With the G2 Finals a day away, there has been a steady flow of news over the last couple of days. Here are the major highlights: Red Masterson was medically cleared yesterday, making his match with Markus Winter for the Intercontinental Title official. There were rumors that John Logan would step in as an injury replacement if Red couldnt go, but that would appear to not be needed. A rematch with Rampage Hunter was also discussed, but the big man was not medically cleared from his grade two sprained knee he suffered last week. There is optimism he will be ready to go by Warriorversary, depending on the final date set for that show. Lefty McDaniel, who has been out of action since suffering a partially torn labrum, is in the final stages of rehab and is expecting to be cleared to wrestle in the coming weeks. Sources in the company say Lefty is expected to address the ring, potentially even issuing a challenge for Warriorversary. McDaniel, who along with Vic Baron owned the tag team titles for most of the latter part of 2019, has not wrestled in singles action since defeating Senator Steve Phillips during his retirement tour…. The next challenger for Gears of War and their Tag Team Titles will be a newly signed Grim Reapers. The Reapers hail from Lodi, California and have been making a name for themselves wrestling smaller indie promotions all along the west coast. Expectations are high for this tag team, who bring an aggressive hard hitting style that should fit in nicely within a growing tag division. The newly signed challengers- Billie Cannon and Tyson Heyward- had words for the champions that were posted on WPW.com And finally, Monitor Editor in Chief “The Razor” Ralph Tolbert recently sat down to an interview with Vic Baron: The finalized card for tomorrows show, which will be broadcast LIVE on Twitch at 5:30pm PTG2 Finals: Block A Winner Machine Gun Mayhem vs Block B Winner Doc Wyatt Tag Team Championship match: Gears of War (c) vs The Grim Reapers Intercontinental Championship Match: Markus Winter (c) vs Red Masterson Baron Family vs The Bay Ballerz Brick Casey vs Roy Carter

After over a month of block action, we’re down to our final two wrestlers, both vying for a spot in the main event of Warrirorversary, with a shot at Vic Baron’s Warrior Pro Wrestling World Heavyweight Championship. The rest of the card is stacked as well- the champ will team up with his legendary father for the first time in over a year in tag team action, both the Tag Team and Intercontinental titles will be on the line, and Brick Casey will get a rematch with the man that put him on the shelf for almost 6 months last year. The G2 Tournament Finals take place TONIGHT, LIVE on Twtich. First match will kick off promptly at 5:50 pm PT. Match Previews: Brick Casey vs Roy CarterIts been over a year since Brick Casey was fired from the Jackson Hole Outlaws and then had his arm almost ripped out of its socket by Roy Carter. Both men have had a quiet 2020, with both men failing to capture gold back at Lucha FANTASTICO. But the wounds of last summer heal slowly, and Brick has asked for this match personally- hoping to settle a score and get back into the title picture. Roy Carter likely has different ideas, using a win here to prove that theres more to the Outlaws past Red and Doc. Baron Family vs The Bay BallerzThis will be Austin Baron’s first match since his brutal neck injury suffered as last years Warriorversary, that forced him to relinquish his tag team title. The reunion with Heavyweight champ could be a sign of things to come if they’re able to beat the fast rising Bay Ballerz, as Vic has expressed a desire to be the first to hold both the World and Tag team belts at the same time. Intercontinental Championship: Markus Winter (c) vs Red MastersonA rematch of Block A action that saw Red Masterson beat the champ. Since that match however, both men put on impressive tournaments that nearly put both men in the finals. This could be match of the night if Red’s shoulder is 100% after taking a vicious powerbomb on the floor last week that left him questionable for this match until just yesterday. Tag Team Championship: Gears of War (c) vs The Grim ReapersThe debuting Grim Reapers are looking to take the tag division by storm against the reigning champs. Expect this to be a hard hitting brawl from bell to bell, with neither team giving an inch. They may need to re-enforce the ring for this one. G2 Finals: Block A Winner Machine Gun Mayhem vs Block B Winner Doc WyattThis will be Doc Wyatt’s thirds straight finals appearance, the only person in the history of the promotion to win B Block. Machine Gun Mayhem will be the first person not named John Logan appearing in the A block final. These two have not fought since the inaugural G2 tournament two years ago. If there is one person that will not fear Doc’s antics, and may present some of his own, its MGM. Expect a war. Promos Machine Gun MayhemDoc Wyatt

