Nothing huge tonight at least when it comes to "blockbuster" matchups, but there were still a few show-stealing moments. Twitch: www.twitch.tv/videos/1042060873Youtube: youtu.be/nc8Nk3hb0wEQuick Results Leona Sterling def. Aria Kintelas White Hot def. La Familia HAYATO def. Rafael Gallego Gabriela Gallego def. Felice Santana The Golden Ambush def. Winter Fresh Sanya Markov def. Nick MacLeod Titania def. SATOMI The Wright Stuff def. The Rising Storm Riccardo De Luca def. Nic Nitro Write-ups Leona Sterling remains one of the most defiant members of the Inspire division. Every time it looks like she might fade into the background, she comes roaring back into the picture with a huge win... like this one against Aria Kintelas, taking down the powerhouse and grounding her with a Guillotine to score the victory, and getting one step closer to the Inspire Championship. This might just be White Hot's signature victory to date in their home fed (though perhaps not quite as impressive as their Victorious Tag Medal victory in Lightning Pro.) Still, Keiko Maeda was on top of her game, eventually locking in the brutal Maeda Family Special to force a submission from Chico Con Carne, sending White Hot into a #1 contender's match in two weeks... a huge opportunity. Make no mistake, this match was 100% HAYATO. Rafael never really got things going here, and HAYATO absolutely steamrolled him, scoring a backslide counter to finish off the most dominant win of the night. Gabriela Gallego set out to give the Gallegos a victory on the night, and she damn well got one, though Felice Santana didn't exactly go quietly. It took Gabriela's old finisher as Oscuro to polish this one off, the brutal Phoenixplex that the current Oscuro dubbed Down in Flames... and Gabriela moves on to what's certain to be a vicious three-way match. The Golden Ambush is on the run of their careers. With Golden Tiger the current Top Prospect, now the group finds themselves as #1 contenders for the Trios Championships... a collision course with the Foundation in two weeks. But as good as the Ambush have been, the Foundation have proven that there may be no team that they can't beat. Sanya Markov wants the Top Prospect Championship back, and nothing seems to be capable of standing in the Russian's way. Not that Nick rolled over for him, but Sanya was on the warpath tonight, putting an exclamation point on this match with the Red Crush and getting one step closer to a rematch with Golden Tiger. This was an absolute sprint between two women who have not gotten along from the moment they arrived on Proving Ground. This was brutal, with both Titania and SATOMI delving deep into their movesets, until Titania finally took the fight out of SATOMI with a brutal triple powerbomb. Leona vs. Gabriela vs. Titania... a truly epic clash to determine Anna Bryant's challenger. For a solid thirty minutes, there was a consideration of what it would take for one of these teams to finally buckle and fall. The answer was Arthur Wright's Screwdriver, as he absolutely destroyed Xiu Mei Li with the move, leaving her out cold on the mat and giving the Wright Stuff a violent, crushing victory over the most decorated team in Phoenix Rising. Speed was the order of the day for the main event, and these two delivered to close out the night, with Riccardo De Luca proving just as good as he's ever been. Nic Nitro was no slouch here either, but Riccardo pulled ahead, landing a Rolling Thunder to score the victory. He'll step into the ring with HAYATO and Sanya Markov in two weeks... seeking to be the man that takes on Golden Tiger at Sky's the Limit. Extra Report Xiu Mei Li, after suffering an injury from Arthur Wright's Screwdriver in tonight's match, has been placed on leave for at least three months. At that point, her condition will be re-evaluated.

I've been running a bit behind schedule all week, but here we go, the card for tomorrow night's Showdown. Showdown Episode 80 La Relampaga vs. Natasha Clover
The Limbtakers vs. The Heyward Sisters
Telan Kintelas vs. Markos Andreas
Layla Al-Amin vs. Sophia Moretti
Silver Hawk and Kaelara Sentarl vs. The Malevolent Triad
Mallory Spaulding vs. Shiana Sentarl
Todd Colton vs. Laenara Kintelas
The Dynawasps vs. The GOAT
Besos vs. Kyle Anderson for the Pacific Northwest Championship
And finally, an announcement of who will challenge for the World Championship at Sky's the Limit Kicking off the night, hot on the heels of reclaiming the TIPWF Lone Star Trios Championships, La Relampaga returns to Phoenix Rising intent on continuing a hot streak. Natasha Clover, meanwhile, continues to seek the Pacific Northwest Championship above all else... and Relampaga may have an uphill battle against the Devil Hand. The Limbtakers are looking to bounce back from a loss to the Malevolent Triad, and they'll have the Heyward Sisters here, looking to score a big-time win. The Heywards, meanwhile, are fully intent on re-establishing themselves as one of the more dangerous teams in Phoenix Rising... and a win here would go a long way towards that. Telan Kintelas might be looking to go on a tear, and if he can bring down Markos Andreas, that may be the start of something big. Markos, though, can be a remarkably dangerous opponent to anyone unprepared... and knowing that Telan isn't one to think strategy, Markos might have something of an edge here. Layla Al-Amin is riding the same high as her Dynasty Cyclones partner, Relampaga, and she's got her eyes on bigger and better things as well in her home fed. Sophia Moretti, meanwhile, has been looking for her opportunity to strike, and this may be the moment she chooses. Can the Italian Monster finally reclaim her old reputation as the most feared submission artist in Phoenix Rising? The fledgling team of Silver Hawk and Kaelara Sentarl isn't being eased into their new alliance: after a win over Les Beautes Blondes, they now step into the ring with the Malevolent Triad, who are fresh off of beating the Limbtakers. Kaelara's spent some time in the shadow of Eri and Kellaron, but she might be on the verge of finding new life with this partnership. Pure Gold is far from done with Vindication. Mallory Spaulding is making it perfectly clear: she's intent on revenge, on crushing what remains of Vindication, while Shiana's own goals are just as clear. Can Mallory bring down the Queen of Phoenix Rising? And what influence will Kanjirin Tonorian have on this match? Laenara Kintelas is definitely back to her full-time schedule by now, and she's got her sights on Todd Colton, seeking once again to remind the world that she wasn't World Champion by mistake. Todd, meanwhile, has been frustrated by his failures to earn his way into a World Championship match... and Lae's only likely to make that worse. The Dynawasps are in search of a rematch for the Phoenix Rising Tag Team Championships, and to earn it, they'll have to beat the GOAT. It's as simple as that: although Blake Dynamite's made it clear that his attention will soon be on the World Championship, there's no doubt that the Dynawasps are more than willing to reclaim the tag titles from Firehawk and Kileas. The Pacific Northwest Championship closes the night as it so often does, with Besos the next in line to challenge Kyle Anderson for the title. Kyle's been a wrecking ball of a champion thus far, with two strong defenses under his belt. Besos will be the third to try and topple the Baltimore Savage... And for the closer of the night, we'll finally learn who will be the challenger for the World Championship at Sky's the Limit. We're expecting Eri Sentarl to be in the ring to issue the challenge personally, though it's unclear whether she's chosen her challenger, or if management has decided on one themselves. Either way, we'll know what our main event will be at Sky's the Limit after this show.

