Proving Ground coming up on Monday, with the continuation of both #1 contender tournaments, along with a couple of tag matches, some new faces. The conclusion of the tournament's first rounds will come to a close here. Kyle Anderson vs. Chico Con Carne, Top Prospect #1 Contender's Tournament Quarterfinal
Felice Santana vs. Calista Vargas, Inspire #1 Contender's Tournament Round of 16
Avery Adonis Alexander vs. Nick MacLeod
HAYATO and SATOMI vs. Arthur and Amber Wright
Rin Ryusaki vs. Reina del Tigre, Inspire #1 Contender's Tournament Round of 16
Victor Kintelas vs. Silver Hawk, Top Prospect #1 Contender's Tournament Quarterfinal
Donna Nobel vs. Jessika Boom, Inspire #1 Contender's Tournament Round of 16
The Golden Ambush vs. Titania and Christina Wagner
Ruthless Nicole Alger vs. Leona Sterling, Inspire #1 Contender's Tournament Round of 16 We kick things off this week as we continue the Top Prospect #1 contender's tournament, as Kyle Anderson seeks to make his way back to the top of the division. Standing in his way, Chico Con Carne... but can Chico's lucha talents overcome the raw power and technique that Kyle Anderson's become so well-known for? This is a potential show-stealer, so early on the card. Felice Santana and Calista Vargas, two fast-paced, talented, relentless women who are looking for their breakout moment on Proving Ground. This one won't let up, this match will probably be one of the fastest matches in recent memory, and there's no telling who's gonna come out ahead. Two men who fell short last time around in the tournament will set out to prove themselves again against each other. Avery Adonis Alexander came up short against Kellaron Sentarl, and Nick MacLeod was outclassed by Hugo Dirksen... and now, these two will try to remind everyone what they're really capable of. After his showing on Andrea Hawke's April 1 show, HAYATO drew interest for Proving Ground... and now, he comes to join his sister SATOMI on the roster. He won't be the only new face in this match, though, as the brother/sister duo face off against another brother/sister team, as Arthur Wright debuts alongside his sister, the Inspire Champion, Amber Wright. Rin Ryusaki has her eyes set on something big. She's one of the few women in this tournament who's been the Inspire Champion before, and clearly wants to get to that height one more time... but this won't be easy, as Reina del Tigre has also held that gold, and would love to bring it back to the Golden Ambush. The last match of the Top Prospect tournament first round will see Victor Kintelas taking on Silver Hawk, two men who've been at the top at one point or another. Victor's looking to rise back to the top once again and prove he truly is the best of the best on Proving Ground, but Silver Hawk is not to be overlooked... Donna Nobel has been mainly focused on tag team work as of late, but with Nicole Blade's recent run as Inspire Champion, she's now looking to reclaim the title for the Excellent Blades... and standing in her way is the young rookie, Jessika Boom. Technique clashes with speed and agility here, and there's simply no telling who might come out ahead as Jessika looks for a signature victory. The tag team champions have looked nigh-unstoppable since winning the titles... the Golden Ambush have been nothing short of unbeatable, it seems. But this could be the moment that truly puts Tiger and Tigress to the test. Titania and Christina Wagner, both taking shocking upsets to eliminate them from the Inspire tournament, will instead attempt to topple the tag champs... and if anyone's capable of it, it'll be these two powerhouses. Finally, our main event this week: no clashing styles here, just two superb submission artists at the top of their game. Ruthless Nicole Alger will be looking for the win to match her Limbtaker partner, Candace Monroe... but Leona Sterling will be out to prove herself just as much, aiming to live up to her incredible Academy run. One thing may be certain: this one might not end in a submission victory, as both are perhaps entirely too stubborn to let that happen.

The first round of both the Inspire and Top Prospect contender tournaments have drawn to a close, and the field has narrowed. We're down to eight women and four men, all vying to be the next in line to challenge Akira Ryusaki and Amber Wright. Twitch: www.twitch.tv/videos/598107937Youtube: youtu.be/SPOyE_ujxMsQuick Results Chico Con Carne def. Kyle Anderson Calista Vargas def. Felice Santana Nick MacLeod def. Avery Adonis Alexander HAYATO and SATOMI def. Arthur and Amber Wright Reina del Tigre def. Rin Ryusaki Victor Kintelas def. Silver Hawk Donna Nobel def. Jessika Boom The Golden Ambush def. Titania and Christina Wagner Leona Sterling def. Ruthless Nicole Alger Write-ups The night kicked off with a bit of a shocking result. Chico Con Carne came into this match on a mission, and while Kyle Anderson was dishing out his usual brand of offense, Chico never wavered and kept up a blistering pace, culminating in picking up the stunning victory and coming away with a spot in the semifinals. Calista Vargas continues to display why she may be the future of the Inspire division with a dominant performance, one you wouldn't expect from a somewhat fresh rookie. But Calista is absolutely on fire as of late, and she made Felice Santana know it: while she wasn't able to capitalize off of an early Stormbreaker, she didn't stop there and hit a big diving crossbody from the top rope to pick up the win. Nick MacLeod didn't let his early tournament exit bother him... he just took out his frustrations on the brash AAA, and even the presence of Gary Gear at ringside didn't seem to deter the Scotsman... in fact, Gear was almost less than useless as a second, his two attempts at getting involved coming after a pin was already broken, and one that went completely ignored by referee Ruben Bosch, much to the frustration of the Muscle Machines, no doubt. While it was certainly something to see the new guys in action, there was a different story being told: SATOMI may have made a surprisingly early exit in the Inspire tournament, but that didn't stop her from targeting the champion anyway, as despite her loss to Allison Avery, she's got her sights set on capturing the title ahead of Sky's The Limit. Pinning Amber after a vicious knee out of the corner gives her that opportunity... and so, the night of the tournament finals, SATOMI will get a chance to recapture the gold from Amber. Rin tried her best to keep a step ahead of Reina del Tigre here, but it just wasn't to be... while she dealt out plenty of offense, she never quite managed to keep Reina down, and a pair of brutal Tiger suplexes put the young ninja down, ending her tournament run right out of the gate. Silver Hawk gave this match his all, in one of the best performances he's given on Proving Ground. But against Victor Kintelas, even one's best day might not be enough: the raw talent that Victor possesses is maybe insurmountable by anyone else in the tournament. A brutal spear finally gave Victor the win, and he comes one step closer to potentially facing his long-time partner, Kellaron Sentarl... but there's one thing standing in the way of that: the semifinals. This match was all Donna: despite a couple of Dynamite Cutters, Jessika simply couldn't get her momentum going, and Donna Nobel absolutely laid waste to the young rookie, finishing the job with a cross-arm suplex: hardly the only offense Donna dished out, but the final blow in a long line of brutal moves. Who on earth can stop the Golden Ambush? Even the might of Titania and Christina Wagner came up short: partly thanks to the incredible teamwork between the tigers, and partly due to the incredible skill between them. Tiger laid out Christina with a superkick, and the Proving Ground Tag Team Champions look every bit as dominant as Pure Gold once was in their prime... An incredible display of technique in this one, which at times looked more like a shoot-fight than a wrestling match... but make no mistake, both women knew where they were and knew how they wanted to handle the other. RNA was determined to keep things on the mat, but Leona's every bit as dangerous on the ground as she is on her feet... as she proved in the closing moments of the match, dishing out a quick striking combo and picking up the pinfall victory, dashing any hopes of an all-Limbtaker final right away. Leona Sterling"This whole thing's awfully simple. Nicole Alger's good, it's impossible to deny that. But she knows, deep down, just like Candace... the moment I step between those ropes, no matter who's on the other side of the ring, I'll take the fight to 'em and I will beat 'em. So here's what I'm gonna ask of Candace Monroe.