Officially, the 2020 G2: Golden Gate Tournament concluded last night with a wildly entertaining and massively news heavy finals that included two title matches and the wildest main event in the history of the promotion. The road to Warriorversary II is a bit more clear, and the fallout of last nights show should continue in the days and weeks ahead. As always, scroll down for all the matches and post show interviews... Brick Casey vs Roy CarterRecap: The opener was a good old fashion grudge match, one that it was rumored Brick has been asking behind the scenes for months, and it proved to be every bit the hard hitting affair. Brick seemed bound and determined to rag doll the smaller Outlaw until he didnt get up, while Roy Carter seemed game to take the punishment and wait for an opening for his patented arm bar. At ringside, both Doc Wyatt and Byron Worth ran interference and ganged up on the big man every chance they got. The strategy seemed to work, with Roy getting a couple of armbars in deep, but Bricks large frame proved troublesome, his ability to reach the ropes caused break ups, and a string of powerful chops and a body drop ended the night for Carter, and gave Brick a win over two of the four Outlaws.
After the match Doc was incensed- throwing chairs and screaming at his fellow Outlaws while Brick taunted his former leader in the ring.
Winner: Brick Casey Rating: *** Baron Family vs The Bay BallerzRecap: The Baron Family took charge early in this one, showing off their experience and teamwork. The Ballerz however, refused to give up and seemed to gain strength and confidence as the match wore on. A late match stunner from Austin Baron seemed to put things away, but a late save kept things going before a vicious powerbomb from Danny Angelo to the champ Vic Baron knocked him clean out, ending the match and giving the young tag team their biggest win of their career.
After the match Vic was stretchered out of the ring, and while it appeared he had regained consciousness as well as movement in his arms and legs, his condition was a huge question mark for the rest of the show.
Winner: Bay Ballerz Rating: **** Intercontinental Championship: Markus Winter (c) vs Red MastersonRecap: Picking back up from their Night One match in the G2, both Red and Markus spend the match trying to knock the other one out. Red, for his part didnt seem hindered by his shoulder injury and matched the Viking strike for strike. The match looked over when Markus hit a Winter Is Coming dead center in the middle of the ring- but Roy Carter and Byron Worthy were ringside to distract the ref long enough for Red to recover, and hit and Unforgiven to win the match and the belt.
After the match the three Outlaws (minus Doc) teamed up to put the boots to Winter and celebrated in the ring.
Winner: AAAaaaand NEW Champion Red Masterson Rating: **** Tag Team Championship: Gears of War (c) vs The Grim ReapersRecap: If there was any doubt that the Grim Reapers were going to make an immediate impact in Warrior Pro, this match settled it. The Reapers went toe to toe with GoW all match, showing deft teamwork and keeping the powerhouse champs isolated from each other. Despite numerous comebacks by the champs, the Reapers seemed to cut each off and calmly continue their work- eventually getting Bobby Clash to tap to the Deaths Door submission.
Winner: AAAaaand NEW Champions Grim Reapers Rating: **** Before the main event, “Lanky” Lefty McDaniel made his way to the ring...G2 Finals: Block A Winner Machine Gun Mayhem vs Block B Winner Doc WyattRecap: Accompanied at ringside by Roy Carter and Byron Worthy, the leader of the Outlaws looked to be following the same game plan he’d been following all tournament. Let the other man tire out with offense, use his ringside partners as a distraction, and find an opening for the win. Multiple times Doc lead MGM outside and into triple teams, and even though the powerhouse seemed to enjoy the brawl, the last one proved fatal, as MGM was prevented from re-entering the ring and was instead counted outsider
Winner: Doc Wyatt…?
