One More for LariatsWith one more match added to Lariats, Aoife Daley will go up against the head of the House of Nakajima, Ayumi Nakajima of the Rose Garden. Following the PAC-HoN match at the previous Sakura Pro event, Daley took exception to the mutual attention she felt was paid between her partner, Steve Phillips and Nakajima-sama. As such, a bemused Head of Operations, Anthony Kalb made sure to shoehorn the Daley-Nakajima match into the first night of Lariats. Quoted below, Daley met with Kalb and released a statement for her match as well as the situation surrounding her upcoming opponent. Anthony Kalb: Today, I am announcing one more match for tomorrow, as we welcome a special guest... Aoife Daley: Hold it, hold it right there, Tony Kalb! Don't say another word! Kalb: Well, I was going to... Daley: Not another word! I'm not going to stand here while you stick up for your friend and act all diplomatic-like for this stuck up, full of herself narcissistic slut! Kalb: Um, floor's all yours, Aoife. Daley: Good! Because I have a lot to say! Steven J. Phillips! You know what you did! I saw you practically slobbering over this Nakajima whore! You literally kissed her boot! Multiple times! And then what happens? Oh, I saw what happened! You tapped out faster than I've ever seen you tap before! First moment you had an excuse, you give them the floor! All of that was all on you! And you know that's why you've been sleeping on the couch! Not even really because of the gooey stuff, but because I can't tell myself for sure that you didn't throw that match! Kalb: Aoife, can we please move on to the match at hand? Or at least, away from the personal drama, I mean, I really don't think we need to air this out in public. Daley: Hah! Steve didn't mind giving Nakajima the googly eyes in public! Kalb: Please? Daley: Fine! Nakajima! I want to knock you into next year! You thought you could just strut into that ring and steal my man! And then you think that I'm nothing but an afterthought, that you don't even bother learning my name! Pretty little upstart thinks she can own the room just because she paid to get in! But let me tell you something, yeah, let me tell you something, Ayumi! Everyone's singing your praises right now, but what happens when the well runs dry? What happens when you're yesterday's news? Do you pack your bags up and go? Do you lock yourself in your room and cry? Because that's exactly what I bet you do when that day comes! You're a front runner, a hype magnet! You think just because life was handed to you on a silver platter that you can get anything you want, bookings, belts, even my boyfriend! You like making people kiss your boots, well, you can kiss my fist! Kalb: And that's Aoife Daley, with some strong words... Aoife: I'm not done yet! Kalb: Of course you aren't. Aoife: So yeah, Ayumi, you can kiss my fist, comin' right at your face as hard as I can swing it, and you better have a dental surgeon on call, because I'm gonna be creating a lot of work for whoever you pay for that! And...yeah, that's all I have. Go ahead, finish up, I don't care! Kalb: Alright then! That was Aoife Daley, with a few more strong words for Nakajima-sama, who she's facing tonight on Night One of Lariats and Legislators, tonight on a special Thursday night time slot at 8:00 PM, Central Time! Catch it live on the Senatorial Streaming Service, and make sure to set your clock for tomorrow, too, because Night Two will wrap things up with some fireworks on hand on Friday at the same time! I'll catch you all there! www.twitch.tv/senatorphillips--- Fast Eddie's Quick Picks for Lariats and Legislators (Both Nights!!)By "Fast" Eddie Edison Alright, you all know the deal here, I run down through the cards, I make the picks, I call most of the matches pretty damn close to how they turn out, and Doolittle underrates some matches because he hates seconds and has a stick shoved so far up his ass that...anyway, you're not here for me ranting on about my Digital colleague, you're here because you want the picks and you want them now. So, let's make this happen: Lariats and Legislators 2021 Night #1 Preliminary Main Event Night 1 G.P. Christopher vs. Kaito Arai(Rose Garden)You know what, GPC doesn't *need* this win. Then again, neither does Kaito, but the Emerald Emperor is a cool nickname and I'd be willing to bet Christopher's taking it easier here to save himself for his actual title defense. Chopping the Tree that Chops Back Oak Man(Butterfloor) vs. Kosuke "Choppu" AraiLook, Choppu is all about chopping, it's in his damn name! So I bet he chops the tree down, and that's all there is to it. Ayumi Nakajima(Rose Garden) vs. Aoife Daley From what I hear around the internet is that there's some fans out there who are head over heels for Nakajima-sama, I mean, total simp city...and I seem to think I heard a certain former politician might be in that camp. Anyway, I'd pick Aoife here, but she's clearly too jealous to think straight, and if she can't think straight, she can't punch straight, and if she can't do that, she's going to lose. Texas Deathmatch Cowboy Johnston vs. Roland Chang Jr. Now this is more like it! Give me the red meat, blood dripping barbed wire brutality! And while you're at it, let's see Cowboy Johnston pick up a win. He's less irritating than Chang and hits harder, easy pick. Hard Work vs. Antics Fuyuki Takenaka and Rin Jokusato(Typhoon Pro) and The Everyman vs. ???, ??? and Stanford BradleyYou know, I should be better than this, but I can't help but think that I'd rather roll the dice here. Call me a gambler, but if Stanford brings Colossus Rhodes and, I dunno, Skully, then this match will be over faster than you can ring a bell. Of course, it could be Simba Mufasa and Shrimp Simpson, but Stanford's not going to put himself in that situation...right? Triple Technical Tussle Valentina Verda vs. Ibrahim Rahman vs. Blair Taylor Look, if I do the MMAth here, Verda's beaten Rahman who beat Taylor who beat Verda, so you'll have a three way draw. But actually trying to figure this one out, I think you have to go with the most accomplished one, and I'm picking the former Number One. Plus, Valentina just has the next level mind games, and that's an added bonus. Victorious Tag Medal Championship Bout The Destructive Duo(Crusher Honda and Wrecker Yamamoto)(C) vs. Muscle Machines(Adonis Avery Alexander and Gary Gear) with Landon Balls(Butterfloor) There's a part of me that wants to pick the Muscle Machines to finally win a set of titles and prove that they can succeed after all these years. But they just had to do it. They had to align themselves with the brothers whom I shall not mention by name. So because of that, I have to pick the Duo to kick their muscled asses six ways to Sunday. Besides, Honda lost that match to Gear, and I don't think she's dropping another fall for a while, no way, not at all. Jackhammer Duel Iceberg vs. Kanjiran Tonorian(Phoenix Rising)Look, Iceberg is freakin' awesome. He took Chuck Liddell's shorts and Goldberg's moves and uses both of those better than either of those guys have in a decade. But I hate to say it, but Iceberg's aura is busted, shot, broken, the man lost his mojo, and Kanjirin, no matter how far he's fallen, will still have enough to crush the shattered remains of Iceberg here. Main Event: PEWA Extreme Title Bout Young Blood(C) vs. Bodybreaker Brown You know how much this hurt? I wanted to pick the Bodybreaker, I really, really did. But Father Time is undefeated and Young Blood is an outright killer. Sure, it'd be a feel good moment for Brown to bring the belt back to the PEWA. Too bad that's not how life works. --- Lariats and Legislators 2021 Night #2 8:00 PM (CT) on December 31st at Club Minos in Atlantic City, NJ Preliminary Main Event Night 2: Victorious Medal Championship Bout G.P. Christopher(C) vs. Kaede Kinoshita There are some things you just don't do. You don't talk trash to Michael Jordan. You don't slug it out with George Foreman. You don't spit into the wind. And you don't pick against GPC in Victorious Medal title bouts. That's all there is to it. Bitemania! Bath Salts Zombie vs. Lyra Silvermoon(Rose Garden) vs. ??? vs. ??? vs. ??? vs. ??? vs. ??? vs. ???Yeah, I didn't want to pick anyone here, because I got no clue who three fourths of them are. So I'll just pick the last entry and call it a day. You don't like that? Bite me. PEWA Extreme Tag Title Bout Powers and Fury(Luke Powers and Jack Fury)(C) vs. Breakers' Revenge(Tomas the Tiny Giant and X-KIRA) I get it, we all love Tomas. I love Tomas. But Tomas ain't gonna get the belts off these two former aces. And I'll even go out on a limb: Tomas ain't gonna break any lights here, either. Amphibian Association(Ribbit(Wrestle Parade), Notorious EFM and El Froggy Mask) vs. Anti-Phibian Alliance(El Hijo del Sapo(Rose Garden), Frog Buster and Poison Froggy Mask) The frogs are popular, the people adore them, they get along hoppingly, they're one big happy family. That makes for a pretty solid team, too. Their opponents are bitter and angry and hate each other almost as much as they hate their opponents. Yeah, don't think that works well. Plus, Frog Buster is slow and dumb and isn't going to make any saves, so this one clearly goes to the green ones. Legendary Showdown Steve Phillips vs. Mr. CobraPeople are going to complain about this, but let me tell you a quick little story. I was there in the booth calling the match the day that Phillips went up against the God of Death, Josh Belmonte in my beloved AAW. I remember how that went. Basically, Phillips started out looking great, but then he just mentally broke. Ran a marathon in the ring for no reason, and he lost. Similar match here, and while I doubt the politician goes jogging again, I just don't see him overcoming Cobra's ruthless ways. The New Humanity with Gunny Lee Hart vs. Dungeon Dominguez(Lucha POWER) with Paco Pequeno(Lucha POWER)The more proven man takes this. Maybe in a year we see Esteban Vargas step up and be the guy Sosa wants him to be, but he's just not ready for a focused assassin like Dungeon. Plus, Paco's good for a few saves at ringside, even though I don't think Dominguez is going to need them. A few lariats and a standing moonsault finish this one off, I'm going to guess. But don't count that in my official pick! (Unless it actually happens, in which case, don't forget I called it...) UCSS Openweight Title Bout Walid Alizadeh(C) vs. Sanem Becker Big strong wrestler against little submission artist? We've seen this one before, and we know who has the advantage. Don't care that Walid lost a match on the Butterfloor the other day. He's going to steamroll here and defend his belt. Senatorial Office Number One Ranking Bout Colossus Rhodes(C) vs. King Bemba If I was betting here, I'd put my money on the King. Seriously, the odds there are going to be great, and it's not like it can't happen! But this isn't a bet, it's a prediction, and I don't like predicting something that isn't likely to happen. So for my last pick of Lariats, I'm playing it safe, and sticking with the Colossus. So there you have it, all the picks you wanted at the speed you need! This is your old friend "Fast" Eddie Edison signing off and wishing you all a happy new year! Don't get any more drunk than I would!