So, here we are. Technical issues tonight completely torpedoed the back half of this show, leaving us with five complete matches live, part of a sixth, and a pre-recorded match. There was simply no way to get things back up and running again: internet just decided to completely crap out and it was impossible to continue. So I finished the rest of the show offline, and the results will still be here, and still count. Twitch (what we managed to get, at least): www.twitch.tv/videos/1049439034Youtube: youtu.be/0lZ7wS4jjWcExtra Youtube links
Post-match from Shiana vs. Mallory: youtu.be/o2fW-V4HP3QThe full Dynawasps vs. GOAT match: youtu.be/GoBL1PRukXgPost-show, the World Championship contender is announced: youtu.be/BtfO-YyQehQQuick Results La Relampaga def. Natasha Clover The Heyward Sisters def. The Limbtakers Markos Andreas def. Telan Kintelas Layla Al-Amin def. Sophia Moretti The Malevolent Triad def. Silver Hawk and Kaelara Sentarl Mallory Spaulding def. Shiana Sentarl Todd Colton def. Laenara Kintelas The Dynawasps def. The GOAT Besos def. Kyle Anderson to become the NEW Pacific Northwest Champion Write-ups It all started off hot, with La Relampaga continuing her huge resurgence as of late. She's on a major hot streak now, a major factor in recapturing the Lone Star Trios Championships, and now with a truly impressive, fast-paced victory over Natasha Clover, it's looking like Relampaga might be on the hunt for more gold in her home fed. The experience and power of the Heyward Sisters won out this time around, though it certainly wasn't for lack of trying by the Limbtakers. This was intense, but Anari was an absolute terror this entire match, crushing Candace with a brutal diving senton to seal the victory deep in the Heyward corner. Markos Andreas is a warrior, make no mistake. Fighting through a nasty cut Telan opened up on him, Markos powered through, even after taking a Judgment to the outside, and a second Judgment on the floor. Markos fought back into the ring, landed one final Exploder, and picked up a fantastic, hard-fought victory. Sophia fought hard to try and ground the Cairo Cyclone, but Layla wasn't going to be denied here, pushing through with everything she had and keeping up her usual blistering pace. A snap Cutter put this one away, Layla once again proving she's one of Showdown's top talents... and the Dynasty Cyclones remain perhaps one of the greatest units in the world. An all-out war between the Malevolent Triad and the fledgling Kaelara/Silver Hawk duo, this was a wild battle from start to finish. But it was the experience and craftiness of the Triad that won this time around, with Selisha finding her moment and snapping Silver Hawk up in a Magistral, all while Kaelara was being forced back to her corner, giving the Triad the victory. From what we saw on-air, this seemed like it was Shiana's match all the way. But after the technical issues killed the stream, Mallory had a resurgence, and eventually managed to take control, crushing Shiana with her signature backdrop and picking up the victory. To make matters worse, Shiana was attacked after the match by Kanjirin, who'd been watching from ringside with satisfaction... and he'd leave Shiana down and out after a brutal Spear, followed up with a Jackhammer. This match, unable to air on stream, wound up being a major highlight of the night: and so, of course, both Todd and Laenara pulled out all the stops. This match was perhaps one of the best that Todd's had in months, a colossal signature victory as he worked Lae's arms the entire match, fighting through multiple Kintelas Drivers, and ultimately forcing her to tap out to his brutal double-armbar, leaving the former World Champion frustrated, and Todd finally back in the wins column. This match, we did manage to salvage (read: I had it recorded ahead of time already), and thus fans were able to witness a major highlight reel of a match. These two teams pushed each other to the absolute limit, but the Dynawasps simply would not be denied, with Blake finally landing the Double Lotation on Victor to score an important victory... and perhaps set up the former champions for a rematch with Firehawk and Kileas. The main event was, again, unable to be saved, alas. Besos and Kyle went to war, fighting for every last inch throughout the match, fighting for everything they could manage... Kyle nearly throwing Besos into the front row of seats, leading to an extended brawl on the outside. By the time the match spilled back into the ring, Besos was more than prepared to lock Kyle in her signature BESOS, but Kyle refused to quit... but her signature corner rana led to a springboard, and that spelled the end. Besos becomes the new Pacific Northwest Champion in what was probably the match of the night. And nobody fucking saw it. Goddammit. Finally, after the main event, there was one final announcement (seen above): the challenger for Eri Sentarl's World Championship at Sky's the Limit will be none other than ALEXANDRIA KIRISON.

So with any luck this week I won't have another catastrophic "Oops, your internet/Twitch fucking died" for AFW. Here's what we're looking at for that show. American Frontier Wrestling Episode 8 Kass the Stampede vs. Dominic Stanton
Maya Minh Sai vs. Carmen Latour
Terra Marshall vs. Johnny Rocket
Riley Montgomery vs. Laura Tate
Allison Avery and Mason Hayes vs. Jackson Shaw and Ian Robinson
Blanche Wesson-Smith vs. Manny Ramos
Cassandra Marshall vs. Sung Moon
Georgia Eagles vs. Ryan Donovan
Lance Marshall vs. Nathan Haines Kicking off the night, one-half of Wanted: DOA steps into the ring against Dominic Stanton, looking to get back into the mix for the tag titles after falling short against current champions Ryan Donovan and Nathan Haines. Stanton, meanwhile, will be looking for a big win to hopefully kick off a hot streak. Maya Minh Sai and Carmen Latour have crossed paths once before, but Maya's now looking to establish herself as one of AFW's top talents... while Carmen looks to puncture some of Maya's inflated ego, and finally bring her back down to earth for once. Already slated for a major tag team championship opportunity, Terra Marshall steps into the ring with a certified icon in Johnny Rocket. This might be one of the toughest tests of Terra's young career... can she pick up a win to gain momentum ahead of the biggest match she's ever had? Riley Montgomery seemingly still has a chip on her shoulder after losing to Freya O'Malley, and now it seems like she's trying to prove herself capable of playing the Giant-Slayer herself. Laura Tate, meanwhile, likely won't take kindly to this challenge, and could easily make Riley pay for it... The month's tag match will see the new duo of Allison Avery and Mason Hayes teaming up to take on Jackson Shaw and Ian Robinson... and while the Marshall sisters are getting the shot at Sky's the Limit, the winning team here likely gets their shot at next month's AFW. This will be an important one... and potentially set up a rematch for Shaw and Robinson as they look for vengeance against Donovan and Haines. And yet, the Marshalls could easily come out of Sky's the Limit as champions instead... The other half of Wanted: DOA squares off with a man who earned a considerable amount of respect last month in Manny Ramos. Although Ramos couldn't come away with the Spirit of Texas Championship, he was absolutely the toughest opponent for Lance Marshall thus far, and thus Blanche Wesson-Smith is likely to have her hands full with this one. Cassandra Marshall has nursed a small grudge against the Foundation since losing to them on the road to the Trios Championships, and now she'll get a bit of a chance to get back at them as she takes on Sung Moon. With Emma and Syringa taking this month's show off to prepare for their Trios Championship defense against the Golden Ambush, Moon will be on her own here against one of AFW's finest. Georgia Eagles just might be on the verge of a breakout moment, but Ryan Donovan, one-half of the tag team champions, might just be right there to stop it cold. Still, Donovan won't have an easy time of it here: not against one of the strongest women in AFW. Capping off the night, Nathan Haines finally gets a match he's been itching to get from the moment he debuted. He's finally getting a one-on-one matchup with Lance Marshall... and if he can pull off a win here, it'll ensure a rematch next month for the Spirit of Texas Championship. But with Lance looking like an absolutely unstoppable force in AFW, does Nathan really have what it takes to pull this off?