Don't you fuckin' lose to anyone before the final. I'll do the same thing. You and me, settling this thing once and for all.
I'll be watchin' you." The Golden AmbushTigress: <There is no one capable of stopping this team. No one capable of standing in our way. No one that can halt the might of the tigers, the Ambush! Bring your speed, your strength, your technique, and we will strike you down every single time!>
Tiger: <The days of weak champions have ended. You once again look at a team that is, beyond any doubt, invincible. We have faced your best, we have beaten your best. But you are welcome to find more challengers to line up in front of us, so that we may show you time and time again... the Ambush will not be stopped. We will not be surpassed. We are the Golden Ambush.>
Tigress: <And we are unstoppable.>

Following the show, in the Muscle Machines's locker room: Adonis Avery Alexander: You utter nincompoop, if you weren't such a muscle bound sloth, if you actually tried getting the ref's attention instead of chortling like a drunk ox on the apron, maybe I would be thinking about how to build off my victory.
Gary Gear: Har har! You need your spotter to lift your weight, don't ya?
AAA: Whatever.
Gear: Nah, this is fun! You can't handle the weight! And you got wrecked! Don't blame me!
AAA: Like you'd do any better.
Gear: I have! I don't always lose my matches!
AAA: But you make me lose all of mine. Go shoot up some HGH or something and leave me alone.
Gear: And miss out on laughing at your loss? Forget that!
AAA: Whatever.

Showdown's coming up on Monday, as usual. And while the Academy will have its shot first, coming up Saturday, Showdown seems to have quite the lineup ready to go... Layla Al-Amin vs. Anna Bryant
Todd Colton vs. Alexandria Kirison
Shiana Sentarl vs. Angel Leblanc w/ Michelle Rochefort
Rilantha De Nav vs. Blake Dynamite
Fenix Oscuro vs. Rachel White
The Sentarl Sisters vs. The Rising Storm
Laenara Kintelas vs. Markos Andreas
Natasha Clover vs. Anari Lynn Heyward for the Pacific Northwest Championship Things kick off with two of the brightest upcoming stars of the Pacific Northwest division, with the Cairo Cyclone taking on Anna Bryant, star student of Rilantha De Nav. Both of these young women have a bright future, but only one can come out ahead of the curve in this opening matchup. Todd Colton appears to have put a target on his own back in defeating Markos Andreas last week... and Alexandria Kirison might be looking to collect. Todd's potential move to the World Championship division might hinge on this match: a solid showing against another dangerous opponent could easily make his claim legitimate. Angel Leblanc returns to the ring for the first time since Eri Sentarl laid her out. Now, on the heels of a failed shot at revenge against the Sentarl sisters, Angel turns her attention to an old rival... but Shiana Sentarl is far from the same woman Angel's familiar with, and she may very well need Michelle Rochefort's backup to come out of this with a victory. Two of the best in the business square off here, with Rilantha De Nav and Blake Dynamite clashing in what's sure to be a workrate-lover's dream. Pure technique goes up against pure speed and agility... but Blake's been looking to re-establish himself as one of the top names in Phoenix Rising, and this might be exactly what he needs to do it. Rachel White might have made a serious error in judgment last week when she picked up a shocking upset victory over Selisha. Couple that, however, with her defeat at the hands of Haruka Matsura just one episode earlier, and it seems that Fenix Oscuro has decided Rachel's worthy of at least some attention... but that's unlikely to be a good thing for the redhead kicking specialist. The Sentarl Sisters aren't backing down from their goal of claiming the Phoenix Rising Tag Team Championships. But to get another chance at glory, they'll now be staring down perhaps the toughest test short of the champions themselves. The Rising Storm has returned... and this time, Anahera and Xiu Mei Li aren't likely to falter. With the next challenger for the Black Dragon's World Championship already decided, and word getting out that said challenger has no match on this episode of Showdown, Laenara Kintelas might have reason to be disappointed... but she's said nothing about it as she prepares to take on Markos Andreas, perhaps in preparation for what's sure to be a championship match for herself. Still, she's got to stay on top of things... even a single mis-step could cost her the opportunity she's been looking for. Finally, the Pacific Northwest Championship is at stake as always, and two-time champion Natasha Clover wants to make it a third run with the belt as she takes on Anari Lynn Heyward. The last two times Natasha captured this title, a Sentarl held it... but Anari is no Sentarl, and indeed might be one of the toughest wrestlers ever to hold the Pacific Northwest Championship in its history, having defeated ZIP Japan's Minoru Hoshino just to capture the title. Natasha will have to bring her absolute best... or see her dream of a third championship reign slip away.