Maxwell McNally: This is World Wrestling Daily Digest's Maxwell McNally, and I am pleased to be here speaking with an old friend of mine in the Senatorial Office's Head of Operations, Anthony Kalb. Now, Anthony, we just concluded the first night of Lariats and Legislators, and are on the cusp of the second. I know there were some issues with the first one. Do you believe these have been solved for the second night? Anthony Kalb: Yeah, we really had two problems. The first was an issue with working out some transit plans for some guests. That...took all of my attention before the show and caused a delay, but the way things turned out, I don't have any complaints there. Now, for the technical issues, we have some things we can do to look into preventing them, but a lot of that is our infrastructure. So, if you want to drop a line to Midas and let him know that we should be upgrading in that department, please, be my guest, he sure doesn't listen to me, there. McNally: My dear friend, I hope you recall the contentious history between my employer and yours when you make such a request! But anyhow, before I allow you free reign here, let me just ask a brief question. Our mutual friend, the erstwhile Senator has had his hands full as of late, has he not? What I am meaning to ask here, is if things truly are as contentious between him and his fiery paramour as it appears? Kalb: Ok, let me just clear a few things up. First off, Aoife absolutely has a temper and she absolutely has a jealous streak. That much is legit. But is she nearly as ticked at Sennie as she lets off? Nah, most of that, I think, is just her psyching herself up for her match. Which she does. And I know to stay far out of her way when she does. McNally: Now this might not be the time nor the place to bring it up, but I've heard a few amusing rumors that the two of them already tied the knot in secret. Which, personally would make me happy for them, but also a bit disappointed that I wasn't invited. Kalb: Well, if you weren't, neither was I. McNally: So that brings me to my other question. Kalb: Oh no, you have another one? McNally: I most certainly do, young man! And this one is directly concerning some things I have seen people are typing about you. Kalb: Go ahead... McNally: Apparently, your lack of willingness to deal with Ms. Daley has been extrapolated in some corners of the internet wrestling community as a sign of your hidden cowardice finally manifesting itself. Kalb: Yeah. I haven't seen that stuff myself, but Fitsy told me about that. So, you want to know what my response is? McNally: Allow a little friendly advice here, as I caution you to remember that such words stem from ignorance and should be addressed briefly and dismissively. Knowing you, however, I fear that you have something rather outlandish up your sleeve. Kalb: As it is, yes, Maxwell, I think I kind of do. You see, I'm in a position of leadership in the Office, where I set the example for the roster. I don't ask anyone to do anything I wouldn't do myself, and I try my best to project competence and strength. Yes, I know I take on challenges that might be over my head, and yes, Monica has told me to stop trying to destroy myself out there, but that's what I do. And here's the thing; tonight, I'm going to outdo myself, I've made some calls, and we have what you might call a "special delivery" to Club Minos, and I'm going to see what I can do out there. McNally: Well, I wish you the best of luck, there, and I truly wish that you would listen to Miss Tesfaye's sage advice. Kalb: Thank you, Maxwell. So, tonight, we're wrapping it up for the year! Night Two! You'll see the mighty King Bemba return to challenge the Colossus! You'll see Sanem Becker take a shot at Walid Alizadeh and the UCSS Openweight belt! You'll witness Steve Phillips and Mr. Cobra duking it out! You'll witness the Bitemania Royale! And so much more, including my own match, which, hopefully, I'll survive! So, catch it all at 8:00 PM, Central Time on the Senatorial Streaming Service, and I promise we'll do our best to make this a wonderful night for all of you! www.twitch.tv/senatorphillips--- The first night of Lariats overcame some early technical difficulties to provide a strong overall experience with a delightful guest trios match and a hard hitting PEWA title match standing out. RESULTS Lariats and Legislators 2021 Night #1 8:00 PM (CT) on December 30th at Club Minos in Atlantic City, NJ Bonus Match ARENA(Arisa Hashimoto and Rena LeBlanc) vs. House of Nakajima(Kyoko Nakajima and Hinari)(Rose Garden) With the hostility between Steve Phillips's allies and the House of Nakajima stemming from the PAC's match with the House, this ended up being a natural matchup to tack on at the end of the first night of Lariats. The duos did not disappoint, putting on a fine display of tag team action, and while ARENA seemed to be controlling the momentum late, with Rena LeBlanc connecting with her spectacular Cajun Moon high angle moonsault, Kyoko Nakajima would respond with an air raid crash, knocking the Louisiana bartender flat out, gaining a measure of retribution for Aoife Daley's knockout of her sister earlier on the show. Bonus Match Kaito Arai(Rose Garden) vs. Kojiro Burai(Phoenix Rising) vs. G.P. Christopher With the Preliminary Main Event's technical issues robbing GPC and Arai of their chance to truly shine in front of the larger Office audience, an audible was called to allow them to compete once more following the main event, this time, with Phoenix Rising's Kojiro Burai included. The result was predictably chaotic, all three men elevating their game to an elite level with Burai's kicks flying fast and hard and GPC pulling out his two stage full nelson face buster, the King's Landing. Kaito Arai would net the first elimination of the match, catching Burai with a counter rollup, much to the delight of the Office's fans of finer technique, but perhaps not as much for those anticipating Burai's rise to the top. A brief battle would follow between the two reminaing comeptitors, and this time, it would be Christopher with his arm raised after a diving splash earned a three count over Arai, leveling the record between the two for the night. Main Event: PEWA Extreme Title Bout Young Blood(C) vs. Bodybreaker Brown One of the outright highlights of the show with Bodybreaker Brown turning back the clock and utterly thrashing Young Blood, making liberal use of his staple gun, chairs, barbed wire bats and anything else he could get his hands on. Young Blood would go on to hit his infamous Last Will and Testament driver, only for the veteran to kick out. Multiple finishers in the ropes for Young Blood failed to get the job done, and it seemed that there would be no way to pin Bodybreaker at all. This much was true, as Young Blood would eventually give up trying and instead locked in his arm scissored neck crank to finish the match and unfortunately for the PEWA faithful, retain his belt. In spite of Bodybreaker's inability to hit his biggest moves, the suspenceful energy around this match was incredible, and was absolutely one of the best of the night, if not the year. Jackhammer Duel Iceberg vs. Kanjiran Tonorian(Phoenix Rising) This did not last long. This did not need to. Kanjirin and Iceberg followed a time tested formula for a powerhouse struggle: fire everything from the start. Kanjirin landed an early jackhammer, while Iceberg answered with a spear through the ropes to the outside. Back in the ring, Iceberg whiffed a charging lariat only for Kanjirin to connect with a brutal spear of his own to score the pinfall. Vest Power is back and the former Phoenix Rising champion finally was able to stand tall again after this brief, but conclusive win. Victorious Tag Medal Championship Bout The Destructive Duo(Crusher Honda and Wrecker Yamamoto)(C) vs. Muscle Machines(Adonis Avery Alexander and Gary Gear) and the Balls Brothers(Landon Balls and Tom Balls)(Butterfloor) To the absolute disgust of the Destructive Duo and the fans as a whole, the notorious social media denizens, the Balls Bros, both Landon and Tom insinuated themselves in the match, teaming with the Muscle Machines in a two on four handicap match, with the Victorious Tag Medals still(maybe) on the line. Expectedly, the Duo fought like demons, establishing their dominance early on. While the numbers started to work against them as the match went along, even allowing Tom Balls to score a near fall on Crusher Honda(having earlier paid a price, with Honda press slamming him following an ill-advised taunt), it would be the Duo taking the win in the end, Honda pinning Alexander while his inept teammates couldn't drag themselves to the middle of the ring in time for a save. A resounding victory for the Destructive Duo, overcoming a massive disadvantage in numbers to walk away with the Medals. Triple Technical Tussle Valentina Verda vs. Ibrahim Rahman vs. Blair Taylor Unsurprisingly, this match moved along quickly, with Blair Taylor catching both Ibrahim Rahman and Valentina Verda with a flash pin to earn the right to choose her home promotion, and as such, decided to join Rahman in Lightning Pro. Hard Work vs. Antics Fuyuki Takenaka and Rin Jokusato(Typhoon Pro) and The Everyman vs. WHIP Nanae and Kaye Fabian(Typhoon Pro) and Stanford Bradley Word has it that this match took an extraordinary effort from both Office and Typhoon Pro management to fulfill, with varying transit issues threatening to postpone or cancel the contest. And yet, it not only took place, but ended up stealing the show all around. The Everyman's Team Hard Work brought exactly what was expected, carrying the lunch pail and wearing the hard hat(literally), while Stanford Bradley surprised the crowd by calling in intrepid reporter, Kaye Fabian and the nefarious WHIP Nanae. For close to the time limit, all six members engaged in a delightful display of their respective strengths, aside from the moment where Rin Jokusato took a dive off the top turnbuckle to the unforgiving floor of Club Minos. In the end, Jokusato found herself in a janitor's nightmare, having been tossed Stanford Bradley's signature chair, with the sides coated with a strong adhesive. Unable to throw the weapon away in time or remove her rubber gloves, Team Hard Work was disqualified by Golden Touch's official referee, Sheena. Texas Deathmatch Cowboy Johnston vs. Roland Chang Jr. This may have been the ultimate, quintissential Roland Chang Junior match. A bloody twenty plus minute brawl that saw Cowboy Johnston busting out his classic Borderline Brawler masked rudo persona, involved gallons of blood, slams all around the mat, plenty of weapons, and in the end, after all the violence, a basic horizontal cradle from Chang to earn the pin. Ayumi Nakajima(Rose Garden) vs. Aoife Daley Yes, it only took two minutes and six seconds for Aoife Daley to clinch up with Nakajima Sama, land a series of uppercuts out of a single collar tie, and facelock elbow her discombobulated form to the mat for a knockout win. Reportedly, Nakajima was dismissive backstage after the fact, refusing treatment and criticizing Office officiating. Chopping the Tree that Chops Back Oak Man(Butterfloor) vs. Kosuke "Choppu" Arai Oak Man was not interested in following any rules, other than perhaps those of the fighting style of Savage-Do, busting Kosuke Arai open with a rough headbutt and going for an impressive variety of groin strikes. Choppu Arai, though, was able to fight back, connecting with two Hell Banishing Chops to score the pin in under ten minutes for this all killer, no filler brawl. Preliminary Main Event Night 1 G.P. Christopher vs. Kaito Arai(Rose Garden) A match utterly plagued by technical difficulties on the Senatorial Streaming Service, that, experienced live, was a well-paced battle between two top competitors. Christopher would survive an Emerald Driver, and Arai would get up from the Destiny Driver, but in the end, it would be a counter sequence into a tiger suplex hold from Arai that would net the three count. --- Match of the Night: Team Hard Work vs. Team Stanford/Young Blood vs. Bodybreaker Brown -An easy tie here, with the trios match excelling in pure entertainment and the PEWA title match bringing dramatic bloody hardcore action. Performer of the Night: Kaito Arai -Little doubt about it, the Emerald Emperor netted this award with pinfalls earned over GPC and Kojiro Burai, even without winning his second match of the night, Arai more than earned this one. --- Injury Report Nakajima Sama: No Reported Information -Although Ayumi Nakajima was quickly dropped by some harsh punches out of the clinch by Aoife Daley, it was also reported that she was fully coherent(and furious) after the match, and in any case, as an outside worker, her medical information cannot be directly disclosed by the Office. Rena LeBlanc: Dislocated Shoulder (Two Month Medical Suspension) -An air raid crash from Kyoko Nakajima finished LeBlanc's night on a sour note, and even worse, she'll end up missing out on the start of the next year as she recuperates from a shoulder injury.

