I've never had a crash, so... 🤷♂️

The only full CTDs I've ever had have come while using the Ring Mat Database, and even that has only happened 2 or 3 times in a year, I believe always while setting up a brand new ring. Always been impressed by how stable the game runs for me, particularly on my previous PC that was well below the so-called minimum requirements.

And I never even used a mod. Just be happy and thankful there's a game at all. You really should look into mods. There are some basic QoL mods that allow creators like you, with hundreds of edits, to easily search for an edit at anytime instead of being forced to navigate multiple screens and scroll through the entire edit list. Also, opening up the length of text box input which allows you to enter full names and still publish to the workshop without issues. Modded vs vanilla is like night and day, and that's just on the QoL improvement side. Regarding crashes, I haven't encountered a crash in months. Not sure what's going on with everyone else, but it's definitely not affecting every player. I can't do without mods. Was very torn in the beginning days of the split idea but the more I thought about it, the more I had to agree that mods were infinitely better than the DLC. As for crashes, I hadn't had one in months until yesterday when I tried MOTWPlus for the first time. It's crashing me every time I highlight the card I've added (before I can even click to run it or anything). I posted the log file on Discord (since it's not an "officially" released mod) but don't know that it will be helpful. To me, it seems like it takes my click as a "quit" button. I'm assuming Carl programmed it to recognize I was playing with GLOW wrestlers and to prevent me from running their really really bad matches. I should probably try a Bill Watts match and see if that launches... :)

You know I like everyone is disappointed about the delay. But I'm not crying or complaining about it. I'm happy just to have a new version of Fire Pro. Over the last year I have had a lot of fun playing the game & building it up basically having unlimited fun. And I never even used a mod. Just be happy and thankful there's a game at all.
No. The game on it's own merit is mediocre at best by today's standards. The "be happy we got a game" bullshit is more damaging and less helpful than people people asking Spike to be responsible to their customer base or stating that they're falling short of expectations.

I have never experienced a crash. I also don't use mods and I love the game as is. Apparently I am in the minority on that. Which is very odd to me considering everyone loved Returns and World takes that and makes it better. But hey, to each their own huh?
That said, I am sure I will one day give the mods a go. I just figure I will wait until the game is 100% complete so I don't have to worry about patches and whatnot giving me issues. In the meantime I am a very happy customer enjoying the "vanilla" game, looking forward to the addition of more moves and overall content, but with no emotional reaction to delays, etc.

Guess I’m in the minority for crashes then, that’s a good thing. Thankfully I never had one really be much of an issue, the last couple when scrolling thru Ring Edit

I've had crashes and freezes, but a bulk of them were related to mods that have been patched and fixed.

If you bring something 13 years old and release it with only tiny improvements, it rarely holds up.

The problem with mods is they caused crashes for me I downloaded a few modded wrestlers and they caused the game to be slow and crashing. I have a old laptop a old hp pavilion with 465 gb memory which is a lot of memory for the game I still have 399 gb free. Since I deleted the modded wrestlers I don’t have as many freezes or crashes . Still I’m being careful cuz I don’t wanna over do it. I’m hoping after the update finally drops I might look into it. I’m also hoping that since they allowed ring mats and stuff on the workshop they will allow the wrestler mods the ones that have the ring attire mods that would be cool. I could do without the arena mods since Raw and Smackdown are the only ones I’ve seen so far. Now if someone got creative and did WCW NJPW and old school arena mods I might consider it

Look, i suffer from crashes, pretty much everytime i play the game, but i will not going to put the blame into the modsuite, specifically because i'm not sure if the mods are to blame. Might be, or might be memory issue, since the build is 32, instead of 64. and etc.

Okay, but OTOH, you seem rather eager to pin the blame on Spike Chunsoft and not on something else... Given that I've never had issues with the vanilla game itself, or even issues while using the mod suite and user made moves, I'm thinking there's something else going on.
What are your specs? Are there any unity crash dumps? Is it just a CTD? A STOP error?

Yes i get crash dumps, maybe i should forward them to Carlzilla. and no, you're mistaken i'm not "eager" to pin the blame on Spike, i'm just saying crash happens and i don't think all the blame should fall into the modsuite shoulders, since the first attitude someone has when getting a crash is to blame the suite.
It just crashes, and then generates a log. Happens mainly in the menus and its something i've learned to deal with it.
My pc specs are more than the recommended ones to run the game, i actually have more memory than the game can make use of, which is why i made the comment about the build being 32-bits instead of 64.

The mods themselves are actually pretty stable. There's a few people who run into permissions issues trying to write to app-data, or some occasional data strangeness when the game crashes due to the other thing I'm going to bring up...but generally they run fine.
The biggest crash issue isn't something that can be fixed as it's simply an "out of memory" error because the wonder-coders at Spike/Chunsoft decided to build as a 32bit application. I can't help that the game will only address ~3GB of memory when all is said and done. It's not an issue caused by mods, it's just an issue that mods expedite, as the more information that is being loaded and stored (particularly the MovePack, which requires about 1.2GB of RAM all on it's own due to all 180ish moves having custom animation data stored, even if the animation data isn't custom) the more likely you are to run out of memory. If the game was built like a modern computer program SHOULD be, IE 64bit, this wouldn't be an issue.
