Loved this show! Mohammad looking dominant in his match with Phil, I predict that Mohammad will go pretty far in the Z-1 Climax. Fury vs Powers was pure unadulterated hoss insanity. Neon Knights getting one over on the Capitalists made my day, and knowing this win will earn them a title shot makes it that much sweeter. Juliette's match against Listalva was simply phenomenal and my personal pick for MOTN. The number of reversals was amazing and personified the counter-style I enjoy so much in Fire Pro. Sosa was incredible in a match I gave him zero chance in against Felix, but the subsequent crushing by Colossus was a major let down. I hope this situation gets addressed soon. Space Cowboys were amazing, nuff said. And the main was highly enjoyable if slightly one sided, Mutombo showing off a level of class and skill and Masa just couldn't compete with. Cowboy Johnson gonna have his hands full against Mutombo.

Glad you enjoyed it, I certainly was happy to see the turnout I had, and never take the support you guys show for granted.
Knights didn't earn a title shot by the way, they kept their top ranked spot in the Office!
I know my system is a bit confusing in that regard, but simply stated: The Senatorial Office itself doesn't have titles, just a set of rankings for singles and tag competitors from within the entire organization. The #1 spot on either list is considered as prestigious as a title, but unlike traditional belts, can be lost without a match if someone can make the case to do so with their accomplishments. It's still generally defended in matches, though.
Now, there are actual belts/titles in the Affiliate feds, PEWA Extreme title(Tomas) and Extreme Tag Titles(The Knights, again), Dominican Golden Championship for SFW(Felix Jr, although he's not happy with that right now), Wacker Drive Revival has The Loop, which is a title held and defended by stables, either in singles or team matches(D-Team), UCSS Openweight Title(Thiago Gracie) and Pan African Wrestling, TIPWF and Lightning Pro will likely have their own belts in due time.

The Post Lariats and Legislators #5 press conference was an eventful moment for the Office, perhaps even more so than the show that it followed. And no part of the proceedings had nearly the ramifications(or the drama) as did the Santana Family portion. For once, the three Felix Santanas were again on the same side following the proceedings of Lariats #5, and the results were explosive.
Three generations of Felix Santanas were found at their table for Felix Junior’s conference, along with El Froggy Mask. His father looked decidedly uncomfortable and out of place in his ill-fitting suit while Felix III seemed to be even more on edge than usual. In contrast, Junior’s demeanor was as cool and collected as usual, wearing an all-white sportcoat and suit combination.
Felix Santana Junior: I do not address you all now as the Dominican Golden Champion. No matter what Midas says, I am no longer the real champion. I now talk to you as Felix Santana Junior. Nothing more, nothing less. And I want to state my concern for my opponent, the real Champion, Salvador Sosa. What he had to go through was not right! He fought me like a man, he fought me like the real champion! And he is our rightful champion now! But because he tried to take everything he felt was owed to him, he had to deal with…
Felix Santana Senior: It was unacceptable! Midas! If you want to screw my title over, maybe I leave the Office! You injure my champion! You are no good! No good at all!
Felix Junior: What my father is saying, is that we of Santana Family Wrestling did not appreciate what happened at Lariats #5. And we are concerned that you are trying to take over my family’s organization rather than working with it.
Felix Santana III: I want to say, everything I have done, I did it because I wanted Santana Family Wrestling to step into the modern day. I wanted to be the one who made it better. I wanted to take it and shape it to thrive and survive in today’s environment! And I would do anything to do that! But I would not destroy my inheritance! And that’s what you are doing, Midas! And that’s why I’m standing here with my family again! No matter how hard it is for us to get along, we will stand together for this! And we will stand together against you!
El Froggy Mask: I am not a Santana by birth. But I am Santana by experience. I fight with these people. And I fight for these people.
Felix Junior: We are unified. So you laid down the challenge. From what I hear, you have the Rudo Army on your side. You got the Colossus. A seven foot tall, four hundred pound demon. But we will not fear you. I will hold this title as a placeholder for when the rightful king returns. I will not defend it until then, no matter how long it takes. But if you want to go after my people again, you will have a fight on your hands. Not a wrestling match, a fight!