A night that utterly crushed the hearts of the fans, and may have demolished the career trajectories of a number of competitors. The spectacle was there. The effort was there. But the results were as depressing as only 2021 could deliver. RESULTS Lariats and Legislators 2021 Night #2 8:00 PM (CT) on December 31st at Club Minos in Atlantic City, NJ Colossus Rhodes with Morgan "Midas" Matthews, Persephone and Irkalla vs. Mr. Moonsault with Yetunde Oya and Esther Musambi Looking for instant retribution, Marcus Xavier stepped in to take on Rhodes after Bemba was carried off. And while Mr. Moonsault would not follow in suit, neither would he find his revenge, unable to mount any offense, and taking a scoop backbreaker for the uninspiring loss. Senatorial Office Number One Ranking Bout Colossus Rhodes(C) with Morgan "Midas" Matthews, Persephone and Irkalla vs. King Bemba with Mr. Moonsault, Yetunde Oya and Esther Musambi This was it, the six month return of King Bemba to high level competition. And just as soon as the Ugandan stepped back into the ring, it appears that he will revert straight back to the unwelcome rolls of the injury report. Unable to build any momentum or utilize any offence other than a high angle bearhug, Bemba was crushed by Colossus Rhodes, eventually taking a Conquering Crush ganso bomb that would leave him sprawled out on the mat. An ignominious main event in every way. UCSS Openweight Title Bout Walid Alizadeh(C) vs. "Big Banter" Rory Banner with Sanem Becker and Virgil de Boer Stepping in from ringside, Rory Banner had worn his ring gear under his suit and made the challenge to Alizadeh, who accepted right in the moment. The two would fight for three rounds, with Banner's striking keeping him in the match, but a vicious powerbomb from Alizadeh would put him down for the ten count. Walid Alizadeh walks away from Lariats having definitively put away his former team. There is no doubt that Alizadeh is in the driver's seat going forward in UCSS. UCSS Openweight Title Bout Walid Alizadeh(C) vs. Sanem Becker with "Big Banter" Rory Banner and Virgil de Boer Sanem Becker seemed to be doing everything right. Cutting Alizadeh open with a palm strike, avoiding his biggest throws and working on keeping the pace even...but against the Persian Powerhouse, only one mistake is all it takes, and a second round body triangle hold would yield the submission win for the champion to retain. The New Humanity with Gunny Lee Hart vs. Dungeon Dominguez(Lucha POWER) with Paco Pequeno(Lucha POWER) This was a match defined by a single technique, a counter at that. Seven countered huracanranas. Seven rana bombs. For reasons only known to himself, the New Humanity would not abandon his attempt at landing a huracanrana, and seven times over, Dungeon Dominguez would counter it. After the seventh, an irate Gunny Lee Hart jumped up on the apron to shout at the Rudo Army Commander, but at this point, in spite of some improved offense, it was too late, with Dungeon eventually landing a lariat into a standing moonsault for the win. Legendary Showdown Steve Phillips vs. Mr. Cobra The former Senator hit Cobra with a wide variety of attacks and wrestled an excellent match overall. Even so, it simply wasn't enough against the hardcore legend, and Mr. Cobra would open a cut right before hitting a back counter mule kick to the groin to score a dirty, rotten three count. The Syndicate get their win, tainted that it may have been, it was still a win, and a hard fought one at that. Amphibian Association(Ribbit(Wrestle Parade), Notorious EFM and El Froggy Mask) vs. Anti-Phibian Alliance(El Hijo del Sapo(Rose Garden), Frog Buster and Poison Froggy Mask) This was a delightful battle for any moment that Frog Buster was not in the ring, with the Association bringing their usual level of ability and cohesion to the table and both Poison and Sapo keeping up well. The Amphibians managed to pull off some impressive moments, with some double dives including a back to back Frog Fifty from El Froggy and Notorious EFM on Poison Froggy at one point. Even with the frogs managing as well as they did, the massive roadblock known as Frog Buster ended up being the deciding factor and after a brutal Cement Mixer on Ribbit, the pin was made for the Anti-Phibian Alliance to earn the win. Crew Carnage Thunder Devils(Laurence Holland and Dag Boomer) and Stanford Bradley Jr. vs. All American Athletes(Blan Fleming, Max Bertrand and July Eagle) An absolute mess of a setup resulted in this one. As it was, a title match was previously promised to Stanford Bradley Jr, but before he could make his way to ringside, it was found that the All American Athletes had ambushed Ricky Scott backstage, stuffing him into a garbage can. Instead, it would be former SWA champion, Blanchard Fleming who would claim the unannounced title match against Laurence Holland, a match that would carry on for a few minutes until a blazing mad Bradley Jr. would dash down the entranceway to the ring. From that moment, the audible was called to turn this into an elimination tornado match, with the Thunder Devils and Ricky Scott going up against the Athletes. It was a rout. Bradley Jr and the Devils were fired up, in spite of an early run from the Athletes, it was clear that they wanted no part of the match, July Eagle the first to be eliminated by a Stanford Recliner. IT did not take long for Bertrand to fall to a simple toe hold, and then it was Fleming's turn, with Dag Boomer finishing him after a double team powerbomb. A surprising humiliation for the Athletes, but few can say that they didn't bring this upon themselves. Anthony Kalb's Courageous Challenge ZIP Strikebot(ZIP Japan) vs. Anthony Kalb with Monica Tesfaye For reasons only known and understood by himself, Anthony Kalb put the ZIP Strikebot on special order, and then climbed in the ring with it. A few knees to the face about a minute later, and Kalb was flat on the mat, yet another victim of the unparalleled fighting machine. PEWA Extreme Tag Title Bout Powers and Fury(Luke Powers and Jack Fury)(C) vs. Breakers' Revenge(Tomas the Tiny Giant and X-KIRA) Breakers' Revenge got to break light tubes and take their shot at the champs, but unfortunately, they simply did not have the ability to overcome the experience, power and technique of their storied opponents. Jack Fury took charge late in the match, eventually catching X-KIRA with his Devil Lock scissored inverted cloverleaf hold to score the win and complete the title defense. Bitemania! Bath Salts Zombie vs. Lyra Silvermoon(Rose Garden) vs. Kiyo Furutani(Typhoon Pro) vs. Trinity Knight(Phoenix Rising) vs. GREAT Toba(Independent) vs. Odin Brockhouse(Butterfloor) vs. Strawberry Sookie(Wrestle Parade) vs. Jakob of Furis(OG-FPD) While this may have been the Bitemania! Royale, the contributions of Trinity Knight made armbars stand out even more than the eponymous technique in this match, eliminating three foes with a wakigatame, and submitting the GREAT Toba with a flying armbar to enter into the final two with the legendary Jakob of Furis. And while Knight had run through the field with frightening efficiency, Furis was unafraid to enter her guard to claim the win with a can opener neck crank. Preliminary Main Event Night 2: Victorious Medal Championship Bout G.P. Christopher(C) vs. Kaede Kinoshita Perhaps it was a toll taken from two grueling matches on the previous day. Perhaps it was simply the contrast of the hungry contender against the complacancy of a long reigning champion. Whatever it was, Kaede Kinoshita wrestled the most consequential match of her career against GP Christopher and utterly outworked the longest established champion in the Senatorial Office before eventually catching him in her high angle anaconda vice to claim the Victorious Medal. The Stardust Angel is now the champion, and Lightning Pro's main event scene is wider open than it has ever been in recent memory. --- Match of the Night: Phillips vs. Cobra -A tough call on this night, with so many disappointing outcomes, but the Phillips-Cobra match was as close to any to delivering a legitimately competitive struggle, with the Amphibian-Anti-Phibian bout counting as a close second. Performer of the Night: Colossus Rhodes -A more dominant night cannot be recalled in Office history, putting King Bemba directly back on the injury list and swatting Mr. Moonsault away like a fly. Walid Alizadeh's double defense should be mentioned here, too, as well as Trinity Knight's run in the royale, but Rhodes simply stands on his own in terms of accomplishment. --- Injury Report Anthony Kalb: Mild Concussion (Two Month Medical Suspension) -Fighting a machine built to knock out human beings, Anthony Kalb was felled by two knees to the face. He may not have been out for long, but he was out, nonetheless, and will take a few months off before he can return to the ring. King Bemba: Spinal Compression (Six Month Medical Suspension) -Again, King Bemba is on a lengthy stay on the shelf due to spinal compression, this time, thanks to the Colossal Crush ganso bomb of Colossus Rhodes. A terrible turn of events for the proud competitor.

Following the end of Lariats and Legislators 2021, a special promoters-only meeting of the Senatorial Office Board of Directors was held. Most notably, both Chairman Morgan "Midas" Matthews and Head of Operations Anthony Kalb were disinvited. As such, while no reports surfaced from the meeting, a press release was drafted from the promoters, with each promoter stating that they would add to the general statement on their own respective show weeks in the upcoming month. The general statement goes as follows:
Office Party #178:00 PM (CT) on Friday, January 6th at the Beltway Full Contact Martial Arts Center in Washington DC Main Event: SWA World Heavyweight Championship Bout Laurence Holland(C) vs. Stanford Bradley Jr.Surprisingly, this match is specifically slated to take place without any participants at ringside, with Dag Boomer promising to stand guard backstage. Holland and Ricky Scott teamed up to thwart an attempt at the All American Athletes to force a title shot for Blan Fleming, with the Thunder Devils and SB Jr. easily handling the Athletes. Holland, an underdog champion at first has settled comfortably into a role as a strong champion with multiple defenses to his name, Ricky Scott, for his part, has been surprisingly respectful of his foe, with their shared experiences against the Athletes, and was only quoted in saying "We're good...but I still want his belts" Colossus Rhodes Open Challenge Colossus Rhodes vs. ???After Rhodes put King Bemba back on the shelf, it remains to be seen just who would even want to step in the ring with him at this point. Certainly, whoever walks down to the ring will demonstrate exceptional bravery in the mere action. PTA Teacher's Institute Day The PTA(Persephone Kamenis and Ms. Apple)(Independent) vs. ??? and ??? One of the most popular teams on the independent circuit, the PTA duo of the Greek oil wrestling goddess, Persephone Kamenis and the fast learning teacher, Aubrey Apple have taken the scene by storm, and as it stands, look to take on several mystery opponents at the Office Party in a match that was reportedly going to feature the team of ARENA, but due to Rena LeBlanc's current medical suspension, will be passed along to another duo. Other matches to be determined at the time of the event

A long, but enjoyable stint at the Beltway produced a night full of good matches and surprising matchups. Office Party #17 8:00 PM (CT) on Friday, January 6th at the Beltway Full Contact Martial Arts Center in Washington DC Bonus Match: Colossus Rhodes Punishment Time Colossus Rhodes vs. Shogun(Rose Garden), WHIP Nanae(Typhoon Pro), White Trash(ZIP Japan) and The Everyman Evidently a call made by Anthony Kalb to remind Colossus Rhodes of his place, and while there were a few hairy moments for the eclectic alliance, the Everyman would come through in the end with a relentless series of Workman's Compensation running boots, landing five finishers in a row before scoring the pin over his top ranked foe. Main Event: SWA World Heavyweight Championship Bout Laurence Holland(C) vs. Stanford Bradley Jr. This was a quality title challenge from Ricky Scott, bringing his power, agility and Steiner-influenced style to bear against the SWA World Heavyweight Champion, and nearly took the win multiple times, with flying huracanranas and even the dreaded Stanford Recliner coming close. Close was all SB Jr. could come, though, as Laurence Holland dug deep, firing back with blistering kicks and stiff knees, eventually locking in a triangle lancer to net the submission victory as he once again defended his title. Holland may have had doubters at first, but at this point, there is absolutely no question that Ringside Thunder is as legit a champion as anyone in the SWA's lineage. Colossus Rhodes Open Challenge Colossus Rhodes vs. Alex Thompson The SWA's Alex Thompson took a break from taking bit roles in Hollywood productions to take his shot at the Colossus, and surprisingly, was one of the most competitive threats to the unparalleled force of destruction that we've seen in some time. Thompson did better than nearly anyone has in implementing a power game, even landing powerbombs, but Rhodes would eventually answer with a counter chokeslam into a two footed stomp to stumble away with a close win. PTA Teacher's Institute Day The PTA(Persephone Kamenis and Ms. Apple)(Independent) vs. Priya Mallaya(Phoenix Rising) and Lexie Barrett(Butterfloor) One of the hottest teams on the independent circuit showed up in the Office as the PTA took on a mystery team that ended up being the freshly recovered Lexie Barrett and Priya Mallaya. Barrett may not quite have been fully back up to speed, though, as Peresephone caught her with a rolling camel clutch, the Aphrodite's Clutch. Seong Jung Hwan vs. Arisa Hashimoto The utter disaster that has befallen ARENA with Rena LeBlanc's injury was compounded in this match as Seong Jung Hwan obliterated Arisa Nakajima with a startlingly fast combination of kicks to score the knockout win. Not a good time for the popular newcomers, but for Seong, this could be a solid step towards contention in UCSS. House of Nakajima(Hinari and Kyosuke Nakajima)(Rose Garden) vs. Rei's Sparks(Yuki Okamura and Saburo Aoki Jr.) Rei's Sparks put up a competent struggle, but it never truly seemed that the House of Nakajima was ever behind in this one, with Kyosuke Nakajima eventually putting Yuki Okamura down with a spinning hook kick into a pin. Y-Pac(Wrestle Parade) vs. "Total MDK" Taylor Ngyuen This match was a true expression of absolute D-X-ism, with Rule XXX's Y-Pac and NBNF's Taylor Ngyuen battling back and forth in an attitude-fueled, fast paced battle that ended in a flurry of offence with Total MDK landing multiple backflip kicks into a running crossbody. Kaye Fabian(Typhoon Pro) vs. La Belleza La Belleza got to take a selfie. Kaye Fabian got to light up the cameras with her high flying attack, making the news instead of reporting on it as she eventually connected with a superb moonsault variation to put her opponent down for three. No Disqualifications Russian Deathmetal(Rose Garden) vs. P-Dogg A vicious, nasty brawl between two true hardcore greats, and while P-Dogg absolutely brought his chair to the fight, it would be Russian Deathmetal walking away after knocking his foe out with a brutal jumping piledriver. Freya O'Malley(Phoenix Rising) vs. Jennie Freya stomped into the Beltway, got a little workout in and walked away with a win after a schoolboy german suplex connected. As simple and easy as it gets. UCSS Rules Match Thiago Gracie vs. Jamie Tomasi An excellent opener that demonstrated the full range of Jamie Tomasi's skills, suplexing his mentor across the ring and leaving his arm hanging limp by the fourth round. And yet, as close as Tomasi was to winning, it would be Gracie's match in the end as he reversed his way into one of his own armbars for a comeback win. --- Match of the Night: Holland vs. Bradley Jr. -The main event was well worthy of its spot, as competitive as any match on the card and full of quality techniques from both sides. Performer of the Night: The Everyman -A storm of running boots put Colossus Rhodes down, and while his three teammates played important roles, the Everyman's pinfall win was as strong a statement as he could have made. --- Injury Report P-Dogg: Whiplash (One Month Medical Suspension) -The Original PEWA Extreme Champion took a stiff piledriver from Russian Deathmetal and will sit out a month to recover. Arisa Hashimoto: Moderate Concussion (Three Month Medical Suspension) -A precision kick combo from Seong Jung Hwan knocked Hashimoto straight out and as such, both members of ARENA will wait out their injuries together.

