I think I’m stuck. I wanted to start the Mission Mode but I’m getting stuck in a infinite loading screen after clicking the first mission. Do I need to delete the app/save file? I don’t really want to lost everything I saved.. EDIT : OH GREAT ! I can’t even start Fighting Road. I’m stuck on the first screen. I can’t past the first message since he doesn’t even show up. I really don’t know what to do right now. If I delete the game, am I going to lose everything? If it's a digital download and not a disc copy, then you might have to redownload it in the event the download corrupted a bit. If I redowload the game, am I going to lose everything I download? Or I'll still have everything? |

It can't be understated how great all the new parts are. We've never seen parts this detailed in fire pro. When clear pictures of the roster started coming in, I was worried that attires would be static with no way of seperating the different colored parts, as they just looked too complicated. But holy shit, they did it. Yano's thigh uses all 9 layers ffs.
I ported a few edits earlier today with my own appearances, and it was a blast, messing around with everything. I managed to make cody's blue tights with red &white stripe trim very accurately. Far more accurately than I could have done without the new parts.

On the Pro I haven't noticed any framerate loss yet, but I've only been doing 1v1 matches and I haven't played enough of the PC version to notice any difference so far. I am experiencing the cut off screen at the bottom though.
EDIT: Fixed the picture issue by simply going to the Screen Fit setting on my TV.
Right now level 10 difficulty in the game is enough to give me a challenge and lose matches.

Quick question, I’m trying to do the medium+small front grapple move and it just keeps making me do the medium move, any advice? im having issues with finishers I general on the ps4, thanks Use a direction in addition. I'm not sure what it is, but I always have trouble with the two button combo as well, always have. I feel like another button on the d-pad/stick or whatever tends to help it happen. Not sure why. I'm on the base PS4 and haven't noticed any framerate loss yet, either. I've done mostly 1v1 and 2v2 matches. I'm going to try some 4v4 and 8 man battle royals today and report back. |

I have to say, after playing this on PC and now on PS4, the PS4 version just does not feel very optimized to me.
I know they switched teams mid-stream and have had countless untold difficulties, I'm sure, but, to me, it's just feeling a bit rough right now.
I did get somewhat more accustomed to it as I played, admittedly, but, it just feels jittery and slow somehow. I don't know a thing about programming, but, maybe this is the frame rate issue that some have raised? I don't know.
These are things that I'm sure can be explored and improved over time, I hope.
All in all, great fun to play, regardless...new content is a blast, and, it was worth the money (again) for the vocal samples alone, IMO. Ishii's chops are brutal!

I don’t think it’s frame rate lose during the matches, it’s a frame rate reduction from pre-patch (60 FPS) to post-patch (30 FPS). If you haven’t played the game on PC or on PS4 before the latest patch you may not notice the difference. |

I have played the game on PC (I bought it day one) but honestly, the PS4 version seems way smoother in my experience *so far*. I did have framerate issues on PC on a frequent basis.

My PC is certainly no world-beater. I've got a mini ITX-sized system equivalent to a book with laptop components and a circa 2015 mid-range Nvidia mobile GPU and it runs noticeably better on that than it does on my PS4 post-patch. Curious that folks seem to be having such unique experiences. |

Has there been any mention of the FPS reduction? I hope I'm not coming across as too "whiny" here, but a reduction from 60fps to 30fps with no notification is pretty shady and unacceptable. If I would have known it was going to be 30fps, I would have stuck with the PC version. I wouldn't mind if they would just say it's temporary. I think we should be making a bigger deal about this.

So my first question is should we download edits from steam or the FPW.net that's offered on the game? Or do both have the same edits from the same edit makers, like DJKM is the first that comes to mind. THank you in advance.
