William King: "Grenville is a danger to all of us. I tried to warn you about him. He's a monster. The son of Grendel seeking revenge. I guess it takes a monster to slay a monster in these days. A man turned monster from being forged in the infernal kiln of Rallaster's Ninth Legion." "Grenville, I'm challenging for the SFU South Florida Heavyweight Championship." "But before I face you I need to awaken the Warrior of Rhy'leh dormant within me. And I know just the way to do it." --------------- He's Coming Home ---------------- CHICKEN CLUB: Alex Kelley, Eric Kelley, Ken Archer, Jim Rival, Terra, and Doyle Copeland are all sitting in a gym, with a CHICKEN CLUB banner behind them, having drinks. Ken Archer: "Sucks it had to end this way, but I guess it had to end sometime." Jim Rival: "Yeah." Eric Kelley: "Had some great moments though." Alex Kelley: "Hey. Let's not be sad that it's over, yeah? Let's be glad for all that we've done." The six of them raise their drinks, then they all look over to the side. The camera shows Harland Sanders IV, Mario Black, Richard Ian Prescott and Mongo all entering the gym. Sanders: "Hold on... we come in peace. We just want to pay respects." The huddle up for a moment, then Doyle Copeland looks over. "If that's all this is... yeah, come on and join us." After a 'Moments Pass' sign, we come to the ten of them raising drinks to the flag and taking a drink together. Copeland: "Sanders. You started this all. You wanna do the honors?" Sanders: "Nah, it's yours now. You do it." Copeland: "How do you retire a flag anyway?" Mongo: "I think you're supposed to burn it." Everyone else looks to Mongo surprised. Mongo: "Well, you do it with the US flag anyway." Mario Black: "I think he's right." Terra: "Wait, he can talk?" RIP: "Yeah, freaked me out when I first heard him too." Copeland: "So uh... anyone got a light?" Eric stands up, and throws a fireball at the banner. Copeland: "That works." After the flag burns away, the ten of them walk out, the lights closing on the gym. ------------------ "Mad Lad" Johnny Banks From: Delray Beach, Florida Style: Kickboxing With Junior Heavyweight Influences Theme Music: "Mad World" by Gary Jules Signautre Moves: "Banks Shot" (Superman Elbow), "Turbo Uppercut" (Knockout Uppercut), Mad Splash, Katahajime Bio: The protege of kickboxing legend Richard Ian Prescott, Johnny is an unpredictable fighter with tons of athleticism "Samurai Surfer" MIDORIJIMA From: Yokohama, Japan Style: Modern Japanese Middleweight Theme Music: "Voodoo Child" by Jimi Hendrix Signature Moves: "Hang Ten Cutter" (Run Up Cutter), Tombstone, "Volcanic Driver" (Half Nelson Bomb), "Kahuna Special" (Full Nelson Camel Clutch) Bio: A rising star in Japan making his US excursion, MIDORIJIMA shows a ton of potential to be a household name both in the US and in his home country ------------------- PGCW Catch-A-Ride August 15 @8pm EST www.twitch.tv/prozombiehunterHFC1. 20-Person Grand Melee for #1 Contendership for the PGCW Openweight Championship -Confirmed Entrants: Alex Kelley, Eric Kelley, Spider Jack, Murder Dragon, Tristan Belmont, Armo Halla, Teri Parker, Matthew Turtle, Ryan 0, SIGMA, Guy Jordan, The Beer Guy, GORG, Billy Fontaine [LPW] 2. PGCW Catch A Ride
After a warmup match where Body Count mauled Tommy Knock, we had the Grand Melee. Armo Halla and Alex Kelley started the bout and two men entered the ring at regular intervals until the 20th entrant (LPW star Billy Fontaine) would make his entry; Armo would dominate the battle, eliminating eight men singlehandedly including the runner up The Beer Guy to win the Melee and number one contendership. The Creative Commons title would be defended against the banished GAMEOVER (his entry approved by the Florida Athletic Commission, not PGCW) but champion Kathy Queen would use "Eat At Kate's" (Shining Triangle) to choke out the Guld member to retain. Two rookies to PGCW would next shine in a phenomenal outing as Johnny Banks would pin MIDORIJIMA with a Mad Splash off the top rope.