Biff Taylor: Alright, dudes and dudettes, it's your friendly neighborhood Biffmeister here to give you the business on the business of the PEWA. And business ain't bad around here. We got lots of good stuff happenin' here. We got a kickass tag division I'll put up against anyone! We might even have a few more teams headin' in here! We got old dudes still kickin' and we got enough fresh blood steppin' up. We got the best damn fans in all of pro wrestling here in Philadelphia! But then, yeah, you know I'm leavin' off the two-ton elephant in the room, ain't I? Yeah, we don't have our belt. Midas and that trash headed knuckle draggin' moron swiped it away. So, I got two missions this year. First an' foremost, I'm gonna get our belt back in Philly where it damn well belongs! And second...hey, Bodybreaker, step up here to the microphone. Bodybreaker Brown: Yeah, I'm here. Biff: My second mission, is once we get our belt back safe an' sound, I'm gonna hop on my bad motor scooter an' ride off into the sunset. Gonna hit the open road and listen to that heavy metal thunder. Yeah, I'm gonna call it a day. Been runnin' this thing long enough, an' it's time to pass the torch along. So, 'Breaker, that's where you come in. Bodybreaker: You want me to run this whole thing? You serious? Biff: Serious as a heart attack! Bodybreaker: You know, I've been here since this thing started. I paid my damn dues. I worked every spot on the card. I trained up a future champ...but not before I married her hot ass. And if that's what comes next, then consider me good for it. It pisses me off that I couldn't beat Young Blood at Lariats. But I made him hurt. Biff: So, since you're on board, I'm gonna apprentice you in starting now! How're we getting that belt? How're we taking that ink face down? Bodybreaker: Uh, you putting me on the spot like that? Biff: Yep, sure am! Bodybreaker: Look, if I'm runnin' this, I'm makin' the tag stuff the big deal, so I ain't bustin' out some big tournament. We get too many royales, you know what, you pick someone, I pick someone, we get a contender match straight up. Biff: Yeah, but what if we pick the same... Bodybreaker: Then we don't bother with the match, easy call. Biff: Fine, name yours on three...two...one... Bodybreaker: Ndour. Biff: Shiek! Bodybreaker: Man, you talkin' about the Hindu Sheik or the Shreakin' Sheik? Biff: Hindu Sheik, come on man, he's an absolute legend, we got him on contract from CAWF, and I'm damn well making good use of that! Bodybreaker: He's from motherfriggin' Chicago. Biff: An' your dude's from Senegal! Bodybreaker: Point taken. Let's see how this goes, then. --- PEWA: More Blood in the New Year 8:00 PM (CT) on January 14th at the Halcyon Ballroom in Philadelphia, PA Main Event: PEWA Extreme Championship #1 Contender Bout Moustapha Ndour vs. The Hindu Sheik(CAWF)The rejuvinated Hindu Sheik was Biff Taylor's choice to challenge Young Blood, while the apprentice PEWA President, Bodybreaker Brown picked the Warbringer, Moustapha Ndour as his. The Sheik brings years of hardcore experience and high level worldwide competition up against Ndour's otherworldly athleticism and well-rounded attack. Whoever wins this match will have a tough challenge on their hands, but tharere are few doubts that either would be anything short of an excellent option. Ruler of the Road Title Match Sir Vladimir Henry(C) with Heidi Karnstein, the Cremator and Zanca vs. Demarcus Browning(Rose Garden) with Moustapha Ndour and Renate BarloweOne of the fastest rising stars of the previous year in any promotion, Demarcus Browning will attempt to go up against the formidable Ruler of the Road, Sir Vladimir Henry in his mandatory televised defense of the title. The House of Hammer will be at ringside, but Browning will bring along fellow Warbringer and Mercenary in Exile, Renate Barlowe to even the odds. Henry's intimitdating aura has been enough at times to win matches, but Browning's destructive power has its own reputation. Bodybreaker Brown vs. "The Marxist" Joseph HarpoJoseph Harpo was loudly protesting Bodybreaker's shot at Young Blood leading up to Lariats, believing he only received his chance thanks to his connections. With Brown now slated to succeed Biff Taylor as the PEWA President, Harpo has vowed to take the Original down a notch in this match to remind him to keep the rank and file in mind when he takes charge. The New Mutants(PM Carnage and The EMP) vs. Breakers' Revenge(Tomas the Tiny Giant and X-KIRA)Although the Breakers failed to defeat Powers and Fury at Lariats and Legislators, the team still looks to remain relevant in the tag division, and a win over the impressive New Mutants could build a strong case for another shot at the gold. Running Diamond Cutter Man vs. Fat BurnerA matchup that has seen both competitors earn an important win in the past. Fat Burner has been an upset king, while Jose Marin was one of the PEWA's top performers in 2021, making this an important match for the rankings. Juliette Erving vs. Freya O'Malley(Evergreen Wrestling)Two of the toughest ladies in wrestling look to go one on one in a match that could potentially set up future title challenges down the road, whether for the Ruler of the Road or the PEWA Extreme title. Freya O'Malley's momentum has been climbing as of late, and while Juliette Erving's has diminished in the past few months, she was the top champion in the promotion not too long ago and still seeks to reclaim her prize. Downtown Lucy Brown vs. Florida ManA brief exchange was recorded at Pat's King of Steaks earlier in the week as Lucy Brown and Florida Man both stopped in to grab a lunch: Florida Man: Hey babe...yer dude ain't no good...leave him...I got ya! Downtown Lucy Brown: Man, you must be on seven kinds of crack, get lost, swamp head! Florida: Nah, your dude couldn't even beat Young Blood...he ain't shit! Downtown: I'm gonna split your head if you don't back up and shut up, right now! Florida: Hey, baby, go right ahead! And with that, an altercation took place that spilled outside of Pat's, with Florida Man taking a salt shaker to the face and retaliating with a missed hurl of a garbage can before police separated the two. With Biff Taylor and Bodybreaker Brown making it onto the scene shortly after, no charges were filed and all damages were paid, and the PEWA being the PEWA, a match was immediately signed. The Hounds of Abaddon (Big Clay Hurst, Scarlett Rose and Garrison Rowe)(Wrestle Parade) vs. The PEWA Originals (Tracy Finn, Da Outsider and Skurai)The Hounds have arrived. With Scarlett Rose and Garrison "Death" Rowe heading over to the PEWA, Big Clay now has some serious backup as he takes on a team of PEWA Originals in the opener. Although Finn and Outsider are absurdly past their sell by dates, Skurai has been a legit threat as of late, as Hurst found out late last year following a Ninja Ambush cutter. Will Hurst receive his vengeance? Or will the veterans score the upset?

The first PEWA event of 2022 may well end up having been its very best when the year concludes, an excellent show stacked with quality matches and satisfying results. RESULTS PEWA: More Blood in the New Year 8:00 PM (CT) on January 14th at the Halcyon Ballroom in Philadelphia, PA Bonus Match: Return of the Knights Neon Knights(Supernaut and Holy Diver) vs. PEWA's Most Hated(Jeremy Wylde and Jeffrey Janson) As an added surprise to an already-overstacked event, two former PEWA Extreme Tag champs made their full time return to the organization as Holy Diver and Supernaut, the Neon Knights came back to take on the PEWA's Most Hated in the bonus match. The Knights were in fine form, making relatively short work of their foes, outworking them the whole match before Supernaut hit a rolling senton off the top to score the pinfall over the Party Animal, Jeremy Wylde. Main Event: PEWA Extreme Championship #1 Contender Bout Moustapha Ndour with Demarcus Browning and Renate Barlowe vs. The Hindu Sheik(CAWF) with Sylvain "Pay Day" Mint and Elise Pichon A gutsy, brutal marathon of a match that spanned over half an hour of sprawling violence in and out of the ring took place in the main event. Demarcus Browning and Renate Barlowe remained at ringside for Ndour, while the newly formed Pay Day Enterprises joined the Hindu Shiek, with Sylvain Mint and Elise Pichon assisting the CAWF import. The Sheik and Ndour left no question after this match that both are absolute main event players in the PEWA, with both coming close to a victory time and time again, until the Hindu Sheik eventually landed his vertical double arm facebuster, the Hindu Bomb to score a stirring victory and gain his shot at Young Blood and the PEWA Extreme title. Make no doubt about it, the 88% Dave Doolittle assigned to a match with four seconds is worth over a 100% in any other circumstance, and this one was an astonishingly great contest, holding absolute attention for the entire duration. Crew Carnage House Of Hammer(Sir Vladimir Henry, Heidi Karnstein, the Cremator and Zanca) vs. Demarcus Browning(Rose Garden), Shaka Corbin(Rose Garden), Zulu Lionheart) and Renate Barlowe This match was going to be Henry defending against Browning, but when the House of Hammer jumped into the ring, it quickly became clear that this was not going to be a standard issue defense of the Ruler of the Road. Things looked quite dire when Moustpaha Ndour seemingly bailed on his team, running at full speed to the back, but before anything could happen, Ndour jumped back out of the entranceway, motioning to the back as none other than the Rose Garden's Shaka Corbin dashed down to the ring to even the odds, ensuring that the House couldn't spoil the Warbringer's main event chances. And this ended up being a perfect strategical choice with the first Office showing of the beloved Shaka Zulu team alongside the Mercs, who made short work of their foes in their impromptu Crew Carnage bout, eliminating Heidi Karnstein almost instantly, with Zulu Lionheart choking out Zanca, Browning pinning Sir Henry with a Browning Buster bomb, and after an extended beatdown, Lionheart would again break out the rear naked choke on the Cremator to finish the match in a satisfying fashion. Bodybreaker Brown vs. "The Marxist" Joseph Harpo An incredible, brutal brawl that was as pure of a classic PEWA style contest as anything on the card, both Bodybreaker and Harpo laying into each other for the duration without holding anything back. This match should be a turning point for the Marxist's run in the PEWA, able to take the fight to his iconic opponent, earning a major degree of respect from the fans and locker room in the process. Harpo would even go so far as to steal Brown's gory special complete shot, the Snap Cracker, only for the Bodybreaker to completely no sell it en route to hitting his own proper version to get the win at just over twenty minutes. Absolutely one of the best matches of the night and one that would have boosted any card. The New Mutants(PM Carnage and The EMP) vs. Breakers' Revenge(Tomas the Tiny Giant and X-KIRA) The PEWA's tag division may be the very best in wrestling, and matches like this are evidence to that statement, with Breakers' Revenge and the New Mutants engaging in a heavily competitive struggle The Mutants had the early lead, with the Breakers doing their part to fight back into the match, with Tomas dumping the EMP out of the ring with a Ball Peen Hammer spicy drop and X-KIRA hitting multiple piledrivers. Just when it seemed that the Breakers were in charge, the EMP crushed Tomas in the corner with a running hip attack, netting a huge win for the upstart Mutants, giving them Running Diamond Cutter Man vs. Fat Burner As fast and intense as the previous match was, this one was even more frantic, with no time wasted at all. Jose Marin seemed to be ready to close out as he hit his Running Diamond Cutter, but Fat Burner answered quickly with a Full Power Body Buster to gain the win. With Erving and Burner's wins, the PEWA should not lack proven challengers either for the Extreme or the Ruler of the Road titles in the coming months. Juliette Erving vs. Freya O'Malley (Evergreen Wrestling) As intense as anything that the PEWA's seen in some time, Erving and O'Malley went at it hammer and tongs for a fifteen minute sprint that somehow felt longer, in terms of the amount of action packed in, and shorter, in the relentless pace than it actually was. And while Freya absolutely seemed to be riding the tide of her momentum late in the match, coming ever closer to the elusive three count, it would be Erving who instead claimed the win with a CTB facebuster slam. On any other night, this would have been an easy pick for awards, but for this one, it was merely the beginning of a tremendous stretch. Downtown Lucy Brown vs. Florida Man Scoff at Florida Man all one wants, but he proved once again that he's as tough and tricky as they come, nearly going twenty minutes with Downtown Brown before she eventually caught the erratic southerner with a run counter frankensteiner pin for the three count. The Hounds of Abaddon (Big Clay Hurst, Scarlett Rose and Garrison Rowe)(Wrestle Parade) vs. The PEWA Originals (Hobo Harry, Da Outsider and Skurai) To nobody's surprise, Tracy Finn no-showed the match, and was instead replaced by former PEWA Extreme champ, Hobo Harry for a major upgrade to the Originals team. Even so, the Hounds of Abbadon were locked in and controlled their way to a easy victory, laying an especially rough beatdown on Da Outsider late in the match, resulting in Garrison Rowe hitting his Death Sentence hangman pullover bomb/matsumoto special for the pin. --- Match of the Night: Ndour vs. Shiek and Brown vs. Harpo -Both of these matches were above and beyond some of the best the Office has seen in some time, both were perfect examples of the classic PEWA style, and both earned the Match of the Night award. Performer of the Night: Hindu Sheik -A stirring victory over Moustpaha Ndour in the main event was the perfect way for the hardcore veteran to mark his full time entry to the PEWA roster.

