Is there a better name for it? I mean, other than the the setup, it's not really even a backbreaker, so Corner Backbreaker makes no sense at all.

Going back a bit, the Texas Suplex is more or less specific to Dory Funk, Jr. He would basically deadlift guys with it, as it was noted earlier in the animation.

I guess I'll keep it as Texas Suplex. Would you suggest it for anyone besides Dory Jr? It doesn't really look right to me for like Flair or Terry Funk. Maybe Andre the Giant since it does seem slower and stronger. |

This game needed a fucking editor. Sometimes it's "Pile Driver" sometimes its "Piledriver" "Waterwheel" "Water Wheel" Gahdam "Double Lotation Moonsault"!
And, in the MMA section, that Uproot German Suplex ain't a German Suplex. Not sure what it is, but it doesn't look like a German. Pretty much, screw the entire list of names in the MMA section.
Fire Star Splash is a crappy name too. This shit frustrates me, and probably only me. OCD is a mofo.

I think it could be useful if you create any other pioneer-type guys who might use such a move, since it looks a little more "shooty" and uncooperative. Modern era (as in territories to today) maybe not so much, unless there was a shootstyle guy in the '80s and '90s who used but I can't place anyone. Billy Robinson's was more traditional...actually, I could see Bockwinkel or Jack Brisco using the Texas Suplex version. |

I hate it as well, I've got a whole spreadsheet of moves that are named wrong and what it should be, I was even thinking of sending a link to Spikechunsoft so they could officially fix it. I can post a link to it here if anyone else wants it?
(Glad I'm not the only one going mad over Pile driver and Choke slam!!)
edit: Is it meant to be Water wheel or waterwheel?

I was thinking of adding the generic names for things like the Rock bottom, codebreaker etc in brackets for people who don't want wrestler specific move names

The Triple Fisherman is usually called the Fisherman Express. It's a preference thing though. I like gimmick names, some people like description names. Whatevs. Likewise, I have the X-Factor & The Pedigree. I love that you also got irritated and had to add "Suplex" after every single suplex. Damn that's annoying. I'm also running into a problem where, since I use the mods, all my moves are in weird order, so finding stuff to change is a bitch. Whenever I get ready to release a guide, I may be a douche and do it as a video. Also, you want to be a real anal-retentive nerd? "Huracanrana" and "Topé" I have to copypasta those accent signs every time I change the name of a move. But, it bugs me when it's not there. I do the same for Spanish named wrestlers and the Dutch kickboxers. I'm a fucking dork. I see you didn't have a name replacement for Ategai, but left it blank. I can't find any reference to him doing anything similar to this. So, I just called it Danshoku Rush. |