Tag Team titles were on the line between the Alliance of Violence and The Guild, and both parties would see interference and skulduggery on their behalf but after a wild battle it was the Alliance that got the win thanks to a Towerhacker Bomb by Mongo to Mitchell Williams. In preparation for his match for the SFU South Florida Heavyweight Championship, William King would battle against the man who trained him October Raven in a brutal Last Man Standing match, whereafter choking out the hardcore legend King would deliver sadistic knees to the liver for the knockout win; however after the match "MUSTDIE" by Daisuke Ishiwatari hit and Grenville entered the ring laying waste to both men, King and Raven being stretchered out. Last but by no means least we had a bloodbath of a No DQ Match between Robert Garavito and LIBRA for the PGCW Openweight Championship; LIBRA seemed to be in control over a bloodied Garavito for most of the match but the sadistic Garavito would catch LIBRA with a flying elbow to the throat followed by "Hague Convention" (Inverted Crossface) for the submission making Garavito a two-time Openweight champion.

I didn't know October Raven trained William King. Makes sense!
I know he and Raven were exhausted after their match but it's still a big deal to see Grenville lay them both out.
Very glad to see Garavito win the Title yet again!
Also cool to see Armo Halla win the Grand Melee. Synchs up nicely with some plans of mine.
Decisive victory by Kathy 😎

Blood will stain your gold forever and if anyone ever manages to survive our bestial carnage, they will smell the entrails and viscera on the leather and know that championships are fleeting and temporary but the scars we leave will remain forever. Armo Halla... you seek Valhalla. But you will not be destroyed by me so easily. I will deny you what you want. I will cripple you, I will traumatize you, and from your wounds you will slowly rot from within... and find yourself in the halls of Hel, with the rest of your disgraced dead." -------------- Team Rib Rolls:
Matthew Turtle: Ryan, what the hell was that?
Ryan 0: "It's a battle royale. Only one of us could win. You're not telling me you wouldn't do the same?"
Matthew Turtle: "Actually no, I'd have helped YOU eliminate GUY JORDAN. Because yeah we eventually would have had to face each other but we stood a stronger chance of lasting together."
???: "Maybe he doesn't want to be your partner anymore."
In walks in The Miasma.
Steven O'Brian: "Ryan. You've done well. After all everyone knows that you're the true talent of Team Rib Rolls. You don't need Matthew Turtle, no you are destined for bigger and better things... besides, we know he'd just betray you in the end."
The Miasma back out
Ryan 0: "That... that is not what it looks like Matt."
Matt: "Oh yeah? Cause it looks like you're rolling with the traitors now."
Ryan 0: "Oh come on... you know how much I appreciate DRAGONSUPLEX Dojo... and you. I'd never betray that."
Matt: "Guy Jordan was loyal to us too. Steven O'Brian was loyal to Corey too."
Ryan 0: "Listen to yourself! Look, you want me to prove it, fine, I'll fight them. With you. Together we'll teach those emo dorks what loyalty looks like."
Matt: "Fine. But if you cross me... you'll know what Turtle Power feels like." ---------------- William King: "I'm still standing Grenville. And I know why you're singling me out with this attacks. You're afraid of me. You're afraid of me because I know what you are. You're afraid of me because you know the darkness within me can consume yours. You're afraid of me because I am your destruction. But I'm still not ready to bring the Warrior of Rhy'leh out. I need one more person to help me with that. No, one more demon. The one who taught me about you. The one who created the Warrior of Rhy'leh.
Ia Ninth Legion.
Ia Rallaster."

