Something to think about adding to the almanac would be the edits size and stance. It would probably be lots of work, but I think it would be a great addition.

4 days weekend coming for me. Saturday thru Tuesday. Will be giving the project some love then and also, I'm gonna be on vacation from July 5th for two weeks so again, lots of work will be done.
Anybody you want ported in priority? I'll do Urquidez next because Maik did the work (thanks, man)

I'm all about the scans right now. I plan on making saves for Special and X Premium with all of these edits once you're done.

The nice thing with XP is that the stats almost jibe with everything post-6MS. Special is weird and has individual offensive/defensive attributes for upper and lower body subs and other stuff.
When it comes to logic tho, there are quite a bit of differences. A bit more than when trying to port KOC2 wrestlers to firepro (which I made an attempt at as a basis for a couple of edits, like various Keiji Mutoh incarnations). I still don't know how the personality options for Special and XP would map to later games.

Understandable, but personally I'm not even worried about it. I'll be making saves for Special and X Premium once the books are fully scanned. I'll include appearances (and logic where applicable) straight from the books' official formulas. No need to "port" anything.

If it helps, I got the appearance for a few of these done. I was going through presets in a bunch of the old games a few months ago and recreating whichever ones I didn't see ported. Most are slapped over somebody else's moves and logic though, so I'd probably have to upload as private.

Were you planning on scanning the rest of the pages in the books?

Hello. I'm the new one :)
On fpwarena someone posted a tool that could be used to convert PCSX2 save files to proper save files for PS3. With a USB stick, I could then pull the file to the PS3. This was very pleasant on the emulator from taking several save files to my favorite edits and then playing in one save file on PS3.
Can someone tell me where to find this tool?
(Please excuse my bad english).

How do you tell which move is supposed to be their finisher?

Realising the scans are sometimes hard to use because of the warping around the edges and some diacritics being hard to read at this size.
Well, it's not any larger in the book. I need a magnifying glass.
And there's stuff like...
ブルキック = Bull Kick. It's a running attack. It's not in World and according to the Special FAQ on GameFAQs, it's not in Special either!
There's only 3 kicks in Weak Running Attacks in the full moveset of Special, with all unlockables, and they're all Kenka Kicks. Now, this is Kerry Von Erich's moveset, so we can make a pretty good guess, it's meant to be a simple kick in the gut.
My porting of these the last few days has been really fun though, I'm learning my katakana!

It's in running B, 4th move down - it's a running big boot. So you could probably just use the Front High Kick for it!

How do you tell which move is supposed to be their finisher? There's a special spot for it in the moveset, second before last move in the Super Fire Pro Special listings. One finisher. But I take my liberties here and there. I do give a finish and 4 specials to my ports. In Special, Haku finishes with a dropkick. Nobody wants that. So I gave him his Savate Kick as a finish, and a few other trademarks as specials. No Tongan Death Grip, he wasn't doing it yet.

So... Tigermask AKA Sam Steele I BELIEVE quit the scene and tossed all his material away. Including those Fire Pro A Audience Mode save and spreadsheet... anybody still has them? PLEASE. I found an email attached to his google drive where the files were hosted, lets see if that gets me anywhere.

I found an email attached to his google drive where the files were hosted, lets see if that gets me anywhere. It is specifically the data you need Phil or the edits? If it's the edits, I've put them on the Workshop