As Doc celebrated in the ring, Lefty McDaniel made his way back out to the ring with a microphone in hand…
Doc Wyatt vs Machine Gun Mayehm Match RESTART
An all time classic. With no help at ringside, Doc went on the offensive right away, attacking Machine Gun and looking for the early kill- except Machine Gun didnt want to go down. Even after a Brass knuckles punch into a Superman punch- Machine Gun stood up, bleeding and laughing at a bewildered Doc. MGM would rally and hit his patented running boot and secure the Tournament crown and a trip to Warriorversary.
Winner: Machine Gun Mayhem Rating: ***** After the show, wrestlers were made available….Lefty McDaniel said that Vic Baron was at a local hospital and stable. He was conscious, aware of his surroundings and had full movement in all his extremities. Early diagnosis was a concussion but he would be further evaluated and an update would be given next week. There was no comment made on his status for Warriorversary.Grim ReapersMachine Gun MayhemThe Outlaws stood collectively at the podium, with Doc on the mic...

With the G2 Tournament in the rear view mirror, there is a fair amount of news to get caught up on in the world of professional wrestling. Here is the latest...
Warrior Pro Wrestling announced that Tank McDaniel will be hosting a virtual press conference this Monday to announce the date of Warriorversary II and give details on the card, plus give a bit of a state of the union on future direction for the company.
Sepaking of Warriorversary, there are lots of rumors circulating about the card. Already confirmed are three title matches, with the main event a World Heavyweight match of Vic Baron vs Machine Gun Mayhem. Also rumored but yet to be confirmed are Doc vs Red for the IC title, Lefty vs Super Bad Ass, El Macho vs Felix Santana Jr, and Tank himself returning to the ring for the first time in a year.
Red Masterson has kept busy since the G2 Finals, putting on a show stealer of a match at the last Office event, KO-ing The Everyman. With rumors swirling around a match with fellow Outlaw Doc Wyatt, Red's focus seemed to be on a different budding rivalry... Roy Carter may have sat out the G2 Tournament this year, but he's been staying active, impressing in CWC by becoming the promotions open weight champion before suffering a vicious loss to Mr Muay Thai. Warrior Pro officials have stated that the submission artist will take a little time off but isn't expected to miss any upcoming dates.
Speaking of injuries, one of the big stories that came out of the G2 Finals was Vic Baron being stretchered out after suffering a vicious slam from the Bay Ballerz. While Vic has stated he is fine on social media, multiple sources state he has not been medically cleared by Warrior Pro's medical team yet. With both a super fight against Cowboy Johnston at CAWF's Revolution III PPV and a title fight at Warriorversary II coming up, there will be a lot of attention being paid to Tank's injury report during Monday's call...

As we get closer to the biggest show in Warrior Pro Wrestling history, we first take a look into the future with Warrior Grounds #19, which will set up the future contenders for every championship. While the building will still be without fans, several wrestlers are expected to be on hand to talk about their Warriorversary match. Card Preview: Tag Team #1 Contender Match: Gears of War vs Jackson Hole Outlaws (Carter/Worthy)Coming off a tough loss to the Grim Reapers, GoW will look to get right back into the title picture with a win over the Outlaws. Meanwhile both Byron Worthy and Roy Carter have been sitting on the sideline while Red Masterson and Doc Wyatt publicly feud- but a win would push them back in the spotlight and a chance to reclaim another championship for one of the most influential groups in all of pro wrestling. IC Title #1 Contender Match: “Flyin” Jimmy Hawkins vs John LoganIt was one of the more shocking upsets in the G2 tournament, and the match that cost John Logan his shot at back to back tournament crowns. Now Jimmy Hawkins is going to see if he can do it again, and perhaps make a name for himself in the process. For John Logan, this is a chance at redemption and an opportunity to finally claim the singles belt that has eluded him his entire run in Warrior Pro. World Title #1 Contender Match: Rampage Hunter vs Markus WinterNo one did a better job making a name for themselves than the The Viking in the G2. He was one win away from a cinderella finish, and now he has a chance to really stamp his ticket as a top guy in the company. But he’ll have a monster test ahead of him in The Belt Collector. Rampages collection is a little lighter thanks to Markus- losing his Warrior Pro IC title to Winter the last time they met- but expect a fully focused Rampage this time around. This one has the potential to be an all time classic, with the winner getting the first crack at whoever makes it out of the Warriorversary main event. Vic Baron and Machine Gun Mayhem face to face confrontationThe main event of the evening will be a verbal confrontation from the champion and challenger. Warrior Pro officials have indicated that there will be no mediator, but security will be on stand by if needed. There is no set agenda or topics, just two men with a deep history setting up what looks to be a massive main event.
Warrior Grounds will come to you tomorrow- right here, so check back!

The show opens with a video montage of the G2 tournament, culminating with the Finals show that saw Machine Gun Mayhem beat Doc Wyatt after a match restart, resulting in a shot at Vic Baron’s world title. The video ends with Tank’s press conference announcing the card for tonight’s show, where #1 contendership is on the line for every Warrior Pro belt.
Before the first match, “Lanky” Lefty McDaniel comes out to the ring…
Just then, from under the ring SBASDJ appears and takes Lefty by surprise, laying him out before whispering in his ear and leaving the ring, a giant smile on his face...
Tag Team #1 Contender Match: Gears of War vs Jackson Hole Outlaws (Carter/Worthy)Recap: One of the best tag team matches of the year, as both sides went at each other from the opening bell. It looked like the former tag champs might just have the Outlaws on the ropes until a Roy Carter arm bar deep in his own corner finished the match and earned this version of the tag team their first championship match.
Winner: Jackson Hole Outlaws Rating: **** As the Outlaws celebrate, Red Masterson comes down to the ring and shakes both men’s hand. He then instructs them to the back as he asks for a mic…
Suddenly, Doc appears from the back…
Doc enters the ring and the two square off before the remaining Outlaws rush to the ring and prevent a brawl…
IC Title #1 Contender Match: “Flyin” Jimmy Hawkins vs John LoganRecap: Jimmy Hawkins may have finally arrived. Out to prove the first win wasn’t a fluke, Hawkins took it too Logan the entire match, and the veteran never seemed comfortable to mount his own offensive push, succumbing to a pair of superkicks that gave Hawkins the next shot at the Doc/Red winner.
Winner: Jimmy Hawkins Rating: *** World Title #1 Contender Match: Rampage Hunter vs Markus WinterRecap: A physical back and forth match that seemed to prove that Markus Winter belongs at the top of a card, but this would just not be his night. Rampage, who has at times looked tired from his multiple commitments, was fresh and active all match, and a spear followed by a Lights Out powerbomb was enough to claim victory.
Winner: Rampage Hunter Rating: **** After the last match had cleared out, the main event segment- a face off between the main event of Warriorversary II- champion Vic Baron and challenger Machine Gun Mayhem. Both men get into the ring- Vic cautiously- and are handed mics… MGM drops the mic and walks out of the ring while Vic stares out in mild confusion as the show goes off the air...

Lance Marshall "Y'know, I figured after New Year's Bash about half a year ago... that it was done and buried. That I'd said my piece, that I'd shown ya' beyond the shadow of a doubt that ya' weren't the biggest dog around, that someone finally stood up and deflated yer damn ego at least a little bit. And then, this week, ya' decided ya' had to open yer mouth towards Red Masterson... lemme see, what was it ya' said to his face?
'You know who’s also not afraid of me? John Logan. Rampage Hunter. Lil Lariato. Cowboy Johnston. And I fucking buried every last one of them.'