Really hot promo from King and a very menacing one from Garavito.
Love the story with King wanting to unleash his full potential against Grenville by first facing Rallaster!

PGCW Getting Lucky After a warmup bout feating the new MCW Heavyweight champion Alligator Smith we had a fantastic contest between Silver Bullet and Creative Commons Champion Kathy Queen where Queen got the win with "Queen's Landing" (Mutasault). The Miasma managed to best Team Rib Rolls due to their usual dirty tactics but when their mentor Steven O'Brian led them for a post-match beatdown it was interrupted by SCOTT SAPHYRE who hasn't been seen since his neck injury! The rumors of him being under the hood of SIGMA seem to be thoroughly debunked but questions remain as to why Scott hadn't been heard from all this time.
Meanwhile Plane Shift would best the duo of MIDORIJIMA and Tristan Belmont in a fast paced thriller, while Sam S McCloud showed his veteran savvy over the young Johnny Banks pinning him with the "South Town Press" (Shooting Star). GORG looked to gain momentum against the man who eliminated him in the Grand Melee but The Beer Guy would roll him up for a big win.
We have new champions as the Kelleys would challenge against champions Florida Man and Mongo with Eric Kelley countering Florida Man's "Meth Grip" (Anaconda Vice) and used the wrist control, rolling his hips to counter with "Element Zero" (Northern Lights Bomb) for the knockout. Next was the ultraviolent Barbed Wire Madness with barbed wire replacing the ropes, barbed wire bats in the ring and BOMBS surrounding it all. Despite all the carnage King would fight the Elder Demon Rallaster for nearly 30 minutes, but soon the blood loss was too much and he was barely able to stand allowing Rallaster to finish him off with "Devoured By Darkness" (Chokeslam Lift To Sitout Last Ride). However "MUSTDIE" would play as the barbed wire ropes were cut off and Grenville arrived mauling both men, including suplexing King multiple times leading King to need to be put in an ambulance, strapped down as he was CONVULSING from the shock of blood loss and trauma.
Lastly it was the Openweight Championship match with Armo Halla, normally a tag team specialist getting a moment in the spotlight and for a while it seemed like he was going to triumph over Robert Garavito. However Garavito snuck a chair to the ribs while the Alliance of Violence distracted the ref and this turned the tide, and despite Halla hitting his "Longsword" (overhead chop) to the back of the head of Garavito, the Torture Killer would answer with a sattelite armbar takedown into the "Geneva Convention" (Crossface) for the submission win, a triumphant champion capping off an intense night of PGCW action.

The Beer Guy:"Wow. Openweight title match. Wow. I definitely did not expect this. And against Robert Garavito. Kind of crazy, that... my first match was against him and Mongo. And I didn't actually prepare for that... I never imagined any of this would ever happen. And I know what people are thinking. That despite my momentum, I'm just a joke wrestler. Well the joke is on Robert Garavito, and I'm getting the last laugh." -------------------- Scott Saphyre:"Where have I been the last ten months? Well, I got really depressed because of my injury. I thought maybe I wasn't going to be able to wrestle anymore. I didn't watch any wrestling for a long time. Didn't talk to Loco Davis, or Alex Kelley, or William King, or anyone else... I cut wrestling out of my life. Didn't want to dwell on what I was robbed of. Friend of mine got me an office job. I considered going back to college. My neck was healing up well, didn't need surgery. But even then, I wasn't cleared, and I wasn't sure if I wanted to wrestle again anyway." "And then someone knocked on my door. And wouldn't stop knocking. It was a rep from the Florida State Athletic Commission, telling me I was under investigation for evading my medical suspension. I scored the internet and caught up. You all thought I was under this mask, as this SIGMA guy... I guess I can't blame you all. If only I hadn't been