs Tommy MassholeTower, the 7 foot giant rookie that beat Markus Winter in February, is finally getting his first match as an official Warrior Pro roster member. This will be the first Baron Family graduate since the famed class of 2019 (which included Byron Worthy, Winter, and the Bay Ballerz). His first test will be the drunken vet Tommy, wrestling his first singles match in over a year. Grim Reapers vs MYSTERY OPPONENTOn twitter the Reapers issued an open challenge to anyone- Warrior Pro or otherwise- to come down to San Jose and fight the former champs. The Reapers have uhhh... STRUGGLED a bit as of late, and are looking to get back into the title picture after a year of mostly waiting for title defenses... John Logan vs Nightmare ClownThis match was actually booked down in Mexico, with Nightmare Clown announcing that he would accept Paco's Million Dollar Challenge and face the former world champion. Logan was quick to accept and the match was made. Paco is not expected to be in San Jose for the match, but sources confirm his muscle- El Destructo will be at ringside. Logan has so far turned away all of Paco's challengers, a monsters whos who list including Young Blood, Dungeon Dominguez, King Memba, and El Destructo himself. Rumor is Logan has title aspirations this year, and a win could give him a real argument to be the next challenger. WPW Woman's Championship: June Allgood (c) vs Lizzy Jett IIIThe trilogy fight for one of Warrior Pro's hottest rivalries as the Queen of Knees takes on the companies longest reigning champion. Lizzy won the first meeting back in November, only for June to take back her win- and the belt- in the rematch in February. This will be the rubber match, and I would expect it to be dog fight that should crystalize the winner as one of the top women in the sport. WPW Tag Team Championship: Mountain Men (c) vs Music City Wrecking CrewIn the first match of this feud dubbed "The big sweaty hair white guys Feud" (trust me it'll catch on) the match ended in a draw. This one won't, as we've been told it will be a no time limit match where a winner will be decided. The question will be if Vic Baron and Triple J will be at ringside to cause problems, and if they do- how it impacts the outcome. Cage Match: Rampage Hunter vs Byron WorthyThis has been one of the best under the radar feuds for almost four years now. Still just a Baron Wrestling School trainee, a brash Byron Worthy shocked the world when he beat Rampage Hunter, fresh off his first world title reign. This would set off a rivalry that has bounced from heated to friendly over the years, but culminated last summer in a bizarre draw where both men got locked in a wrestling stance and refused to break the hold. In the rematch at Warriorversary- we were denied again a real ending as Rampage blew out his quad at ringside mid match. In his return this February, Rampage shocked the world by joining President Evil's team at War Party... only to be a casualty of Byron Worthy's impressive 3 man elimination performance. Now, we finally will get the true decisive finish... inside a cage... World Heavyweight Championship: Doc Wyatt vs Jimmy Hawkins IIJimmy Hawkins has, since being signed by Warrior Pro, been stuck with the label of "Future Star." At New Years Gold he seemed ready to finally shed that label, except The Present just so happens to be Doc Wyatt, and he's not ready to relinquish that throne. Even though the match was hard fought, Doc did Doc things and won with brass knuckles. That underhanded tactic didn't sit well with Warrior Pro management and Flyin Jimmy will get a second crack at taking the leap, and defeating the mountain... Random News and Notes: While not confirmed, there has been a steady stream of rumors that a tag tournament will be announced in conjunction with the Summer Heat tour, potentially with the tag champs participating... The Big Gold Buckle has been in limbo since the Baron Family essentially stole it from Boss Ross Foreman. It has been rumored that Austin Baron was upset about how that went down, and a possible father son match could be in the cards if the Summer Heat tour visits Texas... Lefty McDaniel, out of action with a broken ankle suffered by President Evil at Warriorversary, had a follow up procedure today to remove screws. Reports are that his recovery is progressing but no timeline was given for a potential return to the ring.