TIPWF: Amarillo Anarchy8:00 PM (CT) on Friday, January 21st at the Stockade in Amarillo, TX Main Event Lil' Lariato vs. Stanford Bradley Jr.As a prelude to Lariato's eventualy attempt at overcoming the titanic force that is Colossus Rhodes, he will first take on the most active member of the Golden Touch VIP Club in Ricky Scott, Stanford Bradley Jr. Interestingly, both men settled on a gentleman's agreement to ban their respective entourage from ringside, looking to keep the focus on the competition. TIPWF Old Guard Championship Match Mega Meat with La Familia(Rey De La Carne and Chico Con Carne)(Wrestle Parade) vs. Felix Santana Sr. with the Santana Family(Felix Santana Jr. and Felix Santana III)Two storied legends of Lucha Libre will face off in Felix Santana Sr's first ever challenge for the Old Guard Championship. Both Mega Meat and Santana have proven their continued relevance against younger opposition in the current era, making this a high calibur contest for the belt, and a worthy defense for the patriarch of La Familia. Neon Knights TIPWF Farewell Match The Neon Knights (Supernaut and Holy Diver) vs. Hard Work(Fuyuki Takanaka and Rin Jokusato)(Typhoon Pro) A surprise signing by the PEWA as they seek to prioritize their tag division, the Neon Knights will have one final match under TIPWF contract, taking on two of the most reliable workers in the industry in the team of Hard Work. Fuyuki Takenaka and Rin Jokusato proved their mettle in a showcase match at Lariats and Legislators and will look to push the heralded Knights to the limit in their departure. Layla Al-Amin(Phoenix Rising) vs. Felice Santana)High speed is the order of the day, as Al-Amin and Santana go one on one, with a future Trios title match lined up between their respective sides. This one is going to move *fast*. At one point, Santana would be a major underdog against the well-accomplished Layla, but at this point, both ladies may well enter into this match on equal footing. The Everyman vs. Humberto Ortega with Sarita Jean WatkinsThe story of this match writes itself: pair the man with the most uncompromising work ethic in pro wrestling against someone defined by his laid back nature. The Everyman scored an incredible pinfall win over Colossus Rhodes in a handicap match at the previous Office Party, certianly not a singles win, but nothing to scoff at, either. Humberto Ortega's Tranquilo Revolution has had mixed results thus far, but the talent is undeniable. The Return of the Original The Notorious EFM vs. Wesley RakotoFinally back in his home promotion for good, El Froggy Original will return against a capable foe in Madagascar's Wesley Rakoto. EFM, in spite of his mileage, is still an elite athlete, and Rakoto's straight line speed makes him one of the few around who can keep up in full, making this a promising battle for fans of a rapid pace. Roland Chang Jr. with Roland Chang Sr. and Roland Chang III vs. Hoss Hank Harcourt Hadley Jr. with Duke Cogburn and Generalissimo Kool QAs usual, Roland Chang Jr. can never let go of a grudge, and has challenged 4-H to a match after he defeated his mentor, Cowboy Johnston. With the Chang Trio and the Cogburn Ranch support systems at ringside, this one will absolutely bring the chaos. The Mallard, Rodeo Angel, El Froggy Mask and Princesa Torbelina vs. Animal Farm(Gorilla Power, Super Komodo, Lila Gila and Corrina "Cobra" Schwall)The Trio becomes The Quartet with Princesa Torbellina joining up as they go up against the full force of Animal Farm in showcase action. Schwall brought this one about, calling out Torbellina after their last match, telling her to bring allies. The Trio answered the call, in a match that should have some future ramifications for the Trios division. "Mr. Women" Jamie Wilson with Margarita Morales vs. Mohammed Ramses with NefertiriAfter Jamie Wilson put Nefertiri on the shelf, she and her newfound ally, Margarita Morales continued to torment the Dynasty mainstay, leading to her husband, Mohammad Ramses to step up. Wilson and Morales continued their heckling, calling Nefertiri out for letting her husband fight her battles, but could that backfire against a former Pan African Champion? --- Commissioner Walt Callahan: You said you want a state of the union? I'll give you one. Quite frankly, it's a lot of bullshit. The TIPWF doesn't have its top title, the Lone Star Heavyweight Championship. We lost the belt we inherited from Santana Family Wrestling, the Dominican Golden Championship. And a jackass Chairman of our Board of Directors in the Senatorial Office has done everything he can to keep our belts away from our programming. So you want to know what I'm going to do about that? Simple. I'm going to put a bounty out. Anyone who can force Colossus Rhodes out of action long enough for us to reclaim our belts, anyone who can actually take those belts back to the TIPWF...I'll make you lucky. You'll receive a sizable monetary reward. And I'll let you defend one of those titles at a time. So if you want to defend the Dominican, you don't lose the Lone Star if you lose a title match. You'll only lose the Dominican, and then you'll get to defend the Lone Star on your own schedule. Just as long as you don't defend against VIP Club members, and you don't defend on Golden Touch, those are my only conditions. Callahan: Now that I got that out of the way, I think the TIPWF can turn things around quickly. We have an excellent Trios division, even as we generously allowed the PEWA to sign the Neon Knights. We have the Old Guard, and I'm not being entirely full of myself when I say that those of us oldsters in that particular division have proven we can still provide you your money's worth. No, we just need to get our promotion back on track...and that, again, is why I'm demanding that someone takes down the Colossus.

Competitive action in the Old Guard and Trios divisions and some fast paced lucha action, a typical night for the TIPWF, with a few nasty injuries punctuating things at the end. RESULTS TIPWF: Amarillo Anarchy 8:00 PM (CT) on Friday, January 21st at the Stockade in Amarillo, TX Bonus Match: No Disqualifications Oak Man(Butterfloor) vs. Killer King Jones Killer King Jones seemed more spry than usual, diving off the top multiple times with Eritrean Cleaver chops, but however impressive he seemed to begin, it mattered not as Oak Man would drill him into the mat with a horrific Thunder Fire Powerbomb. The PEWA Original was clearly in a bad way after the impact, and would be carried off by the medics, leaving the crowd in a startled hush as they departed from the Stockade in Amarillo. Main Event Lil' Lariato vs. Stanford Bradley Jr. Both Ricky Scott and Lariato kept to their word to keep their entourage from ringside and were in the middle of a great back and forth bout, Lariato landing his brutal brainbusters and Bradley Jr. chucking his opponent out of the ring with blockbuster suplexes when Lariato decided to turn up the heat, utterly annihilating Scott with arguably the most powerful lariat thrown in his career. Stanford Bradley Jr. was out like a light and Lil' Lariato walked away having made a powerful statement before his daunting challenge against Colossus Rhodes at the next Golden Touch. TIPWF Old Guard Championship Match Mega Meat with Rey De La Carne(Wrestle Parade) vs. Felix Santana Sr. with Felix Santana Jr. Anyone who expected a sluggish past prime encounter here for the Old Guard Championship would have been completely taken off guard by this match. Mega Meat and Felix Santana Sr. put the majority of the roster to shame with this tremendous, competitive, entertaining matchup, operating at a high level for the entire bout. Meat and Santana engaged in a contest that could well have taken decades back in terms of their form, with the rotund captain of La Familia busting out running sunset flips and frankensteiners, blasting away with hefty hip presses and absorbing his opponent's sledgehammer blows with his trademark humor. Felix Senior, though, would close out with a laser focus, deftly escaping multiple near falls while he attempted to catch Meat with the Santana Special spinning backslide pin, and eventually, the trademark finisher of the long departed, but never forgotten Roberto Santana would strike gold as his son scored the pinfall with the move to become the new TIPWF Old Guard Champion in a match that easily earned its award for the night. Neon Knights TIPWF Farewell Match The Neon Knights (Supernaut and Holy Diver) vs. Hard Work(Fuyuki Takanaka and Rin Jokusato)(Typhoon Pro) The Neon Knights have left the TIPWF to sign back with the PEWA as the latter bolsters its premiere tag division, and on their way out, the legendary tag duo went up against a favorite CASSANDRA team in Hard Work. Fuyuki and Rin lived up to their team's name, and absolutely pushed the Knights to their limit, Takenaka aggressively throwing her foes around and delivering hard hat headbutts that even Supernaut felt through his helmet. Hard Work seemed to be enjoying their time, striking a memorable Steiner style pose at one point.(*) But all good things come to an end, and eventually Holy Diver would land a Holy Diving Headbutt on Rin Jokusato to score the three count, leaving the TIPWF triumphantly. Hard Work should absolutely walk away from this match with pride, though, having given two of the greats a properly competitive challenge. (*)(https://www.twitch.tv/senatorphillips/clip/ClearObeseBearKappaWealth-NGw9XE6ES55O-Yjp?filter=clips&range=7d&sort=time) Layla Al-Amin(Phoenix Rising) vs. Felice Santana This was exactly what it was expected to be, a demonstration of practical gymnastics in combat form delivered at breakneck pace. Layla Al-Amin might be the single most adaptably intelligent wrestler in the business, and while Felice Santana came startlingly close to a win down the stretch, Layla again demonstrated her remarkable clutch instincts as she landed a diving meteora into a standing shooting star press for the win. A great win ahead of the Santana's challenge against the Dynasty Cyclones. The Everyman vs. Dungeon Dominguez(Lucha POWER) and Stanford Bradley with Paco Pequeno(Lucha POWER) [/img] Reports that Humberto Ortega was seen exiting the arena with a trail of smoke following reached the broadcast during the EFM-Rakoto match, leaving many to wonder who the Everyman would proceed to face instead. Enter the VIP Club, as Dungeon Dominguez and Stanford Bradley arrived with the nefarious Paco Pequeno in tow. As the Everyman had recently obliterated Colossus Rhodes in a handicap match organized by the Board of Directors, now Chairman Midas Matthews struck back, forcing him to take on a handicap match of his own. Mr. Reliable did not roll over and die, giving more trouble than expected to his opponents, consistently clobbering Bradley any time he pulled out a microphone and thwarting Dungeon's potent attacks, but the numbers game would eventually take its toll as Stanford Bradley would hit a surprisingly vicious piledriver to get the three count. The Return of the Original The Notorious EFM vs. Wesley Rakoto A tremendous matchup that fired away at full speed with both accomplished veterans showcasing their masterful skillsets and exceptional athleticism. Although Rakoto had more than his fair share of moments, including a big time Superstar Elbow, this was EFM's big moment, and his return to the TIPWF roster would not be spoiled as he called upon his two decades of experience to time a picture perfect counter rollup for the win. Roland Chang Jr. with Roland Chang Sr. and Roland Chang III vs. Hoss Hank Harcourt Hadley Jr. with Duke Cogburn and Generalissimo Kool Q For once, it seems that Roland Chang Jr. bit off more than he could chew, antagonizing Cowboy Johnston's protege, 4-H to the breaking point. But it would not be Hadley Jr's temper that would snap, but rather, Chang Junior's back, as the Hoss mercilessly battered him with a wide variety of backbreakers during this match, eventually hitting a spectacular military press variation to get the three count. With any sense, this will be the last confrontation between the Changs and the Cogburns for some time...but sense and Roland Jr. are two things that rarely mix. The Mallard, Rodeo Angel, El Froggy Mask and Princesa Torbelina vs. Animal Farm(Gorilla Power, Super Komodo, Lila Gila and Corrina "Cobra" Schwall) The Trio's alliance with Princesa Torbellina yielded major dividends in this hard fought contest, managing to take on a determined quartet of the Animal Farm in impressive fashion. While it seemed that the Farm was masterfully making the best out of their matchups in the bout, particuarily with Gorilla Power neutralizing El Froggy Mask, it would be the frog coming out ahead in the end, pinning Gorilla after a moonlight drive style neckbreaker. The Trio has continued to plug away in the Lone Star Trios division, unable to gain the top prize as of yet, but their determination could well see them through in the long term. Jamie Wilson with Margarita Morales vs. Mohammed Ramses with Nefertiri A power struggle between two heavy hitters intent on blasting out their foe, and while Ramses had his moments, Mr. Women just seemed to be a step ahead, dropping the Egyptian with the Plummeting Faliure screwdriver, repeatedly countering Pyramid Drivers and eventually hit a running chop to the throat of a prone Ramses to net the pinfall. Wilson now holds wins over both Dynasty members and looks to continue building on her foothold in the TIPWF. --- Match of the Night: Mega Meat vs. Felix Santana Sr. -An easy call, with these two Lucha Libre icons throwing down as effectively as they would have three decades back, putting on an absolute clinic for what might be the most underrated title division in the Office, in terms of match quality. Special mention needs to be made for the Neon Knights-Hard Work, Felice-Layla and EFM-Rakoto matches, all which brightened the card in their own ways, but none matched the stakes and drama of the Old Guard Championship bout. Performer of the Night: Lil' Lariato -A big time win over Stanford Bradley Jr. put Lariato in his best possible position leading into his match with Colossus Rhodes and thus, earned him the PotN award. --- Injury Report Stanford Bradley Jr: Moderate Concussion (Three Month Medical Suspension) -Just as he built up some important momentum as the workhorse of the VIP Club, Ricky Scott ended up blasted out by Lariato's eponymous finisher, and will miss some significant time to recover. Killer King Jones: Spinal Compression Fracture (Five Month Medical Suspenion) -A vertical powerbomb from Oak Man ended Jones's night early, and he will take the long road back to action, looking to miss just under half the year to get back in the ring, if he chooses to do so.