The show itself? Brisk, flowed very well. Then we had an extra pair of bonus debuts post-show and well, you'll see. Twitch: www.twitch.tv/videos/1052600652Youtube: youtu.be/_WJJjlpRbzoThe debut everyone waited so very long for tonight: www.twitch.tv/videos/1052600653Quick Results Dominic Stanton def. Kass the Stampede Carmen Latour def. Maya Minh Sai Terra Marshall def. Johnny Rocket Riley Montgomery def. Laura Tate Jackson Shaw and Ian Robinson def. Allison Avery and Mason Hayes Manny Ramos def. Blanche Wesson-Smith Sung Moon def. Cassandra Marshall Ryan Donovan def. Georgia Eagles Nathan Haines def. Lance Marshall
Bonus: Kasey Ryder def. Altarya Ziggy Rockefeller def. Rey de la Carne Write-ups Dominic Stanton got off to a roaring start here, and never really let up from start to finish, dominating this match and putting Kass the Stampede away with seemingly little issue. Good showing for Dominic, rough for Wanted: DOA. These two have faced each other once before, and Maya came out on top in that match... but Carmen was not going to be denied a second time, outpacing the Cornerstone and poking at least a small hole in Maya's ego, picking up a very impressive victory. Terra had to work for it, but she didn't back down against a junior icon in Johnny Rocket, landing a crushing powerslam off the top rope to counter Rocket, and picked up a wildly impressive victory ahead of challenging for the AFW Tag Team Championships. Riley Montgomery wanted to prove that she's every bit the giant-slayer that Freya O'Malley is, and she might've proven it. She pushed Laura Tate to the absolute limit, refusing to let the big woman pull away, and eventually bent Laura back in a brutal Liontamer to force the submission. A huge win for Riley. This was Allison's and Mason's first match as a team, and it showed in places, though they still put up an impressive fight against the more established Jackson Shaw and Ian Robinson. Still, Ian would eventually get the upper hand, and force Mason to tap out to a Full Nelson, again leaving Allison frustrated in losing to Robinson... The single most dominant showing of the night. Manny Ramos held nothing back and absolutely tore through Blanche Wesson-Smith in a sprint, never letting anything really happen before closing out the match in a hurry. There was absolutely no intention from Sung Moon to let Cassandra Marshall get a foothold. The young Korean-American went all-in on this match, delivering back-to-back Book Ends to finish out a dominant win. She may be a huge part of Monday's Trios Championship defense for the Foundation. Make no mistake, Ryan Donovan just barely survived this match with Georgia Eagles. With his back to the wall, he only just managed to snap up a flash pin out of desperation, scoring the three-count and laying on the mat for a few moments longer once the bell rang. There was no celebration, just a quick adjustment of his tights before heading to the back. Nathan Haines just stunned the world. For over a year, he's wanted this match: one-on-one with Lance Marshall, whatever the cost. And he finally got it. Nathan did not disappoint. An absolute all-out war broke out here, and with Lance's Demonkiller powerbomb landing in the ropes time after time, it seemed like a matter of time before someone gave in. A late Cloverleaf from Lance seemed like the end, but Nathan refused... and moments later, crushed Lance with a powerbomb and scored the three-count, the first time in AFW that anyone has pinned Lance Marshall. Nathan is absolutely in line for a shot at the Spirit of Texas Championship next month... could he come away a double-champion? In addition, we saw a minor debut of a young Spaniard known only as Altarya as she lost to Kasey Ryder. Altarya isn't quite ready for full-time action just yet, so we'll keep an eye on her. But there was one other debut that the live crowd had to wait a little bit for... luckily, he did not disappoint. Ziggy Rockefeller made an instant impression from the moment his music hit. Energetic, and seemingly a bit of a goof, he nevertheless took the fight to Rey de la Carne and turned the final bonus match into an absolute spectacle. His official debut takes place on Monday, where he'll open the show for Proving Ground... and if this match was any indication, it's going to be one of the hottest openers in Proving Ground's history. Nathan Haines "Tonight was a message. I've known right from day one that I wanted Lance Marshall in that ring, because I've known right from the moment I started in Phoenix Rising that I wanted him in a match, that I could BEAT his ass. And here we are, where I've finally gotten what I wanted, and I proved beyond the shadow of a doubt that I was right. I'm the first man ever to pin Lance Marshall in his own fuckin' ring. I'm the first man that's made the Spirit of Texas Champion look vulnerable since AFW opened its doors. I'm the first one that's shown that whether he's the 'boss' or not, he doesn't hold a candle to me. At Sky's the Limit, Ryan and I are gonna wipe out the Marshall sisters and retain our tag team championships... and then, next month, I'm coming for Lance. And I will be not only one-half of the AFW Tag Team Champions, but I'll also be the Spirit of Texas Champion, at the absolute pinnacle of American Frontier Wrestling.
And if you don't like that, Lance, then just try and stop me. Because you sure as hell couldn't do it tonight."