I notice, as usual, ya' left a name out of the mix. And I ain't gonna blame ya' for it, and I ain't gonna go takin' offense and challengin' yer ass myself. I already showed ya' what I had to. Maybe it wasn't in yer ring, if that's yer problem. But I want ya' to remember, always in the back of yer head, Doc...
If I ever make my way to Warrior Pro, and set my sights on you again, it's gonna end the same way it did the last time, one-on-one. Talk all the shit ya' want, just remember...
I ain't the one ya' need to worry about yet.
I'll be rootin' for Red Masterson to knock yer fuckin' head off... and if there's anythin' left of ya' when the dust settles, then we'll see what the future holds."

As John Logan pointed out, it's been nearly two years since Will Craddock wrestled regularly. He was a regular fixture for SHTCWA, as well as AAW, but a broken neck put him on the shelf, which also coincided with main event focus being shifted to other wrestlers such as Mayday Malone. From there, unfortunately, SHTCWA was put on indefinite hiatus, mostly due to financial strain on the company. Craddock has kept himself active on social media, and has been training students and recovering from injuries, but he hasn't many a single statement, official, or unofficial about the future of SHTCWA, or even his own future holds, until now. Craddock took to Twitter and Instagram, and Dirt Sheet Daily has compiled the threads into one long post.

THE SCENE: BIG BIRD MACHINE is standing on the corner of an unspecified street somewhere in the South Central Tri-State Area. It's a beautiful summer day; the sun is shining and birds can be heard chirping in the distance.
BIG BIRD MACHINE: Rampage Hunter... Seems like he had some rather unkind things to say in the Monitor, and you know, gosh, it really did hurt my feelings. But that's okay. Because remember, boys and girls, words are just words, and words can only hurt you if you allow them to do so. And this Thursday at Warriorversary, the time for words is over.
(all of sudden, BBM's entire tone changes. His voice sounds deeper, he somehow actually looks even taller, the street corner he's standing on seems dirtier, the birds stop chirping, and as as God is my witness, the sky actually darkens a little)
BIG BIRD MACHINE: Honestly, you should feel fortunate. A normal wrestling match is about winning or losing. You might move up in the rankings or you might move down, but in the grand scheme of things, they mean nothing. But I don't think of myself as just a wrestler, Rampage, in fact I like to think of myself as something of a teacher. I don't wrestle people; I offer them a unique educational experience, and Mr. Hunter, I've probably been educating fools like you for longer than you've been alive. I teach my opponents valuable lessons about pain, lessons about loss, and lessons about personal responsibility - that actions have consequences. So this Thursday, you're not stepping into a wrestling ring - no, you're going to school, where I am the teacher. And Mr. Hunter, the word of the day will be "Humility." And the day's lesson will be brought to you by the numbers one, two, and three.

It was announced that tomorrow, Warrior Pro Wrestling would be holding a virtual press conference with the media, and their co-main event participants- Doc Wyatt/Red Masterson and Machine Gun Mayhem/Vic Baron would be present on the call. In other news, this past weekend saw tensions mount between the Tag Team Champs- the Grim Reapers, and their upstart challengers the Bay Ballerz. Through a series of videos, the two teams exchanged words in what now seems like a budding rivalry…

With the pandemic still restricting certain gatherings, the Warriorversary II press conference was held virtually, with Tank joined by the two top matches on Thursday’s card, Red Masteron, Doc Wyatt, Vic Baron, and Machine Gun Matyhem. Tank: Thank you everyone for joining the call. Before we get into the questions, I have a couple of announcements. First- effective immediately, we have made some organizational changes. I’m not getting any younger, and while I have no plans to step down as owner, its time to start putting more of a structure in place. My nefew Lefty McDaniel has been officially hired as President of Warrior Pro Wrestling. He will be running the day to day