Shima Ito: (Translated from Japanese) <Today I am not just here to deliver my part of the state of the union. Today I am here to announce that Lightning Pro has officially purchased the Wacker Drive Revival promotion. We have worked together with Wacker Drive Revival for years. But while they have delivered exciting action and maintained a top level roster in an important market, Wacker Drive has never escaped financial struggles. Now we will offer our associates from Chicago a helping hand. The Wacker Drive Revival roster will be fully integrated into Lightning Pro as we move ahead. We will also maintain The Loop division and trophy with Robert Montgomery remaining in charge of both. We will also promote our bi-monthly programs in Chicago under the Wacker Drive Revival branding, at the venue of the same title. Our promotions have already acted in unison for years. We are only formalizing the arrangement at this point in time.> Big Robert Montgomery: Now that Shima let you all know what's going down with Wacker Drive, I'm going to tell you all that I'm not just running The Loop, but I'm taking the lead with the press situation in the States. And I'm not giving up the WDR club, that's still my property. So Midas, don't you worry about that. Anyway, this is supposed to be our state of the union, so let's get to stating how our union's looking. First off, let me just mention that the Man they Call Iceberg took a nasty spill over in Sakura Pro. Got dumped on his neck by some Dr. Monochrome X, DMD fellow, and while he wasn't really injured, we decided we'll medically suspend him for several months to get his head space back so he can get back to wrecking people like he was doing before his streak broke. The D-Team can't even challenge for The Loop until July, anyway, and that's only if Worldwide Conquest drop the trophy before then. Now, we think with our promotions together, we got the Victorious Medal, we got the Victorious Tag Medals, we got The Loop, we have lots of opportunities, and in my opinion, once people get healthy, the best roster in the business. When you got Bemba and Iceberg back, you got GPC chasing the gold, you get people like Mr. Moonsault, Phil Mercury, Anthony Kalb, ALEXANDER, the Destructive Duo, and the founder himself, Steve Phillips, you have a roster you can put up against anyone in the world. Lightning Pro x Wacker Drive Revival - The Union8:00 PM(CT) on Friday, January 28th at Wacker Drive Revival in Chicago, IL Main Event: Two Front War: The Loop Championship Bout Worldwide Conquest(ALEXANDER, Tarkhan the Mangler, Stakhonovite Warrior and Maximillian Francisco De La Cruz)(C) vs. The Syndicate(Mr. Cobra(SWA), Lucretia DeCavalcante and the Goodfellas(Eddie the Wire and Tony the Rod))The final scheduled match of the night sees ALEXANDER leading Worldwide Conquest in what promises to be an epic title defense for The Loop against a full strength Syndicate team. As this match is confirmed to be held under elimination rules, ALEXANDER may yet again have a chance to show off his survival skills as he did in Sakura Pro for the Conquest. Mr. Cobra is almost certainly the top threat for the Syndicate, with the storied hardcore veteran having recently defeated Steve Phillips to gain this shot for his team. Lucretia DeCavalcante's leadership and crushing kicks may be another x-factor for the Syndicate, along with the smooth teamwork of the Goodfellas. However, Worldwide Conquest's deep bench provides two terrifying powerhouses in the Stakhonovite Warrior and Tarkhan the Mangler, as well as their own master tactician in the former El Experto, Maximillian Francisco De La Cruz. One thing is for sure, whoever emerges with The Loop here will be in the driver's seat going forward as the rest of the division reconfigures for the new landscape of Lightning Pro. Co-Main Event: Two Front War: Champions vs. Champions! Kaede Kinoshita and the Destructive Duo(Crusher Honda and Wrecker Yamamoto) vs. Worldwide Conquest(Rumika Hashi, Nishimura Endo and the Outlaw, Sam Hall)The first of two blockbuster battles featuring a split of Worldwide Conquest's dream roster sees Rumika Hashi leading a team into battle against L-Pro's three Medal holders in the Stardust Angel, Kaede Kinoshita, Crusher Honda and Wrecker Yamamoto. With the Conquest holding The Loop, all members of this match are currently champions, and with Hashi's bitter grudge against the Duo, this one could get quite ugly, extremely quickly. Steve Phillips vs. Mr. MoonsaultTwo stable leaders meet, as Mr. Moonsault, Marcus Xavier stands in as the acting head of Bemba's Royal Court during yet another long injury leave for the Ugandan powerhouse. On the other side, the PAC is represented by the former Senator, Steve Phillips, who is dealing with repeated injury woes for his PAC team. Insterestingly, the keys to this match may be a bit counter intuitive, as the best chances for Phillips are to slow his larger opponent down and initiate the clinch game. Inversely, Moonsault does best when he remains mobile, and should he be able to take to the skies, Xavier will likely set the Court in good standing going forward. The Muscle Machines(Gary Gear and Adonis Avery Alexander) vs. Storm of the Century(Thunder Fist and Wataru Nakajima)(ZIP Japan)More Nakajima action in the night as the legendary Storm of the Century rides in to go up against the Muscle Machines. The loosely organized Pan African Coalition has been seeking to make their mark in L-Pro, and recruiting the Storm could go a long way towards that goal, all the more so if they can run roughshod over the Muscle Machines. Gear and AAA may generally be the most dysfunctional team in pro wrestling, but it's easy to forget that there are times that the two bodybuilders utterly wreck house. As rare as it might be for them to bring their A-game, the Machines can be a capable team on their better days, but against the Storm of the Century, nothing short of their best is likely to suffice. "Total MDK" Taylor Nguyen vs. Blair TaylorPolar opposite collide as the hyperspeed violence of Taylor Ngyuen matches up with the peaceful flow of Blair Taylor's flash pin game. As much a debate of philosophies as a struggle of flesh and blood, this one will likely hinge upon Nguyen's ability to keep the match off the mat. Her speed may be up to the task, but it only takes one properly applied flash pin to seal the deal. The PTA(Persephone Kamenis and Ms. Apple)(Neutral Grounds) vs. House of Nakajima(Nakajima Sama and Kyoko Nakajima)(Rose Garden)Two exceedingly popular outsider teams will meet in Chicago with the House of Nakajima sending Kyoko and Nakajima Sama in against Ms. Apple and Persephone Kamenis of the PTA. Both sides here are adept at playing mind games, and even more so at breaking down foes with solid grappling. Once things head down the stretch, expect some excellent technical exchanges in this. Kojiro Burai(Phoenix Rising) vs. Takayuki UedaAt some point, the supernova talent of Burai must shine through and allow Phoenix Rising's arguable top prospect to build some legitimate momentum. Against Takayuki Ueda, this could be a great chance to do just that, no matter how determined or skillful the L-Pro Dojo representative may be, few give him much of a chance in this match. Even so, there is a reason the matches are held, and should Burai come in with anything less than his outright focus, this could end up being a longer night than expected. The PAC("Showtime" Byron Worthy and Rick Humphries with Monica Tesfaye) vs. Queen's Rangers(Phil Mercury and Valerie May)The PAC might be beyond depleted at this point, missing the likes of Anthony Kalb, Kevin Fitsharris, Rena LeBlanc and Arisa Hashimoto to injury, but as long as Byron Worthy can make the trip in, it's Showtime. Add in the former fixer and bodyguard of Steve Phillips, Rick Humphries and the PAC might stand a chance against the Three Lions duo of Phil Mercury and Valerie May. Mercury and May still have be considered the clear favorites in this one, with the Superstar Showman's versatility and speed along with the power and agility of May giving them plenty of tools to win with. Preliminary Main Event G.P. Christopher vs. Harada(Rose Garden) vs. Sam Horne(Butterfloor) vs. D-Man Daunte ThomasThe Preliminary Main Event still features the longest reigning Victorious Medal holder in history, even following his startling defeat to Kaede Kinoshita. Bereft of his beloved championship, GPC will take on a daunting challenge, engaging in a four way battle with the ruthless King of Iron Fist, Harada, the hot-tempered Sam Horne and the veteran brawler, Daunte Thomas. With the union between Lightning Pro and Wacker Drive, and an impressive set of guests arriving in L-Pro, it seems the former champ will have a difficult road back to the top, if he can pull it off.