After months of silence, Warrior Pro Wrestling is finally back with a very special Thanksgiving Eve show to celebrate the long standing tradition of festive eating and squared circle entertainment. With a BIG announcement coming next week surrounding the event schedule for the rest of the year, Warrior Pro is presenting a packed show from the newly remodeled Historic Old Moffett Arena.Turkey Rumble 2023 will be LIVE TONIGHT @530pm on TWITCH!Show Preview: "Young Gun" Memphis vs Markus WinterBaron Wrestling School's own Memphis will take on Markus Winter in what could be a match stealing opener. Memphis is rumored to be close to graduation and could put himself on the map with an upset win, while Winter will try to re-establish himself in the company after a slumping year. Grim Reapers vs Reed BrothersTwo former championship teams will look to build some momentum to close out the year, and potentially stake a claim at being the next in line for a future title shot. It will be a battle of styles as the high flying Reeds look to keep the brawling Reapers off balance. The Reapers have lost both the Warrior Pro and Struggle belts over the last 12 months, and will look to get back on track as one of the premier tag teams in all of pro wrestling. Byron Worthy vs Vic BaronThe time off has not cooled tensions between the newly reformed Jackson Hole Outlaws and Vic Baron's "Southern Boys". Vic has also been posting on social media a ton of pictures with him and the Big Gold Buckle- a prize he stole from Boss Ross Foreman back in February after losing his match... WPW Women's Championship #1 Contender: Della Wyatt vs Fiona WalshDella Wyatt has yet to live up to the big expectations that came when she signed with the promotion as the headliner of a new women's division. Defeating the former champion would finally set up her long awaited title match and put her one step closer to the top of the division. For Fiona, a win would solidify the rematch with Lizzy Jett- the woman who took her title from her over a year ago. Warrior Pro Tag Team Championship: Music City Wrecking Crew vs Tank & Lefty McDanielThis match is a bit of a surprise, with Lefty McDaniel fully recovered from ankle surgery (suffered when President Evil brutally smashed it with a chair at Warriorversary) Tank booked the Wrecking Crew's first defense against the McDaniel Family. This will only be the second time the two McDaniel's will have teamed up, and they'll have their hands full against one of the most decorated tag teams in the world. Either way, a championship match in one of the most famous wrestling venues in the state, featuring a man who routinely defended the world title in the hey days of the 80's wrestling boom, should be a hellova site to see... WPW World Championship #1 Contender: Rampage Hunter w/Paco vs John LoganTwo of the hottest wrestlers in the company before the break will renew their rivalry with a shot at Doc Wyatt's world title on the line. With Rampages alliance with Paco Pequeno official, the former champ will not only be fighting for a title shot, but also a chance at Paco's million dollar challenge. That has so far proved a difficult challenge to win, with Logan only losing one match in the last 2 years and decisively turning back every challenge his former manager has thrown at him. These two always put on a MOTY level fight, its tough to see how this would be any different...

Turkey RUMBLE 2023 With the long hiatus behind them, Warrior Pro Wrestling returned for what looks to be a new yearly tradition, the TURKEY RUMBLE. While low on title matches, the show was a good table setter to establish where the promotion seems to be heading with 2023 coming to a close. But the show was not without controversy, as the tag team championship was left up in the air, along with the very noticeable absence of reigning World Heavyweight Champion Doc Wyatt. To watch the show in its entirety, head on over here: After that head over HERE for a full recap of the show, including any post show interviews… Owner Tank McDaniel did confirm that Warrior Pro planned to run semi-regularly on Wednesday nights through at least the end of the calendar year, where the companies schedule would be re-evaluated. The companies next show was announced to be Warrior Grounds #35 on Wednesday November 29th

After a lengthy hiatus, Warrior Pro Wrestling returned last week with its first show in over five months. The buzz around both the reasons for the hiatus, and the fallout of Turkey RUMBLE highlighted owner Tank McDaniel's lengthy media call this morning, which was mostly to promote tonight's LIVE WARRIOR GROUNDS #35 show on TWITCH (5:30pm PT)He also touched on a wide range of topics including... The hiatus was largely due to complications around Tank's own health and contract negotiations. Though he insists he now has a clean bill of health (and feels great after getting in the ring last week) Tank confirmed rumors that he recently had minor back surgery. While recovering, several contracts came due, including World Champion Doc Wyatt. With Lefty McDaniel no longer involved in the front office (Tank gave no reason why) there became a leadership vacuum that delayed the booking of shows and hammering out new contracts for talent. Tank was clear those issues are now behind the company. Doc Wyatt now has a minority ownership stake in the company. This was confirmed to be a sticking point in negotiations. Tank did not elaborate other than to say the stake was financial and carried no decision making power. Warriorversary will still happen, and will act as the end of year show. The headliner will be Doc Wyatt vs Rampage Hunter for the World Title, and take place on December 20th. The rest of the card will be announced in the coming weeks. Brick Casey is retiring at the end of the year and will be taking a front office job with the company. Tank mentioned this has been in the works for over a year, and that more information on his role would be announced early next year. Brick's last match will be against Tank at Warriorversary. The Tag Team Titles have been vacated. Tank left the decision up to Austin Baron, who is the defacto number two at the company right now. A tournament will take place starting tonight to determine a new champion, with the finals taking place at Warriorversary. Tag Team Tournament Opening Round Schedule: - Reed Brothers vs Gears of War - Tank & Lefty McDaniel vs Bay Ballerz - Music City Wrecking Crew vs Grim Reapers - LORDS Force (iWe) vs the Calhoun Bros Warrior Grounds #35 Card LIVE TONIGHT FROM GORILLA HALL:Tower vs Brick Casey Round 1 Tag Tourney: Reed Brothers vs Gears of War Jimmy Hawkins vs Vic Baron Round 1 Tag Tourney: Tank & Lefty McDaniel vs Bay Ballerz WPW Woman's Championship: Lizzy Jett (c) vs Della Wyatt