Tearing myself away from everything else to get myself back on track here... Proving Ground Episode 81
Ziggy Rockefeller vs. Nick MacLeod
Calista Vargas vs. Felice Santana
Leona Sterling vs. Gabriela Gallego vs. Titania, #1 Contender's Match
Harley Brooks vs. Leon Jaskulski
The Wright Stuff vs. White Hot, #1 Contender's Match
Aria Kintelas vs. Hikari Ueno
The Golden Ambush vs. The Foundation for the Phoenix Rising Trios Championships
Anahera vs. SATOMI
HAYATO vs. Sanya Markov vs. Riccardo De Luca, #1 Contender's Match We got our first look at the wild character that is Ziggy Rockefeller on Thursday night's AFW show as a big bonus match, but he'll be making his legitimate debut in his new home... and it's not gonna be an easy homecoming, either. Ziggy's going head-to-head with the powerhouse Scotsman, Nick MacLeod... but as we saw against Rey de la Carne, Ziggy's more than capable of throwing some major power around himself. We've seen this matchup a couple of times in the past, but it's been a while... and we've been looking at a new Felice Santana as of late, perhaps something of a revitalization. Once again, we'll see a clash of two of Proving Ground's fastest and most talented young women, and this time, Felice might have something more against the incredible Brazilian. The first contender match of the night: we'll see who goes on to Sky's the Limit to challenge Anna Bryant for the Inspire Championship, as the winners from last Proving Ground step into a three-way contest for the ages. Leona Sterling has been on a hot streak as of late, gunning for the top spot no matter where she shows up. Gabriela Gallego seems determined to claim the biggest win of her career as she tries to shed the final remnants of Fenix Oscuro from her past. And Titania aims to return to her place on top of the Inspire division... she's the only one of the three that's held gold before, and seeks to become the first-ever two-time Inspire Champion. Only one woman can stand tall at the end of this one and face one of the most dominant Inspire Champions in Proving Ground's history... The newcomers were bound to cross paths sooner or later, and it's Harley Brooks, seemingly the top talent of the three, taking on Leon Jaskulski, whose last match was a victory over HAYATO. The Polish Badger has steadily improved in his time on Proving Ground, but Harley has looked like a beast in his tag team with Colt Whitfield... and this could be a major breakout moment for either man. The second of the contender's matches, this one's for the tag titles, as the Wright Stuff aim to knock off a surging White Hot, coming off of a huge win in Lightning Pro on Friday over Emerald Santiago and Taylor Nguyen. Keiko Maeda has improved by leaps and bounds since her early Academy days, and Rei Hasegawa has shown some flashes of true brilliance... but will it be enough to stop the team that broke a member of the Rising Storm? Aria Kintelas is still acclimating to Proving Ground somewhat, but this might be the perfect matchup to finally get her into the swing of things. Hikari Ueno's had some growing pains of her own, and although her size may play a factor here, Aria is almost certainly the stronger of the two... and she'll look to prove it. One single title match happens on this show, and it'll be a long-awaited Trios Championship match... one that could see Golden Tiger claim a second piece of gold. The Golden Ambush have suddenly erupted as the frontrunners of Proving Ground, perhaps seeking to claim every championship there is on offer... but the Foundation have beaten stiffer odds than this, and they absolutely cannot be counted out. With her tag partner out of commission for at least three months, Anahera finds herself forced into a singles role full-time for the first time in quite a while. She'll move right into the Inspire division... and she won't start off easy, either, with her first match coming against SATOMI. Nobody can ever accuse the Maori warrior of taking a light workload. Finally, capping off the night, a final contender's match for the Top Prospect division... determining who faces Golden Tiger at Sky's the Limit. Three men earned their way into this match last episode, and any one of them could come away with a huge win here. Sanya Markov in particular seeks vengeance against Tiger for being the man that took the Top Prospect Championship from him: Sanya could become only the second man ever to be a two-time Top Prospect after Victor Kintelas. HAYATO has found plenty of success as of late himself, and with the Tachibana Super Special now being put to use, he could strike at any moment... and finally, there's Riccardo De Luca, the most electric high-flyer Proving Ground's likely to ever witness. Could this be Riccardo's big moment? Or will the Tiger kill the dreams of both challenger and crowd in two weeks at Sky's the Limit?

Minor tech issues this week. Please do not do this anymore OBS I'm so tired. Twitch Part One: www.twitch.tv/videos/1056684705Twitch Part Two: www.twitch.tv/videos/1056686270Youtube Part One: youtu.be/cEu-NmCtYhYYoutube Part Two: Quick Results Nick MacLeod def. Ziggy Rockefeller Calista Vargas def. Felice Santana Gabriela Gallego def. Leona Sterling and Titania Harley Brooks def. Leon Jaskulski White Hot def. The Wright Stuff Aria Kintelas def. Hikari Ueno The Golden Ambush def. The Foundation to become the NEW Phoenix Rising Trios Champions Anahera def. SATOMI Sanya Markov def. Riccardo De Luca and HAYATO Write-ups Nick MacLeod was determined to ensure that the typical Phoenix Rising debut curse continued with Ziggy Rockefeller. The Scot wiped the floor with the newcomer, finishing the job with a brutal Spear and clearly having no interest in Ziggy's taunting ways. Calista didn't even hesitate in this match, though she fought this match in a much different way than we're used to seeing, working her Butterfly Neck Lock most of the match before finishing the job with a jumping facebuster to easily pick up the win. Gabriela Gallego simply was not going to be denied. She snapped up Leona Sterling in a flash pin relatively early on, and went face-to-face with Titania, fighting through everything the powerhouse threw her way until she managed to set the stage for an incredible 450 Splash to score the victory and a showdown with Anna Bryant at Sky's the Limit. There's little doubt at this point that of the most recent newcomers to Proving Ground, Harley Brooks may just be the standout name. He's proven that in both singles and tag work alongside Colt Whitfield, but here on his own against Leon Jaskulski, he was a dominant force, crushing Leon with one last powerbomb to score the win. White Hot has been on the roll of a lifetime. This has been more than a hot streak, it's been maybe the greatest run of success that Rei and Keiko have ever had in their careers. With Rei Hasegawa landing the Alabaster Smasher after weeks of failing to get the full force of it to hit, White Hot scored a huge victory over the Wright Stuff... and now, they'll go on to face fellow Academy graduates in the Yoshida Twins, in what's going to be a first-time-ever matchup between the teams... can White Hot finally reach the top of the division and claim gold? Hikari Ueno just couldn't keep up with Aria's power in this one. She tried, certainly, but Aria's spears added up fast, and she crushed the rookie with one last spear out of the corner. Reina del Tigre once again proves she's a standout even among the Golden Ambush. After so many defenses and the road they faced to get here, the Foundation finally falls to the Ambush, though not without a fight, only ultimately losing to Reina's technique and the Ambush's teamwork. Golden Tiger becomes a double champion, and for the first time ever, we have a Trios Championship title change. Anahera's first match after Xiu Mei Li's injury was an all-out brawl, but nobody expected any different from SATOMI, who gave the veteran Maori a fight to remember. In the end, though, Anahera knocked SATOMI flat with a series of elbows, and scored the victory, putting the entire Inspire division on notice... Sanya Markov is on the warpath. Riccardo De Luca and HAYATO were not going to stand in his way... he'll be getting the rematch he's after with Golden Tiger, in search of the Top Prospect title he feels is rightfully his. But this will be the last opportunity he gets against Tiger: if he can't win the title here, he'll have to return to the back of the line, and may never get a shot at the title again until someone else can dethrone Tiger.