operations, and will be my right hand in decision making going forward. I had hoped for him to gain some experience running a company down in Lucha POWER, but the pandemic changed those plans. Lefty will still be an active wrestler, but this is absolutely a step to groom my eventual successor. In addition, Austin Baron has been promoted to Head of Talent, and will be our top recruiter in addition to his duties running our wrestling school. Austin has essentially been serving this function for well over a year, and is responsible for bringing in the Grim Reapers as well as signing Red Masterson. Both moves should allow this company to continue to prosper into many more Warriorversary’s. Now, speaking of- here is our official Card for this Thursday: Tank McDaniel & Austin Baron vs The Quinns (Port City Pro) Rampage Hunter vs Big Bird Machine (STRUGGLE) John Logan vs Will Craddock (SHTCWA) “Lanky” Lefty McDaniel vs Super Bad Ass Sweet Daddy Jones El Macho (Lucha POWER) vs Felix Santana Jr Warrior Pro Tag Team Championship: Grim Reapers (c) vs Bay Ballerz Warrior Pro Intercontinental Championship: Red Masterson (c) vs Doc Wyatt Warrior Pro World Heavyweight Championship: “The Technician” Vic Baron (c) vs Machine Gun Mayhem
With that we’ll open it up for questions.. Reporter: Tank- can you address the comment you make a couple weeks back about fans being present for the show? Tank: Yes! We will have fans present on Thursday. In collation with Wyatt Industries we’ve been working with county officials on protocols that would enable live fans at our show. We are limiting the audience to a few hundred people strategically placed and rapid testing using Wyatt Industries labs. Virgil Wyatt’s company is a testing manufacturer and has been handling the roster since the outbreak. We havent had a single positive test yet, and can confidently say that should not change come Thursday. Reporter: Tank, we haven't heard any thoughts on your match with the PCP Tag Champs- are you and Austin Baron ready for the challenge? Tank: (chuckles) At my age I dont know if I’m ever truly ready for a match. But I honestly feel real good, and I know Austin feels as good as he’s felt since his injury last year. We’re gonna give the Quinns a hellova fight I can tell you that. And if we win, maybe I’ll have to get down to Port City and me and Austin can get a crack at those belts. I mean why not, we already have their champion… Reporter: Doc- this match with Red seems to carry a lot of bad blood. How do you keep focused in a match like that? Doc: First off, thats a stupid question. Is that Todd? I cant see you idiots so I’ll assume its Todd since he typically asks the dumb questions. No, there isnt bad blood. Red Masterson has a bug up his ass cause I jumped the line for a shot at Cowboy Johnston. Thats what this is. And I jumped the line because I’m Doc Wyatt- I’ve earned that right. Red Masterson hasn’t done shit. Red: Yet. Doc: What? Speak up you redneck. Red: Haven’t done shit yet. But after Thursday, I’ll have beat Doc Wyatt. So, that will be somthin. Doc: The only thing you’re going to do Thursday is carry my bags to the car while I walk out with your belt. Red: You ain’t walkin out of nothin. That the truth. Reporter: Vic- Hows the head? MGM: Yes Victor, how IS the head? Are you prepared to be bounced around on it again? Or does the baby need a helmet? Vic: The head is fine, I’ve passed every concussion test, dont feel any side effects. “The baby” will be ready to rip MGM’s arms off in three days. Reporter: Vic- you havent wrestled a singles match in almost 4 months. Are you afraid of ring rust? Vic: Aint afraid of nothing. Honestly my body feels great. Well rested. The break has given me a chance to work on my body and prepare for what I assume will be the toughest test of my career. MGM: (laughs then hangs up the phone) Vic: Machine Gun can pull all the crazy shit he wants. Don’t matter, I ain’t falling for it. I’ve already beat him, twice. I’ve dealt with all the mind games, all the bullshit. In the end he has to get into the ring with me and beat me, and I don’t think that’s something he’s capable of. He knows it, I know it. Warriorversary will see me continue to prove that. Tank: Thats all the time we have. Thank you everyone, we’ll see you on T hursday, 5:30pm for WARRIORVERSARY II.
