Pretty good video, hopefully Sony pays attention. 10 Things we don't want in the PS5.

So I'll probably start sounding like a nut, especially since I just did this with MGS, but I have more questions for the throbbing master brains here at the CRITICAL! Club, this time about Fallout.
With so much shit on the backlog (still not finished God of War, Spiderman, or Yakuza Zero...), for some reason I still have that constant voice in my neurotic, must play everything brain telling me I need to dive into Fallout. My question for you fine humans is whether I should try Fallout 3 or Fallout 4? Most will say both, but if you could only take one of the two to your panic room before lockdown when the zombie apocalypse starts, which would it be? Does New Vegas need to be in the running, too? Thanks in advance!

New Vegas has by far the best story of the three, and is probably the best. Im weird and like F4 the most, even if the overarching story lacks from the other two- I typically just found the gameplay more rewarding (though word of advice- refrain from base building, its poorly implemented and tedious).

Is base building optional? That was one aspect that has been putting me off of F4. I am not a fan of the crafting/base building trend in a lot of games recently, just feels too much like work, I do enough working in real life as it is. Thanks for your input!

There are benefits to doing it, but I found mostly ignoring settlements made the game more enjoyable for me. I enjoy wandering around and exploring at my leisure. I dont need the added responsibility of taking care of a bunch of other people- to your point, I have enough of that in my real life.

Wasn't sure where to put this, but here it is, Sunset Overdrive for PC!I hope a lot of people pick this one up if they missed it on the xbox one, you can really feel the groundwork for Spiderman in Sunset Overdrive. It's such an awesome game, one of the few great exclusives on microsoft's console, so I am glad more people will have the chance to try it. I'm hoping Insomniac's success with Spiderman will increase interest for Sunset Overdrive and that a bit of success on the PC will lead to a sequel and/or a PS4 release. I love how bright and colourful the game is, over the top in every aspect, ridiculous weapons (teddy bear launcher with the nuke upgrade was a personal favourite), with gameplay reminiscent of tony hawk/Jet Set Radio mixed with Saints Row, and like I said, playing Spiderman, I kept going back to "man, this is totally from Sunset Overdrive!". Great game, don't miss it if you're a PC gamer!

Just finished Spiderman. Wow.
If a Spiderman movie could be made that is a tenth as good as this game is, it would be better than any Marvel movie made. My new favourite superhero game (sorry Batman...) by a mile, what an amazing experience. I don't know if I've played a shitty Insomniac game yet. Hopefully the DLC isn't an afterthought, I will definitely be looking into it and watching for sales if it sounds good.
OT: I wonder how hard Microsoft is shitting themselves watching stuff like Spiderman, God of War, Horizon: Zero Dawn, Uncharted, etc. keep flowing through Sony's exclusives, I keep hoping they will do something amazing, motivated by Sony's titles, I'd hate to see the competition tank completely.
Back to Yakuza Zero. I wonder if I'll even remember how to play the goddamned thing! :)

Thanks in advance! To me, Fallout 3 stands out as one of the most amazing games of all time. I didn't play anything like it until that point and was blown away by the story, the detail and the presentation. I enjoyed it far more than Fallout NV, which objectively might be more improved but it felt to me more of the same plus very buggy to the point I couldn't finish one of the main last quests. I guess those bugs were fixed since then. I didn't play enough Fallout 4 to share an opinion but regardless, Fallout 3 is a fantastic experience.

One of my first platinums.

That looks amazing! Didn't even know about this one! I used to play the everloving heck out of Contra 3 on the SNES.