As the conference continued, Morgan “Midas” Matthews waltzed into the press room, with Persephone and Irkalla, as well as Colossus Rhodes, Crusher Honda, Stanford Bradley and a rather reluctant Ibrahim Rahman., the group sitting down at the opposite table from the Santana contingent. At the same time, Senator Steve Phillips and the Capitalists entered the room, taking a spot at the center podium.
Morgan “Midas” Matthews: I have to say, I am troubled somewhat by the hostile tone which you have taken tonight! I have given you opportunities for profit and worldwide expansion! And I gifted you your long held prize, Felix! Why would you ever reject such a generous gift?
Felix Senior: You are a snake in the grass! You insult our honor! You disrespect our company!
Midas: Be careful with that big mouth, it might just write you a check you can’t cash, old man.
Felix III: You’re a smug piece of garbage! Come over here and talk to my grandfather like that!
Felix Junior: Hah, wasn’t it just a few months back you were suplexing your grandfather around the ring? But, seriously, I agree. Come over here, you money drunk puta and see what happens!
Senator Steve Phillips: Might we tone this down a notch?
Felix Senior: He wants to steal my company and kill my people! He devalued our belt!
Midas: You might just wish to control your rabid dogs over there before they bite someone.
Senator: Enough! Felix! I promise you that I will take actions to rectify…
Midas: No.
Senator: Excuse me?
Midas: You heard me. You will do nothing. Santana Family Wrestling is my playground now. This is where I want my people to have some fun, build their names, and grow their brands. SFW…is a means to an end, not an end to a means.
Senator: The Office is not in the business of damaging its brands. And what you have done…
Midas: Has drawn more eyes to SFW than yet another Felix Junior match ever would.
Senator: And yet, you denigrate a top name on MY roster again. And yet, once again, you attempt to grab another piece of my Office and make it yours. And again, you are valuing your own contracted workers over the company as a whole. This ends now. You had no real authority to make that call regarding the Dominican Golden Championship. You had no real authority to throw that monstrosity at Salvador Sosa, right after his monumental victory. We will now set some hard boundaries and limitations on your behavior going forward. And that is final.
Midas: No, it is not. I made a substantial investment here for a reason. I was never going to be content financing this operation from the shadows while you continued to run it with your small minded vision. I will inform you right now, that Mr. Bradley here is the key to my puzzle. If you really believe that you have nothing to lose in shutting me out, you do so at your own risk. Mr. Bradley here has done some phenomenal investigative research, and let it be said that his discoveries…they’ll be quite damaging if they see the light of day.
Senator: Your ace in the hole is…Stanford Bradley?
Stanford Bradley: Damn straight I am!
Midas: Yes. He is. And I would not have guessed he ever would have been. But nobody is as motivated to do the dirty work. And as I said, if you wish to test me on this, you will regret it.
Senator: Somehow, I doubt that.
Stanford: Oh yeah, I got some good stuff a month ago! Back at the Watergate! Guess you’ll be be just like Nixon! Brought down by that hotel!
Midas: See?
Senator: You are…
Anthony Kalb: Oh man, I know this look.
Kevin Fitsharris: Interference time!
Without another word, Senator Steve Phillips launched himself towards Midas Matthews and Stanford Bradley. Before he could leave the podium, however, the Capitalists managed to step in his path.
This, however, seemed to be enough motivation for the entire Santana table to clear, with Felix Senior amazingly ending up being the first man to take a shot at a distracted Midas. Unfortunately, or perhaps, quite fortunately for the Santana Patriarch, Ibrahim Rahman managed to intercept him and gently dragged him out of the way, just as Crusher Honda and Colossus Rhodes rose up.