so... weak. Maybe I could've said something sooner. Well, you all know the truth now. And I'm going to make up for my mistakes. Because PGCW is my family and I abandoned my family. I won't ever do that again. I'm going to right by my family. I'm going to drive The Miasma out of wrestling. And they will know what they say is true... death does wear blue. I can't fall." ------------- Kathy Queen:*Queen is sitting on a chair, a bandage visible on her arm* Queen: "My King is stable. He lost a lot of blood... to make him stable, I had to give a liter of blood to him. Funny isn't it, our blood types can donate to each other. We really are meant for each other. The doctors aren't sure if he'll be able to compete at all anytime this year. But I trust my King. He'll recover, and in time for the match against Grenville. And if it comes to it, I have his power of attorney and I will sign any hold harmless waivers necessary for him to compete." "I'm afraid for my King though. Not for what he suffered by Grenville. Not for what Grenville may do to him in that title match. No, what I fear is what becoming the Warrior of Rhy'leh will do to him. It's... scarring to his psyche to become the Warrior. Last time he had nightmares and flashbacks for months. I'm afraid that if he doesn't stop becoming the Warrior he won't be able to snap out of it." "But Grenville... YOU should be afraid of what the Warrior will do to you. And the Warrior will come. My King told me... Barbed Wire Madness wasn't the last step. Grenville was going to attack him after... and that's what will bring the Warrior out. You have tied your own noose, Grenville. And my King... the Warrior of Rhy'leh... will make sure you are executed." PGCW Get Off My Lawn! October 17th 8PM EST www.twitch.tv/prozombiehunterHFC1. PGCW Get off My Lawn! After a pre-show battle where Isaac LaCroix demolished Willy Jakes, the Super Crash Siblings would find their open challenge to be not three men but one... WILLIAM KING! King dispatched Cody in less than two minutes with a Cthulhu Clutch, then beckoned Brody into the ring to ahniliate him as well before also choking him out with a Cthulhu Clutch; Jodie came in shaking in her boots and after getting strangled by the Cthulhu Clutch would find her hooked in the deadly "Dunwhich Horror" (Butterfly Brainbuster) as the Warrior of Rhy'leh showed he was ready for Grenville. Meanwhile Kathy Queen would knock out a game Jerome Albus with the Mind Flayer and in a thrilling bout MIDORIJIMA and Tristan Belmont bested Team Rib Rolls with a beauty of a flying armbar from Belmont to Ryan 0. In a four way dance Guy Jordan would show his experience in taking down GORG while Teri Parker pinned Johnny Banks with a Corkscrew Moonsault; Jordan tried to use lowblows and cheap shots to get the win but Teri Parker caught him in a cradle for a three count. Mongo used a light tube on LIBRA en route to a rarely seen diving Mongo Boot to get a big singles win, while in a 25-plus minute war Scott Saphyre managed to make a comeback in style defeating his Miasma doppelganger SIGMA. Plane Shift and the Kelley Brothers always tear down the house when they're in the ring together and tonight was no exception as the two teams were in their top form but it was classic full-throttle offense and perfectly timed tandem action from Plane Shift that won the day as a Murder Dragon backdrop lead to a "Spiderweb Lock" from Spider Jack, Eric Kelley being choked out making Plane Shift the first five-time champions in PGCW history. Finally it was the confrontation between Robert Garavito and The Beer Guy for the Openweight Title. It seemed like The Beer Guy was in control and looking to shock the world but Garavito caught him in the corner and delivered a sadistic "Salina Massacre" (Corner German) for the three count.
After the match though, Mongo and Garavito attacked The Beer Guy, prompting Tristan Belmont to come in to try to make the save. Belmont managed to send Garavito out of the ring but Mongo blindsided him and trapped him in "Padded Walls" until security came to break it up to end the night.