One last Monday show before Sky's the Limit, with plenty of matches to keep people sharp ahead of the big night... though a few names are taking it easy instead, trying to stay rested. Phoenix Rising Showdown Episode 81 Hugo Dirksen vs. Michelle Rochefort
Celine Chevalier vs. Anari Lynn Heyward
The GOAT vs. Kaelara Sentarl and Silver Hawk
Kanjirin Tonorian vs. Adonis Avery Alexander
Todd Colton vs. Layla Al-Amin
Mascara Avispa vs. Kileas Kintelas
Eri Sentarl and Listalva Anne Heyward vs. Alexandria Kirison and Markos Andreas
Blake Dynamite vs. Firehawk Sentarl
Haruka Matsura vs. Besos for the Pacific Northwest Championship Kicking off the night, Hugo Dirksen seeks to get himself back on track in the Pacific Northwest Division, but to do so, he'll have to take down one of the most notoriously dangerous members of Les Beautes Blondes. Michelle Rochefort has proven, time and time again, just how tough she can be, and she may make this match a very tough one for the Dutchman. Celine Chevalier once again finds herself crossing paths with the Heyward sisters, taking on Anari this time around in a truly classic England vs. France matchup. Celine's been on quite the roll as of late, but Anari's one of the ultimate powerhouses in Phoenix Rising, and Celine has to be on top of her game to survive... For the first time in their young careers, the Sentarl twins will find themselves on opposite sides of a match. Kellaron and Kaelara are no strangers to being partners, but with Kellaron having established himself as one-half of the GOAT alongside Victor Kintelas, and Kaelara steadily establishing a duo with Silver Hawk, it seemed natural for the two teams to face off. Word has it that Kae was the one to suggest the match, and Kellaron was slightly reluctant... though Kae's insistence eventually won the day. Kanjirin Tonorian is on the warpath. With Pure Gold having broken away from Vindication, he's clearly determined now to finish the job and crush Vindication at Sky's the Limit, once and for all... and to warm up for that match, just a week away, he'll take on one-half of the Muscle Machines. AAA might be seen as a "soft" opponent for a monster like Kanjirin, but make no mistake, if Kanjirin looks past this match, he may pay for it badly... Todd Colton scored a much-needed victory last Showdown when he took down Laenara Kintelas, and now he's looking to leverage that into a winning streak... but can he really keep it going when he's going up against the Cairo Cyclone? Layla Al-Amin is still one of Showdown's top names, and there's no doubt that she's going to make Todd work for every inch... The former tag champs are getting their rematch for the titles at Sky's the Limit, and both challenger and champion alike will be preparing for that match by squaring off one-on-one. Mascara Avispa will get the first match, taking on Kileas Kintelas, and it's hard to tell how prepared Kileas is for what he's going to face... The World Champion and her challenger have both chosen a partner for this show, and there's no surprises here... just one big opportunity for both women to show what they've got before they face off for the biggest prize in Phoenix Rising. With Alexandria Kirison of course joining up with Markos Andreas, and Eri Sentarl calling in Queen Anne, this match will be one hell of a ride. This is a blockbuster matchup on its own. Blake Dynamite taking on Firehawk Sentarl... one of the most loyal, enduring stars of Phoenix Rising taking on the boss, the man at the top. Blake Dynamite could prove a lot right here: a win over Firehawk would not only give him tremendous momentum going into their tag title rematch, but make it clear that Blake's boast about being able to beat anyone, anytime, anywhere, may not be idle talk. Closing out the night, it's the Pacific Northwest Championship as usual: and Haruka Matsura wants another run with the title. Besos, however, is never an easy match... and Haruka will have to step up her game once again if she wants to come out of the night with a new championship around her waist. Not to mention, waiting for the winner one week later, at Sky's the Limit, is the Lightning Luchadora... La Relampaga.

The final episode of Showdown before this year's Sky's the Limit... once again, living up to expectations. Twitch: www.twitch.tv/videos/1063771365Youtube: youtu.be/pswG5HOvXwEQuick Results Michelle Rochefort def. Hugo Dirksen Celine Chevalier def. Anari Lynn Heyward Kaelara Sentarl and Silver Hawk def. The GOAT Adonis Avery Alexander def. Kanjirin Tonorian Layla Al-Amin def. Todd Colton Mascara Avispa def. Kileas Kintelas Eri Sentarl and Listalva Anne Heyward def. Alexandria Kirison and Markos Andreas Firehawk Sentarl def. Blake Dynamite Haruka Matsura def. Besos to become the NEW Pacific Northwest Champion Bonus: Priya Mallaya def. Tina Remington Write-ups The presence of Revon Beauregard at ringside would prove to be the deciding factor here, as he got involved to save the match a couple of times, allowing Michelle Rochefort to regroup and level Hugo Dirksen with a brutal spinning kick to score the pinfall. Angel Leblanc was at ringside for this one, but she didn't get involved even a little bit in this match as Celine fought through Anari's raw power, eventually locking in her signature submission to get the tapout, and a 2-0 record for Les Beautes Blondes on the night. Not a bad one for the French quartet. Kaelara sought to test herself and her new team against one of the best teams around... the fact that team's got her brother as part of it certainly played a factor. And credit to both brother and sister: there was absolutely no hesitation from either of them, but Kae would ultimately get the upper hand, landing a Rainbow Bridge on Victor Kintelas and scoring the big win. Kanjirin did not take this match seriously. He spent the entirety of this match basically screwing around and not bothering to go for his biggest offense on AAA... and as a result, he lost an easily winnable match, absolutely not the result he wants before a huge Sky's the Limit match with Shiana Sentarl. Todd Colton did what he could to try and neutralize Layla's speed, but the Cairo Cyclone came roaring back with a vicious tornado DDT, a standing SSP, and a big win to leave Todd once again frustrated at his recent record. There's simply no doubting it: Mascara Avispa is one of the best talents in the world right now, and this victory over Kileas Kintelas only adds to his growing legend. He's been absolutely electric even after the Dynawasps lost the tag titles... and with the rematch for those same titles being next week, it's entirely within the realm of possibility that Blake and Avispa can reclaim them. Make no mistake: Eri Sentarl is definitely not ready to give up the World Championship. Faced with her challenger at Sky's the Limit along with Alex's usual partner, Markos Andreas, Eri brought in Queen Anne to stand at her side (Who else?) This one was hard-fought, but Eri came out on top in the end, landing a vicious Backstabber, and scoring the win... and making it very clear that taking the World Championship from her hands will be harder than Alex anticipates. Blake Dynamite can beat anyone on any given night... but tonight, Firehawk Sentarl was not going to leave without evening the score with the Dynawasps. Both men threw everything they had at each other, but it was a sudden snap Superkick from Firehawk that put this one to rest, giving the boss a victory and drawing the teams even before their colossal tag title clash. No doubt La Relampaga would've preferred a different outcome to this match, but the fact remains: Haruka Matsura came out ahead, setting up her brutal moonsault, landing it and winning the Pacific Northwest Championship for the second time in her career. She now looks to next week, where Relampaga hopes to knock the ninja off the top spot ASAP. One last match capped off the night of action, seeing Valkyrie Pro talents Priya Mallaya and Tina Remington go head to head. And while it looked like Tina was in control through much of this match, Priya fought back, and eventually landed a shining hip attack to score the win, closing out the night on a high note.