Wouldn't disagree, TSP! [/img] A solid program that offered a superb main event but was marred by some abrupt finishes in the middle of the card. RESULTS Lightning Pro x Wacker Drive Revival - The Union 8:00 PM(CT) on Friday, January 28th at Wacker Drive Revival in Chicago, IL Bonus Match Astrid Johansson vs. La Belleza This was an entertaining little demonstration as Astrid Johansson went through the paces, consumed several cans of beer and just about speared Belleza out of her boots to win this match. Astrid's improvement was impressive and Belleza continues to maintain an ability to put on solid matches in defeat. Main Event: Two Front War: The Loop Championship Bout Worldwide Conquest(ALEXANDER, Tarkhan the Mangler, Stakhonovite Warrior and Maximillian Francisco De La Cruz)(C) vs. The Syndicate(Mr. Cobra(SWA), Lucretia DeCavalcante and the Goodfellas(Eddie the Wire and Tony the Rod)) There can be absolutely no doubt that this was the standout match of the night, with Worldwide Conquest standing to defend their trophy against one of the most dangerous units in the Office. It would be an uphill road after Tony the Rod pinned Tarkhan the Mangler with a Rod Smasher inverted ddt just after twenty minutes in. It got worse as Maximillian De La Cruz was submitted directly afterwards with a Cobra Crossface from Mr. Cobra. Things took a terrible turn as Eddie the Wire knocked out the Stakhonovite Warrior with a Wire Cutter on the outside. ALEXANDER was once again the only man left for his team with more than a third of the time limit yet to expire. And just as he had fought on in the Unit Battle Festival in Sakura Pro, ALEXANDER again took a heroic stand, isolating opponents, going for eliminations and stalling the match out in any way he could. With his teammates saving him from a potential pin at the hands of Lucretia DeCavalcante, ALEXANDER endured on, somehow holding out with Mr. Cobra making one last effort in the end to get the win, and the forty-five minute time limit would expire with an unbroken, unbowed ALEXANDER somehow holding on just long enough for Worldwide Conquest to retain The Loop in one of the most dramatic matches of the year. There can be no doubt about it, ALEXANDER has entirely won over the L-Pro fans with such a spirited performance. Co-Main Event: Two Front War: Champions vs. Champions! Kaede Kinoshita and the Destructive Duo(Crusher Honda and Wrecker Yamamoto) vs. Worldwide Conquest(Rumika Hashi, Nishimura Endo and the Outlaw, Sam Hall) A hard hitting battle and one that was largely dictated by the Destructive Duo, who meshed well with Kaede Kinoshita as the three got the best of their matchups in the ring for the most part, Honda even landing a rather awkward question mark kick on Hashi, and while Kinoshita took a terrible beating on the outside at one point from Hall, the Duo cruised ahead with Honda pinning Hashi after a running elbow strike. Steve Phillips vs. Mr. Moonsault The former Senator was simply unable to slow down Marcus Xavier here, and Mr. Moonsault claimed an incredibly important win for the Royal Court with one of his trademark moonsaults off the top turnbuckle. Even with King Bemba out again, it seems the Court will be a major player once again. The Muscle Machines(Gary Gear and Adonis Avery Alexander) vs. Storm of the Century(Thunder Fist and Wataru Nakajima)(ZIP Japan) Exceptional match, and one that demonstrated startlingly solid teamwork from the Muscle Machines as they pushed their legendary foes to the limit, that is, until Thunder Fist finally had enough, clocking Alexander with a brutal punch to score the knockout victory. The Storm of the Century are still every bit as dangerous as ever, even against such surprisingly competent opposition from the Machines. "Total MDK" Taylor Nguyen vs. Blair Taylor This was undoubtedly a nightmare matchup for Blair Taylor, who had no answer for the relentless speed of Taylor Ngyuen, who simply outpaced her foe from the start, eventually winning with one of her signature rapid blitz backflip kick combos into a running cross body press. The PTA(Persephone Kamenis and Ms. Apple)(Neutral Grounds) vs. House of Nakajima(Nakajima Sama and Kyoko Nakajima with Hinari and Kyosuke Nakajima)(Rose Garden) A tremendously competitive bout between two strong teams, with both duos running even for a long portion of the match, but after a half hour had passed, Ms. Apple connected with a series of palm strikes to net the pin over Kyoko Nakajima, a finish seemingly out of place after the grapple-centric focus of the contest. Kojiro Burai(Phoenix Rising) vs. Takayuki Ueda Ueda showed a gritty determination, but that was far from enough against the firepower of Kojiro Burai, who rarely looked anything less than comfortable for the duration, eventually locking in a triangle cobra clutch for the win. The PAC("Showtime" Byron Worthy and Rick Humphries with Monica Tesfaye) vs. Queen's Rangers(Phil Mercury and Valerie May) The team of Humphries and Worthy had their moments, but the Queen's Rangers were on a mission, all the more obvious as Valerie May continually used Worthy's own Phoenixplex on him, eventually pinning the Warrior Pro fan favorite with a jackknife pin out of a powerbomb. Preliminary Main Event G.P. Christopher vs. Harada(Rose Garden) vs. Sam Horne(Butterfloor) vs. D-Man Daunte Thomas A superb opener that gave everyone a chance to shine. The D-Man scored the first elimination of the match with his signature Daunte's Inferno wrist clutch death valley bomb on Harada, leaving a busted open, but troublesome Sam Horne and GPC. Horne, astoundingly defeated the King of the Openers with a brass knuckles punch, leaving him and Thomas as the last two. And while Horne continued to hold his own, a running superman punch would eventually put him down for the three count, awarding the D-Man the win, and a potential shot at the Victorious Medal. --- Match of the Night: Worldwide Conquest vs. The Syndicate -Not even close. This was one of the best matches of the year, and the one rare time where a time limit draw was the absolute best case finish. Performer of the Night: ALEXANDER -Not to discredit his teammates and the role they played in the main event, but ALEXANDER's stand deserved this award through and through --- Injury Report Adonis Avery Alexander: Mild Concussion (Two Month Medical Suspension) -A straight right from Thunder Fist put AAA down for the count and while reports from the medical staff stated that it may not have been quite as bad as it looked, Alexander will still miss several months for safety's sake. Stakhonovite Warrior: Whiplash (One Month Medical Suspension) -Eddie the Wire's Wire Cutter crashed the Warrior into the floor and took him out of the main event. Thankfully, the Soviet only suffered a case of whiplash and will miss minimal time before he can return to the ring.

Dangerous Nicholas Alger: So I gotta say some stuff. That's fine. I got stuff to say. First off, UCSS is mostly fine. Yeah, Midas got our belt. But we got some great talent. Winners from other sports. Winners from other feds. We got the Prestige division, and we'll be making the Prestige belt a belt for every show. Yeah, yeah, Ewan Jacobs doesn't like that. Too bad. Thiago and Jamie got their tag belts. We like how our tag division's lookin'. Might not make a hellova lot of sense. But we got the best shoot style tag stuff goin' anywhere. DNA: So yeah, we need to get a challenger for Walid. I'm through burning out the roster in tournaments, royales. Just giving them one on one chances. That's all. Minerva and Seong got their chance tonight. Gonna give Hakim and someone a chance another time. Banner's crew's gonna have to wait. Brave try at Lariats. But not good enough. Really, UCSS is simple. We get good fighters. We got good fights. Nothing fancy. Ain't gotta be. So there's your state of the union. UCSS: Fight for Prestige 8:00 PM (CT) on Friday, February 4th at the Doors of Perception in Los Angeles, CA SWA Prestige Championship Bout The Infamous Ewan Jacobs(C) vs. Frog BusterThe top rivalry in the Prestige division comes to a head here as the massive Frog Buster takes on his former tag partner, the Infamous Ewan Jacobs for a chance to become the new Prestige champion. Jacobs's merciless sucker punches have proven the match of many larger opponents in the past, but Buster's crushing power could once again prove his match if he can get a hold of the diminutive loudmouth. UCSS Openweight Title #1 Contender Bout Minerva Markovic vs. Seong Jung HwanTwo of the more impressive competitors as of late in UCSS, Markovic and Hwan will compete for a shot at Walid Alizadeh at next week's Golden Touch event. While the size differential will be troublesome for either, this match will instead present a perfect stylistic match with the Croatian kickboxer going up against the South Korean Tae Kwan Do star. Hwan's speed has proven effective against a variety of foes, while Markovic has shown her brutal axe kicks can chop down most opponents when she connects. If nothing else, Markovic is likely thankful she is out of the tag division for the time being. UCSS Rules Match Onika Santos vs. Kyosuke Nakajima(Rose Garden)Two different approaches to the same end meet here, with Kyosuke Nakajima pitting his destructive kicks up against the capoeira of Onika Santos. The House of Nakajima has upped its presence in the Office as of late, and a win over a rising star in Santos could propel the stable to greater heights in general. Santos herself could find herself in contention with a few more big wins, and Nakajima would absolutely count in that category. Red Alert(Leona Sterling(Phoenix Rising) and Aoife Daley) vs. Aline Richelieu and Della DwightTwo of the tallest ladies in all of combat sports will go up against one of the most dangerous teams in UCSS as Aline Richelieu and Della Dwight go up against Red Alert. Sterling and Daley have exhibited a longstanding trait of winning until belts are on the line, and while they may push forward in the tag division with a win, they'll have to wait in line with teams like Eagle Justice in the way. For Richelieu and Dwight, tag competition could be just what it takes for the two to finally gain a foothold in UCSS. UCSS Rules Match Gentleman Jem Gladstone vs. Mackenzie BergeronPrevented from proceeding in the Two Step Challenge when Mackenzie Bergeron wiped out Andronicus Turner in the team stage, Jem Gladstone will not get a chance to shine against the French Canadian shoot expert. Gladstone has shown a good deal of promise since his 2021 debut in UCSS, but Bergeron will be a daunting test, with impressive showings in UCSS and Sakura Pro as of late. Chun Zheng(Neutral Ground) and Gang Wong vs. Savage Follows(Oleg Makos and Count Savage)It is doubtful that anyone in the crowd will be cheering against the Kung Fu duo of Chun Zheng and Gang Wong as they go up against the irritating spam and dubious claims of Savage Follows. While it's undoubted that Wong's team has the athletic and striking edge, counting out the Count or Oleg is never a good idea, with Makos's surprising power and Savage's crafty ways often taking opponents by surprise. Prestige Rules Francine Francis vs. Takaya HinomiyaLooking for revenge, Takaya Hinomiya will seek to avenge his fellow Prestige veteran and mutual malcontent in Soji Kanda as he goes up against Francine Francis. Francis's brutal win over Kanda as a part of her Eagle Justice team was as abrupt as it gets and a singles win over Hinomiya could build dual momentum for the former detective in both singles and tag action. MATWORK(Cherry Blossom Ikki and Victor Bosch) with Mikazuki vs. Big Banter Brand(Virgil de Boer and Sanem Becker) with Rory BannerThe MATWORK duo might have an uphill battle against the dual threat of de Boer and Becker, and while they might have a slight edge in the grappling exchanges, neither have the striking chops to trade with Virgil, and will need to gameplan accordingly. With Mikazuki and Rory Banner at ringside, top notch managerial assistance will be provided for both teams. UCSS Rules Match Zin Win Aye vs. Frank Van SloanTwo exciting strikers meet here with the Lethwei style of Zin Win Aye against Frank Van Sloan's Belgian kickboxing. Aye looks to be moving his way up the roster, while the veteran Sloan looks for one more run at the top with a win here.