Well, it went pretty quickly tonight (that seems to be a theme lately?) but it was a hell of a show, in the end. Twitch: www.twitch.tv/videos/604862876Youtube: youtu.be/Bz19AYlEmqwQuick Results Layla Al-Amin def. Anna Bryant Todd Colton def. Alexandria Kirison Shiana Sentarl def. Angel Leblanc Rilantha De Nav def. Blake Dynamite Rachel White def. Fenix Oscuro (!) The Rising Storm def. The Sentarl Sisters Laenara Kintelas def. Markos Andreas Natasha Clover def. Anari Lynn Heyward to become the NEW Pacific Northwest Champion Write-ups Everything we've come to expect from a Phoenix Rising opener is exactly what we got here, as these two rising stars brought everything they had to the other. Layla, though, showed her experience outmatched Anna's, and her Super Rana caught the young protege for the resounding victory. Alexandria Kirison, perhaps a bit put out by Todd Colton defeating Markos Andreas last time around, set out to put Todd in his place... and it looked fairly certain for a lot of the match that she'd do just that. But Todd wasn't simply rolling over... and his offense clearly took its toll before landing a Destroyer to seal another victory over World Championship division fare. Angel Leblanc was supposed to have Michelle Rochefort in her corner... but Michelle never showed up, and left Shiana and Angel to square off with nobody else in their way. And while Angel gave it a hell of an attempt, Shiana was as vicious as she's been since her turn, finally laying out Angel with a Superkick. And to make matters worse for LBB, when the dust had settled, Yuki Maeda made her way out onto the stage... with Michelle Rochefort in tow, where she seemingly continued beating the blonde before delivering a brutal Full Nelson Slam. Has Yuki joined forces with Shiana? Is she simply out to get Les Beautes Blondes? Nobody knows, as of yet... Pure and simple, this was just two of the best in Phoenix Rising going move-for-move... but make no mistake, Rilantha De Nav turned this match into hers, keeping Blake from bringing the full force of his agility to bear, and eventually, her pure technique won out with a flash pin reminiscent of the Santana Special. It's rarely a good sign when Fenix Oscuro takes a personal interest in you. But Rachel White showed no fear, and indeed turned in perhaps one of the most brilliant performances of her life, coming after Oscuro with a relentless fury that would make even the toughest members of Phoenix Rising hesitate. At the end of the night, Rachel stood tall despite Selisha's attempted interference, in one of the most stunning upsets perhaps in Phoenix Rising history. This was a true test of the Sentarl Sisters, and they didn't disappoint, despite ultimately losing the match. The Rising Storm, however, would not back down for a second... certainly not to a team they view as upstarts, and Xiu Mei Li would finish this off in a surprising fashion: by making Eri Sentarl submit to a leglock in the middle of the ring. Markos Andreas was determined to stop Laenara Kintelas in her tracks tonight, delivering as much as he possibly could to the rising star in an effort to keep her down. But Laenara Kintelas showed just how resilient she is... and after fighting her way back into the match, she landed a moonsault and managed to snap Markos up for the pinfall victory, keeping herself firmly on track. Anari Lynn Heyward looked like the favorite going into this... but it's still difficult to bet against Natasha Clover, a two-time Pacific Northwest Champion going into the match. And now, call her a three-time champion... as she was absolutely vicious against Anari, despite the powerhouse giving her all she could. Natasha delivered her usual Pummeling, but it was the very same kick she's been mocking Rachel White with for two years, leading to the brutal Full Nelson Clutch for the victory and the title. Finally, the night ended with the reveal of Kileas Kintelas as the next challenger in line for the Dragon's World Championship... and some harsh words were traded between the two, also revealing the truth of Dragon's identity: one Sonia Emily Grey, older sister to Firehawk Sentarl. Any mention, however, of her taking the Sentarl name herself, was met with a vicious hatred... Evergreen should be coming up on Thursday, but we'll see how that pans out. There's a strong chance I put it off until the following Thursday.

"Strong chance" has turned into "absolute", so Evergreen will be next Thursday (May 7). Which means next show is Proving Ground #56, so let's take a look at what we've got in store. Allison Avery vs. La Relampaga, Inspire #1 Contender's Tournament QuarterfinalKellaron Sentarl vs. Hugo Dirksen, Top Prospect #1 Contender's Tournament SemifinalThe Gallego Twins vs. The Muscle MachinesLeona Sterling vs. Reina del Tigre, Inspire #1 Contender's Tournament QuarterfinalVictor Kintelas vs. Chico Con Carne, Top Prospect #1 Contender's Tournament SemifinalCandace Monroe vs. Sung Moon, Inspire #1 Contender's Tournament QuarterfinalWinter Fresh vs. Titania and Christina WagnerCalista Vargas vs. Donna Nobel, Inspire #1 Contender's Tournament QuarterfinalWho will move on to the final night of the contender tournaments? That's what we'll decide this week, with the Inspire quarterfinals and the Top Prospect semifinals taking place... kicking off with the Lariat Queen of Little Rock and the Lightning Luchadora squaring off. Allison Avery has been an absolute terror as of late, but Relampaga could be gunning for one of the biggest upsets of the night... still, Allison's lariats are maybe the single most devastating move on the entire Proving Ground roster, save perhaps the Titanic Bomb.
Kellaron Sentarl is on a mission. His stated goal: win this tournament, bring down Akira Ryusaki, and become Top Prospect for the first time. Standing in his way is the Dutchman, Hugo Dirksen... and no doubt this match will be a test of pure technique and ability, with both men having standout submission games, and both seeking to rise to the top for the first time in their careers.
Surprise appearance here, as the Gallego Twins, after a very impressive showing on the April 1 show, will make their Phoenix Rising debut here on Proving Ground against the Muscle Machines. Finally, Gary Gear is back in action for himself... but will he simply get in Avery Alexander's way once again, as he has so many other times? And just where did the Gallego Twins come from?
Reina del Tigre faces maybe one of the most vicious opponents imaginable in the tournament... Leona Sterling, who held nothing back in defeating Ruthless Nicole Alger last week. Now, the Glasgow native turns her attention to the Golden Ambush member... and no doubt, Leona will be out to take her place at the top of the division.
Victor Kintelas is no stranger to the top. The only man remaining in the tournament who's held the Top Prospect Championship before, he now finds himself in the semifinals against Chico Con Carne, and he'll be determined to punch his ticket to the final... even if that final happens to mean facing off against the one man closer to him than anyone else in the world.
Candace Monroe fought her way into the quarterfinal with one of the most incredible victories of her young career: bringing down Titania. And here, she looks across the ring at Sung Moon, who proved herself equally dangerous in taking down Christina Wagner. At first glance, this was not a quarterfinal match anyone might've anticipated... but make no mistake, both Candace and Sung will be every bit as competitive as the women they beat to get here.
Speaking of Titania and Wagner, they'll be facing off against a team that, at first glance, may be outmatched... but never count Winter Fresh out before they've had a chance to show their stuff. Rin and Fresh have been a surprisingly dangerous team whenever they appear, and even the raw power that Titania and Christina have might not be enough to keep them down.