Felix Junior and III both arrived at the same time, each throwing a dropkick in stereo at Honda, sending her crashing into a pile of chairs, while El Froggy Mask hopped onto the podium, leaping off with a flying Hop Dropkick of his own at Rhodes, staggering the giant against the table. Phillips thrashed out of Fitsharris’s grip, only for a desperate Kalb to tackle him back down to the ground. At the same time, an enraged Crusher Honda started chucking chairs around like baseballs, hitting Felix III with one, and another landing on her own teammate, Rahman. Colossus Rhodes stood back up, attempting a huge chokeslam on Junior, only for El Froggy to again land a dropkick on him, breaking the hold. Again, Phillips got back to his feet, shrugging out of Kalb’s grip, and losing his sportcoat in the process, this time, chasing after a terrified Stanford Bradley, but instead found himself eye to eye with Crusher Honda. Most people of rational mental faculties would turn back at this point. Senator Phillips, instead, threw a lariat. Honda deflected the strike, answering it with an elbow of her own, sending the Senator back a few steps…a smile on his face. Phillips threw an elbow back, and the two traded strikes multiple times, until the Capitalists again intervened, dragging the two apart.
Finally, security made its way into the room, with guards holding every person back, other than the absent Midas Matthews and the untouchable Colossus Rhodes, who glared down through his mask at the guards cringing before him. Amazingly, Steve Phillips and Crusher Honda both seemed to have calmed down enough to shake hands, between the guards, while Ibrahim Rahman helped Felix Senior back to his feet.
Kalb: This…is not good.
Fitsharris: Understatement of the decade, there, Kalb, maybe of the century...

While the Office is in turmoil, that has not stopped management from posting the card for the upcoming AAW vs. PEWA supershow.
---
AAW vs PEWA: Coastal Conflict Eight Matches to be held at the Halcyon Ballroom in Philadelphia, PA at 8:00 PM(CT) on Friday, August 17
Main Event Jack Fury(PEWA) vs. Kerry Texan(AAW) Two legendary blood drenched warriors meet in a match that on paper, features two men with a combined age of over a hundred. But to the hardcore fans of the hardcore style, this is a long awaited dream in the making, and one between two men who, while perhaps past their physical prime, have been recording prime quality performances as of late. Kerry Texan of AAW is an outright phenom, destroying nearly everyone he has faced in the last six months, while Jack Fury came back to the PEWA with a startling run of wins and match of the night candidates. This one will be worth waiting for, no doubt.
PEWA Extreme Title Tomas the Tiny Giant(C) vs. Luke Powers Luke Powers won a shot at regaining his title from Tomas at Lariats and Legislators #5, and he gets his chance here in the co-main event of the evening. The Tiny Giant, however, does not seem to fear his opponent, and has stated that he will break many light tubes and skulls in this title bout.
Ricky "Violence" Valdez(UCSS) vs. Adrien Lawton(AAW) The UCSS's resident dirty fighter from Guadalajara challenged the Money Man himself, Adrien Lawton in a boxer vs boxer match that could show whether Valdez's relatively pure boxing skills(and dirty tricks) can stand up to Lawton's more extensive pro wrestling training and old boxing reflexes.
The Bingo Hall Butchers (Skullface Killah, Rampage Rage and Jack Slash)(PEWA)(BDW) vs. The Belmonte Bros.(Josh Belmonte, Manny Belmonte and JD Belmonte) Violence and carnage is promised here, with the entire Butchers contingent bringing Jack Slash from BDW to take on all three of the Belmonte Brothers, which may very well be a sign of the apocalypse, all apologies to Masa Tokugawa. Clubber Lang may have made the prediction for this match back in Rocky III: Pain.
G.P. Christopher(PEWA) vs. Reggie Griggs(AAW) Two of the most well liked men on either roster, GPC and Griggs both come into this match looking not just to win for their side, but to give the fans something worthwhile as well. Don't expect this one to be over fast.
Florida Man(PEWA) vs. Shreiking Sheik(AAW) While many fear for Florida Man's health on a regular basis, his match with the Shreiking Sheik might very well be a cataclysmic event for the erratic PEWA star. The Sheik's single minded obsession with inflicting destruction could reach new levels in this match.
