Corey O'Brian shares his wisdom in response to Joachim's attempt to build trust. This trust story between them just feels perfect as a part of Corey's overall story line right now. I love that closing line but I also love the whole "he dost protest too much" part of Joachim trying to distance himself from Destiny. Also liked how he called attention to the "Closed door" match as better evidence than anything Joachim said. I'm going to have fun with their eventual match 😎

An OG-Joshi RP!! 💖 Kathy Queen shows everyone why she's the "Sexual Anarchist" 😲 OctoberRaven, I didn't actually see this posted until tonight! I've been a bit derelict in wandering over to the OG-Joshi side of Peter Venkman Memorial Arena, which is embarrassing given the new life it was supposed to have this year! Thanks for catalyzing some activity there with this awesome promo! Going to add her to the roster now too! Oh and thanks for posting her bio! Promo thoughts:
Someone calling themselves the "Ace" in OG-Joshi is sure to pique a certain person's interest 😎
I LOVE this line!!
And what an awesome finish!
Also LOL at this line in her bio:
Mr. Figaro: "I like this one! 👏" Mr. Clyde: "Shhh, you are currently unaccounted for." Mr. Figaro: "My libido isn't." Mr. Clyde: "It may be less dangerous in disembodied form then."
Oh and I do spy this little gem too!
Robin: "Way to swing for the fences Queeny, I think we have some stuff to discuss..."

The Promo Round-up for the Continuum Stream is now completed! Two wrestlers from Block D give their thoughts about the Universal Championship League. Matt Rivers explains what has happened in his career...and makes a promise about the future. And Kazuo Saji drops some dope (...as in dumb) rhymes against the entire league participant field! 😎

If not for the timestamps, that last gif would have been almost seamless. Awesome.

If not for the timestamps, that last gif would have been almost seamless. Awesome. I'm very glad you enjoyed that!! 😃
I impressed myself that I was even able to provide such a seamless visual transition. Video editing isn't exactly my jam and I'm still learning the very complex (and not initially user friendly) Blender program. I had the spot in my head worked out nicely and was happy that I was able to visually represent it as smooth as I did.
But yeah, the timestamps peak in at the corner of the eye 🤦♂️ I tried both cropping and zooming into the spot to get rid of the timestamp but it messed with the overall visual effect of the spot so I didn't think it was worth it. There was probably a way to cover up that part of the screen but I'm quite sure how to do that yet.
It also kinda annoys me that the timestamps of the other GIFS in the show are out of order relative to their spot in the write-up. Since I'm not capping these matches, I'm getting all the GIFS through 1P action against a CPU that doesn't always behave. And sometimes I get a cool spot out of order, almost by accident, that isn't in my overall script for the match so I work it in at a later time than I actually get it.
But overall, I'm happy with how the production went on this show. That said, I don't expect future Continuum shows to be as long as this. I wanted to start things off big, especially given the 2-month delay, but I can't see finishing this league within the next 5 years if every show is this big in addition to the Dimensional stream (which got totally ignored the past few months) and my hopes I can do at least one OG-Joshi show this year.

Snakes on a Plane responds to El Exilio's comments last week and make a challenge! A few updates: - Slightly updated schedule for Dimensional Tour. - Reducing show size: I started the tour with some really big events. Catalyst, First Dimension, and Continuum I all took a lot of time to produce and kind of sapped my energy once I was done with them. I usually needed like a week or two before I could even get back into things. I'd rather not have that keep happening! A big part of my plans for this tour wasn't just creative but also procedural. I wanted to see if I could experiment with some different formats, especially in light of not using youtube anymore. I think what I'm going to do is work on some smaller shows. I loaded up the previous ones with too many animated GIFS and pics which took a ton of time to produce. I think I may go for something closer to a summary style with one pic per match. I'm also so behind in my shows compared to where my head canon progress is right now. That's why I'm hotshotting the Tag Title match to happen sooner than I initially planned. I have some big angles on the Dimensional stream that I want, and need, to get to in order for it to not play such an obvious second fiddle to the Continuum Stream. (I agree with El Exilio on that point...) So time is right to get moving on all that. I'm gonna try to get that show done within the next two weeks if possible. Then my Continuum Stream shows will also be smaller because I just can't do a league that has events every 2 months. Just kills all momentum. I still like doing long RP's though 😁 Most of my head canon recently has been these long dialogues between wrestlers that haven't really interacted much in the past and who I have long-term plans to potentially interact more in the future depending on how the dialogues spark. But I have some current angles to move along too. The whole Tetsu Gushiken/Charles Langford injury angle is going to get more coverage. - Basic Training format: I have the six trainees I introduced a few months back and just completed a new one this week. (My first edit actually made for FPW that was not originally made in FPR and ported. Yup, doing that only took me 3 years!). But I'm going to do something different than I did in the past for Basic Training. I'm not going to do events for them for a while. I want to differentiate this from a lower card rookie division and truly have it be trainees that are learning the ropes. I also kind of see doing like a "Guest lecturer" program where certain wrestlers come in, give some general advice, and maybe work with them on some moves. Again, my head canon on this is like months ahead of where I can actually write any of this. But I'm enjoying it 😄

Arthur Wingate explains the reasons for the ubble inactivity! Some further RL explanation for the delays and the promo: Good ole Devin is a great punching bag character for my own delays!
Geese's line about not being able to reclaim the 2020 that you had planned for is spot on here. Of course, even before this year got particularly nasty, I knew I probably bit off more than I could chew with a "2-stream" plan for the current tour. Throw in just all sorts of RL issues plus Move Craft completely taking all of my Fire Pro attention, and UBL got unfairly placed on the back burner. I'm going to try to combat that but it may take another month until I can get the momentum I had a few months ago. Expect one more RP to finish this meta storyline and then I'll start work on Continuum II and 2nd Dimension. I expect to start up again with shorter shows until I can get my rhythm back and so that I don't lose it so easily agin. It's going to be a rather hectic Fall on all fronts but I really want to keep this Tour and UBL going. I have so many stories that I've wanted to tell for this Tour and I just need a way to efficiently do so. The answer is not to hold myself to an old standard of content (length and frequency) that I simply can't replicate anymore and which isn't even optimal for following given how busy everyone is. The stories are clear to me but the ways to communicate them are going to continue to be a WIP. I knew that going into the tour but it's even more important to figure out now.

Arthur Wingate and Drake Yoshida have a meeting with Devin Kunn. This is part one of a four-part RP series. I just kept writing last night until my brain convinced me that the massive delays were actually a good thing because they gave me a new angle to work with 😁

2020 kinda 2020'd all over a lot of peoples' E-Fedding plans, I think. I hope you're well and taking care of yourself out there in this crazy year, Geese.