It's Evergreen tomorrow night, and it could be a wildly important night for the hardcore crew, with a main event that holds serious implications for the Evergreen Championship match at Sky's the Limit... Evergreen Federation Wrestling Episode 46 Sabrina vs. Ash Defiant
Crimson Romance vs. Oakland's Most Metal (Sayaka/Rebecca)
Eddy Introspect vs. Julian Shepard
Freya O'Malley vs. Iris Coleman
El Verde vs. Kelly Wolfe and Victoria Fox
Logan Axelrod vs. Vincent Sheridan
KyO vs. Veronika Armstrong
The Big Boys vs. Binak Tonorian and Argent for the Evergreen Tag Team Championships
Tasharun vs. Jennifer Hunter Starting off the night, Sabrina tries to get herself back on track after a few rough showings, but against Ash Defiant, does she really have what it takes? Defiant has been one of the most consistent forces in Evergreen lately, and she's likely to make Sabrina work for every bit of offense she can get. Crimson Romance is back in action, and the seemingly endless feud between Oakland's Most Metal and eMo continues as a result, as Sayaka Saito and Rebecca Andrews look to take down Luci and Chasity in what's likely to be a fast, brutal matchup. Eddy Introspect stepped into the ring against Julian Shepard a couple of months ago and came up well short of the win, with Julian looking like he was starting to get back on track. Eddy has a chance to turn things around and take Julian down, but if Julian wins here, he may very well be the next man in line to take a shot at the Evergreen Championship... Freya O'Malley shockingly was not the one who came out on top last month, losing to Jennifer Hunter... so now, she'll square off with Iris Coleman in the hopes of getting back into the wins column. Iris, though, has been on a surprisingly hot streak lately, beating Sabrina and taking KyO to the limit just last month. El Verde are back in action once again, and they're looking to be back in the hunt for the Evergreen Tag Team Championships. Standing in their way right now are the former tag champs, Kelly Wolfe and Victoria Fox... and no doubt the winning team here gets all the momentum they want in their quest to reclaim their titles. It's hard to see this match as anything but punishment. It's not really clear who's set this up, considering both parts of Evergreen's leadership are currently out of action, but someone's still got enough of a grudge against Vincent Sheridan to the point where he's being thrown to the wolves... Logan Axelrod is likely to crush the brash young star and nobody's likely to be upset about that. KyO has proven that he's capable of being part of the upper echelons of Evergreen lately, and now he's up against one of the icons of the fed in Veronika Armstrong. Meanwhile, Veronika's had her eye on getting back to the top herself... and reminding Evergreen that she's always been, and always will be, the face of Evergreen. This is going to potentially require a reinforced ring. The absolutely titanic matchup for the Evergreen Tag Team Championships... a colossal mass of humanity fighting for the titles, as the Big Boys, Concrete Pete and Skidmark, try to topple a pair of giants in Argent and Binak Tonorian. There will be no finesse. There will be nothing resembling technique. This is the ultimate distillation of Big Men Doing Big Things. Finally, capping off the night, Jennifer Hunter is forced to put her contendership on the line thanks to Tasharun's machinations... a match that very few believe she has a chance of winning. The demon has been a nightmare for Evergreen from the beginning, and now it seems he's played his hand: looking to seize not only the Evergreen Championship, but control of the entire fed...

As usual, Evergreen rolled along at a very quick pace, but the action was absolutely electric to close out the show... Twitch: www.twitch.tv/videos/1066874845Youtube: youtu.be/CJGjw2WQeg4Quick Results Ash Defiant def. Sabrina Crimson Romance def. Oakland's Most Metal Eddy Introspect def. Julian Shepard Freya O'Malley def. Iris Coleman Kelly Wolfe and Victoria Fox def. El Verde Logan Axelrod def. Vincent Sheridan KyO def. Veronika Armstrong Binak Tonorian and Argent def. The Big Boys to retain the Evergreen Tag Team Championships Tasharun def. Jennifer Hunter Write-ups Absolute dominance from Ash Defiant, who seems to be determined to make her case as the next challenger for the Evergreen Championship as of late. Sabrina never got anything going here, bloodied and battered in a sprint of a match that never left the outcome in doubt. A wild, chaotic brawl eventually fell in the favor of Crimson Romance, who divided and conquered as Luci laid out Rebecca Andrews, scoring a much-needed win and kick-starting a solid night for eMo. For the first half of this match, it looked like Julian was going to easily cruise to another victory over Eddy Introspect... and then, Eddy suddenly turned it up. Battling his way back into the match, Eddy scored a roaring comeback win, stunning Julian and avenging his defeat from a couple of months ago. Iris Coleman put up one hell of a fight against one of Evergreen's toughest talents, but Freya O'Malley was just that much better tonight, staying on top of her offense and snapping off a vicious Capture suplex into a high standing moonsault to pick up the victory and get back on track after her loss to Jennifer Hunter last month. As good as El Verde are as a team, Fox and Wolfe are maybe one of the best duos in Evergreen. A small controversy at the end of this one: seeing Victoria nailing a frog splash on Verde and getting the pinfall, though Evergringo had a pinfall of his own that very well could've been a three-count... perhaps we'll see this matchup again soon. Logan Axelrod did exactly what everyone expected him to do to Vincent Sheridan... absolutely laying waste to the brash high-flyer for perhaps longer than necessary, and finally putting him away with a brutal falling chop, capping off a dominant victory for the big lumberjack. KyO has proven himself as one of Evergreen's best as of late, despite failing to capture the Evergreen Championship from Elly Blackwood... but here against Veronika Armstrong, he was on top of his game, eventually scoring a brutal powerbomb to pick up the win and stay firmly in the discussion as a main-event talent. This was nothing short of mass chaos for a solid twenty minutes. The champions had their backs to the wall for some time, bloodied and doing their best to weather the attack from the Big Boys, trying to catch their breath wherever they could... but finally, they got their opening, Binak landing a vicious powerbomb, one that Skidmark was unable to break up. The champions retain, and it may be a while before another team is able to test them like this. Tasharun expected an easy win and an easy path to Sky's the Limit, and thus, Elly Blackwood. He didn't count on this match happening at all. Jennifer Hunter proved herself as perhaps one of Evergreen's greatest warriors, the Boston native simply refusing to stay down, slipping out of Tasharun's grasp, laying into him with probably a dozen chairshots throughout the match, and busting him wide open with a brutal right hand. And while Tasharun ultimately did take the win after a pair of Capture suplexes, seemingly thrown out of desperation, Jennifer forced herself back to her feet after the bell and continued to stare down the demon... the two trading some harsh words, Jennifer practically demanding she receive the shot she earned by beating Freya O'Malley last month... And then, the champion arrived. Elly Blackwood appeared on the stage to the booming sound of her theme, and immediately asserted her authority as Evergreen Champion: with both Kevin Royce and Mercy Devine nowhere to be found, Elly declared her own challenge. The end result? Rather than one or the other taking their shot at the Invincible... the Evergreen Championship will now be defended at Sky's the Limit in a three-way dance... and Elly intends to come out the other side with her championship still firmly around her waist.