SFU Nightmare on Sheridan Street '22
After a prelim match featuring Spoopy The Ghost, we had A-1 action as Ruth Sampson submitted a game Lumpy Martinez while The Enterprise beat the duo of Working Class Hero and Freddy Newman. Meanwhile in a fantastic technical battle Irwin Rayne bested DRAGONSUPLEX Dojo alumnus David Atwood with the Hex Splash. Scott Saphyre's rivalry against the Miama continued as he and Team Rib Rolls routed the trio that tormented PGCW in his absense thanks to "Down With The Thiccness" by Turtle. Despite the interference of Linda Parker (eventually thwarted by Elizabeth Tower), Bonnie Blair would come up short against Amazon-1 Grand Champion Holly Houghton after The Hooligan blasted her with Straight Red. The Tag Team From Hell would fight a slugfest with Kings of the North to triumph and retain their titles while Corey O'Brian would battle Big Jen Stone in a duel, defending his Dojo's pride with the Core Meltdown. Finally it was 2/3 Falls for the SFU South Florida Heavyweight Title, the most violent and physical match for that gold yet as William King (possessed by the Warrior of Rhy'leh) against Grenville. In a chaotic 20-minute-plus war Grenville would pick up the first fall with a running spinebuster. The second fall ended prematurely when William King was hit with "Godslayer Bomb" (Last Ride) on the floor, leading to a countout however, while King was being tended to by SFU's medical team, Grenville brought him into the ring, throwing him about before German Suplexing him to the floor. Grenville's uncalled for attack caused Matt Weston to overturn his decision and rule the second fall a DQ for William King, who grabbed a mic and demanded the third fall be a deathmatch. His girlfriend Kathy Queen and mentor October Raven quickly set up barbed wire boards, apparently this being part of the Warrior of Rhy'leh's plan but Grenville wasn't phased. The two of them battled both in the ring and on the barbed wire boards, bleeding buckets and being INCHES from a massive explosion of the landmines, however all it took for William King was getting his arms around Grenville's throat in the middle of the ring, choking him out with the Cthulhu Clutch! In a ring covered in blood, broken glass and barbed wire the reign of terror of Grenville has come to an end albeit in controversial fashion. Grenville was helped to the back by the medical team while William King, seemingly out of gas, was carried out on a stretcher, Kathy Queen by his side and the SFU South Florida Heavyweight Title on his chest. 0. PGCW Hair of the Dog
After an opening match with international sensation Sakura Megohime (subbing for an injured Kasumi Kasumiya) knocking off Kelly C, Kathy Queen would punch a ticket into the Openweight Title Match by knocking out Logan Phobos with the Mind Flayer. Matthew Turtle would get a big singles win over Teri Parker, where in a physical contest between two tag rivals the Kelley Brothers would score a win over the Alliance of Violence thanks to the patented AK-47 of Alex Kelley. In a heated match against GORG, Johnny Banks would score a fall with a Mad Splash halfway across the ring, while LIBRA raised his stock by knocing off a game Ryan 0 with Cosmic Alignment. The duo of KIRBY would challenge the premier team of PGCW Plane Shift for the tag gold but despite showing chemistry beyond their experience the proteges of Tristan Belmont fell short to the well oiled machine of Plane Shift. Meanwhile Guy Jordan would face Scott Saphyre as the Man In Blue continued his rivalry with The Miasma; however despite interference from Steven O'Brian, Scott would best Jordan with the Splash Woman Press off the top rope. Finally it was the Submission Match for the PGCW Openweight Championship, Tristan Belmont vs Robert Garavito and you could feel the tension when it was clarified that the match could end only by submission meaning not only were there no pinballs but also no countouts or DQs. Garavito would fight dirty with low blows and Florida Man getting involved but when he went in for the kill Belmont blocked a suplex attempt and turned into the "Isolde" (British Fall) out of desperation and instinct. However Garavito was knocked unconsious by the drop, referee Matt Weston checking in on him and declaring him unable to intelligently defend himself as trainers went to tend on Garavito. Belmont would be awarded the championship but the air seemed deflated from him as PGCW's final night of the year ends in controversy. 