I am glad the created wrestlers are free but the created wrestlers people are making are amazing. If they charged $1 for them and spike and the creator split it. People could make some money for their time they put into this game. I would pay $1 for these to help support the people who work so hard to make this game so great. The really good creators could do really well if there creations were getting purchased thousands of times by people like me who are not very good at creating or rather play matches than spend the time creating wrestlers.

Same reason Steam scrapped the idea of paying for Workshop stuff: stolen content.

Yep, if creators were paid for their edits then random users copying and reuploading their content would be a serious issue. And we Steam players know how prevalent "tweaked" versions of edits on the workshop are.
If you really wanted to pay the creators, maybe private message them directly and offer to make a contribution through PayPal or something? These things shouldn't be public.

Well from what iv seen on the fpw net someone's doing exactly that stealing everyone's edits and reuploading them and not even denying it either it was kicking off on there earlier

I wish they would ban anyone who is stealing and reuploading. Maybe they do. I am new here. I want to get all the wrestlers that were LJN figures in the 80's. Most of them are not up yet on the PS4 site.
RayDaddy11 put up a nice Sgt Slaughter. The looks are good. I did not use him to test the logic.
Having so much fun on the PS4 site I hit 1000 wrestlers already. It lets you go past 1000 on the site but I don't know what will happen when I put my PS4 on so I went back to 1000 so I don't crash my game when I play later.

Upon updating Firepro World, the version number should be 1.0610.
The framerate cap is raised up to 60fps again, seems like!

Not sure yet, since I'm on the Japanese version - but you can check for updates by pressing "Options" while the game is selected on the PS4's main menu.

The next patch for PS4 with the frame rate fix would be 1.03. I will check it later when I am with my PS4.

It can't be understated how great all the new parts are. We've never seen parts this detailed in fire pro. When clear pictures of the roster started coming in, I was worried that attires would be static with no way of seperating the different colored parts, as they just looked too complicated. But holy shit, they did it. Yano's thigh uses all 9 layers ffs. I ported a few edits earlier today with my own appearances, and it was a blast, messing around with everything. I managed to make cody's blue tights with red &white stripe trim very accurately. Far more accurately than I could have done without the new parts. Just to be clear; ALL of your uploads are DJKM's edits with his movesets and logic, but with your own custom appearances? The majority will be DJKM's, though there will also be a lot of Desertpunk's as well. I've been using their edits together snce Returns, and they mesh pretty well. Handful of edits from Rev to fill a few gaps too. If I'm not too burned out from porting the edits I want from those guys, I'll port Ibsen and Ahep's lucha edits, and Senator's combat sports edits. This would probably be months from now however, as there are hundreds of edits from DJKM and DP that I want to port. |
