-Big news out of the T.S.P Japan office. Astral Ark and select wrestlers from the Alabama T.S.P office have joined together to form TENJIN. TENJIN will be based out of Osaka, Japan and has plans to tour Thailand and South Africa later this year. In celebration of the launch of TENJIN, the first of 2 yearly SWA rules tournaments will be taking place this Sunday (3/13/2022) at 3pm Central time. Details and brackets are forthcoming.

Match Results and Reviews
![]() ![]()  Re-debut for Hina Chan! Unfortunately, the match was against Andrea Giantess. Hina was able to get some intense kicks in, but Andrea bodied her and controlled the match. Despite the win, Andrea's body is starting to show its mileage.[/div] Intense match. Nagai came right at Hana at the start and didn't let up. Hana was able to keep up with the rookie and eventually put her away. Post-match, Nagai grabs a microphone and asks for Hana to listen. [/div] Kyoko came into this match with high expectations against longtime BBW stalwart Hanshin Tigeress. The match didn't disappoint. To this reviewer, the match was great, and both competitors showed a lot of heart. Still, Kyoko's power and technical skills outclassed Tigeress in the end. Debut match for both of these wrestlers. Ryo was able to put down Julia following a huge powerbomb. Julia, for her credit, had a bevy of very close calls. The crowd seemed to be split evenly. One has to ask where both of these ladies will be faction-wise in the coming weeks.
Vaderess was able to slow the popular rookie down and put her away, following a huge moonsault. To Doji's credit, she was able to plant Vaderess into a lighttube fujiwara armbar. Despite losing, the crowd cheers for Doji, and their love for her grows. Still, Vaderess moves forward and becomes a potential BBW World Title contender.
Something seemed off in this match, and I am not sure why. Miami and Janice didn't ever seem to go for pins, which allowed Kylie and Madonna to lay in their more power-based moves and eventually take out Miami. New Champions.
A tremendous first-time match-up between the two. Raven was showing a lot more aggression than she had before. I think she was upset about losing the BBW World Title in her home promotion. Teighler was not a chump and showed a lot of power, and nearly got Raven on several occasions. We will undoubtedly see these two again in BBW.
Venus retains the BBW World Title in a very competitive match. Judy had made comments before the match regarding outsiders holding the BBW World Title and how it diminished the title. Venus held back saying anything, waiting until the two met in the ring. Judy focused on trying to take down her larger opponent via submissions and pinning moves. Venus was more focused on her power and size advantage. Venus's power and determination finally took out Judy following a brutal twisting fisherman's suplex. Great match.
Post-match, Judy refused to shake Venus's hand and left. Venus stayed in the ring and danced to her theme, a huge smile across her face. EXTRA MATCHES FOR THE LIVE CROWD

Live from Osaka-jō Hall Due to poor attendance and response from the crowd, TENJIN is going to take a break and refocus on its approach. TENJIN is not dead, but needs to rest for now.
In general, I am not happy with the aesthetic and feel of the show. I need to get a better ring, and stable logo nailed down. Something just still feels off for me. I am not gonna quit streaming, but will focus on Blood Blossom until TENJIN is up to my mental standards.[/spoilers]

Right now, Doji and Nagai are in a subfaction (Strong Mushroom Kick Generation) with Hina Chan. All three are still regarded as rookies. Time will tell where they land. |

Right now, Doji and Nagai are in a subfaction (Strong Mushroom Kick Generation) with Hina Chan. All three are still regarded as rookies. Time will tell where they land. I had Doji pegged fully as a face but I could also see her as an unhinged heel who pretends to be nice but just stomps the shit out of her opponents. I'll start her off as a face though 😄 I saw Nagai as a heel/tweener. One of those heels who doesn't cheat but also ignores the fans and is standoffish to her fellow wrestlers to the point they just don't like being around her. She's arrogant but wins legit so people dislike her even more. That's basically how I was planning on booking her. But good to know that they are both rookies so even early alliances don't indicate who they'll turn out to be ... especially in other promotions. |