Before we jump into the big preview for Sky's the Limit, a small note: with this horrendous heat wave sweeping across the West Coast, it's gonna be a real rough weekend. It's entirely possible that Monday's gonna be too hot for me to run the show, and if that happens, I'm delaying until Tuesday. Hopefully that doesn't happen, but considering I'm staring down a predicted 108 for that day, I have some serious concerns. Sky's the Limit IV Silver Hawk vs. Selisha
Heather Wild vs. Josie Wilde vs. Tara Helmsley vs. Y-Pac vs. Asha Nelson vs. Samantha Steele vs. Allie Katt vs. Fuyuki Takenaka
La Relampaga vs. Haruka Matsura for the Pacific Northwest Championship
Kanjirin Tonorian vs. Shiana Sentarl
White Hot vs. The Yoshida Twins for the Proving Ground Tag Team Championships
Gabriela Gallego vs. Anna Bryant for the Inspire Championship
Tasharun vs. Jennifer Hunter vs. Elly Blackwood for the Evergreen Championship
The Marshall Sisters vs. Nathan Haines and Ryan Donovan for the AFW Tag Team Championships
Yuki Maeda vs. The Black Dragon
Sanya Markov vs. Golden Tiger for the Top Prospect Championship
The Dynawasps vs. Firehawk Sentarl and Kileas Kintelas for the Phoenix Rising Tag Team Championships
Alexandria Kirison vs. Eri Sentarl for the Phoenix Rising World Championship Kicking off the night, some Pacific Northwest division action to get the ball rolling, with Silver Hawk taking on Selisha. The Malevolent Triad has been on a bit of a hot streak as of late, but Silver Hawk, now part of a quickly-rising tag team with Kaelara Sentarl, has been looking very solid in turn... this should be a red-hot opener, without a doubt. The Blackwood Academy has some representation on the card here, with an 8-woman battle royal that'll likely send the current rankings into chaos. The last one standing gets the next opportunity at Lexi Dawson's Academy Championship in July... and it won't be easy to be the one that makes it there. The Pacific Northwest Championship is easily the toughest title to hang onto in the entire Phoenix Rising organization... with many champions failing to defend it even once. Haruka Matsura aims to be one of the few that can hold onto it for more than a single match, but La Relampaga has been eager to take her shot at the gold, and this match may be one of the fastest-paced of the entire night. A war between Pure Gold and Vindication broke out not long ago, when Pure Gold finally turned their backs on Shiana Sentarl... and now, Kanjirin Tonorian has his sights set on putting an end to Vindication's leader. Shiana may very well be severely outmatched in size and strength, but the veteran isn't likely to roll over and give in without a fight. The Yoshida Twins captured the Proving Ground Tag Team Championships in shocking fashion when they toppled the Rising Storm... and as good as the twins are, they have a huge target on their backs. White Hot has been steadily rising through the ranks for months now, and have a chance to shut down the Yoshidas... and with how good Keiko Maeda and Rei Hasegawa have become since their early Academy days, it may just be a matter of time before White Hot finally stand tall as champions. Anna Bryant has proven to be one of the most dominant Inspire Champions in Proving Ground's history thus far, looking nigh-unstoppable in her title defenses, and making it clear just how hard it'll be to take that title from her. Gabriela Gallego, however, is out to prove she's the top talent on Proving Ground... and the former Fenix Oscuro can't be underestimated, not even by the incredible talent that is Anna. A match that most expected to be a one-on-one affair has changed. Jennifer Hunter defeated Freya O'Malley to become the official #1 contender, only for Tasharun to muscle his way into the picture, wiping out Mercy Devine and demanding a match with Hunter, clearly expecting to crush the young Boston star. He did not expect Jennifer to turn their match into an all-out war, a battle that Tasharun only barely managed to win... and with Evergreen's primary authorities still out of commission, it was the champion, Elly Blackwood, who dropped the final hammer and declared that she would defend the Evergreen Championship against both Tasharun and Hunter. This three-way contest may prove to be one of the most violent matches in Evergreen's history... AFW's sole representation on this show comes with a defense of the AFW Tag Team Championships, as Nathan Haines and Ryan Donovan step into the ring against the Marshall Sisters. Cassandra and Terra have been a truly dangerous team, but there's been absolutely zero doubt: Haines and Donovan are the dominant champions, and for anyone to dethrone them, it's going to take an absolutely colossal effort. A rematch for the ages between two of Phoenix Rising's ultimate veterans. Yuki Maeda brought the fury of the dragon down on her when she defeated Dragon some time ago, something that hasn't been forgotten... and now, the Dragon will seek to get her revenge on Yuki, who still might be owed a World Championship match... and certainly, if she can win again, Yuki may be the front-runner for that shot. Sanya Markov is on the warpath. Two straight losses against Golden Tiger, the second resulting in the loss of his Top Prospect Championship... Tiger has frustrated the Russian at every turn, and the Golden Ambush currently holds both the Top Prospect and Trios Championships. Can Sanya finally avenge his defeats to Tiger? If he can't... then Sanya won't be allowed to attempt again until Tiger loses the title... Another massive rematch, this time for the Phoenix Rising Tag Team Championships. The Dynawasps quickly fought their way back into contention, seeking a return match against Firehawk and Kileas, and now there's only one thing left to do: prove that their losing the titles was just a single mis-step. The Dynawasps are out to prove they're the best tag team in all of Phoenix Rising... and if they show up at their best, they may very well reclaim the titles and return to the top, right where they belong. The final match of the night: the World Championship is on the line, as Eri Sentarl, the Little Phoenix, steps into the ring with long-time veteran Alexandria Kirison. With a new look, a new hard-hitting style in the ring... could Alex be the one that knocks Eri off the top? Or can the Little Phoenix overcome the veteran and continue her incredible run as World Champion?

Status Update: Yeah, Monday's not happening, the heat is far, far too much for me to be trying to stream. My computer would probably combust in the process.
Tuesday is a possibility, but there's an even stronger chance that I just push the whole thing back a week. But yeah, absolutely no way am I going to even attempt to stream in this weather.