0. Kelly C X [3:04- "Osaka In Bloom"] Sakura Megohime O 1. Tristan Belmont: "I spoke with Herr Cranston the night after Hair of the Dog. I did not submit Robert Garavito. I won by injury. But that is not how the match was supposed to go. I do not feel right calling myself champion. But it would not be fair to Kathy Queen for me to simply surrender the title to her. So, I came with a compromise." "I have refused the PGCW Openweight Championship. It is therefore currently vacant. In January I will face Kathy Queen to determine which of us, her or myself, will be known as the 29th PGCW Openweight Championship. As to Garavito... we will settle our personal differences when the time is right." ---------------- Scott Saphyre: "Here it is. The match I've been looking forward to since I found out about the farce that The Miasma tried to play at my expense. Steven I can see right through your game. And I am not rattled. You may believe this industry is as rotten as you are but I represent hope. Yeah, there's evil in the world. But there's good too. And I will show that hope triumphs in the end. It's going to be you and me, one on one, in a steel cage. PGCW The Next Pieces January 16 @8pm www.twitch.tv/prozombiehunterHFC1. PGCW The Next Pieces After Kasumi Kazamiya destroyed Melly Sanders in the prelim match we had a battle royale for the Creative Commons title where the beastly LT Armatavich eliminated three other competitors en route to defeating the first-ever CC champ Johnny Jones to capture the gold. KIRBY members MIDORIJIMA and The Beer Guy teamed with GORG to best the Alliance of Violence thanks to a Phoenix Senton by the Samurai Surfer to Robert Garavito. Mat technician Sergio Kontos looked to debut strong against Teri Parker but the Tomboi planted Kontos with "Lost In America" (Phoenix Senton).
Newly crowned MCW Tag Team Champions the Legion of Lewd looked to make a case for the PGCW gold but fell victim to former multi-time champions Team Rib Rolls thanks to "Down With The Thiccness" (Standing SSP). Meanwhile LIBRA went back to his winning ways spiking Johnny Banks with the "Celestial Event" (Phoenixplex) and knocking him loopy.
The Kelley Brothers and Plane Shift battled it out for the tag gold in yet another classic between the two great teams of PGCW and unlike their last clash it was the Bros who got the win thanks to a perfectly placed superkick by Alex Kelley. Next was a steel cage showdown while Steven O'Brian would use every dirty maneuver and a pair of his lethal backdrop suplexes against Scott Saphyre but the Man In Blue triumphed with a huracanrana. But his revenge against The Miasma was short-celebrated as "Lavender Syndrome" played, the crowd growing silent with dread as a figure in all black except an all too familiar mask, the mask of DESPAIR, emerged from under the ring and demolished Saphyre while Steven O'Brian watched stoically in the corner. O'Brian and this mysterious figure left together implying a relationship but little else explained.
Finally it was the main event to crown a new PGCW Openweight Champion; Tristan Belmont had defeated Robert Garavito in a submission match in November but via knockout and Belmont thus refused to claim the title until he earned it properly while Kathy Queen earned the opportunity by defending the Creative Commons title five times. Queen would use her wiles and headgames to gain and early advantage but Belmont would keep his cool and use his lethal submissions and even take to the sky more than once, but in the end where the Mind Flayer and the Queen's Landing failed a combination of the Loser's Lunch followed by a flying Knee Trembler would succeed and Kathy Queen would claim the gold and become the first person, male or female, to become a THREE-TIME PGCW Openweight Champion.

Huge win and achievement for Kathy!! I love how Kathy incorporated the Loser's Lunch into her victory!! That will be noted!! 😄 MJC: "It's sweet that Kathy's knee trembled too, she must have been thinking of William King. Those two are sure romantic. My knees trembled all the time on Pizza Snack night dates with Luke."
P.S. Love the name Cheese Goblin for a wrestler. Did Flanigans's sponsor a wrestler? 😂