In the lead up to tonight's show from the famous Longhorn, Doc Wyatt was on hand for his first public appearance since Warrior Pro resumed running shows. It went about as well as a typical Doc Wyatt press conference could go... Afterwards, Warrior Pro released the final card for tonight's show. Besides the final first round match ups in the Tag Tournament, a Doc Wyatt promo was confirmed plus a main event that has been building up through social media over the last few months. Red Masterson, who has long claimed "Wild" Bill Bronson (the original owner of the Big Gold Buckle) to be his relative, has been issuing challenges to the unofficial owner Vic Baron. While most of those challenges have gone unanswered, a recent video from Wild Bill himself triggered Vic's grandfather, Baron von Baron, to accept the challenge. This one's got layers folks... Warrior Grounds #36 Card LIVE TONIGHT FROM THE LONGHORN IN SAN ANTONIO TEXAS:"Young Gun" Memphis vs Masshole Tommy O'Malley Round 1 Tag Tourney: Music City Wrecking Crew vs Grim Reapers Markus Winter vs Roy Carter Round 1 Tag Tourney: LORDs Force (iwe) vs The Calhouns (The Office) *Doc Wyatt Promo* Big Gold Buckle Challenge: Vic Baron vs Red Masterson

Warrior Grounds #36 Everything is bigger in Texas, and Warrior Pro Wrestling is no exception- with Warrior Grounds #36 setting up some huge stories as we wind ever closer to Warriorversary 5. The biggest by far was a promo turned confrontation between Rampage Hunter and Doc Wyatt- the World Champ and #1 Contender- that saw a shocking alliance formed. To watch the show in its entirety, head on over here: After that, GO HERE for a full recap of the show, including all post show interviews…

With Warrior Grounds #37 just hours away, lets roll out a good ol fashion match preview to wet the pallets for what's to come... Warrior Grounds #37 LIVE ON TWITCH from Arena Antiguo in Mexico Tonight at 5:30pm PST:Bobby Memphis vs Hijo de Blue PumaMemphis is making his official debut with the company following his graduation from the Baron Wrestling School, and his first match will be against the super talented second generation luchador. Could this be a preview of future champions? Could we be seeing history in the making? Maybe? But at the very least we should expect a fast paced opener with two guys out there making a name for themselves. Tag Team Tournament Semi Finals: Tank & Lefty McDaniel vs Music City Wrecking CrewThe rematch of the fight that started this whole tournament. Technically, The McDaniels won the initial meeting last month at Turkey RUMBLE, but the use of an illegal headbutt was enough to put the titles on ice till a tournament could settle everything. Now the rematch will see who goes on to the finals at Warriorversary- expect a dog fight in this one. Dash Yamada vs Viper LopezViper cut her teeth in Lucha POWER, and she still carries a fairly large fanbase in Mexico. Meanwhile Japanese star Dash Yamada has her own following in the country, so expect an active crowd for this one. The stakes are high, with rumors the winner could be in line for a title shot at Warriorversary. Tag Team Tournament Semi Finals: LORDs Force vs Reed BrothersThe other semi-final match in the tag team tournament is also a rematch. Back in 2020, these two teams fought to a wildly entertaining draw, with both teams claiming they would have had the edge had the clock kept ticking. Now we'll get to see a definitive winner, with a shot at the belts an added incentive for victory. Lucha POWER Championship: Diego Guerrero vs VaqueroDiego Guerrero has been the most dominant champion in the modern era for Lucha POWER, but he might be facing his toughest challenge in the wildly athletic Vaquero. Expect this to be a heavy high spot affair, with both men known for big energy matches featuring a lot of high flying. Vaquero has been managed by Paco Pequeno in the past, so don't count out some outside shenanigan's in this one as well... MAIN EVENT: John Logan & Doc Wyatt vs Rampage Hunter & Dungeon Dominguez (w/Paco)A team that most would think completely inconceivable somehow is taking place, for one night at least. Doc Wyatt and John Logan have been nothing short of blood rivals since Warrior Pro Wrestling opened its doors for the first time over 5 years ago- will now stand as tag team partners for the first time. Their opponents are no less menacing, with Rampage Hunter and Dungeon Dominguez making up a brutal combination. This could bring down the house, and at the very least will prove a fun preview to the Warriorversary main event scheduled for January where Rampage will face off against Doc Wyatt.