Well, we finally got to it, and this show did not disappoint after the week-long delay. Twitch: www.twitch.tv/videos/1078098540Youtube: youtu.be/gg-pQlPR-aoQuick Results Selisha def. Silver Hawk Fuyuki Takenaka won the Academy Battle Royal Haruka Matsura def. La Relampaga to retain the Pacific Northwest Championship Kanjirin Tonorian def. Shiana Sentarl The Yoshida Twins def. White Hot to retain the Proving Ground Tag Team Championships Gabriela Gallego def. Anna Bryant to become the NEW Inspire Champion Jennifer Hunter def. Tasharun and Elly Blackwood to become the NEW Evergreen Champion Nathan Haines and Ryan Donovan def. The Marshall Sisters to retain the AFW Tag Team Championships Yuki Maeda def. The Black Dragon Sanya Markov def. Golden Tiger to become the NEW Top Prospect Champion Firehawk Sentarl and Kileas Kintelas def. The Dynawasps to retain the Phoenix Rising Tag Team Championships Eri Sentarl def. Alexandria Kirison to retain the Phoenix Rising World Championship Write-ups An absolutely wild opener that showed just what these two are made of. While this match was a late addition to the card, they did not disappoint, with Silver Hawk showing tremendous heart, but Selisha would come out ahead with her brutal submission work and take the first win of the night. Every bit as chaotic as an 8-way battle royal would imply, Tara Helmsley made it all the way to the final two, and seemed like she might manage to keep her place at the top... but Fuyuki Takenaka, strong as ever, came out ahead and refused to let go, throwing Tara across the ring and scoring a huge victory. The question is: will she challenge for the Academy Championship this month, or the tag titles alongside Rin Jokusato? Right now, it seems the Academy Championship match is more likely... Haruka Matsura simply will not be denied. Tasked with defending a championship known for remarkably short reigns, she once again rose to the occasion and ran through La Relampaga, knocking off her challenger and staying firmly at the top after a high-speed moonsault. Kanjirin Tonorian's brute strength proved too much for the Queen to handle. Shiana did her best to hold out against her opponent here, but the ending felt like only a matter of time, and he nearly broke Shiana in half with a brutal spear into spinebuster, continuing his hot streak. The Yoshida Twins just keep finding ways to slip past their opponents. Once again, with White Hot en route to what looked to be an easy victory, Naoko Yoshida found one brief opening that she seized immediately, rolling Rei Hasegawa into a brutal leg-breaker hold... and the Yoshidas, much to the dismay of the crowd, remain Proving Ground's top team. Someone finally rose up to challenge the Inspire Champion. Gabriela Gallego was quite simply electric for this entire match, and the outcome never really seemed in doubt from the start as she took command, making Anna Bryant look like she was fresh out of the Academy again. Gabriela claims her first piece of gold in Phoenix Rising... and no doubt, she could find herself at the top for a long while. Tasharun forced his way into this match last Evergreen by beating Jennifer Hunter... but much to his frustration, did not replace the Boston native. Jennifer still ended up a part of this match, and that would prove his downfall. With everyone's focus divided between their two opponents, Elly Blackwood would first eliminate the Demon, countering into a kimura hold and shockingly forcing the powerhouse to tap out... and from there, Jennifer seized the biggest opportunity of her career, taking the chance to lock Elly into her signature Stealth Viper hold... and to the shock of all in attendance, the Evergreen Champion would tap out. Jennifer Hunter, the underdog of underdogs going into this match, is now the Evergreen Champion against all odds. Nathan Haines and Ryan Donovan have once again proved that they're easily the premiere team in AFW with yet another incredibly impressive victory. Haines set the stage with his raw power, and Donovan would take the opening left for him by his partner, hitting a springboard Meteora, and the AFW Tag Team Champions remain at the top... and now, Haines will set his sights on the Spirit of Texas Championship later this month. Yuki Maeda continues to be an absolute monster. The veteran talent once again took the fight straight to the Dragon, throwing everything in her arsenal at one of Phoenix Rising's most dominant forces... and once again, Yuki would come out ahead, landing a vicious pop-up powerbomb, and scoring a second victory over the Dragon. The match time here is deceptive... Tiger never seemed to get up to full speed, as Sanya tore through him for most of the match, only failing to finish partly to punish Tiger, and partly needing to catch his breath. But one final, brutal Red Crush, and Sanya Markov reclaims the Top Prospect Championship, returning him to the top of Proving Ground. Once again, the unlikely duo of Firehawk and Kileas managed to pull off a win, defending the Phoenix Rising Tag Team Championships against some dangerous competition. The Dynawasps gave it their all, but Kileas once again stepped up to shoot down the hopes of all in attendance... the Alpha Villain certainly living up to his name as he forced Avispa to tap out. Hard-hitting from start to finish, Alexandria Kirison did her best to push the pace of this one, but Eri endured... the Little Phoenix staying with Alex move for move until she managed to pop off the Little Phoenix, and scored the victory, and another impressive title defense. Waiting in the wings now: one of either Kanjirin Tonorian or Yuki Maeda, both terrifying prospects for the young champion... as both have beaten her before.

In the wake of Sky's the Limit, plenty of people had something to say. Jennifer Hunter "Nobody thought, when this all started, that I was gonna be the one standing tall at the end of the night. All the attention was on Elly and Tasharun, all the attention was on whether he'd take the title, or she'd defend it. But I survived a war with Tasharun. I fought with everything I had just to GET to this point. I knocked off the big favorite in Freya O'Malley before Tasharun shoved his way into our business, and y'know what? Now I'm standing here, this championship over my shoulder, and it feels right. I fought through and endured against two of the toughest people ever to set foot in an Evergreen ring. I made the Invincible champion tap out. And if that doesn't scare the hell out of the rest of the people in the back... then you've got fuckin' ice running through your veins." Kanjirin Tonorian "There shouldn't have been a single doubt in anyone's mind. You really think I was going to lose to that washed-up veteran? A decade past her prime? Not a chance in hell. And now another from the same crop is standing in my way... my rightful path to the top. Shiana, the so-called "Queen of Phoenix Rising", broke under the pressure of facing me one-on-one. You think beating the Dragon impresses me, Yuki? You're two halves of the same old, beat-up coin. Relics of the past. Your time's run out... and mine's just beginning. I'll crush Yuki Maeda, just like I crushed Shiana Sentarl... and then, the Little Phoenix will see her little miracle run at the top come to a violent end." Yuki Maeda "I've already heard it all. The young wolf barking, believing that his time has come. You can be impressed, you can ignore it, you can think whatever you will, Kanjirin. But you're not prepared for what's coming next. Talk all you like about how little you respect the Black Dragon. But she is far more than you'll ever become. And I... I am nowhere near the end of my career. I am still dangerous. I am still powerful. And I am still the one who will become World Champion. There is simply no doubt in my mind. And there should be no doubt in anyone else's." Sanya Markov <All is as it should be again. The usurper, vanquished. Golden Tiger, you took what was mine, because I deemed you unfit to share the ring with me... and that, that was a mistake. What you witnessed at Sky's the Limit, however, was me fixing that mistake. You've finally gotten a taste of what it feels like to face the best that Proving Ground will ever witness. And any further encounters between us will end the same way: with the Tiger slain, crushed beneath the might of Russian power.> Nathan Haines "Hey, Lance... it ain't gonna be long now, huh? We beat your girls, kept the tag titles, and now, now I'm comin' for you. I'm gonna wipe you out, take the Spirit of Texas Championship, and from there... well, who knows? I got plenty of places I could make a li'l guest appearance at... and you're familiar with most of 'em, aren't you? Wouldn't be tough to swing 'round Amarillo and pay TIPWF a visit... little further to San Jose and Warrior Pro, sure, but I ain't gonna lie... would be one hell of a feather in my cap if I could knock off someone you couldn't. Fact is, Lance, I'm better than you. Always have been. Always gonna be. And I'm gonna spend my time provin' that up and down, anywhere and everywhere I go. It starts with your title... and I'm gonna make goddamn sure that any accolades, any accomplishments you've ever gotten, I can do 'em better... and anything you failed to do, I'll make fuckin' sure I don't. See ya' back home in Houston, big guy... this is the start of your big fall from grace."