This was a fast, bare bones entry for UCSS, without a bonus match, but plenty of exciting shoot style action and thrilling comeback wins packed into the short duration. RESULTS UCSS: Fight for Prestige 8:00 PM (CT) on Friday, February 4th at the Doors of Perception in Los Angeles, CA Two on One Challenge "Death Prince" Ernest Miller and Damon Smith with The Infamous Ewan Jacobs vs. Frog Buster Before this match started, Ewan Jacobs went off on a rant in the entryway, and came back to the ring, with former BLADE MMA knockout artists, Ernest Miller and Damon Smith at his side. After a bit of confusion, it was announced that the Prestige title was not being defended, and instead, Frog Buster would face both Miller and Smith in a handicap tag match. The gargantuan grappler did manage to hold his own for a time against the two precision strikers, but the odds would eventually be too much even for Buster to handle, and Damon Smith would level the big man with a straight right to score the knockout win as Ewan Jacobs loudly cackled at ringside. UCSS Openweight Title #1 Contender Bout Minerva Markovic vs. Seong Jung Hwan With a title shot on the line, both prolific kickers impressed greatly, and while the speed, volume and agility of Seong Jung Hwan seemed to keep her a step ahead, Minerva Markovic's harsh, direct axe kicks made all the difference, with one scoring a ten count in the third round. The Croatian Axe has managed to earn her chance, but can she repeat these results against the overwhelming power of Walid Alizadeh? UCSS Rules Match Onika Santos vs. Kyosuke Nakajima(Rose Garden) with the House of Nakajima(Nakajima Sama, Kyoko Nakajima and Hinari)(Rose Garden) An incredible night for the House of Nakajima started here with a fast moving match between Kyosuke Nakajima and Onika Santos. While Santos was able to show off some of her impressive Capoeira skills, Nakajima's gameplan was executed to absolute perfection, using his swift kicks and persistent armlock attempts to soften Santos up in order to catch her in the third round with a dragon sleeper variant for the win. Red Alert(Leona Sterling(Phoenix Rising) and Aoife Daley) vs. Aline Richelieu and Della Dwight If you blinked, you missed it. The lengthy duo of Della Dwight and Aline Richelieu were on another level in their debut, with Dwight showing her ability for a few minutes before tagging Aline in, just in time for the Savate queen to tag Aoife Daley in the head with a destructive hook kick, knocking the Irish Firecracker straight out. The newly formed team could not have gotten off to a better start. UCSS Rules Match Gentleman Jem Gladstone vs. Mackenzie Bergeron Two exceptional technicians fought well in this excellent contest, with Jem Gladstone's striking giving him a slight edge for a good part of the match. Mackenzie Bergeron's toughness and pure grappling ability would allow him to take back over into the later rounds, and in the fourth round, a classic stepover toehold would yield the submission win for the French Canadian. Bergeron very well could challenge for either belt in UCSS at this point, having quietly compiled one of the best resumes in the organization in the last six months or so. Chun Zheng(Neutral Ground) and Gang Wong vs. Savage Follows(Oleg Makos and Count Savage) An entertaining, evenly paced match that allowed all four participants to shine, and while Chun Zheng suffered a nasty cut early on, thanks to Count Savage, she and Gang Wong would persevere, with Wong eventually tagging Savage with a leaping spin back kick for the pinfall. Prestige Rules Francine Francis vs. Takaya Hinomiya Francine Francis got out to a big lead in the first ten minute round, cranking on Quicksilver Hinomiya's arms and neck and hitting quick slams to keep him on the mat. As the match went along, Hinomiya started to regain the momentum, using his flashy kicks to score knockdown after knockdown, with nine counted knockdowns in the second round alone for him(Meta had it dead on correct live on stream), and a series of step kicks finally keeping Francis down for the ten count. A measure of retribution scored for Hinomiya here, but Francis's stock may actually have risen in defeat with her fighting spirit. MATWORK(Cherry Blossom Ikki and Victor Bosch) with Mikazuki vs. Big Banter Brand(Virgil De Boer and Sanem Becker) with Rory Banner The Big Banter Brand seemed to have the edge in this one, with Virgil de Boer's knees opening a wound on Victor Bosch, but MATWORK managed to survive long enough for Cherry Blossom Ikki to score a rolling kneebar finish on Sanem Becker from a back mount counter, another example of the tremendous poise of the Vale Tudo Legend. UCSS Rules Match Zin Win Aye vs. Frank Van Sloan Zin Win Aye was in full on berserker mode in this one, landing flurries of kicks and powerful punches at will, and even went as far as to throw a handful of salt in the eyes of Frank Van Sloan. However, the Belgian Uberkicker had a major edge in experience, and used it, countering on the ground in the third round to take top position and lock in a kimura, a submission which his foe had no answer for. A tremendous comeback for Sloan, who could potentially be ready to aim for a championship sooner than later. --- Match of the Night: Gladstone vs. Bergeron -While there were plenty of good matches in the night, this one was the most competitive, narrowly edging Seong vs. Markovic for the top spot. Special mention has to be made for Francis-Hinomiya for the dramatic, if one sided second round. Performer of the Night: Aline Richelieu and Della Dwight -The newly formed team of lenghty ladies utterly obliterated one of UCSS's top duos in Red Alert, and did so in under four minutes. An easy choice for the award. --- Injury Report Aoife Daley: Mild Concussion (Two Month Medical Suspension) -A hook kick to the head from the towering Aline Richelieu ended Daley's night early, and it seems that Red Alert will be on hold for a few months as she recovers. Frog Buster: Moderate Concussion (Three Month Medical Suspension) -Utterly crushed by a straight right from one of the hardest hitting punchers in MMA history in Damon Smith, Frog Buster will be out for at least three months going forward. --- Ewan Jacobs: Ah hahahahah! Did you see that? Did you? This man right here, Damon Smith just took the big shitehead's head off! Head clean off! A proper binning! You see, I don't have time to waste with garbage like him, I'm big money, I'm guaranteed interest, I'm the Infamous Ewan Jacobs, and I don't need to get my hands dirty with people who are beneath me! I had a problem with everyone trying to score the red panty night without deserving it, but I think I've solved that problem! Behold my new team! Two men worthy of being Infamous! The Death Prince! The Enforcer! Legends, total legends. I am a god of combat arts, and this is my pantheon! Alger wants me to fight every month, but I tell him, I will not unless someone can beat one of these first! If you can get past Ernest Miller kicking your teeth in, if you can get past Damon Smith splattering your head with his fists, then you get the red panty night! Then you are worthy of my attention! But unless you can make that happen...no, there will be no... Dangerous Nicholas Alger: Shut up already. Jacobs: Who the hell do you think you are, interrupting me like that? Do you know what I will do to you? DNA: First off, I'm your commissioner. I call the shots. Not you. Jacobs: What a joke! They pay to see me! DNA: Then fight. Give the people what they pay for. Jacobs: You're a total joke! You know nothing of promoting! DNA: They've told me that before. I'm still here. UCSS still runs. Runs good. But you...we got a problem. I'm not buying what you're selling. You want to pal around with your new buddies here. Fine. But you defend that belt every time now. Want to be Mr. Big Shot? Go beat Walid. Until then...nah. You fight every week. Or you give me that belt and you hit the road. Jacobs: I'll beat anyone! You hear this loser? He doesn't know that he needs me more than I need him! Damon Smith: Not cool. Ernest Miller: Don't like it. Jacobs: I bet they fire you if I tell them to! I'm bigger than UCSS! I'm bigger than wrestling or MMA! I'm larger than life! DNA: Yeah, nah. This is how it is. Next month, you got Cherry Blossom Ikki. A real opponent for a real fighter. You think you need him to prove himself? He was kicking ass around the world before you ever made it outta Dublin. Jacobs: I'll crush that little flower! I'll rip him to shreds! KILL RIP MAME TEAR! KILL RIP MAME TEAR! KILL RIP MAME TEAR! Smith: Aw hell, way to go, Commish, you got him started on that again... Miller: Hey, boss, you still need us to kick Ikki's ass now, or you got this? Jacobs: KILL RIP MAME TEAR! KILL RIP MAME TEAR! KILL RIP MAME TEAR! Miller: I'll take that as a "no"...

Golden Touch #18: The Golden Champions8:00 PM (CT) on Friday, February 11th at the Beltway Hippodrome in Washington, DC Main Event: TIPWF Golden Championship Bout Colossus Rhodes(C) vs. Lil' LariatoLil' Lariato earned this chance by beating Supernaut, but many wonder if the dual threat star might have put himself in a precarious position by claiming a shot at Colossus Rhodes. The TIPWF Golden Champion and Number One Ranked Senatorial Office competitor has been on one of the most dominant runs of any wrestler in history over the last year. Utterly unbeatable in singles action against Office opponents, Rhodes has proven an insurmountable obstacle, all the worse as he claimed both of the TIPWF's top singles belts, the TIPWF Lone Star Heavyweight Championship and the Dominican Golden Championship and merged them into a single belt, which he has featured on Golden Touch programming. It will be a tall order for the hard hitting junior heavyweight to overcome the giant, but if anyone has the unbreakable will and ferocious energy to do it, Lil' Lariato will have to be high on the list. PEWA Extreme Championship Match Young Blood(C) vs. The Hindu Sheik(CAWF) with Sylvain "Pay Day" Mint and Elise PichonThe emergence of the Hindu Shiek as a fully contracted member of the PEWA roster has been one of the major stories of 2022 in the early months, and the Sheik will get a chance to bring the PEWA's most treasured prize back with a match against Young Blood. Utterly despied by fans, management and the locker room alike, Young Blood's unwelcome return to the PEWA and one sided surprise victory against the previous champion, Juliette Erving has rankled a nerve in Philadelphia. Unwilling to defend the title on PEWA programming, and claiming the belt for Golden Touch, Young Blood has painted a target on his back. With PEWA President Biff Taylor promising to retire from management once the title is returned, the Hindu Sheik could give the Biffmeister a chance to ride off into the sunset with a win here. But as accomplished and tough as the Sheik is, there is a reason that Young Blood has been one of the most disruptive wrestlers in the industry, and defeating him for the belt may well take the sort of effort that shortens one's career. UCSS Openweight Title Bout Walid Alizadeh(C) vs. Minerva MarkovicHaving built her momentum through the Two Step Challenge and claimed her shot with a win over Seong Jung Hwan, the Croatian Axe, Minerva Markovic will have an uphill battle to face for the UCSS Openweight title when she goes up against the fearsome Walid Alizadeh. Undersized and blatantly outmatched in the clinch and on the mat, Markovic will have to make the best of her striking to stand a chance against the Persian Powerhouse. With Alizadeh utterly obliterating Zak Hayes on Wednesday's Butterfloor show, he arrives into this match with full momentum and confidence, and the odds are heavily in his favor. SWA World Tag Team Championship Bout Renacimiento(Leonardo Pascual and Oliver Espadas)(C) vs. Adrenaline Rush(Nic Nitro and Tommy Thunder)(Wrestle Parade)Don't blink or you'll miss it! Two teams that hit the mat running, quite literally will meet up here as Wrestle Parade's Adrenaline Rush challenge for the venerable SWA World Tag Team titles, and will do so against another pair of fan favorites, the current champions, Leonardo Pascual and Oliver Espadas. Arrogant as Renacimiento may be, their in-ring ability has made them two of the SWA's most popular members, and in spite of a division full of top level duos, the renaissance men have held onto the belts. However, they have not faced the likes of Nitro and Thunder, and with a team as fast as they are, could find themselves in uncharted territory. One thing is for certain, barring an absolute fluke, this will be a competitor for the match of the night honors. Rampage Hunter(Warrior Pro) vs. "Long Haul" Lenny BroadwayPowerhouse meets powerhouse in this matchup, as Warrior Pro's multi-promotional champion Rampage Hunter goes up against Lenny Broadway of the Blue Collar Brawlers. While Hunter is well ahead on the prognostications, the veteran Broadway could present more of a threat than many suspect, with the long-distance trucker's strength overshadowed by his more famous teammates in the Everyman, Jimmy Jack Walker and Big Bubba Bob. Texan Tussle Laura Tate(Phoenix Rising) vs. Corrina "Cobra" Schwall vs. Sam Horne(Butterfloor) vs. The Outlaw, Sam HallFour Texan brawlers meet in this small scale royale, as Corrina Schwall of the TIPWF's Animal Farm stable goes up against AFW's tall drink of water in Laura Tate, Butterfloor's fiery brawler, Sam Horne and Worldwide Conquest and Lightning Pro's Outlaw, Sam Hall. With rumors of Hall and Horne having a beef to squash, the chaos factor could be well off the charts here. Tate may be the absolute favorite in this, especially if she is in top form with her size providing a major advantage. Schwall, with her injury history largely keeping her from establishing herself in the TIPWF, could absolutely use the win here, and may be the most motivated outright to do so. Team ZIP Japan(Jumbo Jinsei, Cutie Booties and Eun-Jin Choi)(ZIP Japan) vs. Team Stanford Bradley(WHIP Nanae(Typhoon Pro), Kaye Fabian(Typhoon Pro), and Stanford Bradley)With ZIP Japan coming ever closer to its first proper event in years, the talented roster once again ventures out into the Office, with the hefty Jumbo Jinsei bringing the big headed Cutie Booties and the no-nonsense Eun-Jin Choi along to go up against the second sighting of Stanford Bradley's alliance with Typhoon Pro/CASSANDRA's duo of WHIP Nanae and Kaye Fabian. Whether Jinsei and co. can overcome the endless antics or not will be the determining factor here, and as solid as the ZIP team may be, they may well be the underdogs in this one. Alouette(SHTCWa) vs. Zdzisława Brzęczyszczykiewicz(Neutral Grounds)A classic fan favorite in Super Hyper Turbo Championship Wrestling Alpha's resident owl attired luchadora in Alouette will go up against a Polish standout from Neutral Grounds Pro Wrestling named...well...let's just call her Zee. This match will unite a blast from the past with a top prospect for the future and should present an interesting contrast between the two as a result. Preliminary Main Event: 2 out of 3 Falls Match G.P. Christopher vs. Kaito Arai(Rose Garden)One of the most overstuffed Golden Touch cards ever starts with one of the most significant Preliminary Main Events in recent memory as former Victorious Medal holder G.P. Christopher goes up against the Emerald Emperor of the Rose Garden in Kaito Arai, a match all the more interesting considering that Arai has decided to claim the opening spot in Sakura Pro as his own, mirroring GPC's approach. With a two out of three falls stipulation attached, expect this to be a grueling struggle with both men capable of top level performances against the best of the best.
