Picked up Onimusha Remastered, downloading the Hitman collection and just spent half a day playing Graveyard Keeper on Steam which was on sale for a few bucks back during the steam Christmas sale. It's pretty fun, it's also a complete clone of Stardew Valley. So if you're a fan of Stardew and am looking for more with the premise of being a Graveyard Keeper instead of restoring a farm, Graveyard Keeper is for you. And if you know how to play Stardew, all the game systems are near identical.

My copy of Resident Evil 2 Remake DELUXE EDITION shipped today. Probably won't play it until I start vacation next month and I run through the whole series. Also new Days Gone trailer up and it's looking sweet. Another one I've had pre-ordered for over a year.

Marsh and Ares, fitting that two gods would hype me into this game (Odyssey). I played a bunch over last couple days, though still on starting islands, and I'm loving it so far. And that was after initially hating it, like the first half hour or hour. I think only because it was colored by impressions from negative reviews I'd watched or read before deciding to get it. But once I got over what may well be bad writing and acting, fuck it it's a fun time!
The setting alone was enough to get me past all the negativity to try it at all, and it's carrying me through. I've even come around on the character (Alexios) and am enjoying the side quests and characters met along the way, progressing slowly and enjoying everything Kephalos has to offer. I'm close to finishing up there now and getting to explore the seas, which I'm also looking forward to.
Thanks for your detailed thoughts and insights, guys! Really tipped the scales for me and I'm glad it did. Big wet Aphrodite kisses!

I've even come around on the character (Alexios) For what it's worth, Kassandra's voice actor is, by most accounts, superior to Alexios'. I've only played as her, but if you're not digging him that much, you might think about starting over as her before you get much further in. But I'm glad to hear mine and Marsh's commentary helped sway you towards checking it out either way. As you could probably guess from the name, I've always dug greek mythology a fair bit too, and this game was all kinds of up my alley.

Finally Wargroove, the Advanced Wars game set in a medieval setting has a release date for PC and Switch of Feb 1st, with a PS4 release date coming soon. I'm also really excited about the campaign editor for the game and seeing what kind of mods will come out for it on PC.
And my Resident Evil 2 Remake just arrived as well.

Well, I finally did it. I went out of my way to get a "platinum" on a game.
I enjoyed Assassin's Creed Odyssey so much that I earned 92% of the trophies organically. Out of curiosity, I checked what else I needed to do and given that they were fairly easy, I went ahead and did them.
I've owned hundreds of PlayStation games since they started doing the trophy thing a couple of years into PS3's life cycle. It's my 3rd platinum (after Dynasty Warriors 7 and Dragon Age II) and my first in almost 8 years. I'm sure if I wanted to, I could breeze through and get them for some of the simpler games that I own (Lego games, TellTale choice games, FallOut, etc) but I don't really care to. Earning them like this (i.e. playing the living hell out of a game for over a month) suits me just fine. :D

I think this will only be released in NTSC sadly I would be surprised if it gets released in PAL region.

As a child of the 80's and a Swede for that matter, I think this game is really going to hit home for me. I grew up in a small town with houses just like the ones in this video. This game looks extremley cool and is based on the artwork by Simon Stålenhag (artwork below). An alternative 1980's set in Sweden. Let's just hope the game is worth playing. :)

New For Honor content including new Shield Knight character and one new execution per character.
Vortiger customization options and gameplay
This might be my new main, especially since I might be able to turn him into a Chaos Knight from Warhammer.

Love the artwork. Need to check it out. Kind of reminds me of the art from Jakub Rozalski.
There is also a game (current in Alpha) based on his artwork called Iron Harvest. Here are some impressions:
