MordecaiXLII and Level, you two guys are Alts #1 and #2 respectively, in case someone with "edit TBD" doesn't come up with something in a timely fashion or if I decide one of the entrants is too borked logic wise to play nice with the other entries. I think we'll call the entries closed at this point, as I think 2 alts should be plenty.
Thanks so much guys for helping me fill this up so quick, I'll be starting to look through the edits submitted in the next day or two. Peeps that have reserved a slot without posting an edit, please try to have something picked/posted by next weekend, as I'm angling towards streaming the qualifying round Friday August 17th, and I need sufficient time to check logic and get some test simming done to determine brackets.

So I've started going through the logic of the edits that have been submitted so far. I've been sending out PM's with logic suggestions...if you haven't gotten one yet, you will get one soon. Please know that these are constructive criticisms only with the sole intention of having a relatively even playing field for everyone involved. It should be a great tourney.
Also, Zealot's post above reminded me of one guideline that I intended to include but totally forgot. I'd really prefer it if submitted edits have "Finisher" as their Critical ability. :P

OK guys, if you look in the first post of this thread, you'll see some of the entries have a star next to their name. This means I've looked through the logic and the edit is good to go in its current form.
If your edit doesn't have a star, it's because I haven't looked at him yet, or because I'm waiting to hear back from you on suggested tweaks. check your PMs.

He should be mostly healed up from his PPV match this Friday and could probably use a Japan getaway after his feud with Machine Gun.
Let me know if anything needs tweaking, test sims went well.

OK, update: of the 18 edits submitted so far, 15 of those are now good to go (thanks for responding so fast to PM's, fellas), with only 3 waiting on replies to PMs re: slight tweaks.
That leaves 6 people who still need to submit an edit to fill their slot: OfficerBrightly, Slick_36, TigerStripePro, kingradical, magmadiver and soak314. No rush guys, but sometime in the next few days would be ideal :P
I'm getting excited, this tournament should be all kinds of excellent.

Ripping my way through a League right now with all of the edits confirmed so far. I'm very pleased. Matches are coming in at 15-25 minutes for the most part, with the majority of ratings in the high 80s to high 90s with very few outliers. I'm stoked at how well so many of these edis are working together. Here's just a handful of the best results so far: |