Finally, we close the night with a match that's sure to have a chance at stealing the show. Donna Nobel's pure technical ability will be put to the test against Brazil's Calista Vargas, who's shown that she's perhaps one of the most agile, yet powerful women in the Inspire division. Calista's turned things up to a new level as of late... but can Donna shut her down as she seeks to avenge her partner's defeat and claim the title Nicole Blade lost?

Proving Ground keeps delivering, though there were certainly some shockers tonight. Twitch: www.twitch.tv/videos/611635164Youtube: youtu.be/x_gk3-WH7VIQuick Results La Relampaga def. Allison Avery Kellaron Sentarl def. Hugo Dirksen The Gallego Twins def. The Muscle Machines Reina del Tigre def. Leona Sterling Victor Kintelas def. Chico Con Carne Candace Monroe def. Sung Moon Titania and Christina Wagner def. Winter Fresh Calista Vargas def. Donna Nobel Bonus Match: Sanya Markov def. Kyle Anderson Write-ups The night kicked off with a stunning defeat of the woman who might have easily been the tournament favorite going into it. Allison Avery just couldn't keep up with the Lightning Luchadora... and Relampaga snapped her up in a rana counter to pull off a colossal upset victory. Kellaron Sentarl is a man on a mission in this tournament: he's not going to let anyone stand in his way, enduring all that Hugo had to throw at him and simply going in with a vicious striking game, concluding with a brutal knee strike to wrap up the victory and a spot in the final. No doubt that the Gallego Twins have made a major impact in their two appearances thus far: two matches, two victories in impressive fashion. This time, it was quite the fight with the Muscle Machines, but Gabriela would ultimately pull off the victory with a modified Cavernaria, very reminiscent of the Torture Romero that's made the rounds as of late. Another tournament favorite was stopped early, as Reina del Tigre halted Leona Sterling's momentum, often outplaying Leona's submission game, but finished the job with a crushing series of dives in the corner that left Leona down and out. Victor Kintelas knew what was at stake, and he was in no mood to let it slip away... and as a result, he absolutely crushed Chico Con Carne to ensure he'd be the one that faced his partner in the tournament final. Candace Monroe has had her sights set on the tournament final... aiming to win the tournament and the title for the first time in her young career. It's not going to be easy, but if she can continue to fight the way she has against Titania and Sung Moon, she may very well be the woman that claims the Inspire Championship before long. This match went very badly for Winter Fresh right out of the gate, as Fresh Suzuki was busted open early on... and it never really improved, as Titania and Christina dominated the quicker team, never letting them fully get their momentum going and leading to a resounding victory for the powerhouses. Calista Vargas has certainly become one of the top names in the Inspire division, although she's also become known for the occasional odd victory. A running crossbody finished this one off, but one thing does seem clear: it's probably the last time that finish will happen from Calista, at least. Still, a win is a win... and she's in the semifinal. A bonus match took place after the main event, bringing out Sanya Markov and Kyle Anderson... and they didn't disappoint, with Sanya finally showing what he's truly capable of, bringing a tremendous amount of power into play as he ultimately landed an Orange Crush and picked up a huge victory.

It's Evergreen coming up again this Thursday (For real this time), and we've got some big stuff lined up for this one... Iris Coleman vs. Veronika Armstrong
Skidmark vs. Kevin Royce vs. Elly Blackwood vs. Ash Defiant
Concrete Pete vs. Tasharun
The Bingo Hall Mutants vs. Rebecca Andrews and Sayaka Saito
Argent vs. Vincent Sheridan
Firehawk Sentarl vs. Julian Shepard
The Phantom Thief vs. Mercy Devine
eMo (Eddy/Sookie) vs. El Verde for the Evergreen Tag Team Championships Iris Coleman seems to be settling into her role as Evergreen's opener as of late, but don't see that as disrespect: she's been quietly putting together a fairly solid run so far, and no doubt she's got a big chance to prove herself here against Veronika Armstrong. A big-time 4-way keeps things moving along here, as four of the toughest men and women in Evergreen step into the ring to see just who might be the toughest among them. Still, two names have to be favored here just by reputation... Elly and Kevin are definitely the favorites, but don't count Skidmark or Ash Defiant out before we've seen this one go. Concrete Pete faces his toughest matchup yet... as he stands face-to-face with the Demon. How far can Pete go with this match? Does he have any hope of bringing down one of the most dangerous men in the entire Phoenix Rising organization? The Oakland crew has seen a lot of ups and downs in their time in Evergreen... and for Rebecca and Sayaka here, it could be another "down", as they prepare to take on the Bingo Hall Mutants, who have easily been one of the most unstoppable teams that Evergreen's ever witnessed. Couple this with the fact that the Mutants are PEWA Tag Team Champions, and it might just be a matter of time before we see them back on top of the hardcore world. Argent has been cutting a path of destruction through anyone and everyone he meets since his arrival in Evergreen... most recently, crushing Kantar and challenging Tasharun for Sky's the Limit. Vincent Sheridan, meanwhile, seems intent on halting his momentum... but given Vincent's reputation as of late, does he even have a chance of making this competitive? You're not seeing things: Evergreen's brought in a guest this week, and what a guest it is. Fresh off a win over Veronika Armstrong, Julian Shepard will now step into the ring with the owner of Phoenix Rising himself, Firehawk Sentarl. Can Firehawk adjust to the different surroundings? Does Julian have what it takes against this level of competition? Mercy Devine is seething after last episode... with the Phantom Thief having swept a HUGE four-way match (that Mercy was also a part of), she's called him out... and the Thief has obliged, preparing to take on Evergreen's boss. Still, it seems that far from Mercy's accusation that the Thief is here "for no reason", he seems to have a very particular purpose in mind... Last time, eMo picked up a major victory by taking down the Evergreen Tag Team Champions. But rather than Eddy teaming up with Penelope Lea, this time, he'll have Evergreen Champion Strawberry Sookie... and the two have already proved to be a very, very dangerous pair. Can El Verde overcome a team that's already beaten them once? Or will we once again see eMo take full control of Evergreen's top spot?

Well, despite some major technical issues, we got through the show. Rough one, but solid through the problems. No Youtube export for this one: it's broken up too much thanks to the crashes. Part 1: www.twitch.tv/videos/614531246Part 2 (Conclusion of Mercy/Thief): www.twitch.tv/videos/614532730Part 3 (Main Event): www.twitch.tv/videos/614534146Quick Results Iris Coleman def. Veronika Armstrong Skidmark def. Kevin Royce, Ash Defiant and Elly Blackwood Tasharun def. Concrete Pete The Bingo Hall Mutants def. Oakland's Most Metal Argent def. Vincent Sheridan Firehawk Sentarl def. Julian Shepard The Phantom Thief def. Mercy Devine eMo def. El Verde to become the NEW Evergreen Tag Team Champions Write-ups Maybe Iris's best showing since joining Evergreen, she was downright dominant here, taking down Veronika Armstrong and picking up easily one of the biggest wins of her young career. This one just didn't let up for a second. Four of the toughest men and women in Evergreen, and one was taken out of commission early, as Elly landed her crushing bomb on Kevin Royce and seemingly knocked him senseless, though he didn't seem entirely hurt. From there, Elly forced Ash Defiant to tap out to a cross armbreaker, and turned her attention to Skidmark... only for the big man to simply refuse to go down, and in fact, finally landed a sharp piledriver that gave him the victory over a stunned Elly. This match was simply brutality defined, and Evergreen to the core: no one can doubt Tasharun belongs here among them now, after this one saw a ton of outside brawling, easily a dozen or more weapon shots, and finally, a crushing chokeslam to finally put this one to rest, keeping Tasharun hot as he looks towards Sky's the Limit, and Argent. As the Mutants do... this was pure dominance. They didn't let up for a second, and once again coasted to an easy victory in the end. Vincent held up better than most expected him to against Argent here... but make no mistake, when Argent was finished with this match, he made sure the world knew it, sending Vincent practically through the mat with a top-rope powerbomb that could've shaken the world. Julian gave this one hell of a run... squaring off with a veteran in Firehawk, but the Phoenix would eventually take over and finish the job with a trademark Superkick, picking up the win in his guest appearance. But his night didn't end there... Todd Colton appeared in the ring after a few moments, and Firehawk turned into a brutal chairshot, followed by a Destroyer... and Todd, mixed in with a few insults towards Evergreen, the crowd, and the man laying at his feet, challenged Firehawk to a match at Sky's the Limit. But can Todd really find himself rising that quickly? The aftermath of Firehawk's match was not the only moment of the night that sparked some interest and perhaps, controversy. The Phantom Thief dominated this match, for the most part, and picked up the victory over Mercy Devine with the Fire Star Splash... but he wasn't done there, an ominous threat issued towards Mercy, calling her a danger and laying her out with a Change of Heart after the bell... what could this possibly do for Evergreen's future, and what effect will it have on Mercy?! eMo has once again taken over at the top of Evergreen. After a wild one here, it was once again Strawberry Sookie that carried the day... and once again, eMo holds both of Evergreen's championships. This time, though, Sookie is both Evergreen Champion, and one-half of the tag champions... is it a stretch to call her the Queen of Evergreen at this point? Post-show status Kevin Royce: Royce was rattled after taking Elly's Stretch Bomb early in the 4-way match, but doesn't seem to be seriously injured. He'll sit out next Evergreen, but he should be fine going forward.
Firehawk Sentarl: The tough match between Firehawk and Julian, followed up by Todd Colton's vicious attack, have led to Firehawk not being cleared for in-ring action on the next Showdown. He should be cleared soon, but precautions are being taken at this time.
Mercy Devine: Mercy currently appears unhurt, but we've always heard rumors about the Change of Heart, and what it might do to an opponent if hit just right. The last person to take such a blow was none other than Laenara Kintelas, but that happened two years ago... still, the Laenara we knew in those early days of Phoenix Rising is certainly a different young woman from the one we know today. Will Mercy find herself changed as well?

Already time to look ahead to Monday, seeing as it's only a couple of days away. Lined up for this week's Showdown: Besos vs. Rachel White
The Sentarl Sisters vs. Les Beautes Blondes (Angel/Michelle)
Mascara Avispa vs. Markos Andreas
Yuki Maeda vs. Anna Bryant
Blake Dynamite vs. Alexandria Kirison
The Malevolent Triad (Haruka/Selisha) vs. Pure Gold
Sophia Moretti vs. Natasha Clover for the Pacific Northwest Championship
Kileas Kintelas vs. The Black Dragon for the Phoenix Rising World Championship The night kicks off with Pacific Northwest division action, as Rachel White continues to set her sights higher. She's seen her career take a wild up-and-down path as of late, but a shockingly dominant victory over Fenix Oscuro last week might have set her back on an upward trajectory... standing in her way, however, is none other than Besos, who will surely be looking to get back into the hunt for the Pacific Northwest Championship. The Sentarl Sisters have crossed paths with Les Beautes Blondes multiple times by now... and Angel Leblanc is looking for revenge after Eri took her out of action the last time they met. But the Blondes have certainly struggled to bring down the sisters the last few times they've faced each other... will this be the time they finally turn it around? Mascara Avispa hasn't made terribly many appearances lately, but he's back in action here, as he squares off with Markos Andreas, who's been one of Showdown's tougher members despite a somewhat spotty record. Still, Markos could raise his stock considerably with a win here... Yuki Maeda made a shocking return to the ring last week, ensuring that Shiana Sentarl wouldn't have to deal with anyone in Angel Leblanc's corner as she took out Michelle Rochefort. The dangerous veteran now returns to the ring herself, squaring off with rookie Anna Bryant, and no doubt Anna will have an uphill battle trying to weather the storm headed her way. Blake Dynamite has struggled to hit the upper echelons of the World Championship division, but he's got a chance to rise through the ranks here as he takes on Alexandria Kirison. Alex, however, is also looking to break into the big-time... and Blake might be the perfect person to get her there. Two of the most dangerous forces in Phoenix Rising clash here, as the Malevolent Triad, this week working with Haruka Matsura and Selisha, will square off with Pure Gold... it's a match that Shiana Sentarl will take great interest in, to see if Pure Gold can finally dispel their problems and rise to the team she's intending them to be. The first title match of the night will see the new, 3-time Pacific Northwest Champion, Natasha Clover, squaring off with a familiar face in Sophia Moretti. Sophia has seen many opportunities in her time with Phoenix Rising, but has never quite panned out as the true star that she's seen herself as... but this could be her chance to finally make a major impact by dethroning the woman who's held the Pacific Northwest Championship more than any other. Finally, a match that was waiting in the wings for some time... the last time Kileas Kintelas met the Black Dragon in the ring, he defeated the World Champion... and now, he finally gets a chance to prove that he can repeat it, and take down the World Champion, and end the year-and-a-half reign of the most dominant champion in the world today. But the Dragon will not go lightly... and Kileas could easily become her tenth defense, instead.

If there's one thing Showdown doesn't lack in, it's that there's always the occasional epic to keep one invested. And lemme tell you, we had a couple of those tonight. Twitch: www.twitch.tv/videos/618481378Youtube: youtu.be/L0x_AX4n3bQQuick Results Besos def. Rachel White Les Beautes Blondes def. The Sentarl Sisters Mascara Avispa def. Markos Andreas Yuki Maeda def. Anna Bryant Blake Dynamite def. Alexandria Kirison The Malevolent Triad def. Pure Gold Sophia Moretti def. Natasha Clover to become the NEW Pacific Northwest Champion The Black Dragon def. Kileas Kintelas to retain the Phoenix Rising World Championship Nathan Haines def. Telan Kintelas Write-ups Rachel's fortunes as of late continue to ride a roller-coaster... and Besos seemed more than content to send her back down again, weathering Rachel's storm of kicks and landing nearly her entire arsenal before pulling her in for BESOS and picking up the victory. Third time's the charm? It sure seemed that way for Les Beautes Blondes this time around: Angel avoided being taken out by Eri again, and Michelle landed a crushing kick to the Little Phoenix that laid her out for the pinfall... and with Angel cutting off Kaelara's save, the Blondes pick up the win that's eluded them the last couple of times they faced the sisters. Mascara Avispa returns to the ring, and does it in style: Markos Andreas was a step behind for a lot of this match, and although he tried to fight back into it, Avispa would ultimately overwhelm the Macedonian with raw speed and agility, and picked up a big victory in his Phoenix Rising return. Also making a return to the ring was Yuki Maeda, who wasted no time in reminding the Phoenix Rising roster what she's capable of... and despite the presence of her mentor, Rilantha De Nav, at ringside, Anna Bryant would ultimately be no match for the veteran, laid out with a piledriver and looking very much like the rookie she still is. It's unlikely that Blake and Alex didn't come into this show expecting to go all-out on each other the way they did, but that's certainly how it ended up... with neither of them wanting to give an inch to the other, Blake landed multiple Lotations but couldn't seal it with that incredible move... but likewise, Alex's Gotch-style piledriver wouldn't put Blake away. Finally, it was a split-legged moonsault from Blake that pulled off the win, but no doubt these two will certainly have to meet again soon. What is keeping Pure Gold from turning things around? Once again, it looked like they were dominant... Mallory's suplexes dealing out tremendous punishment towards the members of the Triad. And yet... nothing slowed down Haruka and Selisha, and the ninja would have the last laugh, landing a crushing Mutasault on Kanjirin to score a shocking victory. Shiana didn't even bother coming out in support of Pure Gold... have they lost their favor? Natasha Clover intended to hold the Pacific Northwest Championship much longer than this. She was prepared to make her third reign a dominant one... but Sophia Moretti had other ideas, and brought the full force of her submission game to bear, refusing to let Natasha get a proper foothold, and finally putting her out with her Eternal Night finisher, leaving Natasha's third Pacific Northwest Championship reign a short one. This was perhaps one of the Dragon's toughest defenses to date. In terms of pure length, only two of her singles matches ran longer... and the 3-way at New Year's Bash went the longest. But make no mistake, length alone wasn't what made this such a war... it was the way that both Kileas and Dragon simply refused to give in. Kileas showed a tremendous amount of endurance, but ultimately, he couldn't finish the job... though he pushed Dragon to her absolute limit, forcing her to make a snap decision, grabbing him in a crushing bearhug that finally brought this match to an end, and gave Dragon her tenth successful championship defense. Finally... Telan Kintelas was somewhat put out by the fact that he'd not been given a match on this show, and so he was "volunteered" to face off against a newcomer. Said newcomer was a part of the upcoming 50-state tournament that's been alluded to over the past few weeks... none other than Wyoming's Nathan Haines. And there was absolutely no doubt what this man was about: he's a powerhouse, brutal, dominant, and while Telan gave it a strong attempt, Nathan would ultimately crush him with a brutal powerbomb, and picked up a very impressive victory. The questions left to us now as we look towards next month's Sky's the Limit: Who will step up next against the Black Dragon? Will anyone manage to defend the Pacific Northwest Championship again? And who will stand as Proving Ground's #1 contenders on next week's show? We're inching ever closer to the biggest show of the year once again... And all hell may break loose before we even get that far.

We've got Proving Ground coming up on Monday as usual, and we'll be seeing the conclusion of both contender tournaments, and a huge matchup to see who will take on the Golden Ambush at Sky's the Limit, as well... Calista Vargas vs. Reina del Tigre, Inspire Contender Tournament Semifinal
La Relampaga vs. Candace Monroe, Inspire Contender Tournament Semifinal
8-way Battle Royal, Proving Ground Tag Team #1 Contender's match (Titania/Christina Wagner, The Gallego Twins, The Excellent Blades, La Familia)
SATOMI vs. Arthur Wright
Winter Fresh vs. Adrenaline Rush
Katherine White vs. Felice Santana
Inspire Contender Tournament Finals
Victor Kintelas vs. Kellaron Sentarl, Top Prospect Contender Tournament Finals We'll start the night with both semifinal matches for the Inspire tournament, to give the winners enough time to recuperate for the final later in the night. Calista Vargas and Reina del Tigre will kick things off, and there's no telling whether Reina will be able to stop Calista's meteoric rise to the top... she's looked nearly unstoppable since breaking out the Stormbreaker, but Reina is a former Inspire Champion herself, and could easily turn the tide here. On the other side of the bracket, perhaps the most unlikely of semifinal matches, at least when it comes to looking at the initial bracket. Nobody anticipated Candace Monroe plowing through Titania and getting past Sung Moon... and nobody would've guessed that Relampaga would get this far having face La Corsaria and Allison Avery. But here we stand: and both women are on the verge of a massive breakout moment. How to decide who gets a shot at the nigh-unbeatable Golden Ambush? With chaos, pure and simple. It's a strange way to determine a contender for the tag titles, but four teams will step into a battle royal, where the last one standing earns the opportunity for their team. The powerhouse team of Titania and Christina Wagner... the impressive twin duo that is the Gallegos... the increasingly-popular Excellent Blades... and the always-dangerous Rey and Chico. Only one will stand tall at the end of this one, and it may turn partner against partner more than once. But the prize at the end will be worth the pain. The last time SATOMI stepped into the ring, she scored a pinfall over the reigning Inspire Champion and ensured that her disappointing showing in the contender's tournament no longer mattered... she'd enter a 3-way match at Sky's the Limit against Amber and the winner of said tournament. But Amber's brother, Arthur, seems determined to come to his sister's aid after that recent defeat... and while Proving Ground typically keeps the divisions separate outside of tag matches, SATOMI didn't hesitate to accept a challenge to face off against Arthur. A strange match for a strange night, but SATOMI won't hesitate to take this one. The battle royal won't be the only bit of tag division action this week, as Winter Fresh, reeling from a crushing defeat at the hands of Titania and Christina Wagner, will aim to get themselves back on track as they square off with Adrenaline Rush. Nic Nitro and Tommy Thunder, meanwhile, will be looking to come back to Proving Ground in a big way... and a win against Winter Fresh would do a lot to help their image. We haven't seen much of Katherine White since her ill-fated challenge against Titania shortly after her arrival in Proving Ground. But the young star is back on track, set to take on Felice Santana. The question is: can she handle the agile rising star? Or will Felice shut down the admittedly brash young rookie? The co-main event of the night is one we don't yet know the participants for. It'll be decided earlier in the night... the Inspire semifinals, Calista vs. Reina and Relampaga vs. Candace, all lead to this. The winner enters into the match at Sky's the Limit against SATOMI and the champion, Amber Wright... and even the opportunity could be a major boost to the eventual winner. And finally, a match we haven't seen since the days of Pure Gold. The last time Victor and Kellaron found themselves on opposite sides of the ring, it was by force... and resulted in Victor taking the win, but the duo leaving Pure Gold and eventually capturing the Proving Ground Tag Team Championships from their former allies. A lot has changed since those days... but one thing's for sure, no matter how close these two are, there is no doubt they'll both bring everything they've got against each other. A Top Prospect Championship match with Akira Ryusaki rests in the balance... and Kellaron Sentarl has made it no secret that he's out to win that title before even considering moving away from Proving Ground.

One of the most intense shows Proving Ground's ever seen... and with two tournament finals, of course that'd be the case. Twitch: www.twitch.tv/videos/625388456Youtube: youtu.be/TuqXYa07LDEQuick Results Reina del Tigre def. Calista Vargas La Relampaga def. Candace Monroe Donna Nobel won the battle royal, the Excellent Blades are #1 contenders SATOMI def. Arthur Wright Winter Fresh def. Adrenaline Rush Katherine White def. Felice Santana Nick MacLeod def. Sanya Markov Reina del Tigre def. La Relampaga to win the Inspire Contender Tournament Victor Kintelas def. Kellaron Sentarl to win the Top Prospect Contender Tournament Write-ups Reina del Tigre has spent the last few weeks clawing her way back into title contention, and tonight, was the first person to stop Calista Vargas cold since she began her hot streak. Reina's pure technique proved the decisive blow here, and she roared into the finals... Where she would meet an opponent that seemingly few would've expected in said final. La Relampaga pulled off a huge upset here, holding out long enough to set up a Superstar Elbow, and a standing SSP to wrap up the match, once again leaving Candace frustrated and empty-handed. This was every bit as chaotic as expected, with these four teams not always working with their partners... indeed, Rafael Gallego eliminated his own sister early in the match. But this was the story of the Excellent Blades, in the end: the final three wound up being Rafael and both members of the Blades, and it took little time for Rafael to be sent packing... with their victory assured, Nicole seemed to practically lay down for Donna, and the Blades will challenge the Golden Ambush at Sky's the Limit for the Proving Ground Tag Team Championships. Divisional crossover is rare in Proving Ground, which is still separated by gender unlike the rest of the Phoenix Rising organization. That didn't stop SATOMI from squaring off with Arthur Wright, here, and she showed the newcomer that she's more than capable of handling herself no matter what division she's wrestling in. A brutal Nomisugi Knee laid Arthur out, and SATOMI looks truly dominant as she prepares to challenge once again for the Inspire Championship. Winter Fresh just keeps getting better and better. Fresh Suzuki, in particular, was relentless here, and while Nitro and Thunder gave it their all, it was nigh-impossible to kick out of a top rope Spanish Fly from Suzuki, who picked up a win with true authority. The first half of this match belonged to Felice, without any doubt. The young Dominican was going full-bore right from the bell, and Katherine couldn't keep pace in the slightest... but she slowly began to turn the tide, and after a multitude of rope-breaks in the corner, Katherine saw her chance, and pulled Felice into a chokehold that forced the young Santana to submit... Katherine escapes with a very, very hard-fought victory. Added to the card late, these two newcomer powerhouses didn't let up on each other for a single second of the match, but it was the Scot who pulled ahead. Nick MacLeod showed his raw strength by locking in multiple torture racks, including one leading to a powerbomb, and finally wrapped up the night with a brutal series of chops that led into his cross-style STF for the submission win. Nothing was going to stop Reina del Tigre tonight. Not even the upset machine that is La Relampaga. Relampaga's more traditional lucha style just couldn't match Reina's technique... or her power, for that matter, as this match came to a decisive end with a thunderous Tigerdriver from the top rope. The former Inspire Champion now has a chance to recapture her title... The last time these two met, it was with their membership in Pure Gold at stake... though the result wound up moot as both walked away from the group and joined forces instead as the GOAT. But Victor won that match, a year and a half ago... and he won this one, as well, this time with a more substantial prize on the line. Kellaron again falls short, but there's unlikely to be any bad blood between them... Victor, meanwhile, will look to become a two-time Top Prospect. But if he can't manage that... then the GOAT may be headed to Showdown to test their skills on the bigger stage.

We've got Evergreen coming up this week, and it's a big one... we don't have too many of these before Sky's the Limit, and Evergreen will have some presence on that show. Babe Ruthless vs. Eternamente VerdeKantar vs. Rampage RageIris Coleman vs. Jennifer HunterAndrea Hawke vs. Vincent SheridanConcrete Pete and Skidmark vs. Julian Shepard and the Phantom ThiefTasharun vs. Skullface KillahElly Blackwood vs. Zack SheridanArgent vs. El EvergringoOakland's Most Metal vs. eMo (Penelope Lea, Luci, Chasity) Things kick off this week with Eternamente Verde making a rare appearance early on the card, squaring off with Babe Ruthless. This opener will absolutely be what's expected: a wild brawl, likely bloody, and will set the tone for the rest of the night.
The one team that was able to finally stop the Bingo Hall Mutants in their tracks during their unstoppable tag team championship reign was the Demons, Kantar and Tasharun... and now, it seems the two teams are clashing once again, separately for now. Kantar will get Rampage Rage this week, as one of Evergreen's toughest squares off with a PEWA legend.
We've got ourselves an Evergreen debut this week, as Jennifer Hunter, hailing from Boston, Massachusetts, steps into the ring against Evergreen's resident rookie, Iris Coleman. Hunter has already developed a bit of a reputation locally, a vicious brawler that's eager to come straight at her opponents no matter who they might be.
Andrea Hawke continues to establish herself as part of the Evergreen roster, and this week, she's got one-half of the Sheridan brothers... specifically, the loudmouth, the flashy one, Vincent. He could make a huge impact with a win over Andrea, but that won't be an easy task, given how dangerous Andrea's proven to be.
The big boys are back in town, as Concrete Pete and Skidmark join forces once more to take on two of the best high-flying talents in Evergreen. Julian Shepard has been on a fairly good streak lately, losing a fiercely competitive match to Firehawk Sentarl last time out, along with earning his place in the upcoming 50-state tournament, while the Thief wiped out Mercy Devine last week... and her absence has been felt on this card.
Tasharun is slowly becoming a true part of the Evergreen roster, and there's no better way to establish himself further than by taking on a PEWA legend, the other half of the Bingo Hall Mutants, Skullface Killah. This won't be pretty... there will be no technique, no subtlety. Just a fight to the finish.
Zack Sheridan might have the tougher test of the Sheridan brothers... as he stares down the Invincible, the nigh-unstoppable force that is Elly Blackwood. Elly may have taken a surprising defeat in last week's 4-way contest (won by Skidmark), but that might only motivate her further to crush Zack without hesitation...
El Evergringo may not want to be here. Argent's been easily one of the most dangerous men in Evergreen from the moment he arrived, with his sights set on Sky's the Limit... where he intends to defeat Tasharun and prove he's better than his former ally. Still, Evergringo's been known for some wild upset victories... can he pull this one off?
We close out the night with pure, utter chaos. The Oakland trio has struggled at times, but Veronika Armstrong has begun to find her footing again, finding success elsewhere away from Evergreen. But now, she leads her bandmates into a trios match with eMo... albeit without the two she wants to get her hands on the most. No doubt Sookie will be watching this one closely as her fellow eMo members look to stop the metal trio cold in their pursuit of Evergreen gold...

Lot of good stuff this week for Evergreen. Only two more for them before Sky's the Limit, so there's a lot left to do... Twitch: www.twitch.tv/videos/628283239Youtube: youtu.be/cKHa2izkOZUQuick Results Eternamente Verde def. Babe Ruthless Rampage Rage def. Kantar Jennifer Hunter def. Iris Coleman Andrea Hawke def. Vincent Sheridan Concrete Pete and Skidmark def. Julian Shepard and the Phantom Thief Skullface Killah def. Tasharun Elly Blackwood def. Zack Sheridan El Evergringo def. Argent eMo def. Oakland's Most Metal Write-ups Your usual Evergreen opener, with Verde showing exactly what's made her one of the top stars in Evergreen for so long. She handled everything Babe had to throw her way, and landed her big leaping cutter to pick up another victory as she continues to keep her reputation as one of the best. It was definitely the Mutants' night: Rampage Rage was a wrecking ball against Kantar here, and never let the demon hit his biggest moves, finishing the job with a Splash of Rage to start their night off strong. This was as good of a debut as anyone could ever dream of. Jennifer Hunter made an impact immediately here in her first match, going face-to-face with Iris Coleman, brawling with the young rookie and proving that she already knows what Evergreen's all about. She finally landed a huge punch that, whether it KOed Iris or not, was quickly followed up by a brutal submission that ended the match in very, very impressive fashion. No doubt we'll be seeing plenty more of Jennifer Hunter here in Evergreen going forward. Vincent Sheridan seemed bound and determined not to be made a fool of here... and he certainly put up a hell of a fight against Andrea Hawke. But he just couldn't seal it... and Andrea finally got sick of his surprising resilience, blasting him with a series of elbows before locking in the Anaconda Vice to force a submission. Try as they might, Julian and the Thief just couldn't put this one away, despite Thief landing a Change of Heart on Skidmark (but failing to land it completely flush). Pete came down hard from the top rope onto the Thief in the end, and that colossal weight coming down would spell the end of this one. An all-out fight to the finish, but this one was firmly Skullface's match to lose for pretty much the entire time. Tasharun just couldn't get a proper foothold, and despite Kantar involving himself at the lowest moments, this was seemingly never in doubt. Zack Sheridan proved much less resilient than his brother this time around, as Elly Blackwood absolutely dismantled him, nearly ripping his arm off before crushing him with a Stretch Bomb for the most dominant win of the night. El Evergringo has developed a reputation of his own: he is the Upset Machine of Evergreen, and never has that been clearer than tonight, as while Argent dominated the early parts of this match, Evergringo fought back time and time again, before snatching up a rollup counter to score one of the most shocking victories in recent memory. eMo seemed like they'd come into this match with an agenda... it ended considerably sooner than anyone anticipated, and the bulk of their offense was targeted at Veronika Armstrong, double-teams and vicious attacks on the leader of the Oakland trio. eMo picked up the win, but... Veronika Armstrong "So it really all comes out the moment I start thinking about setting my sights on you. The moment I start to challenge eMo and Sookie, she tells her buddies to make sure I don't get that far. Hell, I hadn't even said a word about coming after you and that title yet, but you clearly figured something out somewhere along the way when we got set up against your group. I don't have a single doubt in my mind what you told your creepy little vampire bitch before tonight: 'take her out.' So you focused your attention on me. Powerbombed one of my own partners on me to keep me down.
Here's the thing, Sookie, if you wanted to take me down through injury, you failed at that. If you wanted to try and make sure I couldn't challenge you for that title, you failed at THAT. You've been going around, ducking challengers, slipping through defenses time and time again, and I'm not going to let you get away this time. You understand me? It doesn't matter WHAT you try to do, you cowardly little bitch, you're not getting away from me. And I know your game by now: you're gonna try and sic them on me again, try to keep me from challenging you at Sky's the Limit. So send 'em my way, I don't give a damn, I'll wipe out anyone that gets in the way of what I'm after... that title's coming back to THE Evergreen Original, one way or another." Jennifer Hunter "You better damn well believe I'm sticking around here. After a debut like that? You're gonna have a hard time getting rid of me. This Northwest group's never had anyone come through quite like me before, and you're gonna learn real damn well what it's like having a proper Boston brawler putting people's lights out, week after week. Just you watch... I'm gonna plow through whoever gets put in front of me. Champion or not, 'original' or 'outsider', the lowest guy on the ladder or the one in charge... doesn't matter to me at all."
