Status of Continuum III: No longer vaporware 👻💾 I am 1 match away from finishing the Continuum III event - the event I wanted to post in December, 2020. I am going to start posting it in individual segments over the next few weeks. The main reason for that is because the show is really long and it's too much to hit people with all at once. Also, I figure it gives me more incentive to push to finish the final match if I've already started posting parts of the show. First segment of Continuum III: Introduction and Bonus Match! |

Thought I'd start the show off with a real bang 💥
I recorded that clip in mid 2020 so my memory isn't 100% clear but I'm pretty sure I played out that spot rather than the CPU. Still, I didn't expect the CRITICAL! to happen, just the victory. So it was a "holy shit" moment for me and one of those combinations that looked absolutely BRUTAL in FPW!

Part 2 of Continuum III is now up!Second segment of Continuum III: Thomas Mills vs. Brandr Hoff and an appearance by Geese Walker! Geese's long-awaited grudge match with James Ward is in the third segment which I'll be posting this weekend. But he has a little fun (at someone's expense) at the end of segment two as well 😏 The Geese segment dates when I originally wrote this part of the show. Although Geese as a partially-amnesiac stock market player was a story that went back to early 2019, I wrote this segment right after the big Gamestop story early last January. I never thought it would take me over a year to finish the show!! 🤦♂️ I still love how harsh it was watching Geese giving the Classified section to Mills after losing a match.

That was also one of my favorite matches and promos ever to write for him 😎

Sorry for the bait and switch but I don't mind doing that so much when the match wasn't even advertised on the show. We'll get THRASH vs. King one day and it will bring down the house. Meanwhile, I think both men made some powerful statements on this show.

Two pieces of good news tonight! 1. Part 6 of Continuum III is now up!Sixth segment of Continuum III: Alicia Gordon vs. Tsaoring Chou in their Block A league match. 2. After a year and three months, I finished writing the rest of the show tonight!! 🍾 That's right, the 12/13/ 2020 show is finally completed! I still want to pace actually posting the rest of the show though just because so much happens and I don't want to hit people in the head with it. But I just have two segments left of the show - the main event and the aftermath. So one more posting next weekend and then the weekend after that. Then I can get a few post-show RP's up and re-catalyze the Collider Tour 😎 (I guess those colliders are dangerous after all - they caused UBL to go into cryogenic stasis! 🥶) |

Part 7 of Continuum III is now up!The main event of Continuum III is upon us: Corey O'Brian vs. Joachim.
Went for something a little different here than my usual style of write-up match. Due to the year-long build-up to this match (in terms of their rivalry and also this specific show), I wanted to make their stand-off unique while having Joachim try to prove himself and his good intentions to Corey.
The final segment of the show occurs after the main event and will be posted next week.

The final part of Continuum III is now up!The aftermath of the show, which led to the 1+ year delay, has now been revealed.
Despite being the last segment, it was actually written first back in 2020. I made a few tweaks to make the violence worse to further justify the hiatus (which was not expected when I initially planned the event) but the angle with Clyde's harpoon was already in mind, as was the fall he took. This was meant to represent a dangerous escalation in the UBL/Gauntlet war: hence the long hiatus ordered by Devin Kunn.
In the coming weeks, we'll return to the present with some RP's, updated schedule, and maybe even a show!