The Goodfellas(Eddie the Wire and Tony the Rod)(PEWA) vs. The Harbingers(Silver Demon and Hunter) Two of the top tag teams in the entire Critical Alliance enter into battle here, with the Harbingers represented by the destructive Silver Demon and reliable Hunter, while the Goodfellas bring over twenty years of experience into play here.
Hobo Harry(PEWA) vs. Simba Mufasa(AAW) Two of the fastest paced members of the card meet in the opener, with the well-traveled Hobo Harry taking on AAW's Fearless Lion, Simba Mufasa. Harry enters this match as a strong favorite, but Mufasa has never backed down from a match.

I'm going to attempt to run Coastal Conflict tomorrow, but if I can't, I'm aiming for the next Friday, which, to be honest, will be much more likely as a target date.
---
Luke Powers spoke out about his win at Lariats #5 and his match with Tomas for the PEWA Extreme title.
Luke Powers: All the respect in the world for Jack Fury. That crazy old bastard's still as tough as he ever was. But he stood in my way, for my title and while he's been in the nursing home, I've been carrying this company. So I did what I had to do. He's gonna tear the house down with Kerry Texan, anyway. Don't care what happens in my match, I'm not missing that one for anything. Now, Tomas, he and I got unfinished business. Tomas pulled some straight up BS for a while there, running with the Harbingers and all that. That's cool. But he's not done anything for the PEWA since then. Stuck his head in the ground. Wrestled on Monday Night Wrestling, got more titles there, but that's about it. He's not here in Philly. He's not here bleeding on a regular basis like I did. And that's why I'm gonna take that belt off him the first chance I get. That's my belt, this is my home fed, this is my home town, this is my turf, Tomas, and you're not gonna forget it!
---
Jack Fury spoke out as well on the main event and recent happenings in his usual raspy whisky cracked tone.
Jack Fury: So I lost...I lost to a better man...but he was only better this time. I am not dead yet! Not dead yet! And now I face another man who refuses to pay his tribute to Charon, who will not cooperate with the Grim Reaper, who rose the middle finger to Father Time, a man who would not descend to Hell, but instead brought Hell back up to Texas! Kerry Texan! You old ancient fucker! We will meet in combat! And no matter how tough you are, no matter how stubborn you will be, I will obliterate you! I will separate you from the fountain of youth! I will beat your unearthly resilience out of you! And I will write your obituary in blood!
---
Tomas of course, had to have a few words of his own.
Tomas the Tiny Giant: so the man of powers thinks he is a real man of the city of the love of brothers and thinks that tomas is not a real champion for the extreme...tomas does not agree with this, no he does not agree, not at all...BECAUSE TOMAS IS EXTREME! TOMAS IS NOT JUST AN EXTREME PERSON TOMAS IS EXTREME ITSELF! TOMAS BREAKS LIGHT TUBES AND PEOPLE ALL THE TIME! IT IS THE WAY OF LIFE FOR THE TINY GIANT! LIFE HATED TOMAS SO TOMAS HATES LIFE! AND WANTS TO DESTROY EVERYTHING! what would be more extreme than that? tomas wonders what the answer to that question would be, but i do not have an answer, because THE ONLY ANSWER IS ME BREAKING THE MAN OF POWERS!

Lawton Scratched, New Match Booked for Coastal Conflict-Big news concerning the AAW vs. PEWA: Coastal Conflict event, related to last night's AAW program. During the course of a violent match between rising star Tommy Day and former boxing superstar Adrien Lawton, Day dropped Lawton on his head, inflicting what looked to be a serious injury on his opponent. Lawton was scheduled to face off against fellow boxer Ricky "Violence" Valdez from Universal Combat Shoot Style, but with Lawton's injury, this match has been scratched from the card. However, as one door closes, another opens. Placed in a strong position from his recent performances, Tommy Day now represents AAW in a match against Wacker Drive Revival ace, and co-holder of The Loop championship, Marcus "Mr. Moonsault" Xavier, in what promises to be a dynamic showing for the ages.

Mr. Moonsault on Match for Coastal Conflict, GPC Pushes for Change
Mr. Moonsault, Marcus Xavier has been added to the AAW vs PEWA supershow, facing rising star Tommy Day from AAW. Moonsault made a media statement today on the matter, saying “I’m proud to take this match on short notice. Philly fans are almost as die hard as my crowd in Chi-town.” He was complimentary concerning his opponent, stating, “I don’t think there’s too many guys out there like Tommy Day. He’s got a mean streak, but he’s also skilled and athletic. Haven’t seen too many guys like that. But then again, he’s never seen someone like Mr. Moonsault.”
---
George Paul Christopher is one of the PEWA’s most popular and prolific grapplers, taking on AAW’s Reggie Griggs at Coastal Conflict this Friday. However, he appears to be somewhat discontented with his place in the wrestling world, and had a meeting with PEWA President Biff Taylor and Senator Steve Phillips earlier this week.
Christopher released a statement on the meeting, stating, “It’s not that I don’t love the PEWA or Philly. The PEWA made me what I am now, and I can’t wait to wrestle Reggie Griggs, representing my home town. But I also know that I’m not where I want to be at this point. So I spoke with Mr. Taylor and Senator Phillips, and I told them that now that the Senatorial Office signed up with Lightning Pro in Kyoto that I wanted to fulfill my dreams and wrestle in Japan.”
“Biff, I mean, Mr. Taylor wasn’t too happy, and said he wants me to be his big star, the future of the PEWA. Senator Phillips said that he’d be willing to help Biff out and find him a temporary replacement though. And that’s why I’m announcing that I am going to join the L-Pro roster for its first show, and spend a year over there. And when I return, Mr. Taylor told me that if I’m ready for the main event, I’ll be ready to be his ace. So I think it’s a win/win for all of us.”
---
The Senatorial Office has announced that a new set of rankings will be up sometime in the following week after Coastal Conflict, with the only guarantees being that #1 Ranked Singles wrestler Cowboy Johnston and #1 Ranked Tag Team wrestlers Supernaut and Holy Diver will keep their top spots for now.
---
AAW vs. PEWA: Coastal Conflict should be scheduled after the ZIP Japan Z-1 Climax tournament broadcast on Friday night.

Many thanks to everyone who showed up for the show tonight, and for JJB in suggesting it. Coastal Conflict was a superb success in almost every way(other than for the PEWA's win/loss record...), and it just goes to show how the community can come together, even now, to enjoy some good matches and storytelling. Results below, pics and polish come later, since I have a lot of stuff to throw out there, news wise with this one AAW vs PEWA: Coastal Conflict Eight Matches to be held at the Halcyon Ballroom in Philadelphia, PA at 8:00 PM(CT) on Friday, August 17
Bonus Match Mina Fitsharris and Juliette Erving vs BK London and Jay Zero An odd couple tag team to say the least, Mina Fitsharris and Juliette Erving were cajoled into teaming by Biff Taylor for a bonus match, taking on the two former ACW grapplers in London and Zero. This was not a pretty match, a total cluster mess. Erving's lariat storms seemed to get the best of Jay Zero multiple times, but he managed to escape the pin, only to land a Death Valley Bomb that KOed the rough brawler. Not a good look for the Erving/Fitsharris team.
Main Event Jack Fury(PEWA) vs. Kerry Texan(AAW) The two elder warriors did not disappoint in this match, with Fury's power attack meeting with Texan's stubborn ways. At one point, Kerry Texan landed a moonsault for a near fall! In the end an elevated powerbomb did the trick for the AAW legend, finishing a quality match.
