I made a few adjustments on the Double Bird Wrestling ring, which I think greatly improved things. Particularly, I put "Independent Wrestling Empire" around the perimeter of the mat, and crammed some more of that holographic, iridescent foil in there, this time for the word "Bird" on the corner mats. Also in the picture, you can get a peek of my newly finished, as-yet-untitled custom venue for Yurakuen. I'm very very pleased with how those carpet runners turned out. as well as the rusty blue paint on the railings and of course the checkerboard floors. Also, to commemorate my character Super Bad Ass Sweet Daddy Jones' 20th anniversary (not kayfabe; I've been rolling him since I was just a kid) I made a new attire for him, based on his original gimmick which was that of a funkadelic Bootsy Collins type character. However for this version, he's heavily inspired by Melle Mel of Grandmaster Flash, the most influential MC of all time or - as he refers to himself - "the straw that stirred the drink". I also definitely had Eddie Murphy's red leather outfit from Delirious in mind. Happy 20th, SBASDJ!

Awesome! Love the oriental rugs as well, they really tie the arena together. :)

Honestly all of the pieces, as individual pieces, are fantastic. And they shouldn't work together, but they do, beautifully. The colour palette really works well. And I have to agree, the revitalized logo/ring looks great. You did an incredible job blending the gradient on the ring mat and making it look solid af. I'd be really curious to see your rust texture you used on the railings. :)

Your arena textures are amazing. I've been using the beach a lot recently, longing for warmer days.

Back when I was a teenager, my friend invited me to his church to watch an absolutely godawful bible-based wrestling show (you know, David vs Goliath, Cain vs Abel, etc etc), so this new ring is my ode to that dreadful event. Custom-made the empty crowd, just in time for Carl to introduce a far easier option in the Modpack! :P Thought the sparseness of the crowd really fit the gymnasium skin as well as the expected vibe of a Christian wrestling event very well. (P.S. If you look up the bible verses you'll find I went to great lengths to ensure they actually pertain to wrestling.)

The originality is amazing! You have an obvious flair for design and creativity. Do we need mods to use your edits/ring decals?
Actually, forget it; I'm pretty sure it's a yes.
In any case, this is entertaining stuff.

In any case, this is entertaining stuff. Thanks dude! I really appreciate it! And yeah, I've recently made certain all my edits are free of modded moves and parts so everyone should be available on the workshop no problemo. In some old pictures in this thread you might spot some leopard-print boots and neon Zubaz pants that were modded parts, but I've given those up since I've been running a kind of community fed thing ( LUXURIOUS PURPLE JACKET) and wanted to be certain everyone was workshop-worthy and available to anyone who joined. I've been meaning to get all my ring decals up on the workshop; I think right now I got about half of them up. And I do use mods for custom arenas, but even those custom arenas are available in a link in the first post of this thread, if you use the Ringmat Database mod.

In my harebrained attempts to always be as avant-garde with my Fire Pro as I possibly can, I have now devised a Fire Pro-based board game. It's essentially a simplified form of RISK, where simmed matches take the place of dice rolling to determine the outcomes of battles. Stay tuned, I'm going to try to take this idea on a test run sometime this week, I believe with 4 players to start off with. Also, just for shits and giggles, this is what version 0.01 looked like:
