So I made this a few days ago. Was having difficulties again testing in game and managed to UfCk up the example project. Started deleting parts from inside the folders since there were errors showing all over the place in game and in unity and when it said warning you can't get these back I thought yeah yeah. I can just unzip again and restart. But no I can' load it any more lol, even uninstalled and deleted everything. WTF have I done. Oh well maybe this is the last post on this matter. If anybody wanted to try this bret head out.

I hope not. These new heads you’re creating look awesome and I would love to see how they work in game. This could be another huge addition to the game and community. Hopefully someone can point you in the right direction and guide you as to how you can use your own creations without destroying your game in the process. There is a lot of potential here and it would be a shame to give up now.

Thanks for that. It seems like I'm not cut out for this though doesn't it ;) I wouldn't mind just sharing the art as well, as I just have, if one or two people with the abilities to get them into a tex file might do so. (and maybe share as a thank you, hint hint)
Also I'm quite happy to try to make a tutorial on how I do this if there's interest. Though, that might take some time and I'm not sure how many people would want to go through it.. it took around 7 hours for that bret as he is, and I wouldn't call that finished. The neckline defo needs a little cropping and the hair is pretty meh at the moment just to get it available and fitting
Anybody have any requests of likenesses? I could just render the front and side as a tester? Only thing is that masks are out. I'm using facegen to create a 3d model from two photos, then tweaking it to look better and posing for angles.

Any info you can share about how you’re creating them I think would be a huge benefit. But hopefully you’ll continue with them since they’ve looked really good so far

Turning all the default heads into more realistic ones would be a hell of a project...
How do you do this? Is there a guide?
I see you use FaceGen, what version? Artist, 3D Print, Modeller?

There's no guide at the moment. I use the free demo here.
Then once the face is built, it usually needs some if not loads of tweaking, put it into gimp/photoshop and reduce the colours and shrink it, basically
You really picked one to challenge didn't you? There has to be a good front pic and ideally a good side pic too  I'm trying.
Edit: And yeah making every wrestler ever like this - it wouldn't be free if I was doing them all shall we say lmao