PEWA Extreme Title Tomas the Tiny Giant(C) vs. Luke Powers This match was a war. Luke Powers brought out a spectacular running powerbomb early on, but Tomas did not back down, and the two engaged in a thunderous brawl on the outside, Tomas's light tubes suspiciously missing in action. However, Tomas did not seem to need them, swinging chairs, hitting big power moves and eventually, chokeslamming Luke Powers onto a chair in the middle of the ring for a terrible KO victory. The Tiny Giant stands tall.
Mr. Moonsault(WDR) vs. Tommy Day(AAW) Tommy Day did not give Mr. Moonsault any breathing space, any moment to rest, any chance to recover, dropping the seven footer on his head repeatedly and pressuring him throughout this match. It appeared that this approach from the AAW upstart finally irritated Moonsault, as he brawled more than usual, and finished with a quick slam to the mat rather than his usual flashy offence.
The Bingo Hall Butchers (Skullface Killah, Rampage Rage and Jack Slash)(PEWA)(BDW) vs. The Belmonte Bros.(Josh Belmonte, Manny Belmonte and JD Belmonte) Hardcore heaven? Many would think so, as this match more than delivered every element of the hardcore wrestling experience, with two of the most brutal trios around. Both teams had their moments, including a part where JD Belmonte did a cartwheel plancha onto nothing on the outside, but the masked Belmonte restored his family honor with a mindblowing burst of offence culminating in a shiranui into a corkscrew splash for the win.
G.P. Christopher(PEWA) vs. Reggie Griggs(AAW) An action packed match, but Reggie Griggs proved his quality here over GPC, who, while competitive, just didn't seem to have the firepower to bother his foe, winning with a big moonsault.
Florida Man(PEWA) vs. Shreiking Sheik(AAW) This was every bit the bloodbath that it was expected to be. Total carnage on both sides, blood, weapons, biting, elbow drops, big knees, everything. After twenty minutes, a big chokeslam and elbow from the Shiek finished what was a very pleasing match for the demographics of both the AAW and PEWA regulars.
The Goodfellas(Eddie the Wire and Tony the Rod)(PEWA) vs. The Harbingers(Silver Demon and Doctor Crystal) An even match for the most part, with the Goodfellas controlling the pace, but the Harbingers team hit the bigger moves, including a massive Burning Hammer from an illegal Doc Crystal, and in the end, the rolling Germans of Demon earned the win.
Hobo Harry(PEWA) vs. Simba Mufasa(AAW) A quality opening contest between two capable junior heavies. Harry's groundwork kept Mufasa on his back heel for much of the early going, but when Simba hit two Owen Drivers in a row, he forced his opponent to step up, throwing a shining wizard and the Hobosault. However, a quick rollup was enough to end the match in favor of the Brave Lion.
--- Match of the Night: Tomas vs Luke Powers -Zero question on this one. Both men were strong in this one, but Tomas just has another gear that he shifts to for important matches. And the finish, what a finish. Simba vs Hobo Harry was an excellent match as well, as was the Bingo/Belmonte conflagration. Performer of the Night: Tomas(Office)/Kerry Texan(Outside) -Tomas's emphatic title defense pretty much made him the man of the night from the Office roster, while Kerry Texan turned back the clock and pulled every move in his arsenal out for his impressive victory. Injury Report -Luke Powers: Severe upper body injury, 4-8 Months Suspension (Taking a chokeslam onto a chair from Tomas, Powers was stretchered out and rushed to the local medical facility. It appears that he will be out for months at the minimum on this one, perhaps missing at least half a year, with possible spinal damage. -Juliette Erving: Mild upper body injury, No Suspension (Jay Zero hit a Death Valley Bomb on Erving, KOing her, but it appears that the actual damage was minor and the Wild Woman will be back in action sooner than later)

Congratulations on the show Sen, i tried to watch what i could but i fell asleep because i was just so tired, i had to watch the recorded footage.

How do you determine injury severity? Do you roll dice and leave it to luck? Or do you choose by who you’d like to put out of the picture? If the latter, I’d like to borrow Thomas to hopefully help me rid myself of a tedious cankor sore.